Hi, I am a BBC who likes to comment on food, jokingly named by those nearest and dearest to me as 'Food Critic' (UK). If you ask me what do I love about Hong Kong..... FOOD of course. S My relationship with food............. I love my food and there is always room for dessert :P My motto is If it tastes disgusting than it is not worth my calories, but if it is yum then, hey you only live once. I believe consistency is the key to keep your customers returning back for more. Taste is subjective so you're not going to please everyone, but at least be somebody's regular cup of tea. Expensive flashy dishes are not always the best, sometimes it can be the most simplest of dishes that can make you return for more. Last of all, but not least, eating food should be a pleasurable experience, savour it and enjoy it with a smile. Happy eating everyone. (^_^)
