味火鍋 (雅仕洋樓) (尖沙咀)$359@1人食齊火鍋5步曲,無限時任飲任食7小時。叫齊朋友食飯吹水啦。一坐低連嘢食都未揀,已經送上3小碟前菜:椒鹽雞軟骨、中華沙律、海蜇。精選頭盤可以五揀一。黑松露芝士焗生蠔/佛跳牆/芝士焗龍蝦/雞煲/酸菜魚我哋揀咗雞煲,雞件厚肉大件,啖啖肉微微辣,充滿着香菜醬料嘅香味。幾好食。食完頭盤就會打邊爐。鴛鴦湯底唔洗另外加錢,所以叫咗鴛鴦麻辣拼豬骨。兩款湯底都好好食。湯頭裏便嘅配料好豐富,海鮮拼盤會按照人頭安排份量。全部海鮮都好新鮮,鮑魚大大隻仲識得郁。北海道大元貝鮮甜、自家製手打墨魚丸同蝦丸好有驚喜,肉質飽滿彈牙。牛魔王美國安格斯牛肉拼盤有手切牛小排、牛肩胛、牛板鍵,肉嘅份量啱啱好,夠食又唔會太多。最鍾意手切牛小排帶點牛嘅脂肪,肉味香濃。呢度嘅超甜粟米竟然係用咗白粟米。超好食。仲有好多任食嘅嘢食,餃子類型肉類菜類應有盡有。飲品櫃好豐富唔同嘅茶類果汁同埋酒都有。最尾食埋個雪糕真係大滿足。…Read More

尋味 (大圍)食過返尋味,食完之後絕對會再幫襯。夫妻肺片$58大片而薄連青瓜都係片狀,調味香辣,夠凍又爽口好開胃。呢度好多嘢食雞煲烤魚火鍋養生菇菌鍋羊腩煲咩都有。最吸引我嘅眼球就係各色各樣嘅烤魚。江團魚配青藤椒$298三款魚中我最鍾意食江團魚,大大條,魚肉比較軟腍冇骨又有足夠嘅魚油香。魚炸過,一上枱就食得,趁住佢外皮仲脆時食,超惹味啊。最鍾意佢魚肉吸晒嘅湯底。青藤椒湯小小辣,好香蒜味香料味。另外嗌咗啲配料打邊爐。牛筋九$34魚皮餃$48正正常常性價比好高,份量好足。值得一提係豆腐超香濃豆味啊。法式燒菠蘿🍍$20一開始覺得得3舊有啲貴,但食落先知絕對值得,香甜嘅新鮮菠蘿烤完會變軟身上邊加咗焦糖同埋肉桂粉,多咗一份脆嘅口感,同埋獨特嘅香氣。呢個做法真係第一次食,特別又好食😋。少見餐廳做嘢飲做得咁出色,味道甚至更勝手搖專門店。紅石榴檸檬茶 $34招脾鴨屎香檸檬茶$38叫咗少甜,甜味啱啱好。檸檬茶嘅香水檸檬味,勁新鮮好清香。招牌鴨屎香檸檬茶茶底係用咗烏龍茶,烏龍茶味好出加埋香水檸檬好幽香解渴解膩。仲好飲過嗰啲香水檸檬茶專門店紅石榴檸檬茶都好飲,相對招牌檸檬茶會甜啲,水果香,最開心係有爆珠🤩成件事好有驚喜。…Read More

Ciclo罕有的在OpenRice上零負評的餐廳。真的好好食,無論上菜品嘅配搭用料完成度都相當完美😍。彷如食緊黑白大廚嘅料理。松露薯條 $118TRUFFLE FRIES薯條炸得酥脆熱辣辣,內軟。我最喜歡嘅口感。擠上特別調製嘅醬,松露香醋、燒蒜油同帕瑪森起司混合完成嘅蛋黃醬,各種味道輕輕地,唔會過分濃味。食完一條就會接二連三不斷嚟食。北海道扇貝$168HOKKAIDO SCALLOP CEVICHE超級新鮮嘅扇貝,切成片,配合奇異果醬,墨西哥辣椒、魚子、辣根。冇諗過個配搭可以係咁有趣。冇諗過扇貝係可以用呢種味道去呈現,扇貝依然鮮甜,水果酸酸嘅味道好開胃,日式Mix咗西式。脆皮牛坑腩$268CRISPY SHORT RIB又係一道,令人驚艷嘅菜式,用上牛坑腩,一般食牛坑腩都係港式/中式,但今次係西式嘅風味呈現,牛坑腩外層焦脆,內軟腍,牛肉味好香濃,食到牛脂肪嘅位置油脂好香。鍾意食牛嘅人士,一定要嗌。配牛奶薯蓉,紅酒山楂汁同薄荷榛子醬,薯蓉好細滑,醬汁同牛肉嘅味道好相夾,你都減低咗肉嘅油膩感。黃油雞捲配花椰菜 $268YELLOW CHICKEN ROLL WITH CAULIFLOWER MIMOLETTE用本地新鮮三黃雞,雞肉嫩滑香味十足。面上面淋咗用花椰菜打成嘅泡沫,蔥油、百里香、芝士、小麵包粒。花椰菜泡沫超級特別第一次見,口感綿密,清清地嘅花椰菜味,全部嘢加埋個雞一齊食,無論幾飽都想食晒成碟!飲品方面,一定要試佢嘅酒。用水平凡嘅杯裝住最有實力嘅Cocktail。Lychu-Hi $128荔枝燒酒加冷泡茉莉花茶,好喜歡呢杯酒但係要慢慢飲,如果唔係好易醉。荔枝味同茉莉花茶好香甜,鍾意飲茶嘅女仔會好喜歡。面頭加咗百香果。聞着百香果嘅味道令到整體更有層次。係一杯清幽清幽風格嘅酒。Bao Guk $128Rum mix鳳梨、洋甘菊、蘋果汁。前調係清幽嘅果汁味加上走香。再會聞到淡淡菊花味,尾調飲到蜂蜜味。…Read More
