今日慶祝朋友困擾左好耐既耳仔問題,順利正常聽得返野。去間寧靜啲嘅餐廳食飯。餐廳裝修環境大氣,食物一流。性價比高。更有不少私人房間。中菜廳由曾任香港百億富豪私廚嘅雷師傅主理,超過20年經驗豊富!十分期待今晚的珍饈百味經典功夫粵菜。侍應熱情招待,介紹我們經典菜,更介紹了一些off meal 菜式。我地等齊人就 點了 一個前菜、三個湯、一個素菜、二個出名主菜。第一道上來的是 古法崑崙鮑甫 - 聽完店員介紹製作工序就知係一道好多功夫嘅菜式,食材-過百斤龍躉的皮,珍貴得來不可多得,!一塊燜龍躉皮兩種口感 - 一面是彈牙的魚皮口感、另一面如花膠般的質地,很是特別。鮑魚口感突別爽滑彈牙,滿滿嘅蛋白質第二道 黑醋脆鱔柳$168多脆內嫩,黑醋汁味道剛好。吃著吃著,份量比想像中多!味道酸甜惹味。第三道 西湖牛肉羹味道偏重 偏鹹,有點意料之外。第四道 禪關萬象名稱很有詩意。原個蕃茄配上雜菌,一切開蕃茄中間散發濃濃的菇菌香味,口味清新、賣相一流。第五道 金湯乳酪龍吐珠,整個擺盤就如一件藝術品。造型非常吸引。色澤亮麗的金黄乳酪 令我們都眼前一亮。配搭動感的全只龍蝦殼,盡顯廚師心思👍🏼乳酪上擺了六件添上魚子醬的龍蝦肉,很是矜貴吸引。看清楚一點,還有一顆白玉般的龍珠在龍蝦前方,營造龍吐珠效果,更灑上金箔😻🤩粒 龍吐珠 盡顯烹調心思,以客家手法把豬肉球釀入豐水梨,鹹甜配搭對比,極是美味!第六及第七道 是 野米金湯海参羹 及 雪花蟹肉海味羹。 這兩道美味,味道有層次。食物高水準, 侍應基本上熱情有禮。只是上菜速度順序比較怎麼說… 奇怪、缺了細心,以及提出請求時 第一時間回應不可以、不能。是不夠熟練、不夠彈性、還是什麼就不得而知。 是今晚的小小瑕疵。餐廳為表歉意,所以款待我們,送了糖水給我們! 如果這是餐廳投訴我沒寫的款待而出不到open rice 食評。我在此申報。…Read More

屋企人生日,一班人,緊係食中菜啦,識食一定係食粵菜啦!最後決定黎神燈食!餐廳嘅裝潢以簡單中式酒樓風格為主,燈光柔和。枱與枱好近,座位比較逼夾,但氣氛係正,係溫馨既。好多家庭、一班朋友專登訂位過嚟食飯,感覺上好似返咗屋企食飯咁。我哋點咗幾道招牌菜。首先係黑松露玻璃燒鵝,燒鵝肉質鮮嫩,黑松露味濃郁,搭配得恰到好處。 最難影得吸引既招牌菜!一啲都唔係外貌協會跟住出場嘅係伊比利亞叉燒王同埋有米佬豬手。叉燒半肥瘦適中,豬手炸到脆卜卜,米炸成脆米粒,再加上少少辣椒,好惹味,好岩送酒。唔夠喉,叫左神燈小炒王,蜜汁脆燒鱔同埋豉椒炒蟶子王。小炒王有啲失色,鹹了點,太乾身。燒鱔食落又甜又脆,厚到成舊壽司咁🤤太正喇。最後叫咗佢哋嘅小壽包,令整個生日晚餐畫上完美句號。服務員態度親切,好樂意幫忙影相。對每道菜嘅介紹都好詳細,而且對於客人嘅需求都非常留意。餐廳嘅價錢算係中上,但以食物質素同整體體驗嚟講,絕對物有所值。…Read More

呢日開早更, 早收工。同朋友去食我講左好耐要encore 既隱藏在葵芳邨的木系cafe上年去葵芳劇場睇show 前食這一次。我念茲念茲過開黎一定要再食。餐廳裝潢同之前來一樣以北歐風格的簡約設計和高樓底的空間感,十分舒服。這裡的菜式以意大利菜為主,但也有一些創意的小食和甜品,適合三、兩好友聚餐或情侶約會。我今天嘗試了三款招牌創意菜式秘製流心蛋治$88蛋控既我見到面中間一顆切開溏心蛋,一口咬下去,固態液態既蛋在口中化開,棒棒的。用烘烤過的甜甜鬆軟香脆多士包著的原來是碎蛋沙律… 好似和回憶有點距離。吃下去,蛋沙律比較流質,涼涼的與多士成對比,口感豐富而多層次,很有趣。可能天氣冷。覺得回憶中暖暖又蛋香濃濃的滑蛋更合我心意。後來才知道牛油果才是滑蛋治。下次要點滑蛋的。紫白配牛角酥窩夫$68-一款很有創意的甜品,用牛角包做成的窩夫,外層酥脆,內裡鬆軟,散發著牛油的香氣。上面鋪滿了新鮮的草莓和藍莓,顏色鮮艷的生果打出來的醬汁增添了酸甜的滋味。旁邊還有一球奶茶味的雪糕,香濃而順滑,與窩夫的溫熱和酥脆形成了冷熱和軟硬的對比,讓人欲罷不能。Bluebottle jellyfish$68-用藍色的蝶豆花茶和白色的牛奶混合,形成了漸層的效果,就像海洋中的水母。味道清爽微甜,有一點花香,適合解渴。飲品的外觀非常夢幻,很適合打卡。…Read More

星期五想食好啲又想抵抵地食… 朋友介紹話黎屯門虹橋新開嘅呢間 瀧亭 居酒屋。話係中環既質素,屯門既價錢黑色門面 既簡約有高級感。入到去剛好有卡位,lucky.前菜、燒食 同 串燒 都有好多選擇,最岩三、兩知己傾計慢慢食。價錢又實惠。係時候試下啲味道同質素先首先叫了   田園胡麻番茄🍅 $25-凍凍的蕃茄係起沙的。大概係輕輕灼熟再雪,淋了麻醬為食物味道增加層次感,食用花點綴。好好既開胃菜。鱈魚片$19-烤得剛剛好。邊吃邊聊著這幾天的大小事,不知不覺就吃光光了。京都炸豆腐$29-抵脆炸白豆腐,調配過的甜豉油,賣相精美。不盈一握的豆腐,輕輕夾起,入口極為綿滑柔軟。燒鮮白鱔$39-肉質厚實又多汁。燒得火喉剛好。好美味。大蔥$19-火喉和調味 都好。海苔玉子燒$60-師傅 心機加功夫 既出品,看到是一層層薄薄的蛋卷出來的。入口嫩滑,味道豐富,充電蛋香。月見免治雞肉棒 $32-抵口感豐富,內層肉碎鮮甜。脆脆的外層點上濃滑蛋黃。正正子汁燒帆立貝$35-抵抵一整隻帆立貝燒,裙邊脆口,帶子嫩滑多汁。 一共有兩隻🤤牛油果粒粒粟米蟹子沙律$52-抵份量十足。牛油果粒粒沙律醬 邪惡得來少少健康。加上粟米、蟹子、生菜🥬 平衡返。呢個沙律好美味加分位,店員好細心。食到中途,店員問有無食客揸車,溫提食客出面抄緊牌。…Read More
