說起港大校友會,已有最少6年沒來過;心目中它就是陸羽的親民版,名物也是相似:白肺湯、糯米雞、雲腿鴿片、鹽焗雞、咕嚕肉….。說回正題,是次朋友寫菜,我靜靜的吃,也不錯。兩小碟糖脆柚皮&煙燻素鵝-柚皮清新、素鵝也及格蝦多士-新版的加上芝麻等等,但我還是想念舊版…焗釀響螺 真心推,葡汁加上內涵,香滑綿密翡翠骨香鯧也是推介,鯧魚是晚沒選鷹鯧,但黃𩶘鯧才收不到$300,連骨頭也是炸得香酥,糖豆也是清爽甜美鹽水鵝吃得出淡淡鵝味,點上沙薑豉油也不錯羊肚菌蔬菜炒南瓜一點不像素菜,但香味非常,推薦魚湯脆米泡飯魚湯本來味道濃厚,但太多飯粒,脆米無立身之地…可惜,但我不加脆米,一道魚粥無得輸香芒奶卷太極布甸 甜品布甸不錯,有芝麻香…Read More

聞說友人姐夫近日於葵芳開了一間車仔麵; 反正亦是於附近上班,找個晚上試食去也~原來店家本來已在青衣打出名堂.不是新手; 亦令我充滿期待看看點菜紙,這裡麵的選擇比別人多; 伊麵, 生麵也是坊間少有先試試金醬油撈麵-秘制醬油一吃之下已知加了豬油,香! 粗,幼麵也是有咬口這裡清湯是大地魚熬出來, 清甜辣油是自家制,用上非洲辣椒,辣得來有香味通常光顧車仔麵, 必然看看有什麼特別菜式; 豬手,炸雲舌是老闆推介豬手夠淋,及格炸雲吞原來是雲吞皮包粟米鯪魚肉-鯪魚肉彈牙絕對係推介之選牛根腩夠淋入味鳳爪炆得入味不會死咸魚蛋個咖喱汁好得,好香,用黎撈麵一絕其他餸亦是及格, 不是濫竽充數吃得已大半飽, 正想來碗湯麵之際, 忽然三樣炸物登場豬扒奄得夠味之餘,亦不會失去肉味雞翼表現正常而生炸雞脾卻是驚喜之作. 皮脆肉汁多,忍唔住食哂一隻再來一碗車仔麵, 滿足!這裡的麵跟湯比很多D麵店亦好, 而餸亦是每多驚喜;下次食晏又多個地方啦…Read More

近日友人在西貢"美食小巷"中開了間串燒小店, 作為食"友"當然是第一時間試食啦! 先試友人力推”腩肉車厘茄", 腩肉香加埋車厘茄甜,本身已經冇得頂,再加上D醬汁,必試~"燒金磚";正所謂"膽固醇萬歲",油O既甘、香,又係一絕個晚仲有食左d雞(心、肝、皮、腎....同埋..雞尾)最鍾意係個燒雞肝;燒到個面好香,裡面有肝臟獨有油香,encore左兩次 XD仲有鍾意O既係芝士丸,拉到絲ka~其他肉類都合格~不可不提呢到D燒魚類都好好(鱔,秋刀,大眼雞)反而牛舌個人偏向厚切鹽燒.... 另外是晚最驚喜都係呢個燒菠蘿, 係用鮮菠蘿, 又香又甜,正呀~(不過如果去埋個心就好啦...) 總結整體都係滿意以上, 不過好多野都係限量, 冇法啦店仔細細,好多材料又係佢地即日係街市入貨希望一路keep個味道就掂啦!!…Read More
