母親節晚餐套餐，居然大部份是炸物，老人家因不懂點餐給待應遊說了，前菜都是炸物，炸豆腐，炸茄子，炸魚皮，炸蝦角，魚也是炸的而且椒鹽魚骨是很腥的，很差的一條雪黃立倉，整個餐完全不合適母親們，一點潮州食物也沒有，而且此套餐價錢真不太合理，坐的位置很逼，背對背的跟旁邊檯的食客貼住很不舒服，食物等待時間又長，7時40入去，8:20才有小食出來，而且沒有人換碟的整個檯都很污糟，好像只有魚翅及壽包是好一些的。一個食過最差的母親節套餐。…Read More

幾日前用apps book 昨晚6:30, 5人被安排在樓下的又窄又高身bar 檯，又沒冷氣，平時沒見給客人坐的，只是員工在準備刺身位置。中午我打電話去確認檯時有說明有人生日帶cake 及同意切餅費，為何當時不告訴我此安排？最重要係黎到時，女負責人好不悅眼神話"用呢d 特價就係坐呢度架啦" "不嬲都係無得選擇"咁我5個人又有老人家樓下又熱而且張檯無可能share 野食，又唔係食拉面根本無可能坐呢張檯架，老闆叫我考慮下我話唔坐啦，仲叫佢同番apps 講我唔係無show off 係唔想坐呢張檯剛收到apps 話，餐廳當我 no show off, 尋日都同佢地老闆講左，安排咩唔緊要但要通知客人，客人有權選擇可以唔用特價或唔黎，呢間餐廳又想apps 推廣一有人book 又不公平對待用apps 的客人，真係怕怕，生日仲要拎住蛋糕周圍走，感覺好難受，唔通安排廁所或廚房都算係位嗎？…Read More

係12月20日見到報紙登廣告有一些餐, 就打電話去訂位,寫明2日前訂有88折, 問店員就話要3日前才有,但係報紙寫明, 佢都唔認, 要揾經理問, 仲好似唔多信,講到如果你見到係就係啦. OK, 咁BOOK位, 佢話要8點.咁就以為佢有2輪囉.我地未夠8點上到去. 實在嚇人, 企滿人… 原來好多訂左7點既都未有位, 原來佢地根本無同早一輪既客人講明要分2輪, D人唔走, 唔走係正常, 因為佢地無講明. 咁我地即係有排等? 個個客人嘈晒, 好似完全失控一樣… 但係都已經來到,附近又沒有什麼酒樓, 都沒辦法了. 我地一直等到8:30, 因為有張門口細TABLE無人坐, 所以到我地, 我地都唔理3721坐左至算. 到落ORDER, 先黎個雞, 之後樣樣都等… 一碟成10分鐘,而且翅係最後到, 期間問服務員佢就不停話… “人地好多都未到,有咩你食咩好了, 追都追唔到, 有就算….” 真係激死人.我地坐門口位, 見到好多人發晒脾氣, 都有D人真係等到火都黎走左去, 咁既安排真係失當, 訂位黎做咩? 佢唔係SET 2輪要人地走就唔好夾硬接咁多ORDER, 再唔係見到情況有問題, 揾人打TEL比訂左位既人, 問佢地可唔可以遲小小到之類, 尋晚好多老人家, 小朋友, 等到傻晒咁… 呢間野又唔係新開, 咁既安排真係係人都怕怕….
