今次同我先生去咗位於旺角 一 間樓上舖叫做(橫浜街場 ) 係一間火鍋 專門店 ，佢嘅特色就係用一個木桶嚟打火鍋，因特別所以試下啦 ，一入門口 服務員已經好熱誠咁招待; 地方雖然唔係太大 但係坐落去都好舒適！我哋點咗一個 {韓式宮廷藥膳雞鍋湯底 }套餐,這個套餐包括 一啲靚嘅牛肉、仲有手打猪肉丸;牛肉丸等！特色響鈴;炸鱼皮。另外仲有數十款火鍋配料 飲料亦有十多款， 另外有一隻韓國Fitz啤酒 ,紅酒白葡萄酒都係任飲 ，好快服務員捧上一個木桶 鍋 裏面有我選嘅 藥膳湯底 另外仲有半隻雞，原 來呢個木桶嘅特別之處呢 係入面 加咗石春，桶内中間旁邊開咗幾個小孔，當滾嘅時候啲湯經過石春過濾再又小孔流出， 這樣會令到啲湯更加清甜 和減少油膩，牛肉入口即溶，手打肉丸亦都非常之彈牙，其他配料亦都好新鮮， 我哋加脆鯇腩、 吊片、墨魚丸、 雞仔、 樣樣都唔錯 值得再嚟一次。…Read More
