台風味濃的好味烤肉店

以前成日去台灣旅行,次次去親都會食烤肉,因為烤肉真係台灣其中一樣最好味既食物,我自己認為仲好味過牛肉麵同麻辣火鍋多多聲。咁早幾年見尖沙咀開左間乾杯,風格、佈置甚至情侶留Kiss 相有野送呢D trick都跟到十足十,但係食既野完全兩回事,又貴又難食,即時對台灣過江龍起戒心 (及後先知原來係有人巧合地開左間同名同姓同風格、賣同樣食物而標誌亦看似雷同既食店... ... 我唔敢話俾人呃,只怪自己食飯前唔查清楚公司註冊文件....唉~)。今次去胡同其實都驚驚地,好在入到去已經覺得台風味濃,因為聽到有人講國語 (台腔),心諗今次應該堅喇嘛? 結果終於無失望。胡同既座位都幾舒服,可能因為唔係地舖,舖租平D,座位寬闊D,桌與桌之間既距離又大D,個人都即刻感覺「台D」。而且佢地真係有員工係台灣派過黎香港,服務態度好就唔在講,除左會幫你燒埋,間中仲會同你傾下計,講下中港台既分別 (個高大靚仔侍應仲話自己之前去左大陸分店一年)。咁識撩人吹水既waiter真係似足台灣,香港少見。到講返食物質素,以下就係我叫左既食物:和牛肋條:肉汁豐富、唔會韌、牛味重,而且價錢唔算太貴,必食之選。霜降松阪豬:呢個都係必叫,抵食又好味,軟林林又有少少油既豬,送飯食一流。椒鹽雞軟骨:佢唔係街邊小檔嗰種淨係得軟骨既雞軟骨。呢隻雞軟骨係多左好多雞肉既,當然伕起淨軟骨嗰種更好味~!鹽蔥牛舌:比起其他牛舌佢厚身少少,食落有種彈牙既煙韌口感。骰子牛肉:D牛睇得出係有質素既,食落都比一般牛粒好味~! 但始終牛粒係好難處理既食材,整得耐出面乾晒、整唔夠耐就入面唔熟,不論係炒、燒、淥都有同一個問題出現。呢個牛粒燒到算係剛剛好都仲好有功夫,但再望望價錢$298....我會選擇叫多兩碟牛肋條同牛小排....蟹膏帶子:睇落好豪華,食落就...唔係唔好味既,因為帶子同蟹膏本身都好好味,但佢未新鮮到我覺得好好味,值俾$100兩件囉。如果唔係超鍾意食帶子或蟹膏就可以唔叫了。鹽燒秋葵:咪就係燒秋葵加D鹽囉。想食秋葵就叫,唔係特別想食秋葵就唔駛叫。總結佢既燒肉係好味既,而且除左骰子牛肉,其他野價錢就唔算特別貴喎,都叫好合理。可以Encore既~! …Read More

唔好味,但會令我想黎多次

一向唔鍾意食西餐,因為晌香港食西餐無過千都唔會好味,而且就算過千都要撞手神,同一間餐廳都唔係次次得。而今次呢間呢,埋單人頭$2000,而且野食即使未到難食,都真係非常一般。但我都會推介可以至少去一次,因為佢既誠意唔係源自食物,係間餐廳既裝修、裝飾、細節、服務同佢安排既表演。今次首先睇下食物以外既野:餐廳入面真係整到好似50-60年代D舞廳咁,而且連餐具同餐桌面既擺設都好靚。連Washroom 入面都非常之特別,即使係Gents 呢面都有香水同Lotion 供應。好多餐廳酒吧都有Live Music,但有時都會幾嘈,好似Amigo ....但呢度既Live Music 係Jazz為主,好Relax 好舒服。主唱好聽就一定啦,但佢連伴奏嗰兩個西人都彈得好好聽!! 而且連D音樂都好似令你置身50/60 年代咁,全部野夾埋真係好正~!  可以去呢度聽下我當日錄既少少音樂:https://instaud.io/2dihhttps://instaud.io/2dik除左西人表演,仲有本地人主演既一個小小音樂劇。個女主角把聲好特別好好聽。到講返野食。其實少食呢D高級西餐,普通人(包括我)真係唔知自己食緊乜,不過好在佢有貼心Service:就係每上一碟佢都會同你講究竟係乜黎。以下就係當日Menu : 餐前麵包,好睇,正常味道。一定好味過街邊麵包舖、嘉頓餐包,但對比起好味既餐前包仲有一大段距離。開胃菜:唔算好味。因為我食完都唔知係乜,係見到入面有幾片蕃茄仔。前菜:Sea Bass Tartare:對西餐無乜研究,真係唔識解說,不過呢個就幾好味。主菜1:Macaroni 釀松露加鵝肝:松露加鵝肝,Macaroni 上面有輕輕烤過既芝士粉,再加埋D Source。一睇以為又邪惡又好味,點知四樣味道濃烈既野溝埋一齊變左味擂爭霸,都唔知自己食緊乜味。D味道唔係一層層黎,係一黎就溝埋晒...真係有少少浪費食材。失敗!主菜2:Veal Tenderloin:好在呢個牛都都幾好味,而且火喉仲控制得好好,切開入面仲係可遇不可求既粉紅色呀!!Pre-dessert : 應該係想食完主菜之後幫你Refresh下個口,所以有少少青檸味加Vanilla Cream, 酸酸甜甜的確係做到Refresh既效果,但味道就一般啦。甜品 Rum BaBa:呢個真係全晚最令人失望既東西:好甜好甜既包 + 糖漿 + Cream,再倒D Rum酒落去 -- 媽呀,傳統既法國甜品俾佢整到好難食呀~!望望附近幾台,無人食得多過一半!!!Macaron:最後仲有送Coffee Tea 既Macaron,正路野。睇落都幾精緻。總括黎講,呢間係一間好正宗既西餐廳:麵包 --> 開胃菜 --> 前菜 --> 主菜 --> Pre-Dessert --> Dessert --> 點心 --> 咖啡/ 茶。 真係成個流程出晒黎,唔會太飽,亦唔會唔夠飽,奈何食物質素認真麻麻,如果抱住食好西既心態黎就真係會喊住走。之但係,加埋佢餐廳既環境、氣氛、表演同服務,晌度食一餐又真係好Relax (我第一次食餐飯3個半鐘而唔覺得悶);即使D野擺明唔好食,仲收呢個價,我都覺得係值,而且仲會想去多次。食完呢餐真係又矛盾又迷茫:1. 唔好食,但我會想去多次2. 想佢好味D,但如果連野食都好好味,我驚到時要$3000一位3. 餐廳既靈魂究竟係食物,定還是其他?…Read More

平價食好味辣野

放工晌香港島想搵辣野食,誤打誤撞Search到公司附近呢間新開野,不過見唔到有評分,都有少少驚驚地,但晌香港食辣野選擇真係唔多,費事食黎食去都係嗰三兩間辣野,就膽粗粗都試下啦。上到去8:30pm,聽日紅假唔駛返工咖喎,但成個場無人既喂? 算啦....到左又無理由走,又餓,就坐低叫左幾個餸,如下:1.  蒜泥白肉:去親邊度食辣野都一定叫既前菜。一食有驚喜喎~! D source 比起其他主打巴蜀、川菜既餐廳更合我好味:豬肉質感唔會「鞋」、無醋味、唔會淨係得蒜名或辣油味。又有片薄薄青瓜包住晒塊豬肉,食落爽口又隔左少少油;青瓜薄片易入口,易放入口,唔似其他餐廳既蒜泥白肉係豬肉包住一條青瓜,好似要塞D野入個口咁;又或者係伴青瓜絲,幼到食左落口都Feel唔到,同埋D絲 fing 到D辣油周圍都係。可惜唔知係咪少人流所以放得太耐,D 豬皮有少少乾左...不過比起其他蒜泥白肉,真係好味到我臨走想叫多個外賣。2.  水煮安格斯牛:一聽「安格斯牛」即刻覺得係噱頭順勢收貴D,但再望望價錢只係$148,比起其他水煮牛又唔係特別貴,而且D牛食落真係好淋同有牛味。其他水煮牛好多都係又韌又有渣,呢D牛就唔會喎! 不過辣味就夠喇,麻味好似爭D,食唔到太麻辣既叫少辣應該頂得順,要食好辣既就要叫加麻加辣了。3.  辣炒水晶寬粉:寬粉加埋D肉碎炒,食落味道似螞蟻上樹,但肉碎味道感覺好似唔係幾夾寬粉,都係似夾返粉絲多D喎。鍾意螞蟻上樹可以試呢個,唔係特別鍾意就叫其他野好D了。4.  家常炒椰菜:炒得好有風味,有D似我當年晌四川食既味道。不過佢比起四川更優勝既係佢炒得唔多油,抵讚~! 而且夾一大堆菜連埋D水煮牛肉食更加係有兩種味道夾雜,更好味道喎~!!總括來講:味道比起霸王山莊有過之而無不及,而且仲平好多好多。對比起詠藜園就各有千秋,可能食得太多詠藜園,個人就覺得呢間仲有新鮮感。服務態度都好好,因為新開丫嘛~! 5月頭先開檔,希望一直Keep 到啦~! 而環境就... ... 街市熟食中心可以有咩Expectation? 有冷氣乾乾淨淨無臭味無油煙味算係咁啦。…Read More

又一個好味就腳既邊爐選擇

打邊爐來來去去都係嗰三兩間,今次就特登襯住凍凍地去搵新野。上網見到呢間咁多Like但都無Dislike, 就白撞上去試一次,結果都無失望。首先佢既Service好好,本身無晒位,我就住坐無電爐,得Gas爐既台,咁就好似好耐都唔滾咁,坐左一陣有張6人台埋單走人,佢自己都即刻話轉我2個人過去,話個電爐會快D滾,呢度都即刻俾左個好印象我。到講下野食:蟲草花醬螺雞湯底:足料、夠味。唔會好似其他火鍋店咁,料就多到霸晒成個煲但都唔夠味。而且蟲草花+螺+雞又的確係清甜~!牛肉:本來想食黃牛,但佢話今日D黃牛唔靚所以無入貨,就叫左本地手切牛同金錢𦟌。本地手切牛好味,夠多脂肪得來又唔會太肥,未算最好但出街食黎講,佢都唔算收貴你,叫值回票價。其他同水準既牛出面可能一碟3百幾了。金錢𦟌:金錢𦟌就的確值5星,因為其實金錢𦟌都有分靚野同普通野。晌街市買既靚金錢𦟌一條賣約$500 (靚𦟌係一條條賣的,唔係計磅),食落係爽脆既,仲要手快有手慢無,每日來貨唔多;普通既金錢𦟌就$150-$170左右一磅 (普通𦟌係一磅磅計的,唔係計條),食落同咬緊牛肉無分別。佢呢隻算係幾靚既金錢𦟌,其他食店都好少有呢個質素。(如果真係想試靚金錢𦟌,可以去荃灣楊屋道街市,試過真係返唔到轉頭。)牛白玉:即係街市賣既「牛白肉」,又即係大陸既「牛胸油」,睇落似脂肪,但其實係近牛胸骨/ 橫隔膜的軟組織,灼20秒食得,口感爽脆亦都有牛味。香港火鍋店真係未見過,係得呢度有。之前就晌大陸火鍋店同街市先搵得到。未試過既真係要點都試一試。手打咸蛋豬肉丸:豬肉丸本身都唔係我杯茶,不過見到佢係招牌菜就試一試啦。手打豬肉丸本身都已經唔錯,再加埋佢整左D咸蛋入去做餡,食落味道咸咸地都幾得意。雖然咸蛋既味道未必真係好夾火鍋湯底或者豉油醬料,但咁有創意,可以一試既,唔駛來來去去都係食嗰D丫嘛。手打鮮蝦丸:呢味就無乜特別,好多貴少少既火鍋店都有,而且水準都差不多,算係好味彈牙既。黑松露花枝丸:鍾意黑松露既人其實用黑松露配乜都會覺得好好味:配包、意粉、炒飯、湯甚至蒸蛋都會得。咁我就鍾意黑松露既,所以我覺得呢個釀左黑松露入中間做餡料既花枝丸都好好味~!!珊瑚蚌:Surprisingly 呢一個係最唔好味既!! 正常珊瑚蚌應該係最穩陣咖嘛!! 但佢食落去好似無乜味同好韌....可以唔叫!桶蠔:其實無乜得好講,同街市買既一樣....但唔知點解佢一桶有8隻咁多!! 平時買就算細既最多都係見過6隻.....出街黎講算抵食丫~!象拔蚌:以為珊瑚蚌唔得就代表佢D海鮮唔得.....但食落又OK喎!! 鮮甜丫~!! 證明係新鮮野!!總括來講,呢間野咁多個Like而無Dislike真係有原因的....服務好、野食好、而且台同台之間空間足夠,唔會密質質。環境當然無「醉鍋」嗰D咁靚,但乾淨企理,都唔太差。如果唔叫刺身的話,正價時段兩個人埋單每人預$600 - $650都足夠。多D人一齊去,應該一個人$500 - $550就夠了~! …Read More

Happy Friday 想食串燒同睇戲,合埋眼就篤左呢間試下,貪佢食完可以晌Element睇埋戲。環境一般,算係乾淨整齊咁。如果想食煙仲可以揀坐出面。但如果你係想靜靜地食餐飯就唔好黎呢頭喇,因為Element呢個平台,間間餐廳都可以坐出面,好多人都晌度飲酒食煙,咁兩杯落肚講野就梗係大聲D,再加埋D音樂…即使坐室內都感覺有少少喧鬧,但對我黎講就都可以接受既。至於食物種類,選擇就唔算多,但OK啦,要有既都會有,係唔會有驚喜囉。我就試左壽司、燒肉同串燒:壽司:食材都算新鮮,D飯又唔會好似連鎖店嗰D咁大舊….水平算係好過元氣/ 板長,同千兩嗰D差唔多啦。燒A3 西冷和牛:食落有少少煙韌,如果淋身少少就更好。不過熟既程度真係剛剛好Media Well~! 配埋佢個有少少柚子既醬汁,口感清新唔油膩,唔錯~!燒A5 和牛:價錢比上面個西冷平,味道係呢個仲好味D添~! 但千期千期唔好淨係食塊肉,一定要加埋D已經沾晒醬汁既洋蔥絲食~!! 因為當你食落去時,D醬汁同洋蔥本身既水份都出晒黎,令到和牛既感覺唔會乾爭爭咁,味道比淨係食肉來得豐富,值得推介 ~!串燒:叫左雞翼、牛舌、肝、雞脾柳、軟骨,食落味道就無乜特別。如果同渡船街重慶燒相比,當然佢個食材本身係好D,調味唔會濃到得D咸味/ 孜然粉味/ 七味粉味/ 辣粉味,但除此之外又唔可以算話好好味。不過佢個軟骨原來好得意,唔係普通雞軟骨咁咬落去淨係得爽爽聲,佢呢個仲會有D肉連住D軟骨,食落去又有肉,又有軟骨,都OK既。價錢:以居酒屋黎講,仲要係晌Element,佢既價錢叫做中間 or 微微中間偏高啦。畢竟居酒屋不嬲價錢都唔係平,而且你都唔會Expect晌頂級商場既居酒屋收你一般價錢啦,係咪?結論:一試勉強無妨,唔試亦唔會可惜。…Read More

好服務、好貴、好普通

有留意過報導既人都應該知呢間野主要係Sell Service啦。報導就話個故事係因為老細以前打邊爐試過間服務態度好差既店,咁就決定開一間Service好好既火鍋店….呢個就「話」係海底撈既由來喇。咁作為一間晌香港既火鍋店,佢D員工既服務態度又的確係好好既! 至少唔會見到你扮見唔到、黑晒口面咁對住你、或者講野口吻勁衰咁。佢除左D 無乜用既gimmick野例如:Gel甲 (咁多人等,到你Gel時你D朋友都食完埋單啦)、即席拉麵 (內地既海底撈拉成分幾鐘,地方又大;香港求其晌你面前拉兩下,地方又細,拉完都唔知睇左乜)、小朋友區 (爆棚等位時乜人都入晒去,小朋友區都變左普通等候區)等等,d detail位例如有毛毯、圍裙俾客用又的確係幾窩心既。而且佢嗰個變臉表演真係掂喎 (當然你唔好拎佢黎同D要俾錢入場睇既表演去相比啦) ~! 另外,我認為佢最好既一個地方係 – 佢只會預留全場既2/3座位俾客訂座,剩返既就會俾D Walk in 客,如果想食又無預訂,好似我咁搵日唔開OT收工即刻仆出去,應該6:45pm前都可以walk in有位既~咁講返D野食先:對比起內地既海底撈,佢免費任食既冷盤就少好多種類,D醬料晌大陸免費,香港就要收錢 (唔記得左$10定$20一位),不過假設你係一行四人,你可以要求淨係一位要醬料,其他人唔要都得,咁佢就會淨係收一個人錢 (唔係教你一人俾錢、全枱享受呢d cheap精野)。至於火鍋配料,其實同內地海底撈完全無分別,唔係話難食,但又一定唔算好食。而且對比起食物質素,佢既價錢真係算好貴,貴到我懂事以來第一次打邊爐無叫牛,因為太唔抵,唔捨得叫:一碟機切急凍牛$288,薄到風都吹得走嗰隻。另外嗰款$368佢話係和牛,你信唔信? 反正我是不信了。再講佢食物選擇其實唔算多,其他野食例如D丸呀、芝士腸呀、菜呀、魚呀、蝦呀 (Waiter 會同你搣埋蝦殼,呢個位真係加分。唔係因為我殘廢,係我未見過人用兩枝竹籤都搣到蝦殼~! 勁呀~!)等等配料同任食火鍋質素無乜大差別。唯一要提提係佢個麻辣湯底都幾好味,配埋薯粉食更加係絕配~! 鍾意食辣既人千期咪走雞。簡單而言香港海底撈即係貴價食普通野 (詳細價錢可以參考餐牌),佢既價錢大概係內地兩倍多D,三倍樓下。拎住呢個Budget 可以去D好好味既火鍋店了。而食物質素…. …. 如果你唔係蔡瀾同韜韜D Friend,可以去一次當襯下熱鬧,體驗下既,因為佢個變臉表演同麻辣湯底+薯粉的確係唔錯。但千期千期唔好抱有太大期望囉~…Read More

話說早於9月尾10月頭先幫襯左香港有名既自助餐 -- 自助山,點知食完真係中晒伏勁唔開心 (詳情請看https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/完全垃圾-千期唔好試-e2886939),朋友就whatsapp 叫我試下呢間,話保證笑返喎。先講冷盤:正路既冷盤海鮮、Cold Cut、壽司同刺身當然唔少得,味道質素都OK啦。食完唔會鬧,唔食無所謂。反而無生蠔係令我有少少意外同失望~!熱食:選擇都算多,豬扒、豬仔骨、牛肋骨、羊架都可以即叫即燒,而且燒完出黎係好味咖喎! 唔似其他酒店燒完出黎唔好味,所謂既即叫即燒只係Gimmick。而且佢仲有乳豬、燒鵝、好味足料中湯、Kebab同咖哩等等,可以話係中、西、日、中東、甚至乎印度既食物都有。食物質素Overall都唔錯,至少試完你係會想再出去拎多次黎食。主打海鮮:對於鍾意食中式海鮮既我來說,呢間的確係近年自助餐界入面最正既一間,沒有之一。原因係佢有不同食材,不同中式煮法去烹調海鮮。主要海鮮食材有魚、鮑魚仔、龍蝦、蜆、蝦、蟹、魷魚;烹煮方法就有避風塘、薑蔥、上湯、豉椒等等 (詳情睇相啦,仲有其他10種方法)。咁你可以試一D之前有諗過,但唔捨得試既做法。例如我自己就試左避風塘炒龍蝦、豉椒炒龍蝦同埋薑蔥炒龍蝦….平時食龍蝦唔係芝士就上湯,我真係未聽過有人會叫「豉椒炒龍蝦」,詭異程度同「豉汁蒜橙」其實差唔多,但原來食落都好好味。所以晌呢度你可以發揮晒你自己既想像力去配搭點樣煮海鮮喇~! 呢一Part除左食物質素之外,因為佢既創意我覺得真係要俾滿分Mezza 9~!甜品:試左某幾款,食落都OK。女士們如果鍾意食甜頭的話,可以預留少少空位,食埋個甜品先叫完美呀。服務:個個員工都係微笑住咁serve你,其實點先搵到呢D員工或者點樣先訓練到呢D人出黎….? 頂級呀!總結:呢間野食物質素算好,同埋真係好抵食~! 圍起$700港紙一位就可以試一D如果你唔晌任食既地方試,你就一世都唔會試既食物配搭 (椒鹽龍蝦/ 美極龍蝦你會唔會晌三聖/ 流浮山試?) !! 抵到我直頭計劃緊去多一次,希望到時質素維持到就夠~!最後,對比起香港間巴巴閉閉要兩個月前Book既自助山真係一流對九流,除左食物質素之外呀,當自助山仲係serve緊濃縮橙汁 (都痴咖~! $750 serve濃縮橙汁...!?) 、用D舊式熱水保溫盤既時候,Mezza 9已經用緊保溫盤、自動榨原個橙汁機了….邊間有誠意、邊間值得去,高下立見~!…Read More

第三次黎呢間三星餐龐,水準依然! 食物頂級、服務頂級、環境都係頂級。如果你係第一次光顧8,我相信佢既每道菜,或多或少都會帶到少少驚喜俾你。由頭講起:餐前小吃:一開始已經送鮑魚仔,除左心理同視覺上得到享受,食埋落口更加係帶俾你第一道驚喜! 驚喜唔係在於隻鮑魚仔,而係鮑魚仔下面既柚子果凍,清新既味道,甜甜地又涼涼地,完美示範乜野係「開胃前菜」。菠菜茸鮮蝦羹:望落去綠色以為加左唔知D咩色素落去,食落先知原來係極大量既菠菜打成茸而令到碗湯變成綠色。當你以為佢好似一般湯水咁稀泥泥既口感,食落先知原來佢真係足料到菠菜溝水都可以煮到好有質感。記得第一次黎食時仲猶豫緊好唔好叫呢個湯....因為$120得一碗實在唔係便宜,但依家回想起,真係物有所值。瑤柱竹笙燉沙魚骨湯:如果上面個$120湯係物有所值,呢個沙魚骨湯一定係物超所值,鍾意飲中湯既人必定要試一次,如果唔係人生就多一個遺憾。由細到大我都唔鍾意食瑤柱,原因係我根本未食過煮得好味既瑤柱,不論煲湯/ 煲粥/ 炆瓜/ 炒菜都好,無論你點煮佢都係軟得黎有少少煙韌令你好難先咬得斷既口感。但呢個湯佢除左煲到D瑤柱味出晒黎之外,仲可以令到佢好淋身,好易入口。再講個湯,飲一啖,D沙魚骨膠原係直頭漿住左成個口同喉嚨,又足料又好味。如果可以的話,我會俾呢個湯6星!!!酥炸椒鹽田雞腿:田雞腿夠大隻,肉質實淨,出面應該都食唔到咁大隻既田雞腿,相信佢全部都淨係用後腿而無用前腿。而已洗得好乾淨,唔會有D黑色筋鍵連住;層炸粉超薄超脆,唔會好似其他炸野咁食到成口厚炸粉,呢D先係真正既「酥炸」。配合埋佢D椒鹽調味....天下一絕!! 最緊要係,佢咁樣炸法,食落一D油膩感都無 (可能已經印走晒D油)....真係無得頂~!蒜片A4和牛粒伴露荀:和牛粒其實係一樣幾難處理既食材。坊間好多都係會為左令牛粒淋身少少就煮到出面熟而入面未熟,又或者為左入面7成熟熟而煮到出面熟過頭,變到粒野好似香口膠咁又韌又無汁。鐵板燒/ 爐端燒可能會好少少,但我自己對牛粒基本上係敬而遠之、可免則免。但8既和牛粒係做到恰到好處,外軟內熟,有少少入口即溶既感覺。如果未食過好味既牛粒就對不能錯過。香辣脆薯法邊豆:呢味係唯一覺得唔好既食物。咁諗住叫個菜食下,就試下呢個啦,但佢個脆薯條同個菜唔夾,同個醬汁又唔夾。薯條本身就係脆卜卜,但佢淋左D甜酸汁上去,搞到一條脆卜卜薯條變到淋pat pat,失敗! 仲要甜酸汁配咸既薯條,即係又甜又酸又咸又辣,味道怪異,失敗!  你著衫出街都唔會襯到5顏6色紅橙黃綠咁啦!? 咁既野用黎炒菜,我唔識欣賞。乳豬焗飯:相信係鎮店之寶,早幾年開始香港好多地方都抄佢個乳豬焗飯,但真係完全天堂同地獄既分別。香港果D隻乳豬本身已經皮厚、唔脆、多肥膏,仲要D飯吸晒D豬油,一食落去就成口油,食完一次永遠唔會再食。但8既乳豬焗飯完全無呢D問題,佢做到皮薄得黎脆,脆得黎唔會有焦味,而且飯唔會有油,加埋佢D藏起飯粒入面既膶腸香到不得之了....回想起第一次食落口真係想好似家燕媽媽咁大叫:好好味呀~~~~~~~~~~~~~免費飯後甜點 - 蛋撻:睇落普通酥皮蛋撻仔一個,最多加左少少朱古力粉,但食落去真係攞你命....個酥皮整到脆卜卜~!!! 邊可以想像到酥皮蛋撻都整到脆....如果可以我會叫一打拎走~! 總結:去過香港好多間好出名既中菜餐廳例如:福臨門、波士廳、鏞記、龍景軒等等,但無乜邊一間令我食飯食到驚喜不斷,食完成個人係開心既~! 8 真係唯一一間做到咁既效果,午市飲酒我未試過唔知有幾好,但佢晚餐質素、裝潢、服務真係名副其實既三星。最重要係佢既價錢比起其他中菜廳黎講算好平好平~! 舉例晌福臨門飲個午茶人頭要$900,龍景軒食個晚飯人頭$1500,但晌8如果你唔係食D咩時令海鮮、山珍海錯的話,每人$700都應該可以了。…Read More

過親馬交都一定去呢間野食。睇落就普通茶仔一間,雖然食落都係,但佢有一樣野絕不普通,就係佢既蟹黃撈麵真係要極力推介。由大概10年前佢$20一碟,食到今年佢加到$40一碟,仲要過左2點好大機會賣晒,你就知道佢真係好好味。要留意既係,佢D撈麵唔係講緊街邊D印尼撈或者一般香港麵檔D咩咩南乳豬手撈麵。佢個撈麵完全無鹼水味,而已蟹皇味好香。總之就係澳門美食界既蒼海遺珠啦~!除左蟹黃撈麵之外,香煎墨魚餅都係極力推介,不過記住叫佢落勁少油煎,因為正常佢會落好Q多油,好似D油唔駛錢咁。如果食完覺得好味,返到香港去街市買D墨魚滑,自己調少少味再煎香,味道都有7/8成似...今次仲試多左花枝片撈麵同花雕雞撈麵。花枝片撈麵就唔駛多講,兩個字俾你揀:一係難食;二係中伏。但好在花雕雞撈麵都算唔錯,可以一試。花雕汁又香又好味得來而又唔會令女士覺得酒味太重嗆喉,如果兩個人去可以考慮下一個叫蟹黃撈麵,一個就叫花雕雞撈麵。P.S. 以前就算下午去都仲會有蟹黃撈麵,今次去唔知點解2點後都已經賣晒。有興趣既就早少少去當食Lunch,或者去之前打個電話叫佢留低先。P.P.S. 如果你照住搭的士去,照住個地址「新橋(三盞燈/白鴿巢)沙梨頭南街29號」,我都幾肯定10架的士9架唔知你想去邊。其實直接話筷子基近提督街市對面,D司機會易知道好多。…Read More

一家人約埋呢度開飯,環境黎講呢,就一定唔適合一家人咖喇,因為燈光太過昏暗,飲多兩杯酒仲有少少眼訓既感覺添。不過都算乾淨衛生服務良好,路經想食西餐可以一試的。一行7大1細眼闆肚窄亂叫野食 (唔知係咪個主廚好少見一台叫咁多野食,有個菜佢自己親手拎出黎順手望下我地,個感覺好搞笑),逐樣點評有影相嗰D,無影嗰D就費事講了:蠔:$298/ 6隻蠔,除返開$50一隻其實我都期望係好味既蠔。黎到見到係細隻左少少,但睇落都算幾新鮮,點知一入口,無蠔味,淨係得海水既咸味。平時我地全家食蠔量驚人,今次7個人淨係叫左6隻....有幾好味請自行想像。麵包:麵包聞落好香,食落都好好味。係咸左少少,配埋D無味既生蠔係絕配~!炸魷魚:睇落就好靚,食落似炸白飯魚,再加埋佢D沙律醬個味道,其實我唔明點解可以擺入Menu。連老人家都話無味叫我問侍應拎淮鹽,我想同佢講:媽,我邊處晌間意大利餐廳搵淮鹽俾你呀?卡邦尼意粉:同任何一間正路餐廳既卡邦尼意粉無分別。絕對唔難食,但都唔會令你留下印象。蘑菇薄餅:Surprise! 本來係諗住唔會太濃味,叫俾小朋友食的。但一放上台已經聞到好香,結果人人都伸手拎 (未影相已經無左一大半)。淡淡既芝士同濃郁蘑菇味好夾喎! 而且佢無其他醬汁,唔會好似Pizza Hut咁淨係食到D醬汁味而食唔到饀料味。唔錯唔錯~!鹽焗鱸魚:焗既時間就幾完美喇~ 魚肉口感柔軟,唔會又鞋又韌。但味道就唔算特別出眾,鍾意食魚既可以一試,始終同中式煮法有好大分別,都算係個體驗;但對魚唔特別喜愛就唔好浪費金錢了,畢竟加埋10% service charge 呢條野都要5舊水....後端T骨牌:侍應介紹食T骨後端好味過普通T骨 (價錢亦都反映左出黎,貴成兩百文錢),咁橫掂咁多人夾就貴少少都試下啦。食落都的確唔錯既,唔駛點醬汁都已經好好味。嫩口、八成熟剛剛好唔會太Over。唯一唔好既地方係太厚身,口感唔太好,特別如果女士們櫻桃小咀或者牙力唔夠就可能要切多兩刀。鍾意食牛既黎到都應該要點呢個,但對比起出面好味的牛,呢個價錢呢個質素就猶有不及了。餐酒:我自己就試左紅酒白酒,配合埋食物味道,感覺都良好。如果平時無飲開又想試下的話,可以叫侍應幫你揀返支。總結呢間餐廳掌握煮食既時間同火候都算幾高級,但如果要上頂級餐廳之列的話,味道方面可能要多少少進步了。…Read More

香港其中一間最頂級的日式拉麵店 (應該係)

晌朋友口中聽講呢間係好野,咁Sat無野做就過黎試下啦,果然不枉此行。唔講野食住,淨講佢既衛生程度、環境、裝修、服務、食物既Presentation真係至少都俾4.5粒星星 (不過價錢都係頂級既貴....)一行兩人就叫左一碗雞白湯拉麵,一碗海鮮雞拉麵,食評如下:湯底:兩碗湯既湯底味道濃郁得來唔會杰撻撻一Pat野咁。雞白湯拉麵個湯真係有好鮮既雞味,而且口感仲好滑,好似飲緊牛奶咁。但我個人黎講就更加鍾意海鮮雞拉麵多D,相對黎講係少左雞味,多左D海鮮味,口感更豐富。麵:佢既麵條比較圓身少少同粗少少,唔係我最鍾意嗰隻拉麵,但食落無鹼水味,咬落去有輕微既煙韌口感。難得地認為呢隻麵都好好味。餸:一大舊雞肉好滑、入味、咬落鬆軟 (睇個樣仲以為係普通雞胸咬落去會好韌好鞋),食落去陣味已經好鮮,相信係因為慢煮先可以做到咁既效果,未試過慢煮既食物真係一定要去試下。至於叉燒都好好,一樣係軟、淋、入味。而且雖然佢係貴,但D餸同配料都好足下,淨係個炸牛篣既Presentation 已經值返少少錢。雖然牛篣既味道唔係話好味到難以忘懷既水平 (事實上我覺得個牛篣直頭無乜味),但除左照顧客人既味覺之外,配合埋呢D視覺效果亦都為座銀同其他拉麵店劃下分水嶺。服務:不得不提佢既服務真係好好。等位已時已經問駛唔駛斟杯茶水俾我地飲住先,一路食時D Waiter/ Waitress 都係笑容滿面咁對住D客。百幾蚊一碗麵話平就一定唔係平咖喇,但呢個價錢有咁既服務水平,嗰一刻我以為自己係晌天空龍吟.....…Read More

香港其中一間好味的拉麵

以前都唔係太鍾意食拉麵,但自從晌沖繩食過一碗勁爆好味既拉麵之後就開始晌香港搵拉麵食喇,不過一直都搵唔到間好野。除左因為香港真係無乜好既拉麵店之外,最主要原因係因為拉麵呢樣野好睇個人口味。上網睇好多人話邊間邊間好,去到試完都係失望而回。所以要晌香港食好味道拉麵,真係要花多少少心機去逐間試。今日就到試呢間傳聞E神陳都幫襯既黑龍,叫左兩個麵,一個牛筋Black拉麵,另一個係豚骨拉麵。湯底:兩個麵既湯底都好濃味,甚至乎濃到有少少杰。正如我所講拉麵真係好睇個人口味,我呢D食到濃味既就覺得好味,但對家食就覺得太咸,所以如果唔食得太濃味既可以提早揚聲叫舖家唔好整咁濃。(都最味幾啖我自己都覺得Over左少少)。但要講既係,佢雖然濃,但唔係淨係得個咸字,仍然食到湯底其他味道,所以個湯底算唔錯,有8分。麵:再正如我所講,拉麵真係好睇個人口味。我自己唔鍾意食太淋太硬,佢呢度既普通麵質 (即係張紙上面既基本) 我已經覺得唔錯。唔會好似某D拉麵店,話普通麵質原來係偏淋/ 偏硬,而且個麵既粗幼度適中 (有D拉麵店既麵會偏粗少少,感覺似食麵條,而唔係似食拉麵) ,亦唔會話有鹼水味,所以個麵有9分。餸:豚肉同牛筋都係好味 - 嫩、淋、軟、薄。有D舖頭既豚肉切得太厚唔好咬口又唔好入口,有D就食落去因為煮得太耐或放得太耐變到乾錚錚、「鞋霎霎」,但黑龍既餸就無呢個問題。唯一問題係,真係好少料....豚肉同牛筋兩啖無左....總結:值得抽空一試,但再次提醒 - 食唔到太濃味的記住記住提早揚聲叫佢地唔好整咁濃~!…Read More

完全垃圾,千期唔好試

預早兩個月Book 位,埋單人頭$750,換來極度失望既體驗。首先講環境:餐廳晌62樓,要先轉兩次Lift上到57樓,之後再排大概10分鐘隊轉Lift上62樓....已經有少少不滿,因為佢唔俾你行樓梯,所以你迫住一定要等。但百九幾人得兩部Lift,即係上去時一定會等至少10分鐘,無可避免。入到餐廳,佢台同台已經放到密質質,放海鮮同生蠔嗰個位仲要係晌一間細房仔入面。明知呢D熱門野實勁多人排咖啦,你放D咩咖哩呀、蒸魚呀晌入面會唔會更加好呢? 總之間房仔就迫到爆晒,晌擺位設計上已經好大問題。到講野食:生蠔 -- 「扁、乾、無味」,我係勁鍾意食生蠔既人,但食完3隻已經無再拎了。其他冷盤仲有Cold-cut、刺身及壽司。刺身及壽司還可以,算係全晚最好。但Cold-Cut只得3款。正常三/四星酒店食Lunch Buffet都4/5 款Cold Cut啦,你講到自己咁好既自助餐竟然得3款,有冇搞錯?之後講下熱食:條魚無晒放左10幾分鐘無人換。之後我叫佢換,又催左兩次,前前後後等左35分鐘先有。點知一食,無味又鞋,食咁耐魚都未試過咁既味道,連D豉油都好似無乜味咁。再黎係D用黎沾咖哩食既烤餅,唔知點解佢會放晌個蒸盤入面保溫,搞到D倒汗水滴晒落去,變到淋Pat Pat,睇到都唔想食。收咁貴,俾D錢出黎買架餐啦,依家好多保溫盤可以上到100度而唔駛用熱水咖喇,唔該~!除左塊餅,D 咖哩都係整到好似遊船河/ 屋企開Party 嗰D到會質素咁....唉...唔多講了,自己睇相其實佢真係好多野都好難食,包括:花膠小鮑魚 -- 好似一Pat 好杰好杰既汁淋左晌白灼既花膠同鮑魚仔上面咁;中湯 -- 落左勁多鹽,得個咸字; 牛肉 -- 乾、鞋、無味,好似咬緊橡筋咁;仲有下面既蒜香大蝦 -- 又無蒜味又細隻,嚴重違反商品說明條例。最後想講服務:喂大佬,食自助餐無人收野既? 想點呀?總結:如果唔駛錢請我去食,我會話「真係好難食,下次唔好喇」。但依家收$750一位食咁既野,我會爆晒粗同感到後悔。唉,人生又多一件悔疚既事....除左後悔,仲內疚....俾$750,預早兩個月訂位,食D咁既野....我對唔住老母呀....…Read More

lskwan1993 真係好難食好差 😡我懷疑話好味嘅全部都係打手!玻璃檬曬不在話下!d野食選擇太小 食得好唔爽!坐窗邊覺得冇冷氣!7百幾埋單千六咁濟~我諗呢幾年都唔會去食!!好心塞

晌網上見到有書推介全港7間餃子店,咁就去合埋眼篤左荃灣呢間試下啦 (其2係俾佢個豬耳吸引)唔知係咪真係因為廣告既威力,去到門口已經見到好多人排緊隊。咁我兩個又見唔係好餓,又泊左車,就多人都等啦.....點知一等就要等成45分鐘先有位。算,如果野食好味,等一次半次都OK既~! 兩個人Order左豬耳、三拚煎餃、咖哩薯仔湯餃 (重慶湯底)、粟米香菇湯餃 (魚膠淮山豬骨湯),但都要等成20分鐘先有野食到台....速度認真麻麻。先講豬耳:好味! 算係必叫既食物。三拚煎餃:一黎到已經見到煎餃上面勁多油。饀料真係好多,皮亦煎得好脆,但調味太重,完全食唔到肉味/ 菜味....基本上感覺淨係食到煎野味,唔知自己食緊咩肉....同埋真係太多油喇....咖哩薯仔湯餃 (重慶湯底):辣湯底夠辣,但敗筆之處都係晌D餃度。煎的話皮太厚、饀料太多,令到隻餃太大隻都還可以接受到。但到一配湯食,皮厚饀多就難入口、而且饀料調味方法單一,淨係食到咸味,完全食唔到饀料味.....粟米香菇+豬肉餃湯餃 (魚膠淮山豬骨湯):湯底味道OK,如果用黎打邊爐算係一絕。但如果用黎攸餃子湯底就過於濃味,再撞埋落D餡料勁重咸味既餃子真係重味到都唔知自己食緊乜野.....失敗又失望環境:小店頂唔起舖租,所以坐得迫D、無咁舒服都可以理解。服務:侍應全部師奶,工作速度自己想像啦。不過感覺都幾有禮貌呀。總結:試左大大話話6-7種餃,感覺隻隻調味都係一樣:重、濃、咸,基本上除左咖哩薯仔之外,隻隻都係一樣味。同埋唔知係咪用D唔新鮮或次等既肉餡,所以搞到佢要落咁重調味去蓋過D肉味....簡單而言一句:如果店家唔改良餡料既調味、份量同餃皮既厚度的話,完全不值一試。…Read More

經過佐敦要搵飯食,見到呢間野成106個Like, 0 Dislike就試下啦。一行兩人,我叫左一碗黑熊、對家叫一碗白熊,再加一份餃子。兩碗湯底試勻,自己比較鍾意食白熊、反而對家鍾意黑熊 (隔離飯香乎?),但只可以話係OK, 未到真係好味。麵質黎講唔錯, 算軟硬適中;隻蛋夠晒流心;木耳呀/ 蔥呀呢D我相信應該每一間拉麵店都差唔多,唔會有D乜大驚喜/ 大驚嚇,餃子就無特別,都係果D。比較好既係蹙台上面都有一壺冰水,冰水溶到無左一半冰佢就會拎走換壺新既,仲要無水喉水味,服而且務同環境都算不俗,唔錯。反而想講一講佢塊叉燒,太鞋、唔入味、唔夠軟身....有D韌添....直頭係敗筆之作! 我有4塊叉燒,去到最尾一塊真係有D唔想食....總括黎講經過一試無妨,慕名而至可免。…Read More
