昨天初試牛刀,將我的第二次再送給珍珍。因為機玄巧合下,今天到了珍珍佐敦舖。因為得二個人仔,所以只叫了三個菜。1. 泰式炒椰菜苗 (突然想了一個爛GAG……自己都覺得無奈 “泰式嫩’女麻’ ‘女麻’” =.=)蜜蜂蜜蜂的指定菜式,味道不錯,可是嫩’女麻’ ‘女麻’其實年紀雖細,想成熟得很,有點硬,不夠嫩口…… 不過還是不錯的!2. 蝦羔炒飯這個是朕下令的,我們都在猜哪個“蝦羔”是蝦裡的膏、還是紫色的蝦醬?照估計應該是兩樣都有。這個炒飯比較惹味,賣相合格,不過略為有一點過鹹,如果可以加多一杯冰凍的椰子汁,那就很好很好!不過,飯身過濕,賜她五大板!不過因為份量夠大,減你一板!3. 泰式燒羊架 (半打)當然,以$88這個價錢,不會期望這六件羊扒會很騷!應該都是冰凍的小羊,加上大量濃味的香料醃製,以豐富其騷味!不過朕平日雖然吃得清淡,對於這類東南亞濃味及咖哩的朋友們,一向都甚喜愛!兩個醬汁,一個有青檸──新鮮,一個有濃濃椰香──惹味!朕愛呀!不過,近來清淡了,加上剛才半碟鹹香的蝦羔炒飯,開始有的吃力!如果人多,一人一件就很好啦!今日現場的燈光配合,相片沒有加任何特效,都好似有佛光普照……~多謝~…Read More

在下今天初試牛刀,將我的第一次送給珍珍。約了中學時代的“project鐵三角” ── 兩陳一李,到九龍城寨一聚,到黃珍珍落腳,廢話少說,上菜!1. 冬蔭功湯 黃珍珍的冬蔭功湯,材落都落足,對於不嗜辣的我,酸辣程序都適中,兩位陳小姐就認為可以更辣。而為了更切合香港人的口味,黃珍珍的有加椰子汁,中和了辣味,個人很喜愛!2. 泰式燒豬頸肉 惹味版的中式叉燒加三中蝦片,穩穩當當,醬汁蠻好味!3. 泰式柚子沙律 對於 “沙律怪”的我,任何一碟普通的沙律我都愛,而珍珍這個也真的普通!哈! 85%都是柚子肉,加入少許乾蔥、花生、蝦米粹及咸味醬料,有多三隻小蝦!就是這樣!中規中矩!4. 三味魚柳 甜酸醬加炸魚柳,又一中規中矩作品,好處在於沒有一般茶餐廳或大排檔的甜酸東西的那陣刺鼻的酸味。其實不值一讚,應該是要追樣才合格!5. 泰式咖喱炒蟹 如果這是她的招牌菜,珍珍應記十個大板!賣相可以,不過還是杷蟹蓋放上面好,懶得很!蛋漿埋芡,不過得個看字!她實際上是不怎樣有咖哩味的!我都不接受,一個咖哩痴會有比八十後更強的反對意欲、衝動!6. 小甜品 – 芒果糯米糍、椰汁糕、芝麻糕 雖然得四件,我們妙分了她們!全部都好味!!7. 珍多冰第一次試飲,都是糖加水,不過加了椰子汁,就成了我的寵兒!還帶有一點點米香,挺特別!~ ขอบคุณ! ~…Read More
