「咖喱牛腩農夫包」 ─ 違背承諾的失望之作用外賣,點了一份自稱是「咖喱牛腩」的菜式,結果卻發現完全沒有牛腩,而全是一些牛筋。這是什麼情況?這完全顛覆了我對這道菜的期望和想像!我叫外賣諗住食咖喱牛腩,結果卻被充滿咖喱牛筋所取代。究竟係咩把戲?餐廳方是不是想糊弄顧客?牛腩和牛筋的口感和風味完全不同,怎麼能夠互相替代呢?我很遺憾地說,這道所謂的「咖喱牛腩農夫包」完全違背了原本的承諾,使我從一開始就失去了對這道菜的期待。我真心希望餐廳方能夠真正尊重顧客,提供符合菜單描述的正宗咖喱牛腩。否則,我將不得不重新考慮是否再次光顧。搵外賣平台退錢，佢話餐廳堅持話有牛腩，無得退，咁都得🤬…Read More

還記得兩年多前魚生飯的鮮味，可惜今天再試，昔日的味道已一去不返。可以説今天嘗到的魚生蓉已經再無鮮味，只剩下鼓油及芥辣的味道。確實是把魚生蓉放進口裏，但感覺只是一堆魚肉混合物。 老實說，以這個價錢能夠食到一碗魚生蓉飯，已經算是不錯，理應沒有甚麼可以投訴，但對比起往日食到的新鮮魚生蓉，今天的食材質素實在大有所降。服務員的待客態度是不錯的。但竟然缺乏了對客人的最基本服務，斟茶。我與友人坐了足十五分鐘，都未有服務員到來為我的空杯加茶，令人感覺未有提供基本服務。坐了二十分鐘才有服務員來為我點餐。當天只有一名服務員，反眏店家未有安排充足人手，為客人提供服務。店內環境亦比過往嘈吵，服務員與食客溝通時聲量較大，加上店舖面積少，使聲音擴大，有點似街市買餸之感。負責處理食物的師傅與侍應生及洗碗姐姐的對話都很大聲，且對答頻繁，夾雜着閑聊，令用餐環境變得嘈雜，食客未能在安靜環境下進餐，用餐體驗大打折扣。希望店家能夠改善，無論對食客，對同事的溝通時，可以將音量收細，形造一個舒適的用餐環境予食客。基於食物質素下降及用膳環境變差，無耐地只能給予往日我最喜愛的餐廳一個負評。…Read More

Saw so many good reviews in openrice about this restaurant and i was so desperate to try out their dishes.I hv ordered 2 set dinners including a bread platter, 2 soup of the day, 2 mains and 2 drinks.For bread platter, it was nicely plated. Enjoyed their breads. They were fresh and warm.For soup of the day, it was not bad but not great. The seasoning of the soup werent feel so right. I could go without it.For mains, we have a duo oyster spaghetti and a vinegar flavour risotto. Oysters were not so fresh that could impressed us. The idea of blending oysters into a sauce to go with spaghetti was creative, but it didnt taste so so good. :(Was an average dish to be honest. For the other main, vinegar risotto, it was just way to sour, i guess they hv put too much vinegar in it and The Most important Thing was the risotto was not well cooked, still a little raw inside. This is the first time I ever dine in maze grill.I can say their staff are nice and constantly checking if you need anything from them.I ordered quite a number of dishes yesterday including diver scallops, duck salad, grilled octopus and beef wellington of course.The first three appetisers tasted good especially the waiter presented the duck salad in a fairly nice way. He explained to us how the duck meat is marinated and mixed it with the salad in front of us.However, it was a mess with our beef wellington. Are you serious maze grill hk?Come on what is that? 咁大個仔第一次為餐廳寫食評，原因係店舖提供既食物質素差，唔新鮮，更重要既係我同友人食完個晚個肚都唔舒服丫，我仲喺食完個晚，瞓到半夜搞肚痛醒左😕真係好耐未試過。店舖標榜燒肉放題，但燒肉質素好差，肉既油脂分不平均，顔色仲有d暗紅色，表面睇已經唔新鮮。放落網燒完之後夾上黎擺入口，食落肉質好柴，完全無肉汁，無牛肉味，只食到店家在牛肉面上添加醬汁的味道😕加上每片肉都切得偏薄，食落無肉既質感同咬口，店家既牛舌尤其切得薄。燒肉放題同時提供刺身仼食，我和朋友點了三文魚和甜蝦。刺身送到後，先唔講究師傅刀工同三文魚既形狀，望落顔色係正常，唔會係暗橙色，而甜蝦頭都無見到黑色。但食落就出事，三文魚唔甜兼且有筋，甜蝦完全係無味架，淡茂茂，我一度懷疑店家係咪攞左d甜蝦去浸水解凍，我知大家都應該想像唔到，甜蝦點可以無味，連我自己都想像唔到我食左d咁既劣食。我懷疑我係食左佢d刺身而搞到肚痛既。利申，我喺用膳期間同職員相處愉快，我覺得佢地工作效率好快，落完單之後一分鐘內就將食物送上枱，收吉碟速度都好快，對佢地印象好好。我真心希望openrice可以post我呢份食評，最重要係希望店家可以改善佢地提供既食物品質俾以後既食客。坊間收得298蚊加一既放題/燒肉放題比比皆是，但食物質素真係好好多，下次我唔會再黎了。…Read More
