令人驚艷的榴槤下午茶

從來未想過會有榴槤主題的下午茶,一踏入餐廳已經有一種驚喜的感覺同埋撲鼻而來嘅濃郁榴槤味。如果d侍應唔鍾意榴槤味都幾慘 😂 第一道菜 - 椰子榴槤燉湯 - 聽起嚟有啲奇怪,第一口湯亦都鹹鹹地,但入面嘅榴槤味冇格格不入,反而煮完之後仲保留住creamy的質感,好神奇。然後就入正題 - 三層下午茶!侍應哥哥好細心咁提醒我哋由頂層的鹹點食到底層的甜點。頂層的龍蝦尾同埋香辣蝦杯都好開胃,個人最鍾意佢嘅香辣蝦杯;雖然比想像中辣但係泰式酸辣汁的檸檬香同蝦肉好夾。中間嗰層有泰式蟹肉三文魚子魚餅,馬來西亞 炭燒魚肉同埋軟殼蝦,全部都幾好味。最後重頭戲就係 - 底層的榴!槤!包括: D101, D175 and D197,榴槤班蘭碟豆花糯米飯同榴槤椰子碟豆花西米杯!另外唔記得講,自家製嘅榴槤雪糕(連榴槤肉)係任攞。果香同果肉的濃郁真係非常吸引,而且凍冰冰一啲都唔膩。同行的朋友一口氣吃了四次另加Godiva 朱古力軟雪糕(試咗一啖,超香濃朱古力味唔會死甜),而我吃了兩次榴槤雪糕已經好飽,結果底層的榴槤甜品冇乜心機食 😂 總括而言,榴槤粉絲絕對不能錯過,去兩次都唔誇張!😂…Read More

We opted for the 2-hour free flow which offered sangria, cava, house red and white, and beer. We went for the sangria and cava. Food was ok but not impressive. The brunch set came with 5 starters to share: Cold cuts & cheese platter: Most igable out of the 5. Mediterranean salad: Loved the feta cheese. Finished most of it as my friends weren’t huge fans of veg LOL Tuna tartare: Bread was the right amount of crunchy, good match with the tartare.Poached eggs, bikini fries with bacon bits: Expected 3 eggs instead of 2 as there were 3 of us. The amount of fries and bacon was also more appropriate for 2.Grilled cheese sandwich: Not pictured, would’ve tasted a lot better had they been heated up more. For main course we had roasted suckling pig, pan fried lobster (not pictured) and paella. All tasted good except that the paella was a bit too salty. Dessert was my favourite course: we had Basque burnt cheesecake in raspberry sauce with pistachio ice cream, and churros with vanilla ice cream. 100% recommend the pistachio ice cream - it was just divine. 話說某日路過威靈頓街,諗住試吓三哥個香辣回鍋肉蝦仁炆米線。大概12:20pm 去到,門口已經有8, 9個人等緊,攞完飛後排咗半個鐘先入到去。一入去突然心血來潮想食薯粉,就將炆米線改做薯粉。另外見到有個新小食: 麻辣醬銀耳鹿茸菇,一於叫埋試吓。個炆薯粉(10小辣)香氣撲鼻,表面鋪滿一層紹菜同回鍋肉。回鍋肉夠入味同埋冇油膩感,蝦仁就普普通通,不過感覺好足料,一路食一路都仲搵到回鍋肉片同埋蝦仁 😂 薯粉都夠入味,10小辣對我嚟講啱啱好,而且質感夠咬口之餘又唔會太靭。唯一美中不足係原來三哥冇得少薯粉,對我呢d成日食唔晒碗米線/薯粉嘅人嚟講有d浪費食物 😣麻辣鹿茸菇爽脆可口,略嫌麻辣落得太重手,食咗幾啖已經覺得個嘴變咗孖潤腸 🥲 不過呢個應該係因為我本身淨係食到10小辣-5小辣 🤣食完好似上咗癮咁,已經諗緊下次幾時再試炆米線版本 😆…Read More

DevinL Totally agree. Environment and CS mean a lot to me. If I am paying 500 per head for lunch, obviously I should have expectation on the food and customer experience. I tried their set lunch today. Got the same feeling.

Tucked away on a quiet street in the Sheung Wan neighbourhood, Rapha is a cycling supplies store slash cafe. Stumbled upon this gem on a Sunday morning, went in because of the playful golden retriever trying to dodge around her owner and head out the store 😂 What I liked about this place: - Lots of sunlight 🌞- Cute mini “backyard” with a tea table/couches and a couple of trees providing shade- Friendly baristas- Not too packed - there were cyclists coming in and out the store to chat with baristas about cycling while getting their caffeine fix. During the (almost) 2 hour i was there, the only non-cycling customers they had was a guy, and me 😂- Because of ^ I didn’t feel the pressure to chug my coffee and free up some space for other customersOrdered a flat white, which tasted ok although lacking a bit in terms of aroma and body. 聖誕及新年假期間的festive brunch 與平日的brunch menu 有d唔同,最大分別係所有菜式都係shared的,等大家都可以嘗試到3個主菜。我哋另外叫左 free flow Prosecco。Kimono fried chicken 外面炸得金黃酥脆,裡面仍鎖住肉汁,沾上微辣的蛋黃醬後層次豐富。T-3 salad 以酸甜的醬汁混入沙律菜和鵪鶉蛋,非常開胃。然後再上三道🐟: 西瓜三文魚他他,鱸魚沙律,同吞拿魚牛油果卷。三文魚他他同西瓜浸在冰凍的醬汁裏,一鹹一甜味道異常地配。吞拿魚牛油果卷要沾紅紅的beetroot mayo,雖然本身唔係好鍾意紅菜頭嗰陣味,但係呢個將完全冇嗰種攻鼻嘅味道,反而甜甜地,令吞拿魚卷味道更加豐富。鱸魚沙律冇食到 因為當時已經飽飽地 😂主菜嚟啦: 燒乳豬配番薯蓉,烤三文魚,同全素的Chimichurri炒飯。乳豬皮脆肉嫩,不過略嫌肥膏太多,同埋唔沾個醬就冇乜味。烤三文魚就平平無奇冇乜驚喜。炒飯雖然得洋蔥,紅黃椒同埋豆,但係出奇地冇想像中咁難食😆甜品有驚喜: 一個platter裝晒2人份量的brownie, alfajor 同應該係banana cake 😂 三種baked goods 仲係暖暖地,讚👍🏼 brownie 雖然好甜,但好彩側邊有啲鋪碟嘅raspberries/blueberries 個酸味中和返。Alfajor 食落好似shortcake,口感鬆軟又甜甜地,超好味!Banana cake 記住要淋上旁邊的cinnamon士多啤梨🍓果醬後趁熱食~餐廳環境ambiance 都好chill,侍應都好友善熱情,佢哋有時忙得滯忘記添水/酒都可以理解。圓滿的free flow brunch 🥂~…Read More

第3次來這裡晚飯前drinks 純粹因為地點方便在ifc. 如果你熟習癱仔姐姐語言 將會與這裡八成侍應溝通順利👍🏼 Xmas eve下午早了下班 趁還沒到晚飯時間便來drinks. 注意喔 它沒有happy hour deals的。不知是否節日關係 drinks menu不是平日那兩頁而是變成了只有一頁 平常一堆cocktails都不在menu上 選擇不多。點了 Riesling 和一個叫Night Jasmine的cocktail. 訂了weekday下午茶替好友慶祝生日 侍應很熱心地offer拍照 還不厭其煩主動從不同角度替我們拍 😂 食物方面 scones夠熱,moist, 超讚 👍🏼 (比fortnum & mason 那不知所謂又乾又硬的scones好多了)。鹹點也很出色 三層架以外另上的蝦春卷建議趁熱吃 蝦很meaty 有點油膩但沾上甜酸醬後還好。至於三層架 從頂層開始 鮑魚酥和鵝肝撻味道都如想像中好。中層的龍蝦沙律很足料 有驚喜 煙三文魚和青瓜蛋沙律不過不失。我和朋友對底層的甜點興趣比較少 😂 值得一讚的是它們設計非常精緻 可惜我們都嗜鹹多於甜 每款都只吃了一兩口便嫌太甜 只是個人口味的問題 嗜甜的朋友應該頗喜歡。環境當然打五星 而且因為weekday關係人流不太多 可以與朋友促膝詳談兩三小時。價錢方面 兩人大概一共$600 以食物環境和服務質素來說 絕對物超所值 very good value for money ✨ 付款時侍應還貼心地提醒我們某些信用卡享有九折優惠 有些地方是不會這樣提醒食客的呢~ Overall 非常好的酒店下午茶! …Read More
