經過K11想吃下午茶, 上開飯網取經時發覺這店好評如潮, 於是決定去朝聖朝聖.其實因為係肚餓的關係, 一坐低先選擇吃的:Tropical Delight Toast Set賣相很精美, 只是看也令人心曠神怡. 但多士本身沾了太多牛油, 吃幾口還可以, 吃到最後只可以用"捱"黎形容, 奉勸各位點這個SET前要三思!前面曷Flat white, 後面是Latte.咖啡方面的確不俗, 本身很少飲咖啡的我也覺得香味濃郁.這裡實在是飲咖啡的好地方, 但如果自問不是嗜甜者, 就可能沒什麼食物適合了~…Read More

去年十月已經試過一次這家店的出品, 當時覺得味道不錯, 尤其其中一味蛋黃炒苦瓜, 甘甜苦瓜再加上鹹香蛋黃, 既開胃又清新, 水準相當不錯.昨天重臨紅磡區, 又想起這一味甘香清新之選, 再點一次, 但很可惜水準已經差了很多.1. 蛋黃炒苦瓜上菜時見到蛋黃集中埋在中間已經心知不妙, 一口咬下, 竟然發現...冇味道! 估計是苦瓜"出水"時間太長, 導致苦瓜應有的味道已經流失, 再加上蛋黃未能均勻地分佈在苦瓜表面, 全碟都淡而無味. 2. 油淋無骨雞這一道菜果然沒有改錯名字, 油淋淋的, 除了油外其實沒有其他調味道, 而"無骨雞"云云, 原來是指雞扒! 天呀, 如果是想吃炸雞扒, 我大可去快餐店吃, 而且還可跟黑椒汁, 起碼是有味道的~3. 小食拼盆 (鹽酥蚵仔/鴨舌/豆乾/滷蛋)想不到是這一道不需要煮的菜最好味道, 可見食材本身其實還不錯, 不過是煮功太差了.回憶總是美好的. 大概再也不需要光顧這家餐廳了.…Read More

睇戲前先要來一個quick dinner, 不想吃快餐, 也不想吃得太飽, 忽然想起這間曾一度"走紅"的Noren.六點半的時間, 一個客人也沒有, 連日藉老闆也閒悠悠坐在一旁發呆, 大概想不到有人會在這個鐘數來吃晚餐吧 與朋友二人一人點一個set. 朋友吃"招牌貨"豚肉飯, 我就點了稻庭烏冬set.先說烏冬, 這是一個"齋"set, 只有清湯烏冬一碗及薯仔沙律. 本來想加點一個吉列豬扒, 但記得上次吃過有點太乾, 而且三十多塊錢只有三幾塊, 性價比低了點~ 其實這個烏冬都不錯, 湯底很清但卻有點點甜味, 但可惜烏冬本身太"淋", 而且很碎, 食落不是太過癮. 隨餐附送的薯仔沙律味道不過不失, 沙律醬比起平時吃的"奇妙醬"好, 但薯仔不夠粉, 比起上一次吃的失色.至於友人既豚肉飯聽說不錯, 是用珍珠米煲既飯, 最合各"飯桶"們的心意. 我嘗過一口豚肉, 覺得質素甚佳, 咬落新鮮有肉汁, 側邊的脂肪位尤甚爽脆, 配上醬汁味道很好很適合送飯, 難怪係招牌貨.作為一個晚餐定食, 豚肉飯是個好選擇; 但烏冬卻令人有點失望, 下次再來都只會為了豚肉飯了~…Read More

早在一年前已到過這裡吃shabu shabu, 當時對這間坐落在街角, 毫不起眼的店子感覺一般, 剛巧今日有友人提起這店, 氣溫又開始驟降, 正好再試一試它的真章.六點半左右已經到達, 在門外探頭一望, 咦? 一個人都沒有. 看過餐牌, 其實選擇不算多, 主要是選湯底及要哪重肉類. 上次經驗是吃淡淡的清湯湯底, 今次決定改吃濃味的sukiyaki, 再配上牛肉; 而朋友則繼續清淡, 選了清湯, 配豚肉+海鮮.先來一個"沙律"開開胃, 但其實是罐頭粟米菠蘿加幾片青瓜, 不吃也罷.開火燒熱了鍋, 侍應小姐先下一塊牛脂"起鑊", 不得了, 即時聞到陣陣濃濃的香味 脂肪這東西真令人又愛又恨! 之後再加上洋蔥同炒及醬汁, 一鍋油香四溢的sukiyaki湯底就完成了~牛肉與sukiyaki湯底相當配合, 雖然跟餐牛肉牛味不算濃, 但勝在嫩滑無渣, 加上湯底及生雞蛋的蛋香, 也令人吃得津津有味~ 蔬菜方面都算新鮮, 但可惜吃到最後的西洋菜很"韌", 有點美中不足.又試一下友人的清湯豚肉, 似乎就給sukiyaki比下去了, 如果不加醬料, 其實有點似吃湯渣的感覺~ 至於海鮮方面也有點"搵笨"之嫌, 只有兩隻蝦, 兩隻青口及一條蟹柳, 而肉質只是一般而已, 下次可專心吃肉了. 雖然清湯味道較淡, 但到尾聲時混和各種肉味, 再加飯煮成雜炊, 又有意想不到的清甜味道. 除了兩個火鍋set之外, 我們還點了熱sake和三文魚刺身, 合共$460左右. 其實整體質素令人滿意, 尤其是sukiyaki湯底濃郁, 吃完全身暖笠笠感覺很舒服. 但如果以每人二百多元的價值, 佐敦區其實還有很多選擇, 難怪在我們用餐的兩小時內, 都只有7個客人了.…Read More
