Do not order a custom bagel!!Overall the quality is good and bagels are tasty, but the pricing has major problems. I originally wanted to order the “vegan” but instead chose the “build your own bagel” with fewer ingredients, thinking it would be cheaper. There is no information on the menu for individual ingredients pricing, and my bagel with only 4 ingredients was $135! I was shocked by the price and later asked the staff what the price would be if I had ordered the “vegan” and added smoked salmon to it instead, and she said $100 (same ingredients + more, for $35 less…). When I asked, the staff was not very helpful and only said “the pricing is different for build your own.”Additionally, my wife had gone there earlier in the week and ordered the English breakfast bagel ($80) and added on a coffee ($25) for a total of $105. When we went today, she ordered the same drink and it was charged separately for $45, so even though she ordered a much simpler bagel it was almost the same price ($95) in total.
