超多款式嘅Pankcake! 選擇困難慎入

一直都好想試呢間好出名嘅Pancake, 最近終於抽到時間出尖沙咀試試佢~店內環境雖然有少少逼狹,但係都算光亮整潔。仲有啲特色位,例如呢棵假樹~ 室內喺樹下食pancake個感覺都幾得意😂仲可以打卡!今次試咗兩款pancake, 其實只係topping嘅分別,pancake本體係一樣嘅。不過即管試下唔同配搭會唔會有唔同感覺啦~《焦糖香蕉班戟》 $98焦糖香蕉pancake賣相好唔錯!香蕉外層包住金黃焦糖,感覺好香濃~一食落去唔知點解有陣魚腥味,不過口感唔錯,外層薄脆,香蕉軟綿,配埋pancake幾融合。呢款pancake係會配埋蜜糖。本身以為已經有焦糖,再加蜜糖會好甜,但因為焦糖好薄,所以比例唔多,加埋蜜糖出奇地好食,仲蓋過咗嗰陣小小嘅怪味。推薦加爆蜜糖食!!佢嘅Cream亦好滑,係水感嘅透薄質地,帶啲奶香。感覺冇咩負擔,唔會增加甜膩感,適合撈埋pancake一齊食。《雜果朱古力班戟》$108第二款就係滿滿雜果嘅pancake, 賣相豐富~雜果包括奇異果、橙、士多啤梨同藍莓橙係連皮上,食起上嚟有啲唔方便。朱古力亦只係幾圈朱古力醬,存在感低。雜果同pancake其實唔融合,果還果、cake還cake,所以印象唔深。最後講番Pancake本體,同想像唔同,佢係冇咩空氣感嘅Pancake, 口感黏,冇咩彈性,唔係鬆軟type嘅pancake, 食到最尾仲會覺得好鹹⋯係一款冇甜味、比較漿狀嘅pancake, 配合甜嘅醬就洽到好處不過我本人就麻麻呢種口感同味道所以主要嘅俾分位都係佢有好多唔同嘅配搭選擇,甜度亦唔高,食完冇咩罪惡感😎不過價錢稍貴,如果平少少就好啲啦~…Read More

[性價比生蠔] 平靚正$10生蠔!其他食物則普通

話說網上面見到呢間餐廳有特價$10/隻嘅生蠔,仲要啲評價唔差,冇人話佢得個平字而唔好食,反而近全好評!雖然Cress係唔食生蠔嘅,但都激起咗我嘅好奇心去一探究竟。咁平嘅生蠔,究竟食唔食得落口??店內環境好大好多位,窗邊可以望番出citiwalk中庭。食物選擇唔算多,但店員都幾積極,見我哋決定唔到,會主動上前推介。《特價生蠔 (Tatihou)》$10/隻唔講咁多廢話,即刻嚟評評呢個生蠔!今日嘅生蠔係嚟自法國嘅 L'huitre de Tatihou,睇嚟佢哋每日/定期都會轉特價生蠔品種?蠔身非常細隻,好似發育不良咁,但蠔不可以賣相嘅,食入口先!佢嘅肉係好薄但口感細滑,入口一陣清甜,去到最尾吞咗,啲海水味連同少少腥味就會滲番出嚟。而個貝柱肉係重甜味~配埋啲醬辣辣地會辟番陣腥味,會更好食。雖然話唔飽滿,但係味道都算易入口,腥味有但都唔重,以$10嚟計的確唔錯!至少連唔食生蠔嘅我都覺得ok~~咁入到嚟冇理由齋食生蠔㗎嘛,就順便試試佢其他食物。《香草忌廉煮馬尼拉蜆》$188本身係想要青口但冇貨,就改蜆。其實一上檯都幾失望,蜆嘅份量得好少,成碟嘅份量都好少,感覺好唔抵⋯蜆嘅肉質正常吧,唔特別新鮮彈牙,但都唔算霉,但有少少沙。個汁就好水,重香草味但超級鹹!嚴重缺乏忌廉嘅香、味同質感。店員上菜時推薦叫個蒜蓉包一齊食,送埋啲汁,所以就叫咗試下。《蒜蓉包》$38蒜蓉包有6片,價錢尚算合理。不過包唔夠鬆,又帶點乾硬,個口感有少少似疏咗少少風咁,蒜蓉味亦唔特別香。《黑松露野菌意大利飯》$108飯係非常熱咁上檯,入面有好多菇粒,可惜面頭嘅包係半腍,個汁唔濃香,個飯都稍稍有點太腍,係好普通嘅質素,絕對唔值呢個價。整體嚟講,呢間以蠔做招牌嘅餐廳,喺生蠔上的確冇令人失望,$10/隻嘅特價生蠔物有所值,唔太腥易入口;但其他成物質素頗為普通,定價亦有點高,所以oyster lovers都係專注生蠔吧~…Read More

好食的千層海膽同真蠔!(明明本人唔食呢兩樣嘢)

有數間分店嘅鮨一,呢幾個月喺荃灣開業了~位於荃灣廣場正對面,非常好搵嘅位置,西鐵行過嚟都唔算好遠,大概8分鐘路程。店面唔太,但都坐到20人左右。店內頗嘈雜,店員都係年輕人著件普通tee咁,所以感覺檔次都唔算好高,體驗一般。但店員有禮貌的~第一樣到嘅係Asahi! 😂酒杯都有雪到冰凍,欣賞!《鮨一千層海膽飯(小)》$198食物打頭陣就嚟咗我最期待嘅千層海膽飯!除了兩三層嘅海膽,底下仲有拖羅蓉,亦配有紫菜,所以可以有多種食法呢海膽份量的確好多,比飯更多!食落係完全冇腥苦味,綿滑微甜。拖羅蓉口感軟綿好融和,雖然冇增添特別嘅風味但心理上爽咗😂不過份量真係好細嘅,飯嘅份量大概得三粒小壽司咁多?包紫菜食又係另一種感覺,紫菜好脆,多重口感,體驗豐富~《日本真蠔》$68/隻呢樣亦係我好期待嘅一項!一隻蠔新唔新鮮真係一入口就知而佢係冇令人失望嘅!非常飽滿肥美嘅蠔身,望落已經夠吸引食落係帶點水狀嘅creamy, 即係唔係超濃厚嗰種,但勝在真係冇腥味。蠔味淡淡唔重,但食吞完會回番甜味喺口,而個貝柱係極鮮甜~ 好滿足呢順帶一提,Cress我係唔食生蠔,亦唔好海膽嘅,真係超怕嗰種腥臭味!但都好想推薦呢兩樣食品俾大家,因為唔腥而且帶輕微甜味,相信連唔食佢哋嘅朋友都一樣入到口~《大拖羅壽司》 $98/件食咗兩樣好滿足嘅,估唔到嚟番個失望到極點嘅。一講到大拖羅一定係諗起嗰種油脂豐腴嘅肥美口感,可惜呢度嘅大拖羅就唔係呢回事,雖然係冇筋嘅,但油脂唔夠多,缺少咗油香,其實同赤身個分別真係唔大(因為佢嘅赤身都好軟綿綿好唔錯)$98一舊但唔滿足,實在係太貴太唔值了!所以都建議留番啲錢叫其他嘢試下。《上十貫目》 $198十款唔同嘅壽司,當中包括海膽、池魚、帶子等,其實性價比唔錯。佢嘅飯偏細粒,所以唔會食到好飽,或覺得飯比魚料佔嘅比例過高,但魚料都唔特別大片/厚。係海膽俾得幾足~當中值得一提嘅係赤身,冇筋真係基本,仲要超級軟綿綿!真係有俾佢驚喜到。但呢餐飯嘅初頭都有小插曲,就係要乜冇乜:冇金目鯛、又冇螢光魷魚如果知道售罄,同客講聲或喺menu貼一貼會好好多😂整體嚟講唔食海膽同生蠔嘅Cress都好想推薦呢兩樣食物俾大家,確實係唔錯又新鮮;可惜大拖羅太失望,食物份量亦偏少,最後埋單$8xx但兩個人係食唔飽的,以呢個價位同裝潢體驗嚟計實在係偏貴了~…Read More

浮誇天花花海~ 食物正常的打卡餐廳

大角咀一向多餐廳,但打卡韓國餐廳又真係冇聽過。今次呢間餐廳睇相已經覺得好心動--超誇張嘅花花天花!一於試試佢係咪得個樣靚~位置唔算方便,喺內街中央,由奧運站行去都要20分鐘左右。下午5:00左右到,店內竟然冇客😶 但咁就方便影相好多,而且感覺舒適啲冇咁擠逼。不過接待我哋嘅店員俾人感覺都有啲怠慢,冇咩反應同交流。睇完一輪menu, 覺得選擇都算多,但唔太韓式;由pasta、炸雞、咖啡到IPA都有。點餐後會附送湯同前菜。年糕大豆湯好令人失望,因為係溫溫凍凍的⋯年糕夠軟但癡埋一舊⋯前菜就泡菜同醃蘿蔔,份量超小。《芝士炸雞 (6件) $108》  6件當中有兩件係雞翼。一上檯芝士味好香!面頭除咗芝士醬,亦有大量芝士粉。但出奇嘅係作竟然唔係韓色炸皮,反而係平滑薄脆嗰種,同預期好大出入,話曬係韓國餐廳。不過炸得夠脆嘅,雞件都大件厚肉肉質唔係滑但都ok唔太鞋,中規中矩。《軟殼蟹忌廉汁意粉 $98》醬汁淡,冇忌廉香;意粉亦係一般般好發好淋嗰種。但軟殻蟹好大隻,肉多,攞番少少分。超多肉~係嫌佢太有海水味,咬落會唧海水。《香蕉拿鐵 $45》呢個配搭幾新鮮又好味!香蕉甜味完美咁補償咖啡嘅苦,底部亦有好多香蕉肉。但咖啡係普通茶餐廳感覺cheap cheap味,有啲可惜。《IPA是L但 $48》最特別都係有得飲IPA! 呢款個名夠曬特別,飲落一啲都唔是但,好甘醇清香,微甜易入口!整體嚟講,呢間餐廳一啲都唔韓式,食物質素中中等等。呢個價位襯呢種質素,無疑係定價過高的。花花天海影落都算打得落卡,但就唔值呢個價。不過呢頭都算少 少女風 打卡餐廳,經開呢度又咁啱少女心爆發,就可以考慮下呢度~…Read More

[任食和牛!] 價錢合理 食物新鮮嘅燒肉放題

喺香港都比較少有和牛放題食,難得呢一間標榜住喺日本直送,今日就嚟試試佢!呢間野位於銅鑼灣金利文廣場3樓,餐廳面積頗大。我哋2:00pm入座,唔算多人。我哋今日會食嘅就係呢個燒肉放題,用餐時間兩小時,點餐時間1.5小時。餐廳座位闊落,每一枱都有獨立燒烤爐同抽油煙機,兩人坐都好闊落舒適,而且抽風做得幾好,餐廳入面都冇話好重燒肉味,唔怕染到成身味~呢到係用QR code自助落單。食物款式都幾多,由和牛、各種肉類、刺身、炸物都有,連生蠔都係任燒。值得一讚嘅係呢度上菜速度好高,落完單1分鐘都未到,店員已經送上刺身,快到我都嚇親haaha 飲品嘅選擇都幾多,有啤酒同埋各式汽水飲料。首先試咗呢個海鮮拼盤先!有鮑魚、蝦、生蠔、帆立貝、甲羅燒。雖然呢度主打日本和牛,但海鮮都出奇地好味新鮮~鮑魚新鮮彈牙,煙韌鮮甜,一啲都唔會韌扇貝有奶油嘅調味,口感彈牙新鮮蝦嘅質感雖然有少少少少霉,但係勝在有蝦嘅甜味,燒完個味道唔錯。甲羅燒味道濃郁,帶有甜味,口感非常Creamy 但生蠔係令人失望嘅,本身以為有得任燒生蠔好正,但係生蠔係令人失望嘅。因為太重腥味,所以我食咗一兩隻就冇再叫lu而家到今日嘅主角--- 日本和牛!呢個一上檯真係好搶fo~ 超好打卡嘅和牛樓梯!每款和牛都有牌仔寫番等級同部位,咁就唔驚分唔到,可以每款試真啲個分別啦~~識食梗係由低食起,慢慢由A4食到最靚嘅A5A4鹿兒島黑毛和牛一口牛:口感軟腍,油花多,牛味亦重。由於油份多,即使係厚身嘅牛粒都唔會鞋口/韌,燒完仲好香添A4鹿兒島黑毛和牛牛肩胛:肉質厚實,口感偏腍,有濃厚牛味,油脂較少,但係有筋。A4鹿兒島黑毛和牛牛三角:肉質鬆軟,油脂多,夾雜筋同肥肉。A4黑毛和牛牛肩頸:雖然只係A4,但就係最好味嘅一款!牛肉薄身,口感好似棉花糖一樣鬆軟,而且無筋, 油脂豐腴,超級好食。終於黎都A5啦!A5黑毛牛牛牛薄裙,肉味濃郁,口感實在,牛肉薄切,油脂算多。如果鍾意肉味重嘅朋友會鍾意呢款。A5黑毛和牛牛腹肉:口感超級實淨,彈牙但係非常韌,唔太推薦一款。A5黑毛和牛背身肉:油脂比較少,肉味重,口感軟淋冇筋,係冇咁肥但係唔會韌嘅一款,幾好!黎到final boss!A5黑毛和牛牛小排:牛肉薄新,同牛肩頸一樣有棉花糖嘅軟軟口感,但係比起牛肩頸再實淨少少,油脂分佈極高,所以食落好重油花。食完和牛,都試埋其他小食先辣酒煮蜆:調味唔錯,微辣野味,但係唔入味。刺身俾我嘅嘅驚喜都好大,雖然係和牛放題但係刺身都好新鮮。三文魚厚切肥美,有時仲會出腩位添炸物嘅質數亦都好高,全部都係新鮮炸起,外層非常金黃香脆。炸鮮奶入邊煙韌,芋頭波波入面芋泥份量都唔少,我食咗好多粒😂😂菠蘿厚切,新鮮多汁。最後仲有得每人自選一杯Movenpick雪糕,作為一餐嘅完結。整體來講呢間和牛燒肉放題嘅質素都唔錯,價錢合理。食物質素好,食材新鮮。上菜速度好快,而且店員服務態度都好好,呢兩點非常加分~和牛部位選選多,夠肥夠好食~如果喺香港想食和牛燒肉,呢間都係幾唔錯嘅選擇!…Read More

足料豐富嘅麻辣手撕雞!

真係好耐都冇晚餐食中菜⋯今次嚟到長沙灣呢間中菜餐廳試下~佢面積都幾大,每張檯都好大坐得好舒適。不過我哋坐咗入房,就冇咁闊落。呢度嘅定價算係中中等等,唔特別貴,亦冇話好抵。款式選擇多,由各款海鮮、小菜、煲類,到甜品糖水都有。首先真係要推薦呢個手撕雞!應該都係佢哋比較招牌嘅菜色~《麻辣手撕雞(半隻)》$148係勁大碟!就咁睇個價可能會覺得有啲吊高咗,但其實佢都唔hea, 有好多配料。調味恰到好處,麻辣唔會太重,慢慢累積會開始辣,但唔會好辛苦好麻。 唔太食辣嘅朋友都應該食到。雞肉口感都算軟嫰但我稍嫌佢未夠香同滑。可能因為佢係冇汁,所以整體都會偏乾少少。青瓜大大條,清爽味道剛好中和番雞嘅麻辣。仲有扎肉做配料,都幾出奇~而且份量唔少。《生啫大澳蝦醬唐生菜煲》$108之後講下呢個生菜煲~都幾浮誇!因為佢係臨上檯先喺個熱煲內灑水同放菜炒,炸一聲~~~ 勁多水氣令到個菜上檯時係超熱,亦保持到菜嘅爽口。個蝦醬汁掛咗上菜就啱啱好,就咁食會太鹹。個汁混有肉碎,而且食完啲菜都淨好多汁。如果加碗飯送埋佢會勁正!《砵酒焗桶蠔》$188呢個係令我頗失望嘅菜色⋯事慣我都幾鍾意食桶蠔但佢呢個製法就好似用桶蠔嚟整蚵仔煎咁——— 外層係半煙韌又帶啲啫喱感嘅粉漿,但做到腍又唔係、脆又唔係成個口感變到非常差同奇怪酸甜嘅醬汁又唔太夾個桶蠔,反而仲帶出咁蠔嘅腥味。我覺得係嘥咗隻蠔⋯可能揀酥炸會好好多。$188整得唔好食而且都係得5隻,係好令人失望嘅一道菜。《生炆斑頭腩》$148呢個算係不過不失嘅一道~魚腩份量唔算多,但勝在超熱上檯,配料亦多。最後講一講都算提升番我心情嘅甜品~《生磨蛋白杏仁茶 》$28杏仁茶中混有頗多嘅蛋白塊,蛋白味濃,而杏仁茶嘅杏仁味都好重同味道天然又唔會好甜,淡淡地更帶出杏仁香。連我個唔太鍾意杏霜嘅朋友都覺得唔錯!杏仁茶薄身好水但味道好足。如果真係要嫌,就純粹係佢蛋白味真係好重😂好似食緊烚蛋咁。但其實真係幾好味嘅杏仁茶啦~整體而言我覺得係中中挺挺嘅中菜,勝在坐得闊落舒服,一試無妨。當中手撕雞同杏仁茶都算比較出色~如果嚟食都推薦嗌呢兩樣但上菜真係比較慢,當中個魚腩等咗差唔多半個鐘。希望可以改善! …Read More

喺灣仔船街有間好唔起眼嘅雞翼店~今日特登去咗試下。由於佢隔離係地盤,所以唔係特登搵都應該唔會行過去。門面好細,但裝修都頗有格調。其實入到嚟係幾驚喜,店面睇落細細但好靚,基本上每個角落都超適合打卡!而且佢有上層,行上去嘅樓梯都好靚係咪勁好打卡先!!我喺等緊啲嘢食嘅時候,應該都搵咗至少4個唔同嘅角度背景去影好靚嘅相😂各有特色而且可能晏晝時間真係比較少人,我3點半去到成間舖得我一檯,所以可以周圍freestyle影相~超正😂咁打完卡,就講番啲嘢食啦~雞翼嘅味道有好多!餐紙有埋相睇,幾好~有好多得意嘅味,當中「雞煲味」真係好新奇!由於我哋唔想煩,就叫咗 Sharing Platter嘅Netflix and Chill ($268) - 有18隻雞翼,可選3味,再跟多個配菜。店員話Cali、Singapore Zing、Hoisin呢啲都係比較popular嘅味,聽講火燒牛油果都受歡迎,所以要咗~《火燒牛油果 Wingman Avo》(單點$75)牛油果熟得好完美!!非常腍滑!上面有黑椒碎,但其實冇乜火燒過嘅感覺個醬帶酸味,係墨西哥乳酪醬再加咗啲青檸汁,都幾香滑開胃,同牛油果幾夾。但係一隻牛油果嘅份量索價$75未免太貴了~~~雞翼非常熱辣辣地上檯,呢點值得一讚。《Mongolian BBQ 蒙古燒烤味》其實就係土_雞翼咁,好重嘅孜然味~但有比較就有傷害,譚_ 係好食好多嘅😂因為呢度只有香味,味道上係冇乜,而且冇肉汁,肉質亦唔算嫰滑,算係幾一般。《Cali Style 巴馬臣芝士蒜蓉味》呢款係其中一款店員話受歡迎嘅款~香香的芝士味~啱啱上檯有啲芝士粉半溶喺酥炸嘅外皮,特別香口!但由於佢係一堆咁調味,啲芝士粉就唔會隻隻都均勻。《Singapore Zing 新加坡辣蟹味》3隻中我最鍾意呢隻~~一上檯係好香嘅蒜味佢係濕身雞翼,啲微辣嘅醬汁同外層炸皮融為一體,會有比較入味嘅感覺!即使放凍咗,個皮索曬啲汁都幾好食,個皮會變得有少少鬆軟。整體嚟講,雞翼本體係冇過人之處嘅 - 唔嫰滑、冇肉汁、唔入味雖然始終佢係統一炸好嘅雞翼底再加味喺上面,但雞翼本體真係咩味都冇,呢點有啲失望如果調味可以做得均勻啲,相信起碼食落味道會豐富啲,唔會有太強烈「只係外層加調味」嘅感覺。定價亦算係偏貴⋯但始終勝在味道夠多夠特別,又係超新鮮炸起~ 環境細細但都靚 可以打到卡想試下特別味雞翼嘅朋友都可以一試嘅~…Read More

本身好少去科學園,但呢度有間算新、開業兩個月左右嘅餐廳,都幾值得去!佔地算大,係一個L型嘅間隔。望埋個開放式bar,都幾有格調仲有啲打到卡嘅裝飾~😛檯同檯之間唔會太貼,所以幾自在,加上可能新開冇咩人知,人唔算多靜靜地,感覺更加chill坐得好舒適闊落最正係望住呢個平台花園,望下啲小朋友喺度玩,真係好休閒~等緊嘢食嘅時候仲可以出去行吓影吓相呢度係scan QR code 自己喺手機落單嘅,主打英國菜,亦有韓國fusion菜色。講番啲嘢食先《松葉蟹膏蕃紅花意大利燴飯》$138淨係以作為一個意大利飯咁計,其實佢好出色,飯質偏硬 做到 al dente;醬汁完全同飯粒混為一體,冇多餘水份而且上檯時非常熱辣辣 值得一讚但係望番佢個名就完全唔貼題首先完全食唔到蟹膏嘅味,亦都見唔到第二亦都係完全見唔到蕃紅花 顏色上亦都唔係好覺入邊淨係有大量嘅菇粒同洋蔥粒真係有懷疑過佢係咪上錯菜😂但見佢描述寫有洋蔥 雜菌 芝士 忌廉等等,又符合左所以食到我同朋友好謎😂 如果改名做雜菌意大利飯應該會合理返😂但係呢度另一款菜式真係令到我好驚喜《威靈頓牛柳》$188首先個價錢都唔算貴,平時閒閒地上二百!超吸引嘅嫰紅色,大概五成熟一咬落去成個口感味道都好令人喜出望外 --首先係超鬆脆又好薄好薄嘅酥皮,充滿牛油香!牛面嘅菇碎亦有菇香微滲再咬落去舊牛度,完全冇肉筋纖維嘅阻力,非常爽滑!明明係完全冇脂肪咁滯,但偏偏好軟嫰可口,好似一舊好爽口嘅劍魚腩咁😋係靚牛柳嘅魅力啊!雖然牛味唔重,但口感一流,剛好嘅熟度,唔乾唔鞋唔韌,超好食~即使擺耐咗,口感依然軟滑而且唔好睇佢好似好細舊,其實兩個人分都好滿足,因為勁厚啖啖肉呢度亦有手工啤選擇,邊食多國菜邊支持番本地手工啤😂整體嚟講雖然科學園冇咩事都唔會入去,但呢間餐廳真係幾值得去,環境舒適開揚,好適合拍下拖傾偈、同friend hea下一個晏晝,食物質素高,對得住價錢,威靈頓牛柳好正!食完仲可以行下花園平台、周圍影下相,超級好feel!如果嚟開真係幾推介大家試下😚…Read More

一直以嚟對樓上cafe嘅期望都唔算好高,但呢度俾到驚喜嘅感覺我~位於中達大廈11樓,一出𨋢就見到呢個環境。純白主題,整潔明淨,感覺好簡約舒適。可能因為試業期間,所以人唔算多,令成個氣氛更加幽靜,愜意。Menu 選擇算多,定價亦合理。《黑松露薯條》 $58食到一半先記起要影🙊 薯條粗身多薯蓉,上面有黑松露醬同附有黑松露沙律醬。薯條都稍有調味,所以即使松露香不足,都算係不過不失嘅質素。《黑松露雜菌飯》$98佢冇標明自己係意大利飯,但飯質口感都有番少少偏硬,而唔係淋patpat嘅飯,呢點幾好!上面有一小坨黑松露醬飯中混有超大嘅磨菇粒,亦有洋蔥絲、香草及蒜片。以一個素嘅菜式嚟計,佢嘅味道真係好豐富,有唔同嘅香味。大大粒嘅菇亦增加咗口感,唔會太寡。不過黑松露同菇菌味就冇好濃,有啲美中不足~《煙三文魚菠菜忌廉意粉》$88朋友嘅意粉我食咗啖haaha意粉口感彈牙,充滿忌廉香~《Hojicha Latte》$46美美的拉花~~有幽香焙茶味同唔太甜原來呢度嘅焙茶同抹茶都係用京都 美好園嘅茶粉呢總結嚟講,呢度環境超舒適整潔,係一個好適合閒聊 hea下嘅地方食物質素都唔錯,誠意之作,定價合理,份量都適中夠曬飽佢哋嘅窗邊位仲可以望到九龍公園!日頭嚟一定好靚!但夜晚就只係見到自己倒影咁非常期待日間再嚟多次,坐窗邊~係絕對可以encore嘅樓上cafe ☺️…Read More

好日都唔入將軍澳,難得去開梗係search下有咩好食。發現呢間Cafe都幾多人推薦,所以就去朝朝聖~餐廳近海邊,成個feel都好優閒舒適,好啱餐前後散下步hea下。估唔到平日下午3點左右呢啲非繁忙時間都唔少人,所以都要等位。Cafe內部開揚明淨,有日光照入嚟,感覺好舒服。其實佢都有啲室外座位,但熱辣辣寧願等下位坐室內。左邊係髒髒咖啡,出乎意料地完全唔「髒髒」,同想像中好大出入😂根本就係杯正常嘅咖啡加奶。不過飲落咖啡味好香醇,加埋奶更顯出佢嘅滑度,係幾好飲嘅。而右邊嘅double expresso,甘而不苦,幾易入口。我哋一行兩人只少少地叫咗一份主菜一份小食。但個番薯條個份量好似仲大過個意粉😂絕對食得飽人!!番薯條係闊身扁扁的,好大條,薯蓉比例高,所以感覺特別飽。如果幼身啲,炸層比例高番啲,作為小食可能會更好。而個意粉係絕對冇令人失望嘅。雖然份量偏少,但質素幾高 — 手作意粉夠煙韌有咬口,帶不規則嘅闊意粉好容易將醬汁掛曬上去。忌廉汁濃惆,好香菇菌味,而且雜菌嘅份量都唔少。味道上冇咩好挑剔,但份量實在比較細吧~ 畢竟價錢都有番咁上下,雖然係好味但就令性價比下降咗少少整體嚟講呢間都算係幾無敵嘅cafe, 位置恬靜,又有海濱做配套;環境舒適,光線充足;無論食物定咖啡都算高質,絕對係將軍澳必食~~唯一有微言嘅地方就係份量比較細(主菜),定價有少少高~~ 但同區應該比較少同類型高質cafe, 所以都值得去!…Read More

之前成日見人食呢間餐廳,啲賣相幾靚,所以想嚟好耐!原來唔止靚,仲係一間食素嘅餐廳。我哋book咗1830,被通知2000要交檯。餐點選擇唔算多,菜色亦稱冇太花巧特別,唯獨我同朋友都即刻聚焦一樣 —— 冬蔭意大利飯!呢個聽落最特別了,感覺好fushion好新鮮。順帶一提,menu寫明份量大,有需要可以要求減量⋯令我真係好好奇份量有幾大先會叫人減量?然後,係我錯了。佢份量真係好大好誇張啊!淨係望啲飯都起碼有兩碗吧?!基本上兩個人細食啲都會夠食 真係應該乖乖叫減量的⋯個飯好有冬蔭功嗰種酸酸辣辣、金不換嘅香味,但味道上唔算濃,反而係偏清淡少少但帶微酸辣嘅飯。飯質偏淋,但同啲汁融為一體。飯入面混有草菇、蘆荀,令口感冇咁齋。但作為食葷嘅人,即使佢味道唔錯同幾特別,但整體都係算清淡,會有少少空虛。而呢個意粉就普通好多了。就真係純粹一個以植物材料炒成嘅齋意粉⋯混有蒜泥,但味道真係冇特別,好家常菜feel,感覺自己喺屋企都輕易整到一模一樣嘅味道。但值得一讚嘅係意粉算煙韌同幼身,所以口感幾好~ 整體嚟講最大賣點係 份量大!好適合大食嘅朋友😂而味道上都係偏淡的,食慣肉/重口味嘅可能未必滿足。不過呢兩款都係主菜類,唔知如果未來漢堡嗰啲有冇驚喜呢?…Read More

平價!但有點令人失望的黃店

而家食飯,最緊要搵黃店💛有日去開觀塘,就搵到呢間慢煮屋。聽落好似好勁,慢煮喎!所以期望不禁有少少高。門外貼左連儂牆,果然黃到出曬面~但第一個失望黎了門口接待個位呀姐態度認真麻麻其實店面唔大,又坐爆人,又好多人係門外排隊可能覺得生意唔憂做?佢係完全怠慢我地,知道我地冇訂檯就就咁叫我地出去等。出去等唔係問題但原來係要等佢寫飛攞籌 (我初時見到以為係自己寫,所以寫左)見到有啲人明明黎先又唔知要攞籌,但好多後來到既人係度 佢地近啲門口 最後呀姐會寫左俾佢地先其實好忙既都可以講聲要攞籌,或者叫我地自己寫?態度呢啲野,重要,但不如我地都睇左食物先。估唔到定價係咁平,一個飯都係$70-90 晚餐既話絕對唔貴,仲要慢煮喎!《慢煮火炙牛腹扒丼》$88黎得呢度梗係要食招牌既慢煮牛賣相唔錯,價錢亦平,仲要配埋湯同小菜!溫泉蛋流心效果強,令人垂涎呢度仲可以免費加汁送飯架呢一齊暫時都好滿意,係時候入戲玉--慢煮牛唔⋯為何結果不是我想像的那樣講到慢煮 我會期望好腍好鬆既肉質但冇,可能牛肉太瘦既關係(完全零肥),肉質始終有啲實、有啲韌冇肥油既關係,亦食唔到啲咩牛味油香失望第二波啊⋯《照燒慢煮鳥肉芝士爆丼》$68呢個反而比想像好的因為雞肉嫰滑,芝士香味濃啲芝士香得黎好軟棉棉,同啲雞同飯好夾。但係第三個失望已經出現就係兩個飯既飯都唔係熱既⋯。因為都要啲時間等,會好想食到個飯係熱辣辣香氣逼人咁但佢只係室溫咁結果成個飯都係溫溫的令到食慾有點下降⋯其實都用得慢煮呢個成本比較高既烹煮方法,想走平價路線係可以,但不妨出番個真‧高質版既慢煮牛飯,用貴啲既料,最多賣貴啲 加個極上版?因為多數慢煮都會用埋靚啲既牛令成件事更完美如果只係將材料經慢煮由 差-->可以接受  係滿足唔到食客反而 好--> 超正 先可以令人印象深刻架嘛而家純粹掛住慢煮個名,提高左人地既期望,但質素非常普通,咁就少左回頭客了。加埋接待唔太好既態度,我個人係唔會推介朋友黎食,會搵其他黃店⋯一間餐廳,黃係大前提但唔係免死金牌如果食物質素同服務態度唔ok都係唔值得支持的…Read More

食氣氛,仲要食醬油蟹!

雖然好少食韓燒,但呢間係一間氣氛真心好既韓燒店。佢既門面好窄唔顯眼,要行上一層。入到黎見到啲裝修都幾地道,氣氛融洽,大家都好似好放鬆咁。檯上備好前菜,係任添既,店員見到你食曬就會自動幫你添。前菜有泡菜、芽菜同菠菜。泡菜好好食,唔會過酸;菠菜就有麻油香。我地黎睇下個menu先選擇都算多,豬牛海鮮都齊,仲有唔同小食飯麵。-------------首先!我要推介呢度既重中之中必點皇牌--醬油蟹!《醬油蟹》 $380/2 (逢星期二 $300/2)呢間明明係燒肉店,點解會大推醬油蟹?因為佢真係好。好。食!我本身唔係一個好食生蟹既人,亦未食過醬油蟹。抱住一試無妨既心態獻出第一啖,估唔到佢唔單止完全符合我既期望,直頭係喜出望外 😧你睇,爆膏架!個蟹係超級入味,每一啖都食到甜甜既醬油味同蟹肉融為一體。蟹肉微甜,當生蟹浸苦味岩岩想滲出黎,醬油既甜味又會恰到好處咁蓋住個苦味。蟹蓋也是重點~老闆教我地將啲紫菜飯撈入去食,盡吸精華呀!順帶一提,個紫菜飯都唔hea, 紫菜同飯有5:5甚至6:4,啖啖都食到紫菜之餘,加埋啲芝麻同蟹膏同醬油甜,好好食!《特級牛肋肉》$208牛肋肉算唔錯,有啲牛油香,不過唔夠濃,肉質亦帶韌,唔夠鬆化。唔係話佢好差,只係以呢個價錢食呢個質素黎計,就有啲啲落差。食完不禁有種「咁就已經係特級架拿?」既感覺一路燒啲肉汁一路出,記得唔駛燒得太耐!《三花肉》$108我覺得三花肉係韓燒既重點,話曬以前韓國廣告呀psy都成日講住「三曲西」😂呢度既三花肉肥瘦均勻,肉質紥實。比起一般三花肉,呢度肉既比例多啲,食落唔會太膩,個人覺得韓燒食得冇咁肥唔錯,但如果你係追求超肥腴腩肉,呢個未必滿足到你。老闆超好,主動幫我地燒,明明超忙但係都親力親為,仲幫我地剪埋。燒得岩岩好帶焦香,豬皮彈牙。《海鮮煎餅》$98之後呢個又係有驚喜既item~海鮮煎餅明明係好平凡既野,但佢超厚好滿料,充滿韭菜,入面啲蝦仲要出奇地彈牙重點,個皮煎得好!脆! 冇諗過一咬落去係好清脆既嚓一聲。而且份量超大(又厚呢)會好飽肚,所以算係幾抵食😆缺點就係冇咩調味,自己點下辣醬或其他醬就會好食好多。同埋叫得海鮮煎餅,但只有蝦肉啊?應該正名鮮蝦煎餅較好?哈《芝士烤帶子》$188加左芝士比普通貴$20入面有五大粒帶子!要先喺個兜入面燒一陣,熟熟地後再夾出爐到燒下表面。我建議唔好係兜煮到全熟!因為會再燒外層,如果全熟再燒會變到好韌⋯我第一粒係超嫰滑,但之後個啲可能煮耐左,就開始韌。啲帶子咁大粒,性價比都唔錯,但係加芝士就唔係必須,因為煮既過程會出好多水,啲芝士就會埋沒於水中。到最後拎出黎燒完其實完全食唔到芝士⋯ 所以係可有可無 (作為芝士控的坦白直言)最後係我覺得唔值得叫既《光陽烤牛肉》$158店員遞上檯時解釋,光陽係韓國一個地方~ 哦~長知識了!但係佢既肉質奇差-完全冇口感既淋,感覺上好似用鬆肉粉乸到冇曬肉質咁,唔似食緊牛。而味道上都係冇牛味,只有醃製既調味。既然都係食牛,不如加多少少食其他牛肉(例如牛肋)更好。不得不提既係老闆店員態度都好好(除左個別職員,但反映了)老闆更加係分身不暇既情況下都好關心每一檯,檯檯都會去望下幫手燒下咁,又要keep住幫人換爐面(冇錯,燒燶後佢地會主動換)又會同客small talk,完全做到冇停過!俾人感覺好有heart,好受重視。可能因為呢度做熟客生意多,周圍啲人都特別放鬆,氣氛好好,坐得更自在。當晚有客人生日,餐廳仲播rock版生日歌,其他檯既食客都有一齊唱~總結講,覺得老闆好用心經營,係度食野幾舒服,醬油蟹更加係連唔食生蟹既我都大讚!不過肉類質素同價錢有差距,整體偏貴但如果一班人想韓燒,呢度會係一個好選擇,叫埋啲飯麵煎餅share就會抵好多😎_…Read More

重本原個芝士輪意粉!

葵廣出名芝士撈麵係人都知,但當我經過第一次見到呢個原個parmesen芝士輪,第一反應係「嘩呢度葵廣咋喎駛唔駛咁揼本??」要知道一個芝士輪都唔平㗎要成萬蚊😥.咁我當然好有興趣試試佢,價位出奇地唔貴,三十零蚊咁。有12款,但全部都只係面頭個餸嘅分別。呢度係即叫即製,佢成間舖其實得兩個人、三個爐,店員都提醒我地訂單較多要等耐少少。等咗15分鐘左右就齊曬所有嘢~上手發現勁聚手😦意粉份量真心多但好老實講食落 不怎麼樣雖然係好真實嘅芝士味 但實在唔夠濃,係有喺芝士輪入面撈過 但芝士存在感實在唔高,芝士控如我係會好失望😭都明白呢個成本同售價又唔可以要求太高,至少佢係都算對得住價錢,大大份夠曬食飽(同真係有用過個芝士輪嘛)但如果吹到酒店級又真係⋯做多咗個人覺得 鹹牛肉鵝肝係最好食的~雖然有少少偏鹹了,鵝肝味道又實在食唔出,但係鹹牛肉嘅質感同個意粉好夾好融和,撈埋一齊個意粉濕潤啲又鹹香啲,會比較好食呢三文魚實在冇咩大特別,就係有兩塊魚係面咁。Rosemary雞雖然面頭真係有rosemary,但係雞肉肉質太鞋了⋯其實都有個唔駛增加成本又可以令個意粉好食啲嘅方法,就係意粉煲快啲--- 而家啲意粉過淋了⋯另外叫左兩個小食反而個豬仔包係有驚喜的!本身仲想話佢實物同圖片完全不相符:但!一咬落去就被驚艷到了!坊間一般豬仔包都整到好硬好厚唔好食,但呢個係超薄脆,中間又鬆軟,配埋牛油香真係淨係食個包都滿足~~一啖接一啖啊!係啲蛋唔夠多同滑🤔但價錢同口感都好滿意,我最推薦呢個.至於薯蓉就⋯⋯真係唔好嗌,$22勁細份又唔係特別好食(細到出乎意料)因為薯蓉冇奶香冇牛油香,芝士感覺好似用片裝嘅效果,煙肉份量都好吝嗇 >_<總括黎講,佢成本真係高,而售價真係好低,絕對唔可以用好高標準去評價,但係起碼佢對得住個價錢,意粉大大份食得飽人,當正餐都算幾抵?大概係學校啲canteen嘅價錢同質素吧,一試都算毋妨丫而脆豬,呢個價錢配埋黑松露醬我覺得係可以encore再encore的!平時一個奶油豬都要十幾啦~P.S. 店員態度幾好,有種人情味.…Read More

當potato corner剛登陸香港,曾經都有好大嘅熱潮,又好多人話好好食。明明只係m記都有嘅shake shake薯條,究竟有咩咁吸引呢?因為呢份好奇,又咁啱經過,所以決定排隊試試。當時係7pm左右,但只有一店員,要負責落單、炸薯條同出餐,唔怪得要排咁耐⋯一兜薯條,索價$62,食個太興都有找了,但係如果真係好好味,都可以一試⋯但事與願違,排咗成20-30分鐘,薯條攞到上手,竟然 完 全 唔 熱 的明明一直有人排住隊,又見到佢keep住炸薯條啊?唔熱都算了,shake shake薯條嘅重點係咩?係shake! 但係就嚟到我哋時,有個男店員番嚟幫手,佢shake得超求其,shake兩下就當shake好,但兩下又點會勻呢?本身個女店員係慢,但好認真,shake到勻為止,又會好好將啲薯條剷入個兜到,務永真係剷滿個兜。但呢個男店員,shake又求其,剷又求其,剷完跌咗唔理照出,好似趕收工咁,仲有空位又冇嘗試剷多少少入去,變相份量係少咗最奇葩係,佢對住之後落單嘅客人,竟然嫌人地去到cashier都未決定好叫咩,嫌人地慢,嗰兩個係外國人嚟,當人哋終於決定好,佢仲帶不滿地同人講「you have to be quick! 」我真係聽到眼都突埋,慢嘅擺明係你哋啦,俾你一分鐘落到100張單又點?你都出唔切!而我其實唔介意等,我排得隊就預咗,但係排完咁耐,你竟然係hea🐶我咁樣出咗兜垃圾俾我,仲要用一種客人負咗你嘅態度,我就真係覺得好嬲!直接blacklist以後都一定唔會再幫襯咁傻豬豬…Read More
