之前已經去過呢間嘅旺角總店,真心超鍾意佢哋嘅煎餃同燉湯😭睇住佢哋愈做愈大,最近仲開埋土瓜環分店,一定要支持下🤙🏻每次到訪都一定要食佢哋個煎餃,今次就要咗京蔥羊肉同鮮牛肉洋蔥 雙拼($79/8 +$2),呢到嘅特色係煎餃係煎三面,所以食落去特別香口,而且皮薄餡靚,兩款咬落去啲汁係湧出嚟勁誇張🥹原味小雲吞15隻 ($38)都唔錯,雲吞皮夠薄,而且都幾滑身,特別鍾意佢哋個秘製醬汁🤎麻辣涼拌大拉皮($42) 都好滑身,幾有咬口,揀咗BB辣唔會太辣,撈埋啲花生同青瓜唔會太heavy~涼拌極品海蜇頭 ($39)份量都好多,海蜇頭幾爽口,搭配煎餃就剛剛好~不過MVP之一必須有燉湯,要咗烏雞燉人蔘($49)同排骨燉蟲草花($46)都一樣咁正,呢到燉湯每煲都好足料,烏雞湯個藥材味好出,排骨燉蟲草花就相對清甜啲,兩款飲落去都好滋補嘅感覺🤍總括嚟講,呢間街坊小店真心好值得一試,唔怪得晚市會大排長龍,而且食物出品都好有水準,幾次到訪嘅水準都好穩定,同埋佢哋啲下午茶勁抵食,人均三十幾蚊就有交易,推介畀大家一試🤤…Read More

作為dough bros嘅big fan,講緊係得港島分店個時已經食緊,望住佢哋做到第一間九龍分店,再去到而家差唔多十八區都有分店,睇住佢哋成長得咁快真心好感動🤍而作為荃灣街坊,自己係社交平台都成日嗌呢間😆其實真係每款都食過至少一次,冇乜款係覺得唔好食,通常都係叫set,因為set都抵幾多😛今次要咗個Sharing Set for 3-4 ($378),呢個餐包2個pizza,3個冬甩同兩個飲品,個人覺得4人絕對夠食,自己推介大家要啲單價高啲嘅pizza,因為呢到要貴啲嘅pizza都唔使加錢~今次就要咗The Truffle Deluxe,呢個係相對新出嘅pizza,truffle味好出,上面仲有好多奶香味好出嘅水牛芝士同burrata cheese,parma ham夠鹹香,呢個勁推介!另一個pizza就要咗The White King,佢係garlic butter底,食落去蒜香味好出,加埋咗啲檸檬汁會refreshing啲~值得一讚嘅係呢到啲pizza係sourdough底,而且即叫即打,食落特別有咬口,真心幾推介!(額外寫埋個人私心推介:carbonara、the truffle、the parma、pepperoni supreme、bbq chicken,同埋可以嗌half-half揀多幾款口味嘅pizza~)另外就要咗呢到都好出名嘅冬甩,全部都係鮮炸出嚟,食落去勁香,而且仲係流心,所以食嘅時候要墊好小心整到周圍都係🤣三個口味入面最鍾意係Nutella+肉桂糖,呢個真心係食過咁多個配搭入面最好食個個!! 一直都係呢間南印度菜嘅擁躉,自從四年前初訪之後食咗好多次,尤其覺得呢間都幾正宗,每次嚟嘅顧客都有一半左右係印度人外貌,基本上盲嗌都唔會中伏,而且唔限時,啱晒一大班人聚會,奈何有時都幾full,如果一大班人到訪建議要訂枱🤙🏻今次要咗最愛嘅Butter chicken masala($140)同Palak paneer($99),兩份都好足料,前者雞肉都幾入味,食落去偏甜,後者芝士奶香味都幾出;Garlic Naan ($40)蒜香味都幾出,食落去底部微微脆口,加埋咖哩超正🤪Bamboo Biryani (Mutton) ($160)都係其中一個私心all time favourite 😭佢係將炒飯放入竹筒,再係枱慢慢倒出嚟,見到就知道勁有鑊氣🧡炒飯入口好軟身,而且啲羊肉好入味,亦都夠軟腍,真心一定要試!Butter Dosa ($85)都係必嗌招牌,佢係成隻手臂咁長嘅薄餅,可以點椰子、薄荷或者蕃茄醬,自己私心最推薄荷醬💚Chicken Kothu Parotta ($99)就係雞肉、雞蛋炒麵包,食落去口感都幾軟熟,呢個幾得意😛呢到啲小食都唔錯,Chicken 65 ($90)炸得好香口,炸皮都幾薄,而且入面都唔會好乾柴~Mutton seekh kebab($190)就用鐵板上,上枱個時熱辣辣,而且食落去唔會好羶,加埋薄荷醬都幾夾🔥食香口嘢建議嗌返杯Lime Soda ($40)解膩一流,佢哋Mango lassi都唔錯🌿總括嚟講,呢一間印度嘢真心好出色,所以自己回訪咗咁多次都唔會悶🤪服務亦都唔錯,見到有唔少人喺度慶祝生日,如果一大班人過嚟可以嗌多啲唔同款式, share食都唔錯🥳…Read More

最近見到呢間由韓國人主理嘅濟州岩石板燒好紅,朋友到訪過中環分店覺得唔錯,呢排又想食燒肉就去咗一試🫶🏻估唔到呢間銅鑼灣新分店都幾多人,暫時未見到好多人repost呢間分店,walkin都唔難,不過建議都係訂定枱穩陣啲🤪嚟到個個都係由店員幫手燒,最緊要係覺得到自己嘅心水生熟程度就要夾起啲肉,因為塊板keep住加熱緊,如果拎唔切就有機會overcooked🤣店員燒好就會將啲肉放係啲菜/泡菜上面,等啲肉汁索晒落去啲菜到食落去更惹味~今次要咗set A 200g牛肋肉同100g牛翼板 ($658),食落去肉質軟嫩,不過最出色一定係Mango beef tongue ($458)因為真係好爽口彈牙🤤 Pork rind ($128)都幾得意,咬落去幾有咬口,加埋黃豆粉又估唔到幾夾😛另外覺得呢還飯嘅MVP一定仲有個炒飯 ($58)一拎上枱仲出緊煙,加埋啲牛食落去好正🥹每枱都會包嘅6款小菜都幾有心思,最鍾意一定係章魚😆如果食到膩一定要嗌返杯smoothie,要咗兩杯mango kiwi smoothie ($48)同埋passionfruit smoothie ($48)都唔錯,飲落去幾足料又唔會太甜🌿總括嚟講,自己覺得呢間燒肉都唔錯,一嚟比起平時嘅韓式燒肉多咗份新鮮感,而且可以一邊吹水一邊有人serve幫手燒肉,同朋友聚會都幾舒服🤫…Read More

之前曾經到訪呢間餐廳,貪佢個無敵維港景,真心應該近過所有維港餐廳,而且仲要係最正中間嘅維港景,喺度食嘢感覺好似味道都會好食啲🤤今次係佢裝修後首次到訪,而家仲未有好多人知,環境都特別清幽🤫Weekend Brunch ($390/pax)會有四款starters to share,最鍾意一定係Croque masame,broiche好軟熟,加埋牛油香好出💛另外幾有驚喜嘅係shahuka,佢除咗有平時都會有嘅臘腸肉、雞蛋同埋蕃茄醬,再加有啲脆脆,食落去口感特別豐富!Eggplant parmigiana其實係茄子蓉以撻嘅方式呈現,食落去辣辣地幾惹味~沙律就正常發揮😛主菜就可以每人一份,自己更鍾意Beef ragu pappardelle,煮麵食落去都幾有咬口,燴牛面頰肉幾入味❤️另一份就要咗Steak and fries (+$130),flank食落去肉味濃,而且薯條炸得幾香口,調味以鹽同胡椒為主🥩搭配cocktail/mocktail係將成件事再昇華咗,今次要嘅The Kiss 同Thyme of life都係行清新路線🌿食到最後都已經好飽,不過都忍唔住要加配甜品🤫呢到最signature一定係鬼佬糖水,佢係士多啤梨梳打水做base,入邊有啲士多啤梨果肉同埋糖漬羅勒,最鍾意佢嘅糖漬羅勒葉好脆口,入邊仲有啲馬卡龍幾得意~Chef’s dessert platter (+$100) 都好驚喜,估唔到呢個價錢就有四件甜品,包括Canele、黑芝麻巴斯克芝士蛋糕、donut同埋banana cake,唔講得笑呢個banana cake係近期食過數一數二出色嘅,個香蕉味好濃郁,而且夠濕潤🍌黑芝麻巴斯克蛋糕直程係芝麻味濃郁到傻🖤入邊仲夾咗啲芝麻醬,中間做到軟心效果,幾建議叫一份同朋友share🫡總括嚟講,以佢喺尖沙咀呢個黃金地段,呢個brunch定價都算合理,自己覺得最impressive都係前菜🤣係到嘆brunch,放慢腳步,慢慢睇住維港景真心幾寫意🧘🏻‍♀️最正係佢哋生日仲會送蠟燭,啱晒同朋友過嚟慶祝🤙🏻見到佢哋weekday lunch 都係講緊$178,得閒都可以過嚟試吓~…Read More

之前留意到呢間餅店都係因為佢哋嘅羊腩包,睇住佢哋推陳出新,而且不斷諗啲新嘅麵包出嚟都有興趣一試😛自己覺得呢間嘅招牌千層撻 ($10)同開心果千層撻 ($16)都幾出色,個千層酥皮層次好分明,牛油味突出,蛋漿夠滑,開心果味就主要靠面頭開心果碎帶出嚟另外仲入手咗一個芝士吐司,入邊仲有冇滿嘅芝士粒,吐司本身都幾鬆軟,建議大家要用焗爐翻熱,真心還原出爐口感😍最近佢哋仲出咗勁得意嘅魔糍蛋糕,成個jellycat咁真心有啲唔捨得切落去🥹佢係大福皮包住蛋糕、忌廉同香芋泥,食落去甜度唔會太高,大福皮好薄,麻糬都幾軟糯,呢個價錢真心性價比幾高🤪…Read More

呢間主打Lasagna嘅意大利菜館最近超人氣,今次到訪預早兩星期先book到位,去到真係全場fullhouse,如果想到訪嘅朋友記得早少少~前菜三款入面,最鍾意一定係Nonna's Garlic bread ($78),一上枱係香到傻,仲要個芝士係做到拉絲效果勁澎湃😭Meatball ($88)同Spinach avioli ($98)就正常發揮,前者較重口味偏鹹香,後者份量都幾多~講到重頭戲一定要試Beef short rib lasagna,牛肉嘅份量都幾多,而且佢做咗七八層千層麵,所以食落去口感真係食到一層層,而且面頭鋪滿芝士,加埋一齊食勁邪惡🥹Chicken parmasen都唔錯,係炸到香口嘅雞胸面頭鋪滿芝士,雞肉炸完都唔會乾柴,食落去唔會好油膩😛甜品Tiramisu仲係一大殼咁筆落去,儀式感滿滿☺️呢間嘅Tiramisu偏重咖啡味,食落去唔會好Heavy,如果要慶祝生日嘅話記得Remake,因為會成間餐廳火生日歌,店員仲會好熱情咁送上蛋糕,自己覺得成個氣氛好Lively🥰Sgroppino都幾易入口,Sparkling limonata清新解膩🌿總括嚟講,自己真係好鍾意呢間餐廳嘅氛圍,當晚仲有人手拉管風琴唱歌,據聞原來全港得返兩位歌手識做呢樣嘢,望住呢位意大利嘅叔叔唱月亮代表我的心都幾正🤫而且好多人慶祝生日,感覺喺度用餐氣氛好愉快🥳如果同朋友過嚟生日慶祝應該都幾開心🥳…Read More

大家都知我不嬲鍾意食呢間手工意粉,講緊一個月都食到一次,最近佢又出啲新嘅期間限定,唔講得笑真係值得一試😭一如既往都係要tasting menu ($298/pp) 包2starters 3pastas 2 desserts🫶🏻Calamari Ripieni 係將魷魚塞滿mussel同薯蓉拎去炸,外面炸到微微脆口,入面咬落去係勁鮮!生牛肉他他都特別,呢到嘅調味比較重vinegar味,上面放咗好多shallots同芝士,食落去味道都幾有層次~呢個餐仲包三個pasta,第一份Ravioli Cozze e Patate係期間限定菜式,ravioli皮好滑,入面啲青口係新鮮到傻😛另一款Tagliatelle Eel & Sea Urchin就係用海膽醬做base嘅意粉,當然佢啲意粉係手工意粉,食落去特別有咬口,海膽醬都幾得意,不過比較膩,建議同朋友share~最後仲要咗份Pici fritto,其實pici係一種手工意粉,自己係意大利食過都係比較挺身,比起tagliatelle更有咬口,如果鍾意有咬口嘅意粉建議大家一試!呢份嘅海鮮份量都好多,值得一讚隻蝦好新鮮~自己覺得今次期間限定嘅Lemon Tiramisu完全值回票價,因為呢個完全還原自己係Amalfi Coast個到食嘅個種風味!佢面頭有火炙過嘅檸檬蛋白霜,用limoncello做base,食落去酸酸地,又食到檸檬嘅香,又夠滑,lady finger夠濕,整體非常出色!另外tiramisu都一如既往咁正,真係介紹過太多次寫了~另外推介大家係到飲返shot limoncello,真心係香港飲咗好多藥水limoncello,呢間嘅已經係暫時最貼近意大利飲到個shot 🤫嘢飲整體都唔錯,Italian passion同埋Venetian iced tea都好足料,真係飲到果肉❤️鍾意呢間分店個vibe好熱情,全場都仲係咁多人係pici慶生,一晚6枱生日歌大癲🤣…Read More

之前都同大家介紹過Pica pica,除咗呢間西班牙菜,其實自己都食過佢哋同集團嘅其他餐廳,整體水準都非常之高,定價亦都合理🤤留意到呢間同集團日本fusion菜出咗四道菜週末早午餐($298),睇落去都相當豐富就過嚟一試,估唔到都幾有驚喜💘上前菜之前會有餐包提供,呢度就做咗銀絲卷配牛奶泡沫,銀絲卷炸得啱啱好,做到外皮脆身香口又唔會太油膩,而且加牛奶泡沫比起煉奶冇咁甜~前菜每人都可以揀兩款,所以可以同多啲朋友過嚟試多幾款~Beef Tenderloin Tartare (+$28)牛肉他他好軟稔,食落去仲帶麻油香🥰呢度嘅牛肉他他搭配店加自家壓製嘅黑胡椒餅,黑胡椒味都幾出,而且餅做得幾薄身,同牛肉他他幾夾~Maki Taco (+$18)就揀咗搭配北海道帶子,帶子非常鮮甜,而且份量好多,同飯嘅比例多過一比一😍手卷做咗天婦羅微微炸過,食落去非常香脆💗 Slow Cooked Egg 就搭配底下有大量嘅秀珍菇同埋面頭做咗薯仔泡沫,薯仔泡沫好滑身,秀珍菇亦都炒得好香口,撈埋啲薯蓉同埋蛋汁一齊食勁邪惡💛主菜就揀咗Omakase Platter (+$98/pax) 呢度嘅魚類每日都唔同,因為都係師傅每日新鮮採購,今次食嘅款式都幾啱個人口味,自己最鍾意就係深海池魚、炙燒鯖魚同埋金目鯛,最正嘅係刺身拼盤仲有多四件刺身,件件厚切新鮮,最鍾意就係油甘魚🥹 呢到嘅玉子燒蛋味幾香,好似布甸嘅口感都幾得意💛最後仲有一人一份甜品,Banana Yogurt “Slider”外表做咗好似菠蘿包嘅脆皮,仲淋咗一啲威士忌焦糖醬喺上面,入邊加咗啲焦糖香蕉,食落去除咗內外嘅焦糖香有對比,啲香蕉真係超甜,焦糖脆面同埋乳酪口感嘅對比超正❤️ Longan Sweet Soup龍眼糖水都幾養生,有啲桃膠、雪耳,飲落去清清地~ 同朋友一人一杯highball/gin都唔錯,呢度嘅highball仲帶一陣香草同果香,飲落去特別清新🌿總括嚟講,呢間食物質素都唔錯,前菜係尤其強項,而且環境都幾好,成間餐廳氛圍唔錯,氣氛都幾好,侍應都幾有禮貌,整體嚟講都幾滿意成個用餐體驗🤍 個人覺得呢間無論係重要節日定係同朋友聚會過嚟都唔會失禮,推介大家一試💖…Read More

自己其實都嚟過幾次呢間餐廳,不過今次就係第一次寫食評紀錄~今次就帶一位從未食過印度菜嘅朋友嚟呢間食weekend brunch ($368/pax),個人覺得呢間都幾啱印度菜新手,皆因佢係將印度菜名菜一次過集合晒係一個菜單~前菜就有一系列嘅嘅印度街頭小食,私心最鍾意就係炸雞,炸皮做得好薄,咬落去勁juicy,加埋蕃茄蛋黃醬超邪惡😈最有特色嘅一定係口感豐富嘅Pani Puri,脆波包住啲薯仔蓉都幾得意~另一份ALOO TIKKA CHAAT都好清新,鷹嘴豆加埋乳酪同薄荷醬幾fresh🌿跟住就會用個好decent嘅層架上Tandoor towers😍 每位客人都有一件chicken tikka, pink salt salmon同椰菜花,每件都燒得好香口,入面唔會好乾,仲要勁~大件🤪個人最鍾意就係chicken tikka,三文魚仲可以搭配牛油果醬汁🥑~之後就會上咖喱同biryani platter,老實講食到呢到已經八成飽,不過係上菜嘅時候聞到陣香味又好開胃~呢到嘅naan做得薄身一啲,底部都幾脆口,最正嘅一定係truffle naan,上面係有滿滿嘅鮮刨松露香到傻咗🥹 今次都要咗經典嘅Saag paneer同埋butter chicken,兩份都好足料,咖哩非常濃稠,個人覺得butter chicken就比較香~Mutton biryani印度米口感好輕盈,羊肉都好香又唔羶🤑整體嚟講,成個menu都幾豐富,將印度菜嘅精華一次囊括係呢個餐單,啱晒人數唔算好多又想每樣試啲嘅朋友~自己最鍾意呢間餐廳嘅一點係呢到嘅環境,成個氣氛都好熱鬧,個人覺得好啱朋友聚餐同慶生🥳而家12月內於 Pirata Group 旗下餐廳每消費一次就可以獲得1枚印花參加聖誕大抽獎,食得愈多中獎機會愈高,頭獎竟然有雙人來回馬爾代夫5日4夜Trip😱 有興趣就12月食多幾餐🤣…Read More

其實Restaurant week 已經有留意到呢間扒房,當時都唔容易book,價錢都要$498/pax,今次見到佢哋趁住餐廳開業一周年推出限定周年Menu,weekend brunch $388/pax就可以任食牛扒😱今次特登叫埋朋友過嚟試~餐包係focaccia,仲可以搭配煙燻牛油及油封蒜頭,自己都係第一次試呢個配搭,感覺幾有扒房特色,加埋脆口嘅focaccia好夾~前菜可以揀beed tartare或者龍蝦湯,唔講得笑兩樣都好大份😳牛肉他他都幾嫩口,撈埋蛋黃汁配牛油多士好邪惡🤫 龍蝦湯飲落好鮮味,最正係啲龍蝦肉味道濃郁,啲蘿蔔索晒龍蝦嘅精華超正🦞主菜就係紐約西冷牛扒,先讚廚師煎得好香口,而且火喉掌握得好好,真係做到五成熟,食落去肉味濃郁,肉質軟腍亦冇筋,最驚訝嘅係呢個質素竟然係任食😱牛扒仲會搭配一款意粉主菜,Pomodoro penne就係蕃茄長通粉,A.O.P. Chitarra就係蒜蓉意粉,兩者口感都軟硬適中,不過個人比較鍾意蒜蓉意粉有少少辣更惹味~ 另外薯條都炸得幾香口,真心忍唔住好快清晒成碟~最後嘅NYC Daily Dessert係cheesecake,中間仲係軟心效果💛面頭加咗啲yoghurt同埋雜莓,旁邊仲有柚子味sorbert配crumble,即使食完成份甜品都唔會好膩~呢到除咗可以+$128嘆90分鐘wine package,仲可以半價享用bottle wine,係到飲住酒成件事係幾chill的🥂總括嚟講,呢到嘅食物都幾有質素,加埋餐廳裝修典雅,樓底夠高,成個環境去到夜晚應該幾有情調~值得一讚侍應服務都幾殷勤,成個用餐體驗好舒適💖今次嚟食嘅時候見到客人都唔算好多,自己覺得好weekend brunch有得任添牛扒真係抵到傻咗,值得更多人知道佢哋嘅好🥹推介大家可以一戰!!…Read More

之前見到ig好多人去呢間居酒屋,bookmark咗都好一排,今次同朋友專程到訪,就係為咗一試佢哋嘅明太子煎蛋卷💖個人覺得呢到最出色嘅係燒物同一品料理,明太子煎蛋卷 ($88) 呢個真心係必食推介,個蛋做到好嫩滑好軟熟,一切開入面嘅明太子即刻流曬出嚟💛肉厚活3年帆立貝($148) 一上菜個時仲有火嘅效果好啱打卡🤣 帆立貝都幾厚肉,食落幾彈牙🤪鹽燒牛舌($78)都幾出色,食落幾有咬口,加埋生椰菜冇咁膩~ 海膽汁燒蠔 ($118) 就用鐵板形式上,海膽汁比較甜,面頭做咗炙燒,蠔肉都算厚身,食落去都幾鮮~刺身拼盤七點盛 ($380) 當日就有平目、伊佐木、深海池魚、真鯛、間八、赤貝同拖羅,整體嚟講件件新鮮冇筋,而且相當厚切,推介大家由我上面列出嘅順序食就可以由淡味到濃味~島池味噌他他 ($148) 都幾得意,紫蘇葉嘅調味幾得意~炭火燒拼盤6串 ($180) 就有自家製免治雞肉串、雞翼、雞心、雞腎、青椒仔、雞頸,其中最鍾意嘅免治雞肉棒,加埋月見汁食超邪惡🥰 鍾意到加多咗一串自家製免治雞肉串 ($36)~三文魚三文魚籽燒飯團($78) 面頭佈滿三文魚跟三文魚籽,燒到外面脆口,三文魚都幾肥美,食落口感都幾豐富😛最正嘅係呢到啤酒做買一送一,即係$37.5就有一杯啤酒,啱晒同朋友一人一杯啤啤佢🍻 甜品都幾出色,自家製雞蛋布甸 ($38) 個焦糖香好有驚喜!食落去甜而不膩,而且夠滑~總括嚟講,呢間居酒屋雖然定價唔平,不過質素都對得住個價錢,而且樣樣嘢都係新鮮熱辣嚟,幾碟都係出住煙咁上菜,侍應服務都算係殷勤,環境都算闊落好坐,整體嚟講都頗有質素,完全明白點解咁多人到訪~…Read More

呢間居酒屋主打高知市同四國地區嘅料理,同朋友今日收完工過嚟聚下,估唔到weekday都可以full house,眼見唔少朋友walk-in都畀人turn down咗,想嚟嘅話建議大家要book定位!!前菜其實都已經幾唔錯,螢光魷魚沖漬伴海膽汁($48) 食落去魷魚口感偏爽身,加埋海膽汁更加鮮~ 店家推介嘅鹽焗日本銀杏($68) 食法有少少似平時食開心果咁,口感係比較痴身嘅枝豆,個人覺得都幾得意🤪刺身類品項都幾出色,炙燒魚盛沙律($128) 刺身都幾厚切,件件鮮甜冇筋,加埋柚子醋調味都幾清新🌿炙燒皮剝魚壽司($58)加埋肝醬味道更rich~鰹魚半敲燒($128) 鰹魚燒到外皮微焦,內面仲係好似刺身咁好嫩口,表面充滿稻草香氣,肉質濃郁鮮香!!呢道用開放式廚房設計,可以見到廚師係大大個火爐燒串燒,店家會將串燒放係細火爐保持住熱度,最估唔到嘅係呢到竟然有乳鴿串燒,今次試嘅鹽燒鴿皇腿($48)都好肥美,鹽燒鴿皇胸肉($38) 肉質就比較結實,私心推介京都絹豆腐 ($32) 因為真係好~滑,完全係喚起自己係嵐山食個嚿勁滑豆腐嘅回憶🤤另外,仙台牛舌免治雞棒 ($58)食落去都好juicy,加埋月見汁真心冇得輸~ 其他串燒例如係長崎雲仙火腿串($38)同鹽燒沖繩車海老($48)都正路,青椒仔 ($28) 同大啡菇 ($28) 都幾juicy~燒飯糰($78/2pcs) 面頭就加咗啲梅醬,食落去冇咁滯🤣各款一品料理都幾唔錯,自己私心最推就係明太子芝士炒蛋 ($78),店家會係席前為客人烹調,成件事好ig-able,一拉起就見到啲芝士同蛋勁澎湃,食落去個蛋勁滑~煙燻芝士可愛鯖魚 ($48) 鯖魚都燒到外皮焦脆,自家製免治雞肉蓋($68) 食落去口感好軟綿,入面仲有啲雞軟骨增加口感,加埋面頭蛋黃真心冇得彈🫶🏻最正係呢到有清酒任飲2h free-flow ($98/F; $168/M),喺吧枱位置放置咗6枝清酒,客人可以隨時攞住小杯出嚟斟自己鍾意嘅清酒,甘口/辛口嘅酒都有,真心抵到傻咗,幾啱同朋友係到小酌,不過既然有放題就係到劈都冇問題啦🤑總括嚟講,呢到整體食物都幾有水準,而且用料都好新鮮,呢到大部分待應都係日本人,佢哋都幾好客,而且仲會同客人一齊乾杯隊清酒,特別讚有一位特登學咗廣東話嘅日本人店員,佢講廣東話講得好流利!! 成間居酒屋好有氣氛,真心覺得同朋友有啲似個啲日劇入面嘅打工仔放工過嚟飲酒咁🏮如果想同朋友狂飲酒,食下小食都推介大家一戰😛…Read More
