由以前天后店啱啱開始,都已經幫襯左究極堂有3年。早前10月1日係佢哋3週年紀念日,喺度恭喜佢哋先,由疫情一路到依家真係唔容易話說最近由黎小酌怡情,大吃飽腹,發現原來有新野(最鍾意試新野)。推薦大家點:- 原隻北寄貝- 日本阿波美雞翼- 鹽燒白鱔當然啦,其他野一如以往地穩定,高質,我只可以話,呢間舖頭係我三年來叫任何一個朋友去,真係從來都無失望過,仲要啲朋友自己會返轉頭食,亦都會再介紹俾其他朋友。依家嘅銅鑼灣店,更方便,而且出品一如既往地穩定。如果要俾意見,就一定係登龍街永光中心嘅上落唔算便捷,一壞𨋢就要排隊上樓。Otherwise,究極堂加油…Read More

究極堂喺炮台山自從疫情開左有一段時間,一向屬性價比高嘅日本餐廳,師傅亦都唔保守又鍾意試新野。最近佢地終於衝出炮台山,登陸左銅鑼灣登龍街啦!個人一直好鍾意佢地出品,兼有一班棧鬼老細師傅加同事,成個場氣氛好好。今次新店開張,除左有保持住一路水準嘅究極丼、磯燒帆立貝、炸串之外,仲有幾款新出品,個人最愛係韓式辣醬生赤蝦丼!對比炮台山店升左級嘅係Private Room可以好鬆動咁坐到12位(炮台山Private Room最多8位),仲有大電視可以邊睇邊玩邊食邊飲。其實兩邊舖頭環境各有各好,如果係鍾意homey啲,可以選擇炮台山。鍾意熱鬧啲,可以選擇銅鑼灣。今次賀佢地新開張太盡興,試左好多新野,平時大概人均200左右(開酒另計)就可以試到好多招牌菜 。祝 究極堂 繼續究極…Read More

無論係店名或者設計都俾人一種窩心小店嘅印象。我幫襯左外賣幾次,而每一次都會點未試過嘅野品嘗品嘗。第一次幫襯,同樣喺附近開餐廳嘅朋友們就極力推薦蓮藕餅豬扒飯,蓮藕餅口感適中有咬口,唔會粉,味道亦恰到好處。豬扒好入味,非常適合下飯。另外一次就試左慢煮豬軟骨同家傳炆豬手。呢兩樣食材要做的好食唔算好難,但係要整到好似佢地咁好食,就要花一定嘅功力同心機。豬軟骨煮到連軟骨嘅膠質都熬埋出黎,好過癮。炆豬手煮得非常之軟腍煙靭,即管大啖大啖咬,唔需要擔心豬皮會回彈,唔會啲汁彈到周圍都係。另外,佢地嘅老火靚湯亦都非常值得一試!總括而言,去閨家食飯,比起歸家食家常便飯有過之而無不及嘅窩心感。佢地最近仲喺深水埗開左分店,希望大家有機會都去試下佢地嘅手勢啦 …Read More

Had a quick dinner for two and was able to catch the last order.Order a Smoked Salmon Salad and a Pasta of the Day (Spicy crab meat Penne), along with an Aperol Spritz (Cucumber, Lime, Basil, Prosecco, etc.) that really caught me off guard...(got me tipsy right away) The overall quality of the food is decent but I have to say that the atmosphere and the surrounding vibe at the West Kowloon Cultural District is simply perfect. 究極堂開張以來已經拜訪左好多好多次,每一次去都食到樂而忘返。今年慶祝生日,理所當然地選擇左去究極堂慶祝,預留左VIP房打算同屋企人大快朵頤一番。阿哥鍾意食刺身同壽司,所以刺身點左三文魚,三文魚腩,帆立貝,壽司就點左右口魚邊,海膽,槍烏賊,中拖羅。每一款都好新鮮,屋企人食完都話下次一定要帶朋友過黎試下。另外今次(又)試左幾款招牌菜:避風塘炒枝豆,烟熏蒜香火炙吞拿魚,蟹膏豆腐鱈魚乾,麻婆豆腐炸鷄蛋包飯,明太子玉子燒其實每一次點熟食都好有驚喜,D招牌菜真係各有千秋。總括而言,我好快又會再次光臨究極堂 XD…Read More

炮台山新開張嘅“究極堂”,店如其名,果真有其究極之處。裝修大氣有特色,大廳午市夠開揚熱鬧,晚市又適合小酌一杯,促膝長談。壽司吧可以同近距離師傅交流,仲有機會觀賞出品嘅製作過程。今次午膳六個人食左千幾蚊(午市套餐加單點),但其實午市套餐價錢只係$68 - $128之間,特色丼飯同刺身定食都只係$168 - $188,性價比十分究極。總括來講,食物出品的確係高質素,當然新開張嘅舖頭係需要時間去完善服務流程,但因爲餐廳整個團隊都好親切好有心,所以非常期待生意及服務流程穩定後,可以擦出更多火花,令“究極堂”再加究極。順帶一提,“究極堂”可以品嘗到嘅大師手筆除左食物之外,仲有餐廳大廳嗰一幅由Kristopher Ho創作嘅巨型壁畫,鍾意藝術或者打卡嘅朋友記得去“究極堂“鑒賞鑒賞,一舉兩得!…Read More
