今日下午因為同女朋友相約左去大角咀一間凍肉店睇肉,所以決定黎呢頭搵野食,估唔到會搵到呢間咁有驚喜既台式cafe。黎到第一件事就揀左兩杯野飲珍珠奶茶冇咩特別但係合格水平,茶味同奶香算平衡。而重點係杯芋頭鮮奶,芋頭超多超足料,加埋個奶係充滿左滿足感,本人非常推薦佢。跟著落黎係好多人推薦既蚵仔魯肉飯,我試完後反而覺得比較一般,入面既蛋黃的確係令魯肉飯多左種濕潤同中和少少咸味,上面蚵仔都好大隻但好似蠔味唔係好夠,個人覺得月見魯肉飯應該就會唔錯。另一個主食係魯肉乾拌麵配煎蛋,麵質係刀削麵咁,比較闊身同有少少厚度,口感都有少少Q彈,整體唔錯。小食方面我個人強烈推薦呢個焢肉,佢味道上係入晒味同時唔係個種乾柴既豬肉,用筷子係可以輕鬆分開佢,炆到淋晒之餘,上面肥膏既肥膩感都減少左。而我最推薦係因為佢只需15蚊仲好大件😝肉燥燙青菜冇咩特別,菜係青綠,肉燥汁都充足。起司雞排蛋餅係少有係香港食到台灣個種煙韌口感既蛋餅,入面餡料好多,雞扒係大件既,女朋友話起司太咸,我自己覺得還好。如果再黎我都好大機會會再食。總結餐廳環境舒適,用料充足,今次兩個人食黎講係有啲太多,由其個芋圓奶非常飽肚。推薦單品包括芋頭鮮奶、焢肉同各式蛋餅!…Read More

令人矛盾既一餐

好耐冇寫食評啦,但今次因為冇得出國旅行所以黎到一間曾經好熟悉既餐廳,不過今次唔係再係台灣食到,而係第一次係香港食呢間過江龍。實不相暪我同朋友都好期待呢一餐,因為真係好想食返台灣風味既火鍋。首先簡單講下呢到既收費係有最低消費人頭250,而我覺得同台灣一個分別就係湯底係人頭收費,另外會有每枱88蚊鴛鴦鍋收費,我相信係因為無限添加鴨血同豆腐仲有醬油白飯等成本所以決定係香港做人頭式收費。黎到無老鍋當然要飲佢既湯底,呢到個豆腐湯同香辣鍋都係適合一開始淨飲,唔會太濃太咸,另外豆腐湯有豆香,送飯都係一流。鴨血方面我覺得比起台灣食到既散,而豆腐吸湯之後我覺得都同台灣十分相似係值得一讚既。之要講既係今餐最大既敗筆,就係呢個手切牛頸脊,呢碟牛肉係火鍋間黎講價值428聽落都係合理,但上枱之後我地見到呢一刻都呆左,碟牛竟然會咁細碟,本身隻碟都唔係大但仲可以有咁多白邊位,夾起之後感覺更誇張。成件牛肉就只係得咁大塊,係開頭湯底較濃既時候係一啲牛味都冇,去到後來湯底愈來愈淡既時候都一樣食唔到牛肉味更唔需要去諗佢甜唔甜,連油香都係一般🤦🏻‍♂️剛剛話完佢都要介紹一下比大家呢到比較出色火鍋料我地認為就係招牌三式滑,其中乾貝滑感覺都係足料,食落有啖啖乾瑤柱既香味。接落黎係幾款比較普通既食材,分別係豆皮,鵝腸同蔬菜盤,豆皮定位有啲尷尬想食到佢既香脆但又想佢吸多啲湯汁,最後感覺都係食返豆腐好食啲😂鵝腸處理乾淨食落都係新鮮爽口既但蔬菜盤感覺有啲太貴,108蚊大部分菜類都係得幾片,不過每片菜都係乾淨完整,唔會有變黃同黑等唔新鮮既感覺。食到最後30分鐘左右會跟台灣一樣送上沙冰,今日既水蜜桃沙冰有啲太甜,冇左佢本身想幫客人解油膩既原意,不過見到個沙冰個種儀式感係幾親切。最後做個小總結,呢到既服務員對答係好有禮貌,但我地唔知係太早到定新開張啲人員未習慣,有啲食材同收費既介紹我地發現有其他枱收到更詳盡既資訊同埋我地第一次想右鴨血同豆腐既時候等左差唔多20分鐘,之後發現佢係一直都預先準備好係醬料枱對面。有另一點對佢服務不滿既地方係我地只有90分鐘既用餐時間,但服務員竟然係最後5分鐘先問我地個湯底仲夠唔夠濃,要唔要加啲原湯湯汁,但其實我地經已打左差唔多70分鐘冇味既湯底,我唔好彩咁連第一碗湯飯都係比較淡,令我對今次體驗十分失望。一開始既湯底的確令我覺得好似食緊台灣無老鍋既感覺,但佢中途上枱既食材同等候加料既時間又令我覺得好失望。去到後面發現佢其實係有原汁湯底同埋開始更加密集式既鴨血同豆腐令我覺得其實佢係有能力做得好,希望之後佢會有所改善,但我短期內真係唔會再幫襯。…Read More

黎到銅鑼灣真係有好多野食,今次開完會來到朋友想食既Season Oyster & Wine Bar 傾下大家呢幾年既近況。係呢度緊係 Oyster 同 Wine 都要叫啦,食oyster 就一定點白酒架呢,呢度有幾多選擇,我哋揀左甜生地既Obsession,叫一支酒仲可以優惠價$50點一打南非生蠔,太正了! 生蠔勁新鮮,creamy 而且鮮甜,兩個人都唔夠喉,但有其他野食先冇再嗌。另外白酒煮蜆都係好鮮,而家岩岩好熟,蜆肉嫩滑唔老。煙三文魚沙律雖然唔貴但質素相當高,連平時唔食三文魚既我都覺得煙燻味好香,咸度適中,而沙律生菜都好新鮮脆口,足夠既 olive oil 同黑醋令成碟更開胃可口。最後既熊本霜降西冷亦煮得剛好 Medium rare , 比較重牛味但肉質一點也不煙韌。每人三百幾飲飽食醉真係非常抵,呢啲高質小店真係難搵,有可能變常駐點。…Read More

係黃埔行完街,突然拉面癮起,就去到別天神食返個拉面頂頂癮。今日叫左兩個套餐,有拉面又有小食~夏日炎炎,一於叫個沙律開開胃,小龍蝦蟹子沙律,冰涼口感,加上酸酸甜甜既味道,可以係食拉面前清新一下。另一個小食叫左餃子,係拉面店多數都會有餃子食,煎到金黃既餃子,外脆內軟,中間既蔬菜令到佢多左口感同唔會太膩。跟住當然係主菜拉面啦,分別叫左豚骨湯面同蝦味噌豚骨湯面,由於係套餐既關係,佢地都佩上左半熟蛋。豚骨湯面表面見到起膠,但飲落清爽,唔會膩口同感覺唔重調味料,面質偏軟身,加入蒜蓉及辣芽菜等配料令拉面口感同層次增加。至於蝦味噌豚骨湯蝦味濃厚,一樣飲完唔會口乾,掛面程度不俗。…Read More

係銅鑼灣開完會約埋呢樹番工既朋友食餐飯聚下,openrice 附近餐廳就出左 ember 見幾多好評就試試佢。環境比較有格調,光線偏暗,談心一流影相就要去個比較光既 bar 枱啦。每人點了杯野飲邊飲邊傾,呢度除左 cocktail , 啤酒,紅白酒之外,唔飲得酒既人都可以叫番杯特色 mocktail. 朋友點既Grilled Pork Belly 都幾驚喜,份量都幾多,夠晒兩個人食,原來豬腩肉同蘋果既配搭係可以咁新鮮,青蘋果既酸酸地解左豬肉既肥膩,調出肉味。Pasta 我地叫左傳統既蒜頭辣椒橄欖油意粉,口感剛好,而且用橄欖油爆香既蒜辣很惹味,每條意粉都均勻地沾上香氣。因為我哋另外有叫龍蝦湯,就咁飲已經好重龍蝦味,而且發現加埋 pasta 食都好夾,自己 mix and match ,必點。 Roast Australian Lamb Rack 表面係開心果寶雲蘇烤焗,所以食落口好香冇咩羊蘇味,而且熟度剛剛好嫩滑得黎有肉汁。餐廳既氣氛真係好適合 Chill 下 傾偈,而且估唔到飲品同食物都有番咁上下水準,下次係銅鑼灣會加黎 。…Read More

尖沙咀既 Soho Tower 樓下附近不嬲都勁多特色餐廳,今次選左未食過既中東菜,而且環境佈置都超有氣氛,紅紅的燈光再上異國風情既桌面同餐具,真係置身中東既某一個國度咁。見好多人 happy hour 都入黎 Shisha ,但我和朋友對食物更有興趣,點了兩杯cocktail,分別係 luka killer 同 Cleopatra's Poison果然是地道有點烈又特別。食物方面,appetitzer 選了 Hummus with mushroom and Roas. 好地道既菜色豆蓉上面有調味過既蘑菇,用類似 naan 既扁包沾黎食。main course 就係 Egyptian mixed grilled for two, 原來埃及人既燒烤係特別啲,有雞扒,羊架,牛肉既腸,食得出唔係平時港式燒烤既做法,多左火既味道。值得一提,廁所分左男女廁,方便大家。…Read More

近期最好餐廳👍🏻

今日過海決定食餐好既慰勞一下自己。 就搵到呢間係銅鑼灣既樓上餐廳,食一餐西餐。呢到晚餐係一個4 course dinner set. 頭盤有3個選擇,主菜都有6道菜,多款組合都幾易選擇。今次我地頭盤分別叫左法國生蠔拼盤同香煎法國自然放養鵝肝伴焦糖蘋果配砵酒汁。海鮮拼盤材料新鮮,帶子好大隻,口感軟滑得黎帶點小廷身。生蠔肥美,蝦味鮮甜,而個翡翠螺味帶甘甜,口感清爽,唔會太橡膠又唔係太淡或重海水味。個人認為加50蚊有一個高質的海鮮拼盤是不錯的選擇。另一個頭盤是鵝肝,鵝肝厚切,表面煎至金黃,吹落去外脆內軟,鵝肝味十足。油膩既感覺被燒好既蘋果沖淡,加上砵酒汁,三者之間好夾,伴碟沙律同黑醋醬都十分開胃。接著落黎係澳洲葫蘆瓜忌廉湯,口感比較厚身,忌廉味唔會好重,味道好平衡,同時員工會在旁為你現磨胡椒,體驗不錯。主菜方面我地分別選擇炭燒澳洲和牛肉眼扒配(M7)牛肉濃汁同炭燒西班牙極黑豚豬架配龍蒿草胡椒汁。首先上枱既係牛扒,肉質淋滑,澳洲和牛感覺唔會太油膩但相對更重肉味。表面鋪滿胡椒,食落除左更加風味更加多個脆卜卜既口感,現場提供三款不同芥末,對於有要求既朋友,可以跟據自己喜好選擇。伴碟的薯仔外表鬆脆,薯味十足,蕃茄煮到剛剛好,將甜味濃縮起黎。另一道主菜係西班牙黑豚豬架,豬架厚切,口感唔係好淋,有咬口,豬油香味十足,近骨頭部位油香味濃,比起平時會食既豬架瘦身少少,但味道濃郁。伴菜既燒粟米燒班金黃香甜,清新開胃。最後黎到甜品,法國philibon蜜瓜伴荔枝雪葩同埋台灣愛文芒果配雲呢拿籽3.6牛奶布甸。法國蜜瓜比想像中更甜同軟熟,荔枝雪葩唔會太甜,突出到荔枝味道。旁邊既芒果汁同甜品本身都好夾,雜莓新鮮,係一個唔錯既結尾。而牛奶布甸奶味充足,愛文芒果比較清甜,容易同布甸配搭,一樣有野莓伴碟,比較喜歡牛奶既我好鍾意呢個布甸!總結呢到價錢合理,食材同手法令我覺得性價比十足,同時服務員都有細心留意我地進度,上菜速度剛好,見到旁邊食客慶祝生日,餐廳會將甜品重新擺盤同寫字。環境光陰適中,枱與枱之間空間十足,係我最近食過最滿意既餐廳。…Read More

之前聽講有間放題有多國菜食,所以提前預訂左今晚位置食個放題解放一下!就係呢間瀛鮮環球放題,一次過食均全世界lol首先呢到係以日本放題主打,有刺身日本料理同燒肉等,同時會有中菜,泰國菜等等不同地區既小炒,可以話一次過食晒唔同地區美食!我地今次加左暑假優惠,可以揀多啲其他款式既食物,其中有燒北寄貝及生蠔等,更加有清酒、梅酒任飲,性價比都相當高。一開始店員送上刺身船,估唔到會有咁多份量,同時店員話食材當地直送,係當日飛機貨,食落都好新鮮。其中甜蝦同三文魚都非常鮮甜。之後又係大陣仗既燒肉拼盤,當中牛舌燒完好爽口,肉味濃郁。肥牛等等食材都有肉味,唔係平時任食既水準。跟住係海鮮拼盤,青口、蝦同蜆都值得推薦,其中蜆係打開口後加入醬油燒烤會更加提鮮。叫左榴連炸彈,一上枱新鮮炸起,要放涼一段時間先可以食,外脆內軟,濃濃既榴連味一下子爆發出黎。另外店員同我地講上Facebook like完會有小食送,但原來今期做緊,燕窩西米露,鮑魚同魚翅等,燕窩西米露真係比足料,鮑魚都有份量。最後要講講呢到服務質素好好,店員不時收骨同主動提供電話座等服務,上菜速度不錯,同時竟然有駐場歌手!出面接待處後面都有啲道具同背景比人影相打卡,如果大家想食飯盡興,不妨黎試一試。…Read More

有質素連鎖居酒屋

香港各地其實都有大大小小既日式店酒屋,但有時居酒屋餐牌同食品質素各有不同,有時會入到去發現食唔到自己想食既菜式同味道,今次想講既就係另一種形式,各區都有既連鎖店。首先要講既係牛肉壽喜燒,其實更似壽喜燒汁既牛肉鍋,上面鋪滿牛肉,令人食慾大增,同時可以追加配菜,我地就要左拉面同溫泉蛋,將拉面同蛋混合黎食非常配合,同時鍋入面既蔬菜吸收左牛肉湯既味道,突出左蔬味既甜味。另一個主菜叫左和風牛小排陶板燒,牛小排肉質彈牙,肉味都算濃郁,加上即時用燒熱既陶板自行燒烤至想要既熟度,食起黎都好有熱度同香氣。之後為大家介紹居酒屋必食既炸雞,我本人係日本都食過唔少居酒屋,發現佢地整炸雞真係有一手,香港和民既炸雞都一樣外脆內軟,充滿肉汁!跟住都係另一樣雞肉料理,免治雞肉串,我發現日本人幾鍾意食免治雞肉,佢地既雞肉丸一樣都係免治肉,今次個雞肉丸質地比較大粒,相對感覺好似更彈牙好味!最後我地有啲口痕就叫左赤蝦刺身,其實日本人多數都會先食刺身再食其他料理,不過我地食飯冇咩所謂啦,赤蝦刺身食落新鮮,蝦肉鮮甜,不過最後先食都要飲返兩啖熱茶暖暖身😂總結食和民好處係質素穩定,同時款式都算多,服務質素都好好,仲有到處都有,有時想食啲日本野再飲杯酒都係一個好選擇。…Read More

今日再次出到黎尖沙咀同朋友食飯,都有一段時間冇食啲韓國菜,今次就搵左Hanook試一試。一入到黎被粉紅燈包圍都有啲迷幻感。今日兩個人只係叫左3道菜,第一味就係一個小食蒸泡菜餃子。平時多數我都係食到蒸中式餃子,但最近泡菜餃都好多人食,泡菜既辣同口感係令到餃子多左一種體驗,呢到蒸完出黎唔會令泡菜好似湯餃咁變得太淋,中間仲有啲汁,做得唔錯。下一樣係肉食人蔘雞湯,聽閒人蔘雞係韓國人係夏天最熱時食既食品,香港最近咁熱就岩晒。呢到個人蔘雞煮得好淋,連骨頭都好似溶開黎一樣,雞既精華都走晒出黎,可以係個湯到飲晒雞同人蔘既精華,都咪話唔補身。原味拌飯bibimbap係今餐主食,將所有調好味道既伴菜撈埋牛肉、辣醬同飯,口感同味道既層次都會一下子提升,係個拌飯入面辣醬都係一個帶黎刺激既重點,加上淡淡既麻油香,bibimbap的確係韓國飯中一個吸引人既菜式。總結今日店員服務不俗,同時食品都係傳統韓式菜式,有機會大家都可以黎試下。…Read More

最近韓國菜式好多時主打重口味菜式,其中炸雞同意粉等都好受歡迎,上面加上芝士同韓式辣粉辣醬非常惹味。今次我同屋企人就出到去尖沙咀Pizza Maru食一餐豐富既炸雞同pizza啦。一開始叫左個蜜糖柚子花園沙律,柚子醬清甜加上蔬菜都好開胃,可惜我地估計佢係預先整好既,所以啲醬有啲雪得好實同埋上面啲nuts都唔名脆變得。下一道菜係漁夫蕃茄薈海鮮,蕃茄汁唔會太酸,海鮮都爽口新鮮,籃青口食落都鮮甜,唔會太大海水味同肉質彈牙,仲有蝦、帶子同魷魚,材料豐富。重點原來係佢個包到,望落以為係好薄好脆咁,食落先知佢中間有厚度有種煙靱口感係中間,點埋蕃茄汁食係好好味。跟著要介紹主菜之一炸雞,蜂蜜蒜泥炸雞,蜂蜜蒜泥醬煮到剛好,唔會太重口味,同時炸雞充滿肉汁,雞胸都一樣好滑,可能因為我鍾意食炸雞所以十分推薦呢道菜。下兩味係意粉,分別一個夏日精選菜單中三文魚菠菜忌廉意粉同埋帶子泡菜卡邦尼。三文魚菠菜忌廉意粉既醬味比較清淡,同時見到唔會好油,有時係出面食意粉啲醬汁會好油膩,呢到冇呢個問題,醬汁幾切合夏日感覺。另一個帶子泡菜卡邦尼幾有驚喜,加入韓國元素既卡邦尼食落唔會太辣又唔會太杰撻撻,意粉口感彈牙,醬汁掛麵好均勻👍🏻最後到另一主角,太陽蕃茄芝加哥薄餅,特色係中間夾心用上mozzarella芝士,拉絲效果出眾同時唔會太重味,餅底都係煙靱口感,加上傳統辣肉腸同蕃茄,口味調和,對我黎講係一種新鮮既體驗。飲品叫左橙汁為豐盛既一餐清清喉嚨。總結今餐飯改觀我一直對韓國菜式重口味既感覺,相對之前食過既大量芝士同醬汁既炸雞,今次食落冇咁濃味,多左一份恰到好處既味道。…Read More

本人係幾鍾意食牛肉同烏冬既,今次同媽媽過海黎到銅鑼灣食間人氣性價比高既餐廳,又有忌廉烏冬又有吉列牛食,正呀!今次叫左個二人餐再加兩個小食,二人餐包左吉列牛定食同咖哩忌廉烏冬再加兩個汽水。一開始黎左烏冬,成個面都係忌廉見到既時候有少少不知所措,但入面其實係咖哩牛飲烏冬。麵質係我最愛既彈牙感,咖哩加上忌廉唔會太膩。另一個重點係牛肉質地好好,開頭有諗過跟麵食既牛肉未必好食但呢到個牛肉有肉汁又好淋滑。另一個定食係呢個吉列牛定食,係呢到另一主家,肉質同油香都十足,上枱時肉係大概medium熟道,用上石板加熱可以係食個時都熱辣辣,醬汁有一個加左wasabi既沙津醬食落幾夾牛肉。另外今日仲叫左兩個小食,分別係kobekyu秘製蛋卷同蒜片牛舌芯。蛋卷中間有芝士卷心,食落有層次。牛舌芯相對一般,可能係太薄同我地冇即刻食佢,有啲乾身,比起印象中彈牙既口感欠奉。總結我覺得餐廳性價比真係好高,同時好多款食物水準都有中上水平,值得回頭黎多幾次。…Read More
