星期五晚,喺中環放鬆吓。嚟”鮨樂”,主要係想趁夏季,食佢嘅原條伊佐木刺身。因為呢度成個廚師發辦嘅格局,可以睇到師傅整每一個食材嘅步驟同用心。當然,呢度都有啲好特別嘅菜式 例如係海膽烏冬,今晚都有叫。鹿兒島和牛西冷巨切壽司 $138 整整一大片嘅鹿兒島和牛西冷,經火炙後加上蛋同壽司飯,咁樣一啖擺落口,唔溶先奇!海膽牛油蟹湯稻庭烏冬 $138海膽份量唔少,特別在於佢係熟悉嘅海膽。牛油喺呢個烏冬亦都有作用,令到佢更滑身。但呢度菜其實最出色嘅係烏冬本身,稻庭烏冬幼身,細滑,非常高級。岩蠔 2隻 $98 岩手縣大大隻嘅生蠔,配埋酸汁啫喱,惹味非常。清酒蒸日本大蜆【北海道】 $98大蜆size相當驚人,仲有個火座住食,鮮甜厚肉,清酒可以當湯飲。原條伊佐木刺身【山口縣】 $258今晚嘅主力。夏季當造嘅伊佐木,脂肪豐富,但唔油膩,口感滑韌,帶有輕微糯感。師傅做嘅時候每一刀都係功夫,再砌埋個盆景,真係必叫。山葵本鮪壽司盛合 338即係吞拿魚壽司盛合,包括脆脆紫菜卷、大中toro、赤身、拖羅蓉小卷。呢度特別想講個中拖羅,真係魚香脂肪兼備,好出色。呢度嘅格局,好多都係一邊咁坐,好適合二人嚟幫襯。慢慢坐慢慢傾偈,最好係對住師傅,睇住佢整再介紹,咁樣食,已經同廚師發辦冇乜分別。…Read More

打風嘅星期一,就食返星期一應有嘅優惠。喺觀塘嘅House FiftyEight,雖然唔係地舖,亦唔係喺商場,但勝在性價比高,地方闊落,有啲座位仲擺設咗Chiikawa。今晚星期一嚟到,坐得特別舒服之餘,仲有優惠。平時要$368嘅原隻焗龍蝦薄餅,星期一只需$295。原隻焗龍蝦薄餅10吋 星期一$295呢度嘅招牌菜式,亦都係星期一嘅特價菜式。唔好睇佢特價二百幾,佢嘅份量大,蕃茄醬非常新鮮,加上喺芝士蕃茄當中嘅龍蝦肉,呢個薄餅其實係意外地好食,唔係得個樣。自家製炸蟹餅 $158呢度嘅自家製炸蟹餅,連同沙律醬,一絲絲嘅蟹肉感足,其實已經有扒房水平。煙三文魚海藻沙律 $108好多人唔知煙三文魚嘅菜式可以點評價,其實只要一聞就知道。當呢個沙律上菜嘅時候,離遠都聞到呢個煙三文魚香,就知係好嘢。用海藻嚟做沙律,個人認為效果遠勝一般嘅蔬菜。提拉米蘇拿破崙 $78外表非常靚嘅甜品!呢個將Tiramisu同拿破崙結合嘅甜品,食落去足夠脆,忌廉亦夠味,呢度要讚吓個雪糕,有士多啤梨肉。Latte $38Cappuccino $38叫之前其實好怕係酒店嗰啲自動咖啡機沖出嚟,原來又唔係,咖啡質素還好,奶泡厚度足夠。聽講呢度嘅lunch仲有春日Menu,下次嚟真係想試吓!…Read More

$258,免加一,任食牛扒,任食小食。呢間位於灣仔嘅THE BOTTLE & STEAK,做緊一個任食牛扒優惠,星期日至四,任食牛扒、小食等,只需$258一位。呢度嘅格局有啲似美式餐廳,亦都播住一啲輕快嘅美國歌,係咁樣嘅環境食牛扒真係有一番風味。美國安格斯牛板腱扒當然佢嘅牛扒都唔係揸流攤,煎出嚟嘅牛扒有格仔紋,份外有炭香。成熟度方面明顯佢係想盡量medium rare,亦都因為咁佢嘅牛扒咬落去都好腍。最重要係可以任食,好滿足!任食配菜跟埋牛扒嘅澳洲薯條、黑醋橄欖油沙律菜同車厘茄,冇錯都係任食。呢幾樣配菜令到牛扒唔會咁膩,可以食多幾塊😆。任食小食呢度有幾樣小食,同樣係任食。當中包括墨西哥脆辣雞翼鎚卡真炸雲吞脆脆魚手指吉列虎蝦吉列生蠔其實數量上真係唔少,雖然全部都係炸物,但食落都會有新鮮嘅味道,好似雲吞、魚手指我哋都覺得好食,虎蝦係好有蝦味。每位送一客雪糕今日嘅雪糕係椰子雪糕配焦糖漿,個人就好鍾意了。餐湯麵包每位一客呢個正常發揮啦,但有就會令到個餐再平衡啲。任飲非酒精飲品(+$68)只需加$68就可以有任飲,非酒精飲品,包括有汽汽水,同無汽嘅果汁等等。佢有幾種有汽汽水係無糖,好啱我心水。發現而家餐廳真係唔易做,二百幾蚊已經要任食牛扒之餘,仲要免加一 (呢度好多嘢都可以自助做到,包括斟水),仲包飲食小食同沙律雪糕,唔使好貴,已經可以好滿足。…Read More

呢度嘅火鍋,淨係睇環境,已經舉世無雙。呢度,係ICC 101樓嘅”朝天門”。作為進軍香港第二分店嘅重慶老字號火鍋品牌,呢度做嘅係最正宗嘅重慶火鍋之餘,仲有啲好有特色而且打卡嘅菜式,當中包括”烽火戲豬喉”、”冷鍋鴨血”等。今次特登嚟幫襯吓午市雙人套餐。講起午市,一定要睇吓呢度嘅無敵海景。由於位處高層,天氣好嘅時候可以望穿香港島以至大嶼山嘅景色。另外呢度亦設有唔同嘅包廂房間,可以容納包括6人、10人同15人等。鴛鴦鍋(麻辣口味+菌湯/板栗雞口味)麻辣湯底力度十足,但唔會過於刺激,無論用嚟襯咩食材都可以令佢有獨特嘅重慶風味。呢度特別讚吓個板栗雞,湯底用料足,啲雞食落都係滑身嘅。極品鮮毛肚大塊、彈性十足嘅鮮毛肚,烚喺麻辣湯底就最適合。不過要留意烚嘅時間唔可以太耐。煇火戲豬喉呢度嘅signature dish,擁有非常打卡嘅外型。豬喉只需要烚30秒就可以。食落去類似魷魚嘅質感,更推薦用麻辣湯底去烚。海鮮拼盤包括非常新鮮嘅生蠔同巨型嘅飽魚。鮑魚嘅發揮特別出色,事前預備功夫亦做得好充足。冷鍋鴨血呢度嘅特色之一,店員會幫忙將鴨血倒落窩。鴨血無論質感同味道都相當足夠,特別同麻辣湯底好夾。肉多多午餐肉不愧係內地有名氣嘅午餐肉品牌,肉質鮮軟,亦唔會好容易夾散,味道亦唔會搶過湯底。田園山珍拼盤由多種蔬菜同菇類組成,拼盤亦做得好靚。無論蔬菜定菇類都好新鮮。特別推介將菇類用菌湯去烚。安格斯雪花牛肉拼f4純血和牛板腱兩種同樣地高質素嘅牛肉,可以打卡之餘,牛味充足,質地鬆軟,無論邊種湯底都好啱襯。黑虎虾滑牛肉丸拼份量唔細嘅拼盤,特別要讚個黑虎蝦滑,大件足料,蝦味十足,亦具彈性。黑松露和牛炒飯最後食埋呢個炒飯,炒味香,最重要係可以略為中和火鍋中嘅辣味。紅糖糍粑咬落去會流心嘅紅糖糍粑,其中最大嘅用途係用甜味中和湯底嘅辣度,而本身質素亦好高。雖然只係雙人午餐,但已經足夠豐富,無論海鮮、肉類同配料嘅份量都好平衡,加上絕佳嘅服務,無敵嘅環境,呢個午餐真係非常抵食!…Read More

一間chill嘅中菜,一啲都唔簡單。“聚星居”,算係滿足晒所有條件。首先要有景,包括環境同景觀,呢度有包廂,有海景,枱嘅分布合理。跟住要有嘢食,呢度嘅種類多不勝數,最重要係質素高,一陣再講。當然唔少得服務,呢度上菜隻碟都係熱嘅,而且收碟快,亦會幫客人換碟,算係唔錯。聚星居焗蟹蓋 $168蟹肉香、洋蔥絲嘅份量合理。但以上都唔及蟹醋嘅威力。一個蟹醋可以將蟹蓋提升不只一個層次。脆蔥燒鮑魚 $128用脆蔥燒嘅效果係令到鮑魚本身嘅香味好突出,味道上都會有一絲絲嘅蒜蔥味。鮑魚本身已經切咗片,方便分享。香茅脆皮乳鴿 $138果然係用上香茅脆皮燒出嚟。首先香茅味突出,同乳鴿嘅味道好合襯。最重要係乳鴿嘅皮燒得香口,夠脆,亦有一定油份。呢度會提供埋手套同胡椒享用。陳皮黑毛豬叉燒 $268黑毛豬叉燒本來已經唔會輸,佢嘅肥瘦均秤同質感已經係一絕。但個人最欣賞係佢嘅蜜糖,因為加咗陳皮,令到佢更有層次,唔會好似一般酒樓得個甜字。鳳梨黑醋松阪肉 $148相當打卡嘅一道菜。黑醋本身嘅質素好高,甜酸得宜,令到松阪肉味道足。菠蘿喺度嘅作用係中和呢道菜同其他肉類嘅累贅感。椰汁雪燕桃膠 $60區區$60嘅甜品都可以打卡。表面充滿雪燕,原來桃膠嘅份量仲多。椰汁味唔算好突出,但亦唔會好甜。相比起環境或者服務,其實我更欣賞喺呢度嘢食嘅質素。以餐廳嘅定位,佢嘅中菜的確做得唔錯,難怪呢度幾個包廂都坐滿人!…Read More

最強日式燒肉兼壽喜燒

呢間日式燒肉,一向都知佢勁。但今次食完,先知原來壽喜燒先係佢嘅隱藏武器。呢間銅鑼灣同尖沙咀都有嘅燒肉,印象中已經好多年,一直覺得佢啲燒肉好高質。今次嚟到想試吓佢嘅壽喜燒。特選日本產和牛肉眼壽喜燒2人 $1380二人份量嘅A5和牛,用嘅係最時令嘅牛肉,好似今次咁就係佐賀牛 (遲多少少應該就係飛驒牛)。無論如何,用得呢種牛肉做嘅壽喜燒,都一定係入口即溶。呢度有樣嘢好,首先肉同菜嘅份量充足,食完係真係會飽。其次係佢係全專人服侍,同一個餐會做齊關東式同關西式壽喜燒。關西式由於係煎嘅,味會明顯濃好多。至於關東式嘅溶化感就更強。點講都好,都係最高水平嘅壽喜燒了。特選日本產和牛牛排肉 $330同樣地係用上最時令嘅肉,所以望落去嘅油花一定係靚到不得了。店員會開適合嘅火力,唔會令到啲肉好黐鑊。煎完嘅和牛外脆內軟,入口溶化,誇張。冷豆腐 $38呢個就係土佐豆腐,即係會加上柴魚片同特製醬汁,咁樣只係$38,又可以清吓個palate。雪糕蜜桃梳打 $65薑味威士忌梳打 $60呢兩個嘢飲都算係幾高水準。屋企人鍾意有雪糕嘅蜜桃梳打,飲落甜甜地又有啲複雜性。但我自己就鍾意個薑味威士忌梳打,酒味唔會好嗆喉,變成相當已入口嘅凍飲威士忌,淨係睇到呢度都知係好襯日式燒肉。今餐最令我Impressed嘅,其實係服務。例如濕嘅抹手部佢會提供兩次、攞咗上枱嘅白飯如果凍咗,佢會提議換過一碗等等,都係啲難得嘅細節位。加上呢度闊落嘅環境,真係好值得帶朋友嚟happy吓。最後都留意到佢嘅lunch Menu原來好抵食,下次有機會都要試吓。…Read More

米芝蓮水準嘅causal fine dining

米芝蓮級嘅西餐,都可以又fine又causal。位於中環嘅LALA,chef除咗係喺唔同嘅米芝蓮三星級餐廳做過,仲喺香港創立咗米芝蓮一星嘅Louise。相對嚟講,今年先創立嘅LALA,定位會比較casual,就連chef都講過佢係賣”味道”,而唔係fine dining。今次見到佢嘅set dinner,每次$888,除咗可以試到包括Louise嘅名物”Poulet Jaune” (招牌烤雞),仲可以試埋Natalie Leung嘅甜品,真係一舉幾得!Seriole柑橘醃油甘魚配刁草油 用柑橘醃油浸住嘅油甘魚,提供咗酸道之餘亦令油甘魚多咗油份Caviar 冷天使麵配昆布、松露、魚子醬 最令我驚喜嘅菜式。估唔到凍嘅意粉對於松露味嘅發揮係咁有幫助,食落去已經覺得係米芝蓮級嘅菜式。Langue de Boeuf 炭烤牛舌配鼠尾薯、椰菜花、煙燻芥末醬、香草 一大片嘅牛舌經過香烤之後有接近牛扒嘅香味,其實幾令人驚訝。另外醬汁亦提供好大幫助,好食醒神。Vol au Vent “LIA” Sweetbread and blue lobster, yellow wine sauce 牛胸腺及藍龍蝦配黃酒汁 好奇特嘅酥盒設計。首先Sweetbread並唔係指甜包,喺料理界佢係解作牛/羊胸腺。用佢嚟配合藍龍蝦,質感出奇地夾。另外用上蘑菇同洋蔥造成嘅黃酒汁,亦對個酥盒味道上有好大幫助,係已經好接近米芝蓮級嘅菜式。SHARING MAINSPoulet Jaune 招牌烤黃雞配越光米飯(兩人半份) 呢個招牌名物,當初推出時係幾哄動。首先佢係喺13種盲品測試後,一致選定來自元朗的本地黃油雞。用上4日制作,再加上風乾,先出到呢個天下第一雞。今次試完,外皮酥脆,肉質鮮嫩多汁,加上特製醬汁,滋味無窮,就連充滿雞油味嘅飯都係好吸引。Patisserie Home made pastry selection 兩款Natalie Leung嘅甜品係好高質。唔單止靚,仲好有深度。朱古力撻嘅中心係有鹽味,相當程度平衡到佢嘅甜度。至於檸檬蛋白撻係由頂至底,慢慢由甜變酸,立體感好強嘅甜品。當然一餐法國菜係要配埋酒。BACHELET - MONNOT MARANGES 1ST CRU LA FUSSIÈRE $158好少見Burgundy一級田嘅酒係有per glass。”BACHELET - MONNOT”係莊園“MARANGES 1ST CRU”係酒區MARANGES嘅一級田“LA FUSSIÈRE”係葡萄園嘅名稱可以話,喺MARANGES嚟講,呢個紅酒係紅果cherry果同earthy味嘅角力,無論如何呢種略為輕身優雅嘅風格都係好適合包括烤黃雞嘅菜式NON 1 Salted Raspberry & Chamomile $98呢個澳洲嚟嘅酒精代替品,飲落有少少花香同茶嘅感覺,色澤漂亮。呢個價錢,可以食到咁高水平嘅菜式真係物超值,難怪喺平日嘅晚上嚟到,都幾乎座無虛席。…Read More

一個高質嘅大閘蟹盛宴,其實係要所有菜式都高質先得。位於鰂魚涌嘅”望月樓”,本來已經係相當高質。未上到嚟嘉里中心二樓,已經覺得周圍環境高級、典雅。內裏更加有現代化嘅奢華感。而家呢度做緊一個七道菜大閘蟹宴,每位$688。清蒸大閘蟹 (五兩、蟹乸)鮮拆蟹粉小籠包金瑤海味羹蟹粉扒時蔬蟹粉炒飯十年陳皮紅豆沙生磨芝麻卷就咁睇字未必睇得出呢個餐有幾好食。首先佢隻蟹係相當大隻,入邊嘅蟹膏好多,淨係食一隻已經好滿足,大閘蟹唔使多,最緊要夠大隻多蟹膏!佢嘅蟹粉小籠包充滿蟹粉味同肉湯,食得出佢鮮拆嘅味道。金瑤海味羹湯味香濃,一路食一路有唔同嘅海味,唔落任何胡椒同醋味亦非常美味。蟹粉扒時蔬,當中嘅蟹肉仲多過菜,令人食得非常滋味。至於蟹粉炒飯,亦唔可以睇少。乾身,有鑊氣,味道十足,亦好香口,差唔多一個炒飯嘅優點佢都有齊。令我驚訝嘅係紅豆沙,因為我本來唔係好食紅豆沙,但係佢嘅陳皮味真係好突出,絕對唔係一般茶樓貨色。最後唔少得佢嘅芝麻卷,香甜淡雅,充滿芝麻味。另外要讚佢提供咗一個薑味異常地強嘅薑茶,絕對可以令餐飯提升。呢度每一道菜都做得精緻,唔係求其搬一個大閘蟹餐出嚟就算,可以食得出佢嘅味道同用料都係經過精心調配,對得住佢嘅價錢同呢度高雅嘅環境。…Read More

同朋友喺灣仔合和中心嗰邊行街,最好夜晚就係食間居酒屋,而呢度就做得好有氣氛,質素又高。喺”一遊”呢度,睇環境裝飾就已經感受到濃濃嘅日式居酒屋氣息,暗暗地,有啲梳化位,都令人覺得自己身處日本咁,但同時枱同枱之間分隔合理,感覺舒適。海鮮沙律 $108刺身份量十足,材料新鮮夠冷,配沙律菜加自家醬汁,好爽口,夏天食超正。雜錦壽司十貫 $288非常長碟嘅10件壽司,用上新鮮時令魚生,特別係赤身都做得好食。蟹肉玉子燒 $85夠熱夠蛋香味玉子燒,有埋相當多嘅蟹肉喺入邊,創意同味道兼備。東洋卷 $72:呢度嘅名物,用上pancake皮,夾住牛油果蟹籽同鰻魚等嘅配料,可以想像為鹹甜鮮兼備嘅特殊菜式。個人覺得牛油果喺當中嘅作用好重要。雞翼串燒 $32單骨,炭香味重,亦有燒汁調味雞肉串燒 $32雞肉醃得入味,燒得啱啱好烤翠玉瓜 $26冇燒到過熟過腍,亦都唔會好硬烤冬菇 $26菇味燒得好香,燒汁嘅作用亦好明顯蕃茄海鮮石頭湯 $188原本以為係普通蕃茄湯,但呢度菜勁嘅地方係佢冇故意賣弄蕃茄味,而係盡量同其他食材配合。喺呢度就係大量嘅海鮮同菜類,加埋係會食到有獨特嘅平衡感,個人好鍾意嘅菜式。生薑豚肉石頭燒飯 $98普通石頭飯有咩變化?就係飯焦。呢度嘅石頭飯飯焦好突出,加埋個汁,反而顯得個好味焦香嘅豚肉似配角多啲。藍莓茶 $68熱嘅果茶,茶壺上,可以叫服務員攞多兩隻杯share 。Sunset $49相當靚嘅飲品,其實入口仲正。佢冇俾酒精蓋過佢嘅果味,而且帶甜,好適合女性。喺度食嘢冇所謂set dinner,但呢度嘅食物價錢合理,可以好輕鬆慢慢揀,都唔使太擔心張單會太貴,好啱同朋友嚟小酌一番。…Read More

喺尖沙咀想食二人份簡簡單單嘅日本菜,可以考慮呢度。其實餐廳一啲都唔簡單,今年2025仲拎咗香港廚師發辦餐廳Top 3,係人氣超高嘅Omakase名店!主廚曾經去東京米芝蓮二星餐廳學師出身,做嘅每道都見心思。最近仲做緊四周年慶,原價$1088嘅二人餐而家做緊八折,即$898,二人set嚟講算幾唔錯。高知縣產鰹魚沙律新鮮條狀嘅鰹魚,配新鮮蔬菜,開胃又爽口。日本漬物三點三款日本漬菜,酸酸脆脆清新解膩。唐揚日本雞軟骨:炸到外脆內爽係基本,最重要係佢唔係好硬,唔錯刺身四款(拖羅、鰤魚、赤蝦、三文魚)刺身夠新鮮係基本,最重要係佢係非常肥美,而且食得大塊!特別係拖羅同鰤魚(即油甘魚),食落特別鮮甜。壽司八件(海膽、拖羅、帆立貝及時令壽司)各式壽司嘅質素都幾高,當然海膽同拖羅更加係高一層次,其他嘅壽司都係按照時令嘅食材供應。串燒四串(雞肉、豬頸肉、冬菇、秋葵)串燒同樣喺呢度嘅signature,串燒大條,好長好重😅,當中雞肉同豬頸肉都好味道,同燒汁好夾。美國安格斯牛扒肉質軟腍,連埋燒汁食唔錯另外二人set仲有提供湯同甜品,整體嚟講係一個豐富,而且考慮周到嘅set,食完亦唔會覺得好滯好Heavy。而家有埋折扣,簡簡單單亦食到高質嘅日本料理。…Read More

大坑,果然係食Omakase嘅好地方。喺大坑呢間叫”曦 (Hikari)”嘅廚師發辦餐廳,之前仲喺炮台山嗰陣已經有留意,而家同同集團嘅另一間壽司店互換位置,就試吓佢中檔嘅Hikari set,每位都只係$1380。大分縣真蠔 - 加咗青檸汁,海水味兼備春魚 - 燒過表面 落咗柚子鹽,非常香口好食,呢個係驚喜之一北海道象拔蚌 - 點少少鹽就可以食,有質感鰹魚 - 好少會用嚟做刺身,有魚味,魚味亦特別魚湯 - 表面會有用蒓菜,呢個係唔中生長嘅水草會有一層膠質包住,外型已經夠獨特真鯛 - 一年四季都有嘅熱門之選,油香足夠深海池魚 - 有香烤過,兼且充滿油香,明顯出色過其他地方食嘅刺身,呢個係驚喜之二鮮帆立 - 用上手撕加上唔同嘅切法,外型同食落去都會有多啲層次梭子魚 - 肉質柔軟,有少少燒香味,魚味比唔少白肉魚都嚟得濃白子!!當季嘅白子,奶油感好強,呢度嘅特別之處係佢嘅調味,有少少鹹香同酸度。鰤魚腩 - 有份相當充足,而且魚味都濃嘅鰤魚腩,可以話係安全而且高質嘅選擇。秋刀魚 - 唔使講,就係當季嘢,秋刀魚本身嘅味道都好出,連同薑食係更上一層樓。油脂分布均勻嘅吞拿魚腩,完全冇筋,食落必然係感動,絕對係大滿足of the day。鮟鱇魚肝 - 用上汁煮,食得出同蒸係完全唔同嘅味道,相當高質北海道馬糞海膽配三文魚子 - 無比高質、鮮甜甚至有啲甜味嘅海膽,可以話係今日嘅最佳食材。此外,佢仲有海參配水雲、松茸湯素麵、夕張蜜瓜等等嘅菜式,每道菜都有唔同嘅特色,加上師傅會同客人溝通每道菜嘅來源同特色,成個過程真係好滿足,令人好享受。…Read More

打邊爐,都係宮廷式嘅好,起碼有儀式感。喺尖沙咀嘅”香香宮煮”,好耐之前食過金馬倫(加拿分道)分店,最近知道同樣喺附近嘅金巴利中心都開咗分店,就去重新感受吓宮廷式火鍋到底係點。喺門口,已經見到大大張龍椅同招牌,附近就有可供替換嘅宮廷式服裝。環境方面,貫徹宮廷風格,例如我哋坐嘅座位就係”太和殿”。宮廷風格仲反映喺餐牌上面。無論係湯底定牛肉寶盒,名稱都有玩味之處。昭陽公主椰子雞湯鍋 $328未煮滾嘅時候其實平平無奇,但煲滾之後椰子味十足,最重要係呢個椰子味同雞湯係好夾,所以飲落去會感到好滿足,完全可以當普通湯咁飲。另外湯本身亦配備半隻雞同蜆肉,淨係呢個湯底已經好多嘢食。艾莎公主牛肉寶盒 $498誇張兼出晒煙嘅牛肉寶盒。當中包括手切牛三角、手切牛匙仁、新鮮牛展、頂級雪花肥牛、牛黃喉、牛肉粒、牛舌片。牛三角同雪花肥牛都係好高質,牛黃口非常爽口,而其餘每一種類嘅存在感都好高,唔會覺得佢哋有重複之處。新鮮海蝦(4隻) $138沙白蜆 $68呢度嘅海鮮,價錢合理,當中嘅海蝦同沙巴蜆嘅質素都唔錯,特別係沙巴蜆係冇沙嘅。蟹黃餃 4粒 $78非常特別,而且好食嘅餃類。蟹黃嘅鹹香同埋鮮味,質感都兼備。甚至可以話,有呢啲嘢食,正好區分到佢同任食火鍋嘅分別。美濃水蓮 $88特別嘅,仲有蔬菜。水蓮並唔係好常見嘅火鍋菜式,能吸收湯汁的鮮味又保持爽脆口感,非常開胃又有層次。Hoegaarden Tumbler 250ML $68Stella Artois 250ML $68兩種手工啤價錢相同,唔會太大杯,就算女仔都飲得晒。呢度果然係好有宮廷式嘅風格,唔淨止裝修,就連嘢食都好有宮廷風。而呢度嘅嘢食價錢還算合理,份量又唔少,亦有特別之處,係一班人聚腳嘅好地方。…Read More
