二一八餐館除咗有火鍋之外,仲有唔少獲氣嘅小食添!就好似呢味椒鹽魚雲,炸得金黃香脆,上枱時非常香噴噴,表面充滿著脆口嘅脆漿,辣味適中,而魚雲入口順滑,魚身不失鮮味之餘,又品嚐到脆口嘅炸魚塊。揀好醬料之後,就緊係打邊爐啦。火鍋湯底係胡椒豬肚湯底,胡椒湯底微辣,豬肚入口又軟滑爽口,加上個湯窩賣相特別,有龍頭係兩邊夠晒霸氣,無論係外表,或者個湯底都一樣抵讚。打邊爐點可以唔食蟶子,大大隻嘅蟶子,彈牙兼且毫無雜質,放落滾湯中煮熟,絕對無人會抗拒。接著仲有海鮮拼盤有生蠔,蠔身非常豐滿,鮮味極濃郁,中意食海鮮嘅人必定會好中意; 而厚身嘅帶子大大粒,煮熟後鮮味原汁原味保留在帶子之中,一人一粒都食得好滿足; 最貼心嘅蝦身已經剝左大半蝦殼,煮熟後方面大家進食。而新鮮即打嘅墨魚滑同蝦滑,外表平凡,但其實非常美味; 因為係手打嘅關係,魚滑之間充滿細細嘅氣泡,放入口後就會食到彈牙空氣感嘅感覺,而且呢兩道價格完全唔貴,所以強烈推薦。…Read More
