位於前美行大廈,環境不錯,但brunch 12:30才開始,有點夜,另以小圓coffee table 給3個人作午餐,有點迫半buffet形式,服務人員不少,以英文為主,但無論上菜,執檯都有點慢Buffet 菜式重質不重量,樣樣都頗精緻,特別是專給小朋友的buffet table,,有心思,樣樣都是mini size ,但雜果杯可能加了糖水,有點甜Main course,有牛,魚,雞。牛魚都很好,雞有點干雪糕看不到是甚麼品牌,但朱古力味的略甜最美中不足的意然沒有包coffee n tea,$598+10%,不算平宜,連一杯飯後菜都欠奉,很大失望…Read More

為UPDATE 自己, 特別取假去會一會HYSAN PLACE, 成中最HIT 商場!星期五下午1點多, 出了東隧, 到灣仔舊警署, 竟然要用一小時, 原想去食LUNCH, 結果是TEA TIME!因為肚餓, 所以先直沖11-14樓, 11樓似FOOD COURT, 其他3層係獨立舖頭, RASUPERMEN 位於12樓, 門口大大塊SUPERMAN 日式門廉作招牌, 好吸引!店中央以Y字形高檯作間架, 一邊有2張大卡位, 一邊有幾張小檯, 頗擠迫!MEMU 得一張紙, 選擇不多, 最後點了一個鼓油湯又燒湯面, 烤豬肉檻欖拌面, 再加一杯凍檸檬青菜, 埋單270元, 好貴呀! 湯面面身好好食, 好彈牙! 又燒肥瘦剛剛好, 唔乾, 好好味, 而且都算大塊. 不過D鼓油湯有D鹹! 伴面略粗小小, 一樣彈牙! 不過有點硬, 烤肉望上去好肥, 但食落好好味, 好香, 而且一點都唔肥!杯茶本來就太淡, 不過由於D面鹹, 所以食完再飲就覺得好FRESH!見到有好特別的湯底, 如鹽味, 梅子味, 如果可以平20% , 下次有機會會再來試一次!…Read More

早個多星期通過openrice table map book 位, 當天還收有email confirmation, 但去到竟說沒有booking, 幸好還有位, 但就安排坐在門口!係semi-buffet, memu 上食物任點任食, 款式唔少, 分沙津, 湯, 意粉/飯, 主菜, 扒同伴菜等, 加埋都有20-30款, 3個人共試咗1/3!首先每次份量非常少, 似試菜咁, 都好, 唔會浪費, 好食再點, 但要預時間, 因為有時上得好慢! 味道方面, 嚴格來講, 無樣好!龍蝦湯、磨茹湯, 都幾creamy , 可惜唔熱! 帶子ceaser salad, d 菜有點硬, 帶子無味道! 吞拿魚沙律反而好小小, d醬酸酸地, 幾開胃! 意大利飯, 亳無味道, 不試也罷, 銀雪魚及鯛魚煎得還ok, 唔會overfried, 不過就無乜魚味啦!做promotion 話係和牛半自助餐, 但原來係澳洲和牛, 而且仲有"筋", 和牛面頰, 第一次食, 不來一點都唔似牛肉!煎帶子, 一樣啦, 無鮮味! 一句講晒, 所有食物都無味道嘅! 果幾個所謂伴菜仲慘, 焗南瓜, 硬硼硼, 炒露荀及波菜, 似灼多d, 無油無味, 乾憎憎!頭盆同甜品係自助形式, 而且生蠔即開即食, 每次每人限取3隻, 有韓國, 加拿大同美國3隻品種, 都幾新鮮, 但d 隊一直維持10心左右, 攞完一次無興趣再去排啦! 至於其他甚麼蝦、青口、蟹腳、螺全部雪到無味! 甜品款式都唔少, 不過除咗tiramisui ok 之外, 其他似普通西餅店!有copuon 八折, 折實都要460, 唔抵, 唔會有下次啦! …Read More

馬鞍山近來開了不少新食肆, 日本菜都有好幾間, 此間位於大馬路上, 要走出街先行到, 位置上有點吃虧!7點15分到, 星期四晚, 大把位, 新裝修, 好光猛, 仲有2間房仔, 適合5-6人, 服務都唔錯, 2個人坐4個位 (2張2人檯), 8點後人多, 要等位, 都無叫我地騰番張檯出嚟, good!星期一至四夜晚有優惠, 部份魚生, 壽司, 燒烤38元一份, 都有20-30款揀!我地叫咗一份燒廣島蠔, 2隻, 幾大隻, 好香芝士, 可惜有點鹹! 黑豥肉煱飯, 份量足, 味道都ok, 可惜飯有點濕!牛肉 sukiyaki 加烏冬, 送嚟時所有材料已經落晒, 所以d牛肉愈食愈硬, 其他配件就ok, 不過都係有點鹹! 成128元, 烏冬另加30, 即158+10%, 貴得唔抵!2個人3樣嘢, 埋單315元, 可算是全區最貴的日本菜! 不過睇得出d 材料係靚d!見旁邊人食魚生, 好似幾新鮮, 而且全部係厚砌, 三文魚壽司塊壽司好長, 所以決定俾多次機會佢, 下次嚟試多一次! …Read More

此酒店剛開業的時候來過afternoon tea 及晚上飲嘢, 很多年了, 一直未有再來過! 今次為慶祝生日, 而且有折, 又有生日蛋糕送, 所以大手筆來試一下! Dinner buffet 食物款式其實唔多, 最熱門嘅魚生壽司生蠔, 全部欠奉!.頭盆試咗prama ham, smoked salmon, 龍蝦, 蝦, 小青口, 全部好好味, 特別係d蝦, 剝埋殼, 好細心! prama ham 好香, d 哈蜜瓜好甜, 頭盆仲有沙律, 望上去都好精緻, 不過在權衡之下, 放棄了!主菜有煎鵝肝, eye rib 同埋羊架, 本身唔食羊, 所以無試, 鵝肝煎得好香, 入口即溶, 消得好快, 不過補得都好快! 放心, 慢慢食 eye rib, 配red wine sauce, 再加一匙薯蓉, Amazing! 仲有泰國菜, 不同的咖哩, 大眾口味的熱葷, 如抄海鮮, 牛仔骨, 煎魚, 什菜等等, 不過因為要留肚食甜品, 所以全部無食!佢有獨立dessert buffet, 可想而知, 有幾多選擇, 陣容幾龐大, 但無可能全部試晒, 因為係西式餐廳, 所以中式嘅豆府花, 紅豆沙, 楊枝甘露全部不考慮. 專攻西式,不過都只能揀一小部份, 因為實在太多, 最後食咗cheese cake, tiramisu, mango pudding, ice cream, 仲有好少buffet 有嘅雪糕蛋榚, 同埋雪芭, 全部好好味, 下次可以考慮食dessert buffet, 咁就可以試多幾款! 難得係服務保持好好. 收碟好快, 食物補充好快! 唯一不滿意的係坐sofa 同矮檯, setting 似飲 tea, 坐sofa 慢慢嘆, 食dinner 就唔多舒服! …Read More

未去過咁多人, 咁噪的私房菜!理解中的私房菜是精緻, 2-3 檯, 家庭feel 的, 但這間大開中門, 走道上貼滿店舖名稱, 門口有大大postboard, 大賣廣告, 店內有大大小小接近10檯, 旁邊還有一個小型超市, 賣自家及其他的罐頭, 冷藏食物等, 真是非一般的私房菜館。首先環境差, 檯太密, 背對背, 我們5個人, 竟用二張高低不一的檯, 食物無得揀, 198位, 份量唔算少, 差不多10個菜, 但可怕味道一般:拼盤4味, 可以, 特別是仿炸魚皮, 味道香口!魚翅湯, 差, 無味道, 仿翅硬!彩虹壽司, 差, 飯太硬!鮮茄春卷, 對唔住, 食唔到茄味, 不過新鮮炸, 味道ok!釀南瓜, ok, 不過有點膩! 翡翠玉餃, 可以, 幾fresh!炒三色燈籠椒, 加仿海參, d 海參有點硬!炒飯, ok! 最失敗係二個甜品, 奇怪既唔可以用牛油, 點解要做西點??? 蘋果千屠酥, 其實味道都不錯, 但就唔夠香, 唔夠酥, 另一個芒果布甸, 應該係用豆槳做, 味道非常怪! …Read More

很久沒來過太古城, 所以開了一間酒店都不知道。入lobby 見到幾位著T-shirt 的男孩, 初時唔為意係酒店staff, 因為件 T-shirt 都唔一樣, 直至幫我按電梯, 才恍然大悟, 上到feast, 大部份staff 都係著得T恤l, 好少西裝友, 再加上酒店設計, 應該係走hip /boutique 方向, 整體感覺好 causal。晚餐有a la cart or semi-buffet, 我吔揀咗後者, 368 + 10%, AE card 15% off 所謂semi-buffet , 頭盆、生果同甜品係自己出去攞, 無限次任食,不過款式唔多,最剎食係生蠔任食, 即時開, 重鹹水, 不過唔肥, 稍細, 湯就只有洋蔥湯, 味道ok, 沙律都唔少, 試咗caser salad, 可能一早prepare 好, 所以d 菜有點”淋”, pama ham 唔香, 反而蜜瓜好甜, smoked salmon 唔錯, main course有五款, 奇怪係我吔5個人集中揀晒2 款, rib-eye 同鴨胸肉, 証明其他三款, 雞胸, pasta 同甚麼焗茄子千層唔吸引, 點解會無海鮮或者魚, 搭配出問題rib-eye 唔錯, 份量又夠大, 鴨胸就煎得有點乾及硬, 而且相比rib-eye, 份量就少d 甜品有cheese , brownie, chocolate 等cake仔, 全部細細件, 仲用煻槳堆成山仔嘅puff, 最特別是超迷你ice cream , 最多3啖完, 但只有 green tea 一種味, 生果都只有一盆, 基本西瓜, 菠蘿, 火龍果。最後例牌coffee or tea全程無乜驚喜, 食物質素可以, 環境ok, 鄰近太古城商場, 又有泊車優惠, 可以去試吓!   …Read More

就在舊office 旁邊, 以前係茶餐廳, 一個set lunch 20-30元, waiter 全部穿白色衫, 地下到處都是水, 全屋光管, 真想不到舊日的工廠食堂, 今日變成潮人館! 紅毛泥地, 木檯木椅, 天花裝了幾盞幾古典的吊燈及吊扇, 牆身掛上不同形式的裝飾品, 由於樓底比較高, 所以幾有歐洲味! 除3位廚師外, waiter 全部黑衫, 而且都是年青男女!原以為星期四唔使訂坐, 但全部檯都reserved (唔知真or 假 ), 6:40分, 已經有2-3檯客! 一心想試出名的焗豬扒飯, 點知夜晚無! 結果點了二個set dinner:磨菇忌廉湯, 正! 好creamy, 好有磨菇味!三文魚salad, 正! d 汁好好味! 酸酸甜甜!main course: 1) 鵝肝牛柳, 7成牛柳有點生, 早知要8成, , 牛柳煎得好好, 表面有點焦, 鎖住d juice, 鵝肝厚小小, 會更有口感, 依加入口即溶! 2) 煎龍利扒, 成吋厚, 啖啖肉, but 有d 腥!甜品 - 焦糖燉蛋, very good! 凍檸荼, ok! 稍為甜了小小!一份完美的set dinner, 平均200元, 份量好足, 不過冷氣有點大, 所以食物好快凍!聽講 set lunch 仲抵食. 50-60元, 下次要去試, 順便尋回舊日返工的足跡!  …Read More

曾幾何許, 鴻星以石頭魚打出名堂, 走中高檔路線, 很多年前光顧過尖沙咀店, 印象還可以的!當日先book 檯食飯 , 心儀的飯店 fully booked, 鴻星有位, 見位置方便, ok 啦, 7:30 去到, 仲有不少檯, 間離二間就已經有人排隊, 心知一定有問題啦!被安排坐到最後, memu 一大疊, 主推三國宴, 純粹gimmick, 無意點, 但因為用citibank visa card, 贈送其中一個舌戰群儒, 其實係蔥爆牛吞鴨舌, 味道ok! 牛舌唔老, 鴨舌"林"! 唔使錢, no say! 但對於要俾錢嘅... 杏汁豬肺湯, 杏汁太多, 而且懷疑係落杏汁, 唔係南北杏煲出嘅! 北京烤鴨, 隻鴨好細, 比較瘦, 薄餅又薄又細, 完全唔係個種味道, 原先叫一鴨二食, 催咗3次, 都無到! 皮旦酸薑, 幾糖心!姑撈肉, 太酸! 煎魚鬆, 唔夠香口! 魚湯雙姑浸時菜, ok嘅! 忘記了甚麼炒蝦, 一般般! 服務就真係要檢討下啦, 落order時話明用citibank, 無寫到, 又提先識送一個菜, 隻鴨嘅第二食, 催咗3次, 最後話cancel, 竟然又計數, 好彩有check 單!8點半開始好多人, 原來做8折, 但咁嘅service 同 food quality, 我就唔貪佢20% off 啦! …Read More
