🇬🇧三小時fine dining 完滿既生日🥰

初時只係知道呢間食fine dining出名有誠意,去之前先知原來呢間係米芝蓮嘅綠星客廳🤩 自問自己都係奉行減碳減廢既人,所以食之前都對呢間餐廳好有期望😋 趁住肥肥生日又發掘下好餐廳先😚.Tasting menu ($1180) [有short tasting menu, 少左3個course, 其中一個係出名嘅truffle pudding. 留意14/2之後就唔會有short menu].服務真係⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️waiter/ waitress 每道菜都好熱心介紹,個個都做足功課,有時我哋聽唔到/問仔細啲佢哋基本上都完美解答,對得住連續幾年攞米之連既質素.1. 🍒 Beetroot tartlet with whipped liver and blackberry 頭兩樣finger food一齊serve. Beetroot tart非常精緻,我同肥一度思考左陣個tart紙係食唔食得😂 第一口食落味度都幾酸,但好快就食到中間既肝mousse中和左,而撻皮係crispy脆片,bite size亦令到呢個咸食既finger food一啲都唔膩.2. 🍅 Chickpea wafer, smoked cod roe, lightly dried tomato. 連味道都好似dessert 既finger food! 用餐廳培植既小葉做top, 中層有幾片乾蕃茄,連埋smooth到似paste既白鱈魚籽,食落直頭似甜品。第一次具體感受到一口食物有幾個層次🤪.3. 🧈 birch sap glazed truffle pudding, berkswell 餐廳介紹呢個係佢哋嘅signature (其實識落覺得樣樣都可以做signature 😂) Berkswell cheese pudding, 食落去有啲似文華嘅French toast. Birch sap係一種甜甜地焦糖化咗cheese pudding既野. 面頭佈滿碎芝士,好啱我胃口,如果唔係得一口,我一定會攞埋肥肥嗰件😘{🍹beetroot | Lapsang souching | pickled cherry }第一杯pairing drink 出現了🥰聞落似beetroot. 飲落係有啲複雜嘅甜味. 信我真係甜既😂😂 立山茶我第一次聽,呢個茶底好。味🤩 對我來講有啲似一杯有beetroot syrup 既台式飲品 (肥肥話齋 我地真係好中意downgrade啲好食物).4. 🥩 ox in coal, caper jam, kohlrabi and sunflower shoots Venison 一個display 得好豐富嘅牛肉他他. 基本上每一道菜都有小葉用黎裝飾(小葉!🌱),喺呢度就唔詳細講。奶白色既係pickled蘿蔔,令到菜式嘅味道更加concrete. 第一次食tartare配開心果同埋南瓜籽,tartare有一層cold oil,而且餐廳用aged ox 去整,所以食落唔係嫩口/ 入口即溶既感覺,係有啲嚼勁{ 🍹Genmaicha | Yuzu }作為一個中意茶既人,每杯drink我都好期待😌玄米茶+柚子 聞落飲落都好smoky. 同牛係超夾. 雖然柚子中和到之後嘅custard,但因為佢帶acidity and sparkling,反而覺得呢一杯同seaweed Custard唔太夾.5. 🍮 steamed seaweed custard, trout roe, crispy black kale好creamy既custard,上面鋪滿魚子同埋炸脆既紫菜,開始有少少飽腹感 { 🍹Cold brew Rice Scent Puerh }冷泡普洱茶,有一陣米飯味😂 真心覺得好特別,中式茶我唔好普洱嘅原因係: 苦,但呢一杯給有驚喜.6. 🥦 fuseau artichokes buried in aromats, stout and ragstone呢道菜主角係grilled artichoke,display固然靚又有陳次,但我最鍾意既係旁邊嘅dressing, ie black Vinegar + black beer (stout) 既sweetness. (好難忘既味道,我忍唔住問咗佢waitress呢個sauce點整🤣)7. 🐚 Hokkaido scallop with fermented white asparagus, wild garlic oil (Supplementary $50) 喜歡帶子既我梗係要加呢$50啦😉 帶子刺身屬於超薄切(公道啲,大約1cm thick),上面諗嘅係Pickles jelly + garlic oil + 蘆筍炮製而成嘅汁{ no drink pairing }{ 🍹 Hami-melon, dried salted plum power }喺上魚前上左一杯飲品,完全就係哈密瓜同埋話梅組成既汁,甜大過酸,係開胃既感覺😚 .8. 🐟 butter poached grouper, heirloom sweet corn, shrimp sauce .9. Parker house roll with brown cultured English butter 有咩餐廳去到第九道菜先上包?佢哋介紹係因為麵包成日都俾人當左餐前吃,忘記咗其實麵包都係一道菜. All I rmb is they ar made with brown butter infused with yogurt ☺️9. Dry aged duck with smoked beetroot, aromatic herbs and elderflower vinegar可以話係成餐飯唯一完完整整見到嘅meat. The waitress said after roasting, the duck will be rested 12 hrs to absorb back the juice; other than the sauce on top, the Beetroot 係第三個層次. 可惜鴨同紅菜頭都唔係我特別fancy既食材,冇太大感覺.跟住就犀利啦,甜品唔知點解有三個😂😂.1. 🧁 tunworth cheese, fig jam, candied buckwheat and malt望落去包羅萬有,好似一個盆栽咁(如圖) 其實係雲集Coffee crunch, 一粒粒嘅Fig jam on the bottom, Cheese to add slight flavor and Lime jelly. 而隻碗呢,好似摸緊乾冰嘅感覺😂.2. bee pollen cake, mint and strawberriesMint bottom n pollen cake, 以士多啤梨汁襯托,中上層分別係Mint cream 同 a spoon of yogurt in vanilla flavor 3. 最後,係一粒好似金幣嘅caramel white chocolate moose. 有點甜😂.未計餐廳另外送咗一小件咖啡生日蛋糕俾肥肥,前後食咗四個甜品😛😛😛.另外兩杯non alcoholic pairing:{ Mandarin, ginger, honey, apple cider vinegar }{ Green pear, vanilla, ginger, nutmeg, clove, star anise }.遲咗好多先完成呢篇食評…呢半年各方面都好似有啲不一樣,食得平淡左😂 如果有機會,好想再同肥食多次3.5個鐘既晚飯,再逐杯嘢飲逐碟嘢食欣賞,傾過去傾將來.總結,算係我咁大個女食過最講究嘅一餐,味道服務環境幾乎無懈可擊,慶幸揀左你生日一齊去💕…Read More

感恩2022大家的照顧和疼愛,全都是我值得的😌-NYE 晚餐同平時一樣,做緊三個價位,分別$888, $1388, $1488,主要係唔同級數嘅牛、蝦,同埋有冇刺身。餐廳坐落中環,有唔少外國人,開頭有諗過係咪price up左,但食落覺得食物質素同餐廳氣氛對得住black sheep restaurant. 揀得幾好呀本😈😘-Book左8:30但未入得,餐廳好識趣地俾咗兩大杯sake同枝豆食住先. 之後好快就有第一碟野食- 🍅 日本靜岡高糖度蕃茄Waitress介紹呢個蕃茄比一般既甜三倍,第一啖食落係好鮮甜既,但無特別,反而一沾左鹽,食落既刻唔同哂🤩🤩 具體來講就係無咁似沙律,開胃得黎唔會嗆喉🥗 沙律南瓜茸🍣 sashimi 🍳 茶碗蒸🦞 未食第一道菜之前師傅俾咗一隻新鮮西澳龍蝦(仲郁緊)我哋睇(好後悔冇影到🥲),之後先攞埋一邊處理. 之前喺灣仔食鐵板燒已經見識過師傅拆虎蝦肉、挑腸、煮蝦頭既功夫,但今日第一次食鐵板燒。龍。蝦🤪😎 坦白講,睇落冇咁難處理,但味道👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 sauce係用酒、味醂、蝦膏等熬製,而且澳洲龍蝦肉質豐滿同爽(聽聞南澳既更加上乘) yummmmm-🐚 餐廳俾我哋將其中一份鵝肝轉做帶子~ 好大隻嘅北海道帶子😆 同樣用牛油同埋酒煎香,食材靚自然味道好。唯一要挑剔係帶子上碟後要等師傅整好個sauce再淋上去,食物已經凍咗(而我係不太接受到食物唔趁熱食😅😅)🦆 地獄鵝肝,本本有咩感覺?我都係麻麻🙊 不過配埋多士的確唔膩,兼第一次欣賞師傅煎鵝肝(生肝個樣真係唔討好…)。賣相係OK,但我呢種唔好肝既人都係prefer Hugo’s 鴨肝配啫喱既味道-🥩 牛肉係鹿兒島tenderloin and sirloin. 同師傅取經,佢話西冷油脂分布多,煎完都見到白色既紋. Tenderloin 肉色較深. 經過師傅一輪表演後,終於上碟😍 serve with 由晚餐一開頭就油炸既脆蒜、wasabi、幼鹽. 我自己鍾意sirloin 多啲,因為油分多所以入口更滑更淋,但平時一大塊要自己切嘅牛扒我就鍾意”瘦”d. 本本就乜都中意🤪🥬 seasonal vegetables 🥘 龍蝦(鉗)麵豉湯🍚 和牛碎炒飯-食到呢度已經開始飽,飲啖湯暖暖胃。湯冇乜特別,只係有好有輕微蝦膏味; 炒飯粒粒分明,香口,調味啱啱好。蔬菜有三樣: 雞髀菇、菠菜、紫蘿蔔,分別點柚子+日式醬油、麻醬😌 其實crown既蔬菜幾有驚喜,始終大部份鐵板燒餐廳menu都係牛加海鮮,炒飯加麵豉湯,反而睇佢哋用咩蔬菜去配搭整個鐵板燒餐可以欣賞到師傅嘅心思和用心☺️☺️☺️-🍨 食完最後一道熱食,餐廳安排我哋去梳化位置食甜品: 柚子雪葩. 全靠本本上網book,所以有得送茶碗蒸同埋甜品😋-後記: 餐廳比我地感覺係service好而且好識做生意(positively)、侍應自由度大而且轉數快😂 可能2022最後一日心情好,請我哋飲shot 😂 我哋想將鵝肝轉帶子冇問題、遲咗安排入座又識補飛😅 請經理幫我哋影相,佢真係不厭其煩,又識打燈😂😂而且餐廳好細心安排另一個區域食甜品,避開油煙味,仲可以坐得舒舒服服傾耐啲計-我有啲surprise大部分人嚟食飯就只係食飯傾偈,師傅喺席前烹調但好多外國人冇點欣賞。其實鐵板燒就好似omakase,我覺得就算唔想太多交流,只想靜靜地食餐飯,都可以細心欣賞師傅嘅功夫。我都好感受到師傅煮嘢食嘅熱誠…令到我同本本都有興趣煮下嘢食🤪🤪-叻喇叻喇,呢間餐廳揀得好!I like ❤️…Read More

網上見到唔少關於Hugo’s 嘅好評,所以對呢次chef eric’s autumn tasting menu 好有期望,果然名副其實😙Set dinner 一共有五道菜 -🌰 Foie gras au torchon 鴨肝凍配糖風栗子軟多士唔知大家好唔好肝,我同🌱係典型怕羶味。好彩餐廳將鴨肝配一個解膩嘅啫哩sauce,整個口感即刻唔同咗,鴨肝變咗好似一個咸moose既存在,好味😋-🐚 Shell fish marinene 法式海鮮湯呢碗湯有Brittany clams 青口同埋白酒蔬菜,由侍應最後淋上雞湯。海鮮味濃(主要因為兩樣殼類海鮮都帶重海水味)但飲落清新。蘿蔔西芹洋蔥切成好細好細,吊味又唔搶蜆肉湯嘅味道。食完第一道菜之後飲海鮮湯感覺上剛剛開啟味蕾,可以迎接主菜😙-🐙Mediterranean octopus, pan seared king scallops fig salad 地中海八爪魚香煎皇帝帶子又係一度令人垂涎三尺嘅salad. 係,可能會諗點解仲未到主菜,但呢個就係tasting menu既精粹。Hugo’s做到每一道菜都令人抱有期待🥰 其中帶子配salsa verde(墨西哥青醬) 同無花果味道好有層次,有牛油香、帶子汁嘅鮮甜、無花果嘅果甜; 八爪魚反而冇烤過既味,嚼勁為主。前菜凍、熱、凍咁食原來真係好過癮,仲可以試到廚師係每道菜之間嘅功夫,越食越開心😛😛😛-🥩 Roasted venison loin 烤黃麖柳初時冇為意,原來主菜係鹿肉。雖然望落去似牛肉,但鹿肉既紋理都幾唔同,而且咬落去firm啲,冇牛咁多汁。🌱今次唔敢食太生叫左medium。始終幾乎冇食過鹿肉,比較唔到,但我覺得肉質比較un. 牛油麵條同埋接骨木汁同炒野菌形成一個好好嘅配搭,老實講如果唔係睇返Menu,幾乎解構唔到所食嘅味道😂 但呢個主菜一啲都冇令人失望,我相信鹿肉嘅烹調方式比牛更加難鑽研,放落tasting menu 真係大開眼界 😌-🍮 Apple tarte tatin Williams pear sorbet 法式焦糖蘋果撻 香梨果酒雪葩😍😍😍😍令成餐飯再昇華既甜品. 有人會叫tarte tatin做一個倒轉咗嘅蘋果批,我覺得似係一個麵包布甸包住焦糖蘋果,暖笠笠,上面仲配埋雪葩😭 真係好好味!!飽到捧住個肚既我好後悔冇食晒. -餐廳到最後包左兩杯飲品同埋送咗朱古力(用乾冰上😂). 總括而言呢餐真係200分,100%好食兼有驚喜,鹿肉鴨肝呢啲唔係個個都啱胃口但最尾都食到lam lam脷😚😚😚 環境氣氛都不錯,有氣派得來唔似中環幾間法國餐廳咁拘謹/咁打卡😂😂 暫時係本年度最滿意最推薦嘅餐廳🥰🥰…Read More

半島嘅下午茶就食過幾次,每次都要打包,scone同甜鹹點維持一貫水準,從來都冇失望。唔知晚餐大家有冇試過呢?.一直都好enjoy 有live music既餐廳,半島大堂其實一向都有live band. 星期六晚出奇地少人,set dinner 大約$480,想歎下兼感受下氣派就黎左. .前菜又叫左octopus 伴紫薯😍 連埋沙律、pesto 醬,好夾好好味🤪🤪 相當有心思嘅前菜,開胃之餘又清新又暖胃. 沙律當然係配橄欖油同埋醋,但點樣將pesto配海鮮,甚至加西餐比較少見嘅紫薯又係另一個層次,我評為成餐最出色既dish 😎.我同小圓分別嗌左牛同埋豬. 豬分幾個部位,pork belly脂肪比較多(😏),食落略嫌少少油膩,但欣賞菜式用aioli(?)稍為平衡返。pork tenderloin 豬味頗濃,加上冇太多調味,如果唔點sauce既話我覺得比較寡。grilled cauliflower就😋.牛扒煎得香,調味適中,小圓冇話好好食,冇特別驚喜😌 個人覺得豬更加考功夫.甜品係raspberry opera cake and hazelnut moose with vanilla ice cream. 🍰 兩樣對我來講都90分.Opera cake 的確幾甜,但配埋薄薄一層紅莓醬,我覺得作為最後一道course 剛剛好,亦都適當咁減低左飽膩感. 今日係大日子,小翠一早book咗Window seat 試吓呢間西班牙菜😈餐廳留咗最近窗邊嗰張枱俾我哋,但我地轉咗去corner 打卡位😆 餐廳比我嘅感覺好似去咗歐洲小餐館一樣,初時睇相見樓底矮以為好細,原來都坐到好多人!waitress 好細心幫我地keep起把摭,亦都會介紹下menu,比起高級餐廳嘅奢華呢度比較有歐式餐館嘅溫暖。-先來一小碟橄欖、薯仔沙律同埋幾片麵包-🐙 octopus with paprika $160西班牙tapas 好多時都有八爪魚,呢碟西班牙八爪魚伴甜椒奧利汁味道唔錯😌 八爪魚微微烤過,用薯仔片墊住,上面有淡淡既荷蘭醬,完全唔辣😋 一碟八小件,雀仔胃嘅我同小翠都可以食唔停-🍅🥣 Gazpacho soup $88食嘢方面小翠最就得我,難得佢開聲話想飲凍湯梗係要嗌😋 呢個凍湯同我印象中嘅味道好相似,好濃既蕃茄同埋蔬菜味。特別在於餐廳會比幾碟Add ons (包括紫洋蔥、蕃茄粒、青椒粒、青瓜粒). 大家千其唔好落得太多洋蔥粒,碗湯會好嗆😂 好開胃嘅前菜,亦都同熱食tapas 同paella 好夾-🍄 Stuffed mushroom $138超~級~香~ 呢碟tapas 一上枱就有陣好香嘅煙肉味,係好香好香😂😂 可惜食落口略嫌唔夠鹹,stuffed mushroom 黎講水準不過不失啦!(之後打包俾屋企人食佢哋就覺得好好食)-🥘 seafood paella $550😎嚟到ole 既must order😍😍 雖然得我同小翠兩個人,但我一早決定咗要食呢個海鮮西班牙炒飯😆 原因係比起tapas 西班牙菜對我來講更加有代表性嘅係paella. 加上我鍾意食海鮮,毫無懸念就order 左。海鮮包括小龍蝦、中蝦、青口、八爪魚粒,味道不錯,有少量飯焦。我覺得非常好食,小翠就覺得 ok la ~~- 🍮 Catalan cream $88嘻嘻呢個係焦糖燉蛋…既朋友😋 味道好相似,但主要材料係奶唔係cream,而且多咗橙香同玉桂味。餐廳安排咗兩個職員唱歌同埋放咗蠟燭喺士多啤梨上,最特別係會攞個火槍加熱焦糖,好睇又好味🥰-對餐廳既整體印象好好,tapas 以至西班牙飯和甜品都好味,碟碟都有睇頭,而且價錢公道,我哋都打包左唔少食物。雖然餐廳喺中環半山,但唔係走高尚奢華路線,發覺我好鍾意呢種溫馨嘅歐式小餐館feel 😆 值得再嚟!…Read More

Dp book咗主打海鮮既意大利餐廳 Osteria Marzia ,今次咩research 都冇做,見到咩啱就嗌咩😋-餐廳嘅賣點係精緻海鮮料理,同非常濃烈既南意海岸既特色 🇮🇹 我地Starters 主菜各叫左兩樣-🐚 *TARTARE DI CAPPESANTE*Hokkaido scallop, asparagus, chives, wild fennel, chervil, Sorrento lemon ($288)作為海鮮#1 fan 既我,當然要嗌帶子刺身啦😋😋 有別於平時食到嘅香煎帶子,帶子刺身應該要係最新鮮嘅食材,配簡單嘅調味 (阿媽話齋,野食濃味通常都係因為急凍/唔新鮮). 呢碟帶子top with薄切蘆筍片,加橄欖油,幾款香草(chervil aka french parsley),配菜簡單,但恰好全部都係我鍾意食既,亦襯托到主角帶子嘅鮮味。讚呀!👍🏻-Polpo 🐙($268)一打開Menu就比呢個燒八爪魚吸引. 上菜既時候經理有介紹,食材來自south coast,八爪魚燒得好香,用打成糊狀嘅翠玉瓜襯托,加埋羊奶芝士,味道唔濃但非常綿滑。一濃一淡,諗返起都舔舔脷😋-🦞*CHITARRA* Boston lobster with cherry tomatoes ($338)dp已經由龍蝦仔進化為另一種動物☺️ chitarra 源於意大利中南部Abruzzo,同spaghetti 相似,不過切角方形,唔係圓轆轆 pasta,係我鍾意嘅口感(但我相信有人會覺得比spaghetti rough)見係龍蝦意粉所以冇諗咁多就order,味道中上,但賣相就一般。龍蝦肉切粒(冇蝦頭亦都唔係原隻上),sauce 好好味😋應該係海鮮加白酒,加埋有意大利廚師觸覺先識揀嘅香草。餐廳用嘅唔係一般意大利餐廳嘅擺碟,而係充滿漁村色彩嘅碗碟,真係有置身意大利南部小餐館嘅感覺😚😚 但性價比一般-🥦*GNOCCHI* tiger prawn, broccoli, Almond ($288) 仲記得第一次喺意大利食gnocchi, 就知呢種食物一定唔係個個都鍾意😂 口感煙銀,似pasta但其實係用薯仔造既,並唔係pasta類。以往食gnocchi都好似係go with cheese/vege,今次竟然係配蝦?🍤老實講呢碟有少少失望😅 蝦嘅味道唔突出,西蘭花碎作點綴,三樣嘢都鍾意食,但夾埋又唔係好啱口味,冇話好好食。不過呢個都係意大利南部菜式既特點,富有地中海風情。而且南部主要食材係海鮮(留意menu上係冇牛扒選擇嘅😂)、橄欖油、蕃茄 etc. 所以見到廚師花心思用唔同嘅蔬菜襯托。-另一樣好深刻嘅食物係 anchovies 鯷魚😂 原來靚嘅anchovies 好多都係Amalfi既出品!(amalfi 呢個地方聽過好多次,因為我媽媽成日都😍心心眼,話好靚好靚推薦我一定要去) 前菜係四片烘得偏燶嘅麵包+牛油+鯷魚😂 一開始我麻麻哋想食,但食咗一條又接受到,反而dp扁嘴話好咸😂😂 其實由前菜開始就好感受到osteria marzia唔係一般香港人口味既意大利餐廳,係好specific 主打南部菜式既餐廳😆-比較可惜嘅係我唔好魚,所以dp都只能眼甘甘咁望住其他人食燒魚(pescato del giorno, “catch of the day”既意思),我同意嗰條魚係幾吸睛既😉 -餐廳service不錯,侍應好熱心咁介紹有咩daily special,亦好熟習每一道菜嘅ingredients係邊度嚟/有咩特色,仲好用心幫我哋影相😂-有機會都想試吓佢其他pasta!總括而言係幾好嘅體驗☺️☺️☺️ 多謝dp 🥰…Read More

趁放假三人行去飲茶,今次有啲特別,除咗多胖之外仲有多胖嫲,可以叫多啲餸!先評分景觀/裝修 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️4.5味道 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️4.5服務 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️4先開兩壼茶,因為枱細既關係侍應將茶放另一張side枱,但我同多胖嫲密密飲,結果都係請佢地放翻係枱我哋自己斟豆瓣醬同合桃唔係一開始就上,係第一碟餸嚟先上🤨我同多胖交換左個眼色,又會上菜先比前菜都有…咁我應該食咩先😂🍤鍋貼大蝦多士 ($160)我地三個公認好食!一碟六件,厚薄一致. 蝦肉新鮮,又唔會打到蝦滑好膠. 多士炸得啱啱好,件件金黃。重點係,個汁好!好!味!酸酸甜甜,所以唔洗驚熱氣,反而幾解膩,個汁絕對係畫龍點睛😋😎🥟三文魚籽蟹腿鳳眼餃 ($120)呢件真係”蒸”美點心😍 有睇頭又好味. 蒸餃晶瑩剔透,入面嘅蟹肉足料又夠鮮味。每隻餃面有10-20粒三文魚派籽,好難想像咁細嘅蟹餃,上面點樣放到咁多魚籽,夾起身係一粒都無跌,呢度真係要讚下師傅手工。😋😋自己覺得呢件點心需要加任何調味料,味道恰到好處,最緊要係賣相精美,似足”鳳眼”, 而且唔會咬一口就散晒。當然,蟹肉餃其實都係一口份量,係我自己想睇吓入面先至會咬一半😆🥧中東吉品鮑魚酥 ($168/件)之後上嘅係兩件鮑魚,鮑魚已切開三件俾你。呢個係上網見到人哋話好食我哋就嗌,誰不知多胖都唔好鮑魚😟,多胖嫲就覺得酥皮熱氣。我自己就覺得鮑魚大大粒,撻皮夠脆夠酥,入面唔係好食得出係鵝,伴碟醬汁應該係鮑魚熬但相對淡味,整體來講唔算難忘 (甚至覺得逸東軒嘅鮑魚和牛酥比較有驚喜)🦀炸釀蟹蓋 ($348/件)比較過荷葉飯同埋蟹蓋,多胖嫲最終揀咗炸蟹蓋。面頭炸得香脆,不厚不薄,入面一梳梳嘅蟹肉又唔會比creamy 既忌廉蓋過,份量啱啱好,蟹味香入口又綿滑,真係不得不佩服廚房嘅手藝,點做到!😆 結果多胖嫲食完一啖又一啖。伴碟嘅炸子薑又係恰到好處,辛辣得黎又夾到蟹蓋👍🏻🥢🍄麻辣松子姬松茸腸粉(素)多胖嫲第一啖食落嗌咸,但!!食多啖又話辣辣地幾惹味😂 早知我唔落豉油住. 自己覺得幾好食,麻辣味唔重,入面係many many菇. 松子分布得非常平均(如圖😂),加兩條蘆筍點綴,充分體現咩叫皮薄餡靚。天龍軒嘅所有點心都好細心,唔會一夾起就跌餡或整穿皮.食到好飽,叫定甜品就啱😈 嫲嫲鍾意杏仁露,我就叫咗紅豆.🍨杞子杏仁露 ($92)侍應好貼心咁問我哋使唔使分兩碗share. 我生得咁精靈,梗係知道嫲嫲又想食又怕食唔晒,所以食咗半碗😌 出奇地!又幾暖胃幾好食!杞子味就食唔出,但係粉量都幾多. 🍡陳皮紅豆水晶餅 ($85)發覺自己好鍾意食啲水晶皮嘅嘢,陳皮味好香好出,雖然係一大舊紅豆餡,但食落唔Heavy🥭芒果糯米糍、脆餅最後最後,天龍軒會送美點雙輝,分別係糯米糍同埋花生(?)脆餅. 當然又係冇得彈,圓滿結束今次兩星米芝連飲茶☺️☺️整體來講,食物絕對對得住米芝連兩星質素,menu亦都好多選擇,除咗瑤柱象拔蚌腸粉無哂之外,1:30 pm session都唔會係剩貨質素/選擇.有一樣要挑剔既係,餐廳1:35pm先放我入去😀 今次同老人家食飯,我1:15到,要我去waiting Room等我都理解,到1:28有位推住BB車嘅媽咪問唔係book 左1:30可以入咩,reception 竟然答佢唔好意思仲有2分鐘🤯🤗😱?waiting room 係有風景,但完全唔夠櫈,講緊迫左30人係入面,原來就係因為佢要做消毒🙄 如果唔係有人讓位我都唔知老人家點算。我相信ritz Carlton服務唔差,沿路上餐廳職員都好好笑容好有禮貌,但如果要花時間做清潔,倒不如1:45pm 先開放俾人Booking. 第一印象雖然扣咗分,但用餐期間waitress幾體貼,整體用餐感覺都不錯😊😊😊我覺得我哋今次揀餐廳揀得好,叫得既點心都好特別,唔係貴價但一般貨色,多胖叻叻. 今日特別日子,所以早一個月已經book咗 Morton’s. 誰不知撞正冇夜晚堂食,職員都早左打嚟問吓使唔使轉時間. 我哋今次冇叫$1,888 額外bday celebration. 但係!應有盡有😂 ✨✨相信有聽過Morton‘s嘅人都知道,menu會印有壽星嘅名,甜品當然配埋蠟燭,仲會即場曬一張有所有職員簽名既合照✨✨📌Lunch $788/set(包appetiser, main course and dessert) 一定要飲嘢嘅朋友就要另外order drinks lah-Lobster soup 🦞 🥣 龍蝦湯熬得好香,每一啖飲完都有陣”咸”味留喺口腔,相信應該係龍蝦既海水味,超好飲!(同最近一次去Murray飲既大致相同,但Morton’s 更加濃郁)-Centre cut filet mignon 免翁牛柳 6 onz 🥩 9/10Medium rare 同medium 煮得剛剛好,大家order食開既熟度就夠. 自己覺得牛嘅厚度、肉質、味道都perfect. 絕對對得住高級steakhouse 既名😎(好肉既人可能會覺得6 onz 牛有啲細,但我覺得大家不妨叫咗先,因為最後會捧住個肚)-Crab cake 珍寶蟹餅🦀 7/10呢個俾想像中普通,第一啖食落去覺得差咁啲味,可能係一小撮鹽就解決到,但食落去覺得須要自己再seasoning/ 要點sauce. 不過呢個係第一觀感,蟹餅其實好足料,冇粉感,亦都唔係靠好多cream章住塊餅. 配有芥末味嘅香草醬係好食既.😋 表面黃金同脆就唔使講,我覺得係必須的😅-Bacon wrapped sea scallops 煙肉卷帶子 🥓 6.5/10外面香脆嘅煙肉裹住煎到黃金嘅帶子,老實講我覺得係蓋過晒帶子嘅鮮味😅 冇試過呢個配搭,自己覺得唔係好夾,口感雖然特別,但味道上我比較中意就咁香煎. 除夕要揾有feel,又唔劏你,兼book到位既餐廳都幾難😂 第一次聽hue係朋友話食tea(不過最後揀左第二間) 今次11月尾忽然醒起要book, 難得仲有位,盛惠$1200/位 4個course,有live music performance 🎵 long story short,好值得食😋😎今次同一個追左我好耐既人(aka你🙂)食,8:15pm 到左,竟然得幾枱客. 靜到我諗左陣係咪中伏唔好食😂 原來今晚分session, 見侍應仲擺緊happy new year gifts. 靜靜地欣賞海景,環境氣氛加哂分.入正題!當日得一個menu, 已經包左三小件canepé第一件係將三文魚子同牛油果放係塊Pancake上,全部都係我中意既食物😋😋 幾樣野都係偏軟身,我初時以為個底會係Cracker.第二件食到我😍😍 原來係有松露醬嘅芝士泡芙. 松露都幾經常配芝士,但放落泡芙咁食的確幾新穎. 係嫌佢松露醬份量有啲多所以食到最尾覺得少少咸. 第三件係我有少少猶疑嘅鯖魚. 我好怕腥,但係呢件一口魚凍食,配埋feta cheese同馬鞭草,食落好似魚生咁,都不錯!-跟住嚟到starter, 我最喜歡嘅海鮮 🦞😙🌟saffron risotto with scallop and edamame 帶子藏紅花意大利飯呢碟不得了😂 十粒星🥰🥰🥰帶子切件放入意大利飯,條邊有輕輕燒過,但整體似刺身,冇乜seasoning,好食到帶子嘅新鮮; 雖然menu冇寫, 但我覺得risotto芝士味幾濃,配埋支豆10分夾,鍾意食Italian嘅人一定要試。(呢餐飯我不斷諗間餐廳係modern Australian, 但啲菜式都幾多元化,定還是Australian 嘅菜式就係咁多元化🤨)🌟Carabineros prawn served with braised daikon, sea urchin, and crab salad, topped with a cold cucumber soup 西班牙紅蝦呢個Starter主要係追我嗰個食,紅蝦新鮮,蝦頭嘅蝦膏一啲都唔腥。serve with 放喺白蘿蔔上面嘅蟹肉沙律,兩部份都好食。但,青瓜湯雖然好有型咁喺侍應後倒,令成碟菜式既顏色同display 好靚,但飲落就..😅 青瓜用來做湯係幾refreshing, 但我真係第一次試,覺得唔倒應該仲好食-主菜部分叫咗牛扒同鴨🌟Wagyu sirloin l grade 9 mayura with bone marrow grenolata, brown butter asparagus, truffle potato terrine(medium rare) 西冷和牛扒燒得相當好味嘅和牛扒,配埋切片嘅薯仔,松露片同埋蘆筍,整個配搭都好高級😂 另外牛骨髓原來食落都幾膩. Ps 一定係我見識少所以未食過和牛扒。見隔離枱切得有啲辛苦,初時仲以為佢烤得好”銀”. 但我哋切落又唔覺。(話說我食開medium 有個傻佬以為自己嗌medium rare嗌啱咗心裏沾沾)🌟roasted duck l black garlic purée, foie gras, daikon, endive 烤肉Hehe呢個呢,只能說除咗極少機會食扁皮鴨同鴨胸,真係好少食鴨。燒鴨嘅皮整得好香,唔油膩,侍應開頭話可以幫我哋整熟少少,如果唔係食落都幾血淋淋,結果呢個熟度我都好滿意。但配菜呢,只能說我全部都唔太好,基本上肝類我都唔食😅😅 所以就算佢整得好食,對一個好海鮮/pasta 唔好肉既我黎講,OK啦!開頭其實幾想試gnocchi, 但又覺得食完risotto 再食gnocchi有啲重複😂-雖然我得一個fans,但都要故下個 review唔好寫咁長.甜品揀咗我好鍾意食但又好難搵到嘅banoffee cheesecake!!! 其實我鍾意食嘅係banoffee pie😋 但實在太難搵,好彩年尾終於食到次!🌟banoffee cheesecake 坊間有好多唔同做法,有啲係whipped cream 個layer好厚,或者香蕉放餅底。但其實只要係呢個味道我都好鍾意❤️ Chocolate pie都好味,但始終朱古力做甜品好漏,好彩佢配咗好多生果之後介紹埋飲品🌟fig me up ($90) 其實係一杯無花果蘋果汁😙 perfect mocktail to go with the dinner餐廳好好咁俾你留低倒數,佢嘅入口亦都係另外畫出嚟,基本上你可以唔使喺海旁吹風,唔使同人迫都睇到煙花。錦上添花嘅係當晚嘅live performance,好impressive.
