前幾日想同男朋友去一間好食嘅打邊爐去慶祝一下週年紀念, 就喺網上面搵咗一間環境好似睇落唔錯嘅餐廳. 入到去就畀佢嗰個發光嘅霓虹燈吸引咗, 原來餐廳所有嘢都模仿住舊時嘅香港.無論碗碟定還是裝修,都有好濃厚嘅傳統氣息.完全係我嘅至愛咁我哋坐低咗就叫咗一個二人精選套餐 , 同埋再叫咗個龍蝦鮑魚海鮮湯底.一嚟到有少少嚇親,因為冇諗到嗰個龍蝦湯鮑魚湯底係有咁多嘢食, 除咗啖啖龍蝦肉之外仲有帶子, 蜆, 魷魚,一路撈都一路仲有,成個波都係海鮮味道, 令到啲嘢食都好好味.鴨血唔會一夾就散,除咗滑嘟嘟之餘, 啲味道同出邊食嗰啲好唔同.分別係鯪魚滑、墨魚滑還有牛肉滑。 特別之處係鯪魚滑加了臘腸增添口感和為平淡的魚肉帶點色彩!墨魚滑就加了鹹蛋黃,增添一份油香; 至於牛肉則加了滑馬蹄,一個字:「爽」!響鈴, 都係咁啦不過就吸咗啲湯嘅精華都幾好味牛白胸膀油侍應放咗落去之後等8秒就食得, 個人覺得好肥感覺還好. 其中有一個係叫做果皮魚蛋, 一邊包住咗粟米, 覺得好驚喜個牛肉係我今餐最滿意嘅一個餸, 啲牛肉唔似平時喺其他火鍋店食嘅牛肉, 啲牛肉好有牛肉味, 食得出唔係普通貨色, 下次我諗都會特登再叫多次…Read More

最近新都會廣場翻新完,多左好多新店舖。 逛逛下見到Ufufu Cafe開左新店系度,以前都食過尖沙咀店幾次,見新店風格& Menu都吾同左,一於試下!每次到UFF必點的 九州風炸雞翼,外皮金黃酥脆,配上甜甜地的(照燒?!)汁,連平時吾食雞皮既我 都忍吾住食晒,絕對係餐前開胃菜!+$48套餐 有沙律&酥皮湯&飯,沙律醬汁酸酸甜甜 不膩; 酥皮湯 則較以前的遜色了一點。 皮較薄 少了層次和牛油的香味 湯較稀 (個人喜歡以前creamy些的粟米湯)主菜係 和牛漢堡法國鵝肝,漢堡扒好鬆軟又吾乾  唔係機器/現成貨。 不過一人獨食的話應該好“制”,建議2-3人share一份。 煎過既鵝肝 入口即溶 而不油膩!最後,黎到UFF 當然要食埋佢既甜品,雖然款式無以前一百多款,但加了不少新產品每樣望落都好吸引 特別係多左好多抹茶items! 今次叫左抹茶味濃郁 吐司外脆內軟 內裡似梳乎厘。…Read More

熟悉我的朋友都知道我家鄉是在上海, 在香港常常看到不正宗的上海菜標榜自己是正宗, 唯獨試過家上海幾次之後,都忍不住和朋友再來一次。 今次等候了20分鐘才入坐,幸好和朋友聊天聊天時間過得很快, 場內的佈置十分優雅,同時間可以透過玻璃看到師傅製作小籠包的過程。 我們一坐下服務員便為我們呈上黑木耳頭盤, 黑木耳對人體消化系統十分清潤,非常適合在飯前吃, 黑木耳非常新鮮,咀嚼間十分爽口,清清甜甜,味道十分不錯。首先來的是蜜糖脆鱔, 黃鱔外層炸得十分香口, 味道有點像炸魚仔, 淋上熱燙燙的蜜糖, 味道有點像蜜糖爆谷, 必試!!我們叫了花雕醉乳鴿作為前菜, 酒味十分香醇, 凍乳鴿配上花雕的味道, 味蕾頗為涼快, 精神為之一振, 乳鴿有鴿味道,肉質幼嫩, 應該是由於選用了BB乳鴿的緣故。每次我都一定會食的就是小黃魚,魚肉肉質非常新鮮,帶一點點鹹送飯一流, 廚師把魚皮煎得剛剛好,味道有點像炸魚皮,這個餸是在這麼多的餸中我覺得最好味的一個。跟住就是生煎灌湯小籠包, 經驗老到的師傅把小籠包的皮挫得很薄, 然後像生煎包一樣把小籠包包底煎封, 將外皮咬開, 湯汁洶湧而出, 整個小籠包包吃起上來很濕潤, 不像有些其他餐廳預先製作好的乾乾的小籠包。朋友很喜歡吃羊肉,所以我們點了一個鐵板羊肉, 羊肉肉質不錯而且並不會太酥, 儘管味道還可以, 可惜我個人認為並不是很有驚喜,試過就可以。 最後一個是豬排湯麵, 我認為豬排要整得好食, 廚師下的炸粉一定要薄, 否則整個豬排就會很厚, 變得不好吃, 而家上海這個豬排就做得非常之好。另外, 麵條亦十分彈牙爽口,煙煙靭靭,有點像拉麵的感覺,可以一戰。服務而言, 侍應們非常熱心, 經常自動為我們加茶, 而且十分有禮貌。總括而言, 餐廳環境和氣氛都十分不錯, 終於可以靠吃這間餐廳滿足對上海的思念, 哈哈!…Read More

平時都鍾意周圍搵特色餐廳飲飲食食, 近排聽frd講先知利園有間特色居酒屋, 氣氛吾錯, 就去試下先。我地叫左個二人Tea set $298。 包2杯無酒精飲品, 點左西柚汁, 有鮮果肉, 酸酸甜甜, 十分開胃。首先黎既係頭盤小食, 每款用精緻既四方盒子呈上, 賣相吸引。 個人認為炸物較出色, 唐揚雞柳外圍香脆, 裡面嫩滑有汁, 完全吾乾吾老, 簡單加幾滴檸檬汁已經好味, 讚! 自家製忌廉蟹肉餅都同樣香脆, 而炸粉吾厚, 忌廉味濃郁但蟹肉較少。額外點了雞泡魚干, 較軟身易入口, 係陪酒佳品.接著今餐既主角來了, 聽說權八出名串燒, 一場黎到當然要試試!燒粟米煮得剛好, 爽口不會乾, 粟米味濃郁而且十分鮮甜。 蒜片豬頸肉, 肉質較嫩, 吾乾吾un, 易咬。 但令我最喜出望外既係蒜片, 蒜味濃不用說, 但香脆得黎吾油, 好乾身, 似凍乾既水果片,就連一向吾鍾意蒜頭既我都好欣賞!我地另外叫左單點既燒海老, 肉質鮮甜, 相當肥美, 必點! 其他串燒都不過不失。最後就到甜品出場, seasonal水果係來自日本既蜜瓜, 超級超級甜, 加上入口即溶, 幾乎吾洗咬, 必食!!而橙色既mochi係哈蜜瓜味, 都好味。  另外, 抹茶愛好者一定喜歡濃厚抹茶味既抹茶蕨餅, 帶點苦澀回甘, 配搭有咬口既紅豆蓉一流!服務方面, 值得一讚既係換茶密, 總共換左三次而確保茶溫。總括而言, 呢度環境&氣氛不錯,食物質素頗高, 同朋友聊天食野, 絕對係好地方。…Read More
