Through OpenRice訂了7pm, 7:15pm 到達, 一入到去就講"你遲左15分鐘, 我一陣補返俾你, 食到9點", 心入面已十萬個為什麼, 原來係我無留意到訂位時有寫用餐時間100分鐘, 但眼見只有2成坐滿, 唔通9點會有幾十人排隊? 如果唔係, 唔通佢9點會趕我走? 其實pick呢間餐廳係貪佢開得夜D, 可以坐耐少少. 朋友OT, 8點先到, 8:20pm, 服務員就話last order, 因為我地張枱到9點. 眼見入座依然只有2,3成. 最後, 9點無趕我地走, 8:20pm後再落order 都仲得, 結果我地食到10pm. 我明可能係公司要求員工要同客人咁講清楚, 但咁既情況, 其實, 又有咩必要講? 講左又唔做, 又影響客人心情. 員工唔係AI, 唔係機械人, 呢D咁既說話唔係programm左架麻, 可以變通架, 點解唔做呢? 不如改口問下客人野食o 唔ok, 或者推介下招牌菜唔係仲好D咩? 或者直頭zip, 慳返啖口水 ... 咪鬼講廢話仲好啦! …Read More
