環境幾chill 必試香脆焦糖粟米!🏮-The western and japanese fusion cuisine in soho district is quite overpriced. The food looks nice and taste not bad though. The crispy caramel butter corn is really the best dish among all and is the signature dish of the restaurant. The texture and the taste is nice! The quality of the japanese omelette is up-to-standard while the udon taste a bit too strong and too salty. The sauce of the udon is nice actually, but there is too few beef unfortunately. Ice cream sandwich is another must-try dish as the crispy texture surprised me with the mouth filling ice cream and raspberry sauce mixing well together. The cocktail with yuzu and gin goes well too. Overall, I find this restaurant is a bit overpriced. The atmosphere and the vibe is chill. The set comes with a salad, snacks, 9 pieces of sushi, 1 sushi roll, soup, steam egg and ice cream! A very full meal with all fresh ingredient and wonderful taste of sushi! The set ends with the hot soup and steam egg. It is just perfect to warmth your body after those sushi and at last the tofu ice cream is right on point to complete the whole meal set experience. To be honest the service of this restaurant is just so-so. There are only 2 chefs at the bar desk. You cannot expect a full service like the other Omakase restaurants did but I am alright with that as the price is far lower than the others too.
