平日嘅11點幾,唔係好多人,黎cafe嘆個早餐就最岩。唔洗等位,入到去搵個位坐低,睇完餐牌稔到食咩,就去水吧落單,餐具果啲都係要自己攞。叫左個all day breakfast,有炒蛋,炒磨菇,香腸,煙肉,沙律菜,仲有半個bagel。炒蛋嫩嫩的,炒磨菇同煙肉正正常常,香腸帶甜,有啲似蜜糖腸嘅味。而最好食我覺得係bagel,配返佢個牛油(加左檸檬汁同黑椒),好味,可惜只得半個bagel。Cold brew有酒味,帶微酸,少少回甘,順喉嘅。…Read More

見間店只賣咖啡,專心做好一件事嘅咖啡店應該唔會差,所以簡左呢間試下。到達咖啡店,店子細細,佈置走簡約風,可能時間尚早,見只有一枱客。試hand drip,個人比較喜歡fruity 口味,選左Ethiopia GUji Nature。等左一陣,我杯咖啡就沖好。飲第一啖,好酸,之後好澀,飲完一小杯,俾多次機會,再飲一小杯⋯唔係我味覺問題,萃取過度加水粉比例有問題。真係飲唔落去,唔想浪費金錢飲左1/3真係已經好叻。澀味留喺口腔好耐都唔散,係甘飲水都沖唔走果隻澀味。可能佢第二啲飲品ok 都唔定,但手沖真係唔得。…Read More

呢日美豬出城,出左市區覓食,黎到呢度,一嚐傳聞中神奇的包子。呢度主打小籠包、湯包等,因為無座位,食客一係外賣,一係站店旁食。嘩!因為要即蒸至好食,蒸包需時,需要耐心等一陣。好在呢日平日下午tea時段人潮唔算好多,都係等左一陣。湯包出場~~有枝竹管俾人先吸d湯汁,記得小心,真係熱,先細細啖試左溫度先,唔係會熱親條脷。個湯幾清,又未至於好鮮,不過都ok,去到尾要整爛個皮時,飲剩d湯係甘漏出黎,搞到有少少「呢 hea」,記得加小小醋落去提味,甘食埋個皮同d餡就更perfect,個皮幾好味,滑同薄。鮮肉小籠包   (唔知有無小鮮肉呢?) 都唔錯,爆汁,不過同有次喺上海食某間老店比,都係有少少距離。…Read More

平日嘅大埔係比周六、日嘅大埔可愛好多倍,無甘多人,悠適、舒服,連鋪頭D食物質素都提升好多、好多倍。作為一個大埔人,見到出面d人周六、日湧曬入黎,喺好多鋪頭等得耐D人又話咩咩咩,到鋪頭手腳快D,甘水準可能就會飄忽左,又插人,又話之前讚果D人咩咩咩,un...其實真係唔係好fair囉我覺得。想真正食好西,平日黎大埔啦!對大家fair d囉。呢日平日又去食好西。誤打誤撞,黎左呢度。十二點,岩岩開門,入到去得一枱客,職員都仲係做緊準備工作。我就唔會好我是尊貴的食客上身的,所以就算職員忙緊,無好熱情的招呼,我覺得都係ok,況且小店,人手唔夠,又岩開店,人同人之間咪就係在於包容同體諒囉。店子細細,不過幾舒服。呢度仲有wi-fi添。點餐要自行去櫃台落order,不妨留意下是日推介有咩介紹。呢度只係收現金。叫左個煙三文魚牛角包,估唔到原因仲跟甘多薯條,仲有沙律添,個樣就幾靚,但有時野食呢家野,就好似我呢位阿豬媽化左妝甘(得個樣),所以都係要試下味先可以知佢有無呃人...甘囉 個牛角包的確係幾鬆、脆,酥皮絕對唔會死實,也相信佢個酥皮係摺左好多層先做到呢個效果,不過牛油味未夠香,但好食過早幾日喺「美利」食果個(甘美利果邊個價錢係平小小),三文魚亦唔錯,夾埋蕃茄、青瓜片,中和牛角包油膩感。薯條係雪櫃貨,不過只要新鮮炸起就會好食,佢地即炸,所以好味,點茄汁一流 (可惜外面有D餐廳連呢一點都做唔到)。沙律亦新鮮。食得幾舒服。茄汁可以自己去自助區攞。仲有叫左個玫瑰花茶,見到set茶具個圖案,突然覺得自己好憂雅  hohoho~~~~ (撥髮中)玫瑰花茶中規中矩,下次要試咖啡,甘易D知虛實,人家開宗名義賣咖啡嘛。之後開始LUNCH TIME多人,店子都開始坐滿人,見好多都係熟客仔,會同職員打下招呼、傾幾句甘。MENU寫明佢地餐點、飲品用心製作,需時20分鐘,俾少少耐性。…Read More

我不嬲幫襯食肆,都唔會當自己係大帝,落單、俾錢,職員上菜etc都會講唔該,亦唔會要求魚旦的價錢,但要有酒店的水準。作為食店職員or老闆同食客,大家都係人,應該彼此尊重。呢晚就十一點幾好肚餓,見snack express比較近,又見到好似好多人幫襯,未幫襯過我的,咪落樓買個小食囉。黎到,鋪頭似乎就收檔(但條人龍仲係好長,無法! 火車站呢個時候係佢獨市,唔通行15分鐘去街市果邊咩?) 。落order話要「生菜魚肉碗仔翅」(menu有),阿姐話「一係生菜魚肉」、「一係碗仔翅」。我一時反應唔到,明明menu有「生菜魚肉碗仔翅」,點解「一係生菜魚肉」、「一係碗仔翅」?我話,menu有wor。然後個阿姐至講,無啦! 賣曬。(我心稔,既然「一係生菜魚肉」、「一係碗仔翅」,甘唔係可以將佢地溝埋咩?) 事旦,叫左「生肉魚肉」。後來至知原來佢地趕收工,已經分「生菜魚肉」、「碗仔翅」入好曬外賣碗。再叫埋魚旦,阿姐問我要辣定唔辣。我話要辣,佢準備勺魚旦時(一秒時間),我話都係唔辣(笑住)講唔好意思,然後個阿姐成塊面黑暗,勁大力在我面前好大力「cup」返隻紙碗,找錢仲勁-大-力-將-d-錢-掟-落-我-右-手-度,係勁大力,係掟,作為一個食客,做左幾十年人,食過餐廳,周圍去「掃街」食野無數次,就算有時d人點rush都好,完全未試過有過甘難忘的用錢真金白銀去俾錢買野食,個感覺仲衰過乞。我離開時,個阿姐勁無禮貌問我後面個後生仔食咩,要唔要醬,我後面個後生仔勁大聲同特登扯高把聲,好狠甘同個阿姐講要d咩。睇黎,對呢度d職員真係唔需要有禮。「生菜魚肉」: 反到屋企,一打開個生菜魚旦,嗱嗱嗱! 我絕對「無」要多胡椒粉架!阿姐今次真係大贈送,史無前例勁多胡椒粉,成pat胡椒粉。恐怖。算! 撥走d朝椒粉。湯太少,咸,生菜好硬,無柔軟感,亦唔夠油份。魚肉少腥,唔算落太多粉好膠,但都唔係特別好味。份量ok多,如果唔理好唔好食,只求填飽個肚,$15都叫ok,甘填飽個肚,其實食個杯麵都ok,仲唔洗$15。「魚旦」:明明係$9,佢叫我要$10,我甘順得人,不嬲都ok。返到去,伏曬。魚星凍凍地,汁腥,無味,肉食緊膠,食左2粒,掉左(我一向好珍惜食物,今次真係食唔落,太難食)。唔會有下次,再夜晚肚餓,一係去7-11,一係行15分鐘去街市果邊,仲有大把好野食。…Read More

多年好友相聚,好友選了這裡。此餐廳設於沙田文物博物館,但不設訂位,亦需要齊人方可入座,請留意。女性好友相聚,遲到是常識,我等到望穿秋水,頭也白了......大家還未到。趁此際,欣賞一下餐廳外觀,在外面往內窺,的確甚有情調,緊張的心情都開始慢下來。玻璃貼上此餐廳「慢遞」的意思「在急促的生活中求取緩衝帶」(呢句句子好似有D奇怪,anyway...即係俾人hea之地啦我估。為左迎合呢個的氣氛,下文要變返文藝tone先)不消一會,好友氣喘喘來到,職員立即為我們安排靠窗的「卡位」,在餐廳一隅,比較靜,宜談天。餐桌擺設簡單,但在幽暗燈光及富文化氣息的環境映襯下,燭光搖曳,既浪漫又富詩意。最後三人點了一沙律、三主食、三飲品。這裡是自助點餐形式,需自行到櫃位付款,然後由職員把食物送上。八爪魚牛油果藜麥沙律: 由木製盤子盛載,對女生來說,份量還是延多的。洋蔥、紅椰菜、羅馬生菜、沙律菜、車厘茄還算新鮮,配以黑醋為醬汁,藜麥及果仁片增加口感,只是八爪魚有點硬及難嚼,最遺憾是一片牛油果都嚐不到,因為被好友會吃光......鮮忌廉黑松露醬野菌意大利粉: 碟子很大,但份量不是很多。黑松露味不算很重,忌廉汁還算creamy,中規中矩。千島青瓜海鮮pizza: 有6隻大炸蝦,雖是雪藏貨,沒有腥味已經很好。Pizza材料還有蟹柳、墨魚仔(沒有什麼味道),餅底很脆,千島汁醒胃惹味。不過整體並不算特別讓人驚喜。檸檬汁炒露筍白菌甘筍仔:以檸檬汁炒這個菜,出來味道有點奇怪。中式炒菜方法加了檸檬汁,而材料中還有中式常用瓜菜「白瓜」。這味中、西混合菜並不美味。荔枝密瓜鮮打綠茶:荔枝味濃,人工味亦重,嚐不到密瓜味,不過倒是很解渴。坐了兩個多小時,沒有趕客feel。值不值很多時是取決於有沒有比較,與商場那邊食肆相比,這兒是比較舒服,亦沒有那麼吵鬧。三人合共$450,Pizza本身比較飽肚還可以,但意份主菜等份量就比較小,可能這裡較適合胃口小的女士。同場加映,文物博物館本期展覽主題「宮囍」。…Read More

呢日約左朋友仔午餐,朋友仔話想去觀塘,最好傾到偈,寬落D,甘CHECK下見到呢度攪幾寬落甘,甘呢間啦。呢日我早到左,去攞位先,一出LIFT,左轉就見到呢間餐廳,真係好田園FEEL,I LIKE IT  真係好岩我呢個偽毒‧文青,差在手上欠執一本村上春村《挪威的森林》或《海邊的卡夫卡》。跟入餐廳見到佈置簡直綠茵成蔭,綴以不同色彩人造花花,只欠小橋流水,同外面人來人往、車多人多的觀塘商廈區,感覺截然不同,成個人都好似震時無甘RUSH,RELAX左。嘩 ~~ 好似去左神秘的花園甘。餐廳有唔同用餐區域,風格亦有唔同。被職員安排到天花掛滿紅葉的一區用餐。SET LUNCH都有7種,素及肉都照顧到,不過呢日D SETS主要係以雞、牛、魚為主。好快就上左個是日餐湯。忌廉湯,有煙肉粒,好香煙肉味,湯屬甜身,唔算好滑,唔均勻,有一粒粒粉粒,影響口感。餐包係蕃茄方包,切片,切半,包乾,唔香,唔係甘吸引。有揸面包的醬,由蕃茄、洋蔥粒整成,酸、甜以我作為一個醬怪的專業試味,唔太okay,所以食左一片,放棄左。「香煎鯛魚柳伴紫薯蓉炒菜」:煎得好香口,好脆,呢個值得讚,加埋少少燒汁,都okay,但魚本身就無咩鮮味,唔腥,還可以。紫薯蓉口感算幼細,同個魚同埋個燒汁都配合到,唔錯。朋友仔個「芝士焗肉醬牛仔腸意大利粉」,唔知咩味呢?我無食到。餐飲加$28升級要左「本周冷壓鮮果汁」,材料有我的至愛紅菜頭,青擰,蘋果,成枝隊,少少凍,幾好飲,清甜、清香。呢個AREA一室紅葉,都幾靚。埋單$208,座位鬆動,坐得舒服,傾偈都okay,就set lunch黎講個人覺得個冷壓鮮果汁同環境比較可取。…Read More

大人同我講,你要認住、認住、認住呢度,呢間至係正宗「樹記」,其他果D無甘好食。其實之前我從來無幫襯過任何「樹記」,都唔知究竟有咩唔同,不過每次經過鋪頭,無論平日定假日,都一定有人排緊隊,分別只係隊長家短。見每逢假日,就見到個個都攞住標雪糕,心稔,真係甘吸引?呢日趁熱返少少,條隊又唔係甘長,買返杯試下先。鋪頭招牌下面寫左,佢地無其他分店,同埋最好通知埋親戚朋友知。哦終於明白大人點解甘認真甘同我講大埔至係正店,佢真係好聽話,跟住鋪頭指示做bor.原來佢地仲有Facebook,就叫「樹記腐竹」,Facebook仲有食譜教大家點用佢地D材料整野食。平日條人龍唔係好長,職員好快手下,所以等一陣就買到。「樹記腐竹雪糕」:$18一杯,2杯平D,好似$32(因為只買一標,唔太記得2杯實際金額)。成份有鮮腐皮、水、奶、忌廉、砂糖,......根據食物標籤,鮮腐皮放第一,即係材料入面最多係佢啦。打開蓋之後,有層膠膜保鮮。撕左膠膜就係「樹記腐竹雪糕」真身,hello你好呀ice cream,聞名不如見面,想食你好耐架啦~~今日終於得償所願。雪糕都幾扎實下,我由鋪頭過埋對面馬路,行埋去運頭角遊樂場,個雪糕都無咩點出水,證明真係幾真材實料。味道方面,佢係好濃、好濃豆香同豆味,清甜(唔太甜),雖有牛奶同忌廉的豐潤味道同香味,但始終唔會蓋過豆味,的確唔錯,不過唔平呀,$18只有80ml。俾個正面靚仔樣大家睇下先。「樹baby,你要唔要實一甩呀?」…Read More

說好的越南風味呢?伏到無朋友的「越式雞河+薄荷青檸梳打」

其實我去餐廳食野中伏機會唔係好高,因為我一向小心翼翼,不過中伏呢樣野,都仍然係會出現,尤其係我好肚餓時,基本上會中伏指數會係—甚高。呢日我身體個能源燈落到去最後一格,紅燈,個警鐘bee bee bee甘響緊,要快d食野至得,唔係就會血糖低o係街暈左就大件事。由街頭先到街尾,最後,見到呢間未試過,又見到好似幾多食客甘,雖然見個門面都有少少伏味,然後對自己講,但有時外表o既野,睇唔出o既,可能有內涵呢?我深呼吸左一啖氣之後,就佢啦,推門入餐廳。為左證明我之前的前設係唔岩,我做左一個決定,叫左個「越式雞河」,同埋散口左杯「薄荷青檸梳打」。「越式雞河」($48): 說時遲,那時快,話甘快個河粉送到。唔......見到果層浮曬o係成碗河粉上面的雞油,果一下,我個心已經離一離。再見到佢d「越式」配菜,有片已經死左的九層塔(完全無香味),具有中國特式食粥飯麵飯會見到的大量蔥花,大量洋蔥絲,小量莞茜。一般越式河配菜芽菜無,辣椒粒無,青檸片無。「越式雞河」個樣係正常,而個味呢,簡直融合左中國同越南最奇怪的風味,只要試想下,一個已經唔太OK的越式河湯底同配菜,放左D煮到出曬雞油的白切雞落個河粉度煮埋一切,不如話返俾我知究竟係咩味算吧啦 ~~ 真係切雞河唔似一個切雞河,越式河又唔似一個越式河,真正宇宙最強,無得輸,極—度—難—食。如果我唔係因為血糖底要食野,我肯定自己食一啖就走人。佢D雞係無問題,份量都多,亦滑。之但係,可樂都好飲架,白飯都好味架,甘將可樂同白飯撈埋一齊食係唔係一道好菜式先?河粉算薄同滑。「薄荷青檸梳打」($22):個樣好靚呢?我都甘覺得,見到佢杯底D糖漿多到,都有少少「協」。不過,唔緊要啦,試下先。我飲左第一啖之後,差D想爆粗甘濟。我再攞返件青檸上黎再唧多次D檸檬汁,再狂攪均杯入面稔住中和返D甜度,但真係非常sorry囉,完全無幫助。杯野甜到好似係飲緊七喜再加糖的汽水甘,青檸同薄荷的清新味就無,只係得好好好好甜。$22杯野,我只係飲左2啖,bye~~ 我地永遠唔再係朋友啦~~睇下幾賞心悅目,事實係極度難飲。呢度星期六、日,公眾假期加一。收錢時,我行去收銀機,阿姐都行過去收銀檮到,但佢係攞住、望住,玩住部手機,走過來收銀機度,企在收銀機前仍掛住係甘玩佢部手機,我好相信佢當時一定係有幾千萬上跌緊,甘關鍵時刻,甘我當然無出聲,等佢慢慢玩,佢玩左一輪,先幫我收錢,仲要計錯數。…Read More

嘩 ~~ 話甘快又一年,話甘快又生日。 我究竟係唔係發緊夢呢?係唔可以搵個人「搣」一「搣」我塊大肥面,等我知道我究竟係唔係發緊夢。古時有條友叫「莊子」,佢有日得閑得滯訓著左,然後發夢自己變左隻蝴蝶,由於個夢太真實,佢醒返之後,居然俾佢稔出一個到而家都無人可以解答的問題。呢個問題就係,究竟阿莊生係一個人發左個變左蝴蝶的夢,定係其實莊生本身就係一隻蝴蝶佢而家仲發緊一個做緊人的夢,呢個故事就叫做「周莊夢蝶」。好喇 ~~~ 人生o既野,容咩易就五年、十年,三十年都黎緊喇 ~~ 甘今晚我地就有今晚有酒今晚醉 一直以為佢叫「一皇雞」,原來搞錯左,佢係叫「雞皇一」。餐廳室內面前比較細,選擇坐外面(接連鋪面旁),頂有帳幕,近街一邊有透明膠布,幾有大排檔風味。呢度主要以雞及滷味為主,雖主打兩類,但選擇也不少:「雞飯」(可拼)同「滷水飯」(可拼)可以選碟或碗,亦可以轉米粉、丁麵;亦有以雞、雞組,雞雜為主的粥品;風味小食當然唔少得主角「雞」,仲有「滷味」,同埋小炒。「一皇雞飯 (碟)」$48:大大碟碟頭飯,飯份量及雞件數量亦不少,附沙薑醬及薑蔥蓉各一碟。雞皮富脂肪,還算滑,肉軟,有雞味。沙薑醬香濃,最喜歡薑蔥蓉甚富香蔥鮮味,想起媽媽小時候在家整白切雞時準備的薑蔥蓉自家製口味,而唔係機械流水作業的工業化味道。「煎醲三寶」$34:有6件,2件青椒、2件茄子,2件紅腸。上枱時見到好似乾乾地、凍凍地同燶燶地甘,心稔,難道我中了伏?今次死火,仲要件件都甘大年添。好喇 ~ 醜婦都終需要見家翁,自己叫的餸點都一定要自己食。攞起雙筷,準備食啦 ~~啊~ D煎釀三寶個樣雖然睇落有D衰衰甘甘成個樣衰阿寬甘款,不過,又幾好味喎衰野  所以話,外表o既野,幾時都係呃人架啦!煎釀三寶外面少少焦,微脆,魚肉唔腥非常好。魚肉比例亦岩岩好,唔會得少少,厚得黎又唔會太多。最好食係茄子,魚肉口感係實,而茄子好軟,食落真係雙得益彰。「雞雜拼油菜(大)」$80:油菜要了菜心。菜份量都多,菜幾入味,仲俾埋蠔油。如果食得比較淡,可以唔要蠔油都得,好在佢d蠔油「淋」埋一邊。雞雜原來係滷水整,份量就唔算好多,少少咸(滷水野嘛),最岩送酒,巧醒呀我,已經一早叫定左枝啤酒。雞雜有腎、肝、腸 ,不過腎就硬更少少。我呢都係鍾意食炒雞雜多d (我知我好重口味)。2個人,1碟飯,1小菜,1小食,1啤酒,埋單188,好意頭!服務方面,其實呢度都係小店,招呼黎講其實都算唔錯,快手,唔黑面,有禮 (當然唔好要期望係酒店式服務啦),靚姐俾酒杯我時見到隻杯污糟,自己已經即刻去換左佢。唔拘緊,有大排檔風味,自在舒服甘食飯、吹水,呢餐食得幾開心、幾值。…Read More

一個人的浪漫呢家野,梗係要o係茶記尋找,除左豆腐火腩飯,乾炒牛河亦是至愛 是日又黎華輝,不過今次係試佢D炒河。訓到日上三竿,我的早餐就是別人的午餐。一起身就黎個乾炒牛河,會唔會有D過份左? 稔真,其實都唔會,只因令到自己個肚子感覺滿足絕對係一件正經事餐包個「乾炒牛河」、「中式例湯」,餐飲叫左杯「凍奶茶」。話甘快,碟粉河就送到。見到真係幾乾身,油份唔算好多,用筷子撈起時,個牛河冒白煙,真係即炒好新鮮。食炒河又點可以無辣醬,初時覺得個辣醬俾得少,但後來落曬之後,可能因為個河粉好熱,加埋D辣醬本身都屬於辣果隻,岩岩好。河粉屬厚身果隻,食落有質感,豉油都幾均勻,河粉入味,牛肉都算多,如果銀芽同蔥再落多D甘就更perfect喇 !清曬成碟粉,仲飲埋個湯同奶茶,爆曬早、午餐熱量quota,不過,好滿足。…Read More

雞批真係好鬆化
來 ~~ 讓意式Tiramisu綻放戀人之苗

據說,當人吃甜食時,就會啟動腦部多巴胺的分泌(神巴胺會有傳遞快樂、興奮情緒的功能,又稱為「快樂物質」)。甜品,有時候也是讓人提升良好感覺的comfort food (=food that makes you feel better)。這幾天心底渴求甜食,而是日並巧經過佐敦,被「Sense Dessert Cafe」吸引,那就鐵定嚐一下它的甜品。少女侍應安排我們坐在近門靠街玻璃窗旁,可從玻璃看到外面街景。店子營業及提供甜品時間,都寫在近門口黑板上,讓人一目了然。木製牆上,掛上銹蝕富懷舊美式風味鐵牌,別具特色。近大門位置,玻璃櫥櫃放滿枝裝、罐裝汽水及特色飲品,而蠻喜歡後面牆壁上用粉筆寫上的 "KEEP CALM AND DESSERT ON"字句,是的,有什麼東西比得上在緊張兮兮感到壓力時吃一口甜品更具療癒作用呢?餐廳兩面牆壁掛上大幅黑板,列出最新菜或、是日推介,繁忙時段安排等,並配以生動圖案,予人活力動感。雖然坐在靠近大門位置,但也不覺局促,反而自成一國,又可以看看街外風景,頗寫意自在。下午茶選擇不少,甜品及咸點小食均有,任君選擇。最後點了一個下午茶餐($42):「日本抹茶紅豆蛋糕」(下)連「熱情果花茶」(右上),及單點「抹茶意大利餅」($45)(左上)。「日本抹茶紅豆蛋糕」:漆白長方形碟子上,一邊放上暗絳紅色紅豆蓉,另一邊放上綠白雙配抹茶蛋糕,二者間以鮮紅及暗紅糖漿畫出點收連綿圖案,彷如妙筆生花。「日本抹茶紅豆蛋糕」:採大顆紅豆,煮至外皮微裂,滲出豆蓉澱粉,味道甜至極致。蛋糕最上層為抹茶忌廉及白忌廉,糕身以白忌廉與三層蛋糕相間,糕身富濕潤度,入口香軟,甜味重。此甜品比較適合嗜甜者。這個看似是小盆栽的東西其實就是「抹茶意大利餅」。曾經看過有關意大利餅Tiramisu的一個故事......Tiramisu在意大利語意指「帶我走」,相傳在二戰時,一位意大利士兵被征召,因他家裡困頓缺糧,他妻子只好把家裡能吃的東西包括蛋、餅和麵包一併找出來,做出Tiramisu這個甜品給身為士兵的丈夫帶到戰場上果腹,而士兵每吃到它時,就會想起家中等待他平安歸去的妻子。不過認真去想,這個Tiramisu的源起的故事似乎多為杜撰......怎樣也好,這個浪漫的愛情故事,把今天吃到的Tiramisu美化一下又何妨?把Tiramisu的浪漫故事結合今天這個長出翠綠小苗的「抹茶意大利餅」,視為綻放戀人之苗 (冧女一流)青翠葉子其實是薄荷葉,可以食用,喜歡的話可以把它吃下。看似乾硬的土粒是朱古力脆脆,撥開「土壤」,下面是由抹茶忌廉及蛋糕相間而成。下層忌廉綠茶味重,口感滑,餅身較軟及潤。由於最上層「土壌」口感非常乾且顆粒大,逐層吃口感不討好,可以的話,建議狠狠地把「匙羹」大力插入餅身內,然後勺起一「羹」,這樣就一次過吃到上層的乾與脆及下層綿與濕。「熱情果花茶」:香,甜,茶內還放了士名啤梨、芒果,奇異果肉。星期天接近黃昏時間,餐廳職員均忙於為快將來臨的晚餐時段作準備。下午茶時段光顧的食客大部份都走了,只餘下我們及另外兩枱食客,職員也沒有催促,尚算讓人滿意。結帳連加一服務費,一共$96,尖沙咀區,這價錢來說,差不多。今天真的夠「甜」了。…Read More

身心放輕鬆:處身歷史遺蹟中的低碳飲食

大埔真係一個幾好的地方,博物館同歷史建築都好就腳,離開火車站之後,唔洗點轉車,幾都行到去。呢日想去「慧食堂」食野,順便去遊覽下歷史建築物。「慧食堂」坐落在「綠匯學院」(前身係建於1899年的「舊大埔警署」,2010年由嘉道理農場同港府合作的活化項目)建築群內,提倡低碳、可持續、惜食,智慧飲食等原則。要去「綠匯學苑」其實好容易,大埔火車站A出口(新達廣場),向(右)麗雅花園方向行,達運街有條行人隧道(無咩人行),穿過隧道,會見到有個「春暉園」的扁額即係「運頭角遊樂場」,拾級而上,然後一路向前行走出去公園,就會見到一條山路斜路,按有「綠匯學院」路牌指示,前行50米左邊就到,非常方便。(甘行由火車站行去只需5分鐘)。前往呢度都緊記要留意開放時間(最好上網查下先),10am開門,5pm關門,但4pm就截人。走入「綠匯學院」,要先去「訪客中心」作登記,然後職員會簡單介紹一下歷史、背景、理念、守則,同餐廳、展館等位置。大埔舊警署昔日照片同介紹。離開訪客中心前行轉右,會見到一片草地(香草園),後面就係「慧食堂」。推開木門同紗門,就係餐廳。餐廳裝修佈置揉合中西,自助形式點餐。是日午餐有八款菜式(不包飲品),價錢方面,選四款$60,三款$45,單點$17。另有甜品及飲品。點完餐,俾錢,自己取餐具。而呢度last order係3:30pm,收4pm,需留意。枱上面menu除左有推介食物,仲有介紹餐廳理念。選左4個菜式$60。1)「香料紅扁豆濃湯」:D D 暖,好香濃香準味,豆蓉亦好多,好有印度的豆湯風味,但係極少調味,除非係食慣好organic可以接受徹底的食物原味,同埋唔怕香料的人,如果唔係未必接受到。我食野都可以幾淡口味,但呢個湯我都覺得係無味,放番多少少海鹽會好D。2) 「鷹嘴豆煎餅」: 唔熱,凍。三件中有塊燶左D,另外兩塊又無甘燶 ,反映出控制火力唔係太好。鷹嘴豆煎餅size比較細,幾香香草味,唔算太乾(如果食唔慣中東鷹嘴豆煎餅就唔建議叫),點埋醬幾好食。3) 「綠匯燕麥青菜」:油麥菜,有落豆豉,油份充足,爽口,夠味。4) 「香料黃薑糙米飯」:份量比想像中多,好香黃薑味,但飯唔係太暖身,亦好乾,糙米未做到爆米效果(即係咬到外面層糙米皮「bob」然後再咬落去米身煙韌果種)。麻麻地。「嘉道理農場有機洛神花茶」$25:好多時在餐廳飲到的洛神花茶都太濃、太酸,好過火。呢度洛神花茶比較清淡,微酸而帶清甜,唔錯。「青檸薑批」$30:size比較少,批身好薄,用果仁碎做批底。青檸味濃,帶酸,薑味也重,咬啖見到一絲絲好幼細薑絲,批身偏軟,算okay。呢度鼓勵食客自行將用餐後餐具、廚餘放到餐廳內回收站,並且分類。餐廳外亦有擺放枱凳,估如果天氣好室外用餐都不錯。不過,我就未必會再過黎食野喇。離開餐廳之後,可以參觀埋其他部份。展館內介紹大埔居民生活。…Read More

甘難得約齊friend子共聚,梗係要對大家好d,齊齊食好西。半商業區午飯時段,搵位真係爭分奪秒,好在有Friend子幫手搵定靚位,呢日黎到我哋坐在餐廳外露天雅座,有太陽傘遮陰,亦不會好局促。選擇困難症發作,究竟食牛定羊好,好啦!個個落曬單,在最後的一秒,決-定-食-牛,就甘話。我地每人叫左一個lunch set,set係包主菜同一杯飲品。「香煎西冷紅酒汁」:千叮萬囑chef要真‧well done(全熟)。不消一會,登登登登  俾我d freind子勁恥笑我的「十成牛扒」登場!  wow! 牛扒上面淋左芥辣醬(如果唔喜歡記得叫佢另上或唔好落),而作為一位醬怪的我,呢個畫面對我黎講實在太誘人,唔得掂,GO GO GO刀叉開動。首先,即切睇下有無血水先?係無的,可以放心食用。 唔好以為「熟成牛扒」易整,如果整得唔好,就同柴皮無分別,而呢度整得幾好,首先真係一d血水都無滲出,只中間帶少少粉紅,扒肉外層唔太焦,而核心內層仍保留到軟熟,成件扒唔會好乾。好想同chef講個扒好okay喎! (好少可唔洗叫廚房再返煎件扒)。牛扒個份量其實都算幾大件,配菜如薯仔BB、甘筍等都有用調味煮過,好入味,之不過D豆好硬,有渣,寶寶食唔到...... 伴飯混和少量切得極細碎蔬菜粒,飯帶牛油香及奶香,米粒飽滿,食完好有滿足感。「Ice tea」:清新紅茶,我習慣唔「督」檸檬、唔加糖漿,飲檸檬同紅茶原味。Cool 「午餐餐牌」呢頭黎講,呢個時間,呢個份量,呢個質素,呢個價錢,係屬抵食。…Read More
