琳瑯滿目的茶果。我曾聽到「媽子」說:「我的茶果是用過濾水做的!」色彩繽紛,圓圓滾滾,十分可愛!每個茶果只要$8!茶果皮好軟熟,不會黏牙。餡料則是純粹原味,吃得出材料的原味。1) 左邊的碟 左上:鹹綠豆真的帶有鹹味。鬆散的豆蓉就如端午糉的綠豆餡。右上:蘿蔔菜甫原來是茶果型的粉果,內裏是粉果餡:蝦米、蘿白粒和花生(因為吃得太開心,所以忽略了菜甫)。雖然餡料微辣(也許加了胡椒粉),然而吃那些料附在竹葉上的餡料,會吃到荷葉(?)的清香。左下:眉豆蓉鹹鹹的,完全不帶眉豆渣,美味!右下:花生芝麻粒粒分明,芝麻炒得香!2)右邊的碟左上:紫色的紫薯紅豆不帶味道,紅豆不甜,吃到紅豆的原味。右上:砵仔糕甜度適中,頗有彈力,並非只是鬆粉!左下:翠綠的班蘭紅豆透着班蘭的幽香。紅豆餡尤如紫薯紅豆般保持原味。右下:橙色的南瓜椰絲,椰絲味好濃郁,甚至香得有點頭暈,喜歡椰絲人士一定會好喜意。我則驚訝椰絲會如此香。…Read More
