我哋兩個街坊去食,同行叫沙嗲牛麵。等咗三個字,點知來咗碗無醬嘅麵,牛肉得幾片舖咗碗面三分一。問返先知無晒沙嗲牛,但中途完全無人講聲,自動幫我哋換咗碗鮮牛麵。除咗無醬少料,湯底都只係滾水,所以碗麵基本無味。連熱飲承惠 $36。我就點咗雞肉湯米。餐牌無,但呢味我舊時都點過幾次,印象幾好,貪唔使食咁飽又平過碟頭飯,而味道都算過得去。清湯米粉配雞油同薑茸,加上雞件舖面,呢間來講算唔錯嘅配塔。埋單先知原來佢收我連熱飲 $56,等同碟頭飯餐嘅價,令我有啲錯愕。印象中以前唔係呢個價,貴極粉麵餐都唔會過五十蚊。但既然餐牌無,都只能任佢叫價,畀佢賺埋我今次算咯。埋單時老細收我 $94,我起初唔知價,以為平均一人四十零蚊咁,所以無再多問。同行發覺唔對路,先知原來我碗湯米咁矜貴。另外,就算計碟頭飯價,都係 $36 加$56 等於 $92,始終畀佢收貴咗。我入返去問清楚個價,老闆語氣有啲唔耐煩,話雞肉湯米咪 $56 咯,又話 $36 加 $56 啖 $94 咯。我指出佢計錯,佢先粗聲粗氣話咁畀返兩蚊你咯,完全無表示歉意。收錯數都咁嘅態度,都唔知係真計錯定側側膊。服務方面就算數喇。除咗落單混亂,阿姐抹枱又倒瀉半杯奶茶,道歉都無聲。好彩無濺到我哋身上啫。我見其他枱都有出錯單,估佢做慣離島街坊生意,遊客一多就踢晒腳。總之唔會推薦,寧願你去買麵包買小食都唔好幫襯。…Read More

雖然出品略有飄忽,平心而論咖啡尚算好飲。但呢家主打「日本舊式咖啡店」氛圍嘅離島大支砲原來會趕正常消費嘅顧客。我係街坊。近來有文稿要寫,就揀咗喺佢度坐吓,順便試試出品。之前去過兩次,都係午飯後三點左右,坐到傍晚閂門前。我同伴侶齊齊坐一卡位,開電腦做自己嘢,亦各自點咗杯咖啡。兩次都一樣夾埋消費咗 $88。而兩次間舖都保持有空位,其他枱唔係熟客就係市區遊客,各自悠閒。臨走前都有同店長嗲兩句,起碼當時唔會覺得自己原來已經畀人暗暗落咗黑名單。之前印象唔錯,亦都想試吓佢手沖咖啡,就決定帶埋電腦再去坐一個下晝。當時兩點半左右,入面空咗三枱。我同伴侶坐低後,店長之一擺明因為知我哋會坐得耐,專登提一提今日每位顧客都只能限時坐一粒鐘。我有啲錯愕但都無諗太多,就問係咪因為今日週末呢?店長就話來緊咁多日直至月尾結業都一樣。如果唔方便就實在無辦法喇。我哋見無得做嘢,咪馬上走。後來查返,店家其實無喺任何地方規定過過顧客逗留時限一粒鐘,所以頗肯定係畀人針對趕走咗。我前兩次去都係週末,都無坐爆嘅情形,唔知店長邊度來嘅自信來緊半個月都會貨如輪轉呢?況且就算幾咁人多又熱門,咖啡店會為咗做多幾轉生意,趕走坐得耐些少嘅顧客,都前所未聞。再者,你杯咖啡係精心製作嘅,我都會想逐啖逐啖咁慢慢享受,而唔係急住灌晒落肚。今日佢咁樣一趕,除咗侮辱顧客,侮辱店家品格外,亦侮辱咗自己出品嘅咖啡。我知佢月底後就唔做堂食,改專營外賣。但既然店長都係嗰個店長,睇來我都係無緣享受呢間排隊到碼頭嘅名店喇。…Read More

侮辱香港人味蕾嘅山寨拉麵

已經好多年無食日式拉麵食到咁想拍枱。好多餐晏晝都喺厚福街搵食。心血來潮想轉下口味,就行入後巷,發現呢間門面都裝修得幾企理嘅日式拉麵店。我點午市套餐,加八蚊嘅蝦湯拉麵加烤雞軟骨。一入門口,聽店員講嘢有普通話口音,老實講會有些少戒心。但唔入都入咗,畀次機會咯。地方算寛敞,當時無乜客,我一人坐四人卡位。由於有疑慮在先,所以都留意下廚房陣勢。師傅畀我感覺有啲懶懶閒,單手拎起碗麵唔知同店員講乜。最後見師傅親自拎碗麵出來畀客人。拎畀我嗰時,佢單手沿邊邊慢慢跣落枱面,一聲不發。成套動作怪怪地。一食就嬲,估唔到今時今日喺香港重會食到呢種明顯扮日式呃錢嘅垃圾。湯係簡單粗暴嘅味精湯,係面頭加咗羹蝦米同疑似蝦油先無咁肉酸。麵就似超級市場買返來嘅貨色淥一淥。好慷慨咁跟咗一塊叉燒,切得唔厚唔薄,唔覺有特別調味,勝在有咬口啲咯。居中放咗幾隻熟蝦,就係白烚嘅熟蝦,真係開咗我食日式拉麵嘅眼界。勉為其難咁食完。通常食拉麵我會飲晒碗湯,有飽腹感。今次撈少少蝦米就算,食完個嘴同個胃都不得滿足。之後上嘅烤雞軟骨就不過不失。串燒或其他小食似乎係由一位都係有普通話口音嘅大嬸負責,同樣係邊個煮就邊個上菜,所以係大嬸遞畀我。埋單重要加一,承惠 $85。通常食完好嘅日本菜,我都鍾意靜靜地坐一陣嘆下茶。今次食完只係成肚中咗伏嘅怨氣,快快脆走,邊埋單邊打緊呢篇食評。我會形容呢碗麵係侮辱緊香港人嘅味蕾。都咩年代喇,唔通重覺得香港人好蠢啲錢好好呃?咁今舖我無查清楚虛實就貪得意試咗,的確蠢咗一次嘅。喺附近咁多食肆嘅尖東,呢間山寨拉麵完全無存在價值,快啲執唔該。見呢度讚好嘅帖咁多,真心疑惑當中有幾多係做枚喇。講開都幾奇怪,既然有咁多工夫賣山寨麵呃錢,點解唔好好地煮返家鄉菜呢?或者索性鍛煉返門手藝先開舖呢?…Read More

好少食飯食到成肚火。之前幫襯過勝興幾次,試佢推車仔啲點心。收價偏高,又唔算特別好味,所以之後都好少考慮。有次趕船,見勝興有盅頭飯,諗住係茶樓即叫即有嗰款,所以又幫襯返。我隨便叫咗午市嘅蒸鯇魚套餐,點知原來佢即叫即蒸,要等三至四個字,剩返十分鐘畀我食飯。當時的確唔多高興,又食得狼狽。十分鐘內要食油菜、飲湯、食飯同食魚,重有茶,點諗都唔會係舒服體驗。最尾為咗趕船都係食唔晒,要畀多一蚊買外賣盒,自行打包。不過意外發現魚肉鮮嫩飽滿,湯都好足料,所以盤算下次再來慢慢享受鯇魚餐。點知嗰狼狽嘅十分鐘就已經係全劇高潮。之後每次路過都問下有無鯇魚餐,問咗兩星期都無,話無入貨。的確好可惜,咁無我咪食第二間咯。好啦,有次問定知道終於入貨,就度定兩日後即今日去食。下晝一點帶家人一齊去,同阿姐點咗兩份鯇魚餐。阿姐話賣晒完整的魚,剩返魚頭同碎嘅魚腩肉,問我要唔要。我等咗咁耐,雖然心有不甘,但既然坐低咗,覺得有魚腩肉都好丫。好啦,又等多三個字。奇怪點解佢只上一碟油菜,明明點咗兩份餐。同阿姐講,先知佢只係幫我哋落咗一份。係咪低能㗎?講咗咁多句嘢都可以聽錯?跟住問返清楚先知廚房嘅料唔夠出兩份,只係出到一份。所以我哋迫住轉咗碟肉餅飯套餐。阿姐話要蒸十三分鐘,我哋只能無奈接受,唯有食住鯇魚等咯。好啦,千呼萬喚終於等到一碟綜魚喇。你老尾,又話有魚腩碎嘅?碟上得四副魚嘴喎。我哋都好肚餓,唔高興都要馬上郁手。因為面頭舖咗層梅菜,諗住下層可能收埋咗啲肉呢?一舊,兩舊,三舊,食晒四副魚嘴,原來真係得魚嘴,乜腩都無。大佬一個套餐收我六十蚊,結果等三個字食一碟無肉嘅魚嘴?認真咩?同埋佢嘅例湯送完即止,當時下晝一點,已經無上任何例湯。我食到中途搵極都搵唔到肉,塊面已經黑過舊炭。最後上埋肉餅,普通,重要細碟。正常我係唔會畀六十蚊食肉餅蒸飯咯。肉塊入面有馬蹄,家人因為唔食馬蹄,結果成餐幾乎只係食咗啲飯,之後成個下晝都嗌肚餓。畀錢嗰吓,忍唔住問咗阿姐波。落錯單要人白等,以為有兩份點知得一份,話有魚腩肉點知得四副魚嘴,咁樣就收人百二蚊,認真咩?好心廚房見唔夠料就咪出餐畀人啦,你呃緊人食你啲廚餘呀。其中一個阿姐覺得唔好意思,話下次再去佢畀返多啲我,但我估無下次喇。食餐飯都係希望心滿意足啫?食到咁失望又成肚火,我就唔想再搏啦。…Read More

如果貪大份飽肚,一餐有齊湯包野飲,環境闊落坐得舒適既話,海星既晚飯可以一戰。但若對食稍有要求既話,唔會幫襯海星。晚餐收得唔平,六七十蚊上落。叫左碟咸豬手粒炒飯。成碟飯好易整,炒底,鋪幾粒肉,倒茄汁,鋪芝士,焗,搞掂,完全無廚藝可言。食落好濃味,因為啲茄汁夠辣夠重口。但你諗真啲,若果食材夠靚,點會有人用咁重口既汁去蓋過晒啲食材味?無錯,咸豬手粒係無味既,所以先要用汁搭救。雖然佢收得貴,又成個套餐咁上,賣相又唔錯,但識食既人就知呢碟飯係頹野,用最少功夫就煮到出來既慳皮貨色。去正宗茶記食碟涼瓜火腩飯好過啦。環境係唔錯,但啲侍應好唔掂。打扮mk唔係問題,問題係要知道自己做緊侍應,對客要有禮貌,要有笑容,令人感覺舒服。我食飯時打完風無耐,靜影影,侍應就自己圍內嬉皮笑面咁玩。呢啲我唔會介意,人之常情。但一望住我就黑返塊面,眼甘甘啤住我,又無笑容又唔識講野,令我覺得唔多自在。大佬我係客,應該要有受尊重既感覺。侍應親切啲,錢都畀得甘心啲。最後餐飲叫熱奶茶,見係啲mk侍應沖,已知不妙。飲左兩啖,毫不婉惜咁擺低走人。飯已經係頹貨,頹奶茶更不容姑息。奶茶呢啲咁考究功夫既飲品,梗係要老師傅先識沖啦。憑你地班唔識尊重客人既mk就想學人沖奶茶?伏已中,識食既一定唔食海星。…Read More

早幾日食完醬家的蕃茄拉麵,意猶未盡。想起拉麵台風也有蕃茄拉麵,就是伊台風,便躍躍欲試。別誤會哦!這碗不是伊台風,是魚介豬骨湯麵,之前每次來我都點這碗。未試伊台風前,就先回惜一下魚介豬骨湯麵,好作個比較吧。由於本人重口味,偏好濃稠湯底,這碗湯麵我認為是香港數一數二的美味。第一次吃,就不用提有多興奮了。由於湯底濃郁,夾麵很容易就掛起湯底,比我吃過的某些沾麵更似沾麵。麵條結實有嚼勁,荀乾爽脆有微辣,叉燒又大又厚,整碗麵份量十足,每次吃完都會拖著肚皮,和對身形歉疚的心情離開呢哈哈。美中不足處,是叉燒。大則大矣,厚則厚矣,但味寡肉鞋,似一片大瘦肉,沒有日式叉燒常見的軟稔與肥腴。你可以當這叉燒口味是本店的特色,百貨應百客,也許有人喜歡。若不是這叉燒,拉麵台風就是我心目中的香港第一了。試了這麼多次魚介豬骨湯麵,終於要搞新意思了。未上菜前,我見香港學徒用噴火槍噴我碗麵,滿令人期待呢。上菜後,原來麵上鋪了一層芝士,芝士面又焦了一層黑皮。除此之外,碗邊攝了四五片蕃茄,湯低也由橘黃變了朱紅,是蕃茄湯底的緣故吧?好啦要開動了!由於時間關係,我早就吃完了。簡言之,伊台風是魚介豬骨湯麵的加強版,多了芝士和蕃茄,落得慷慨。芝士跟麵和叉燒黏成一圑,豐富了口感,稍稍補救了叉燒的缺陷。蕃茄入碗時是凍的,又多又大塊,會稍稍使麵降溫,值得注意。至於湯底,老實說,我吃不出蕃茄的味道。只見色水殷紅,濃稠依舊,大概是魚介豬骨湯底加了點茄醬染色吧。由於前幾天才吃過醬家的蕃茄拉麵,一比之下,伊台風的所謂蕃茄湯底就有點教人失望了。所以我覺得伊台風跟魚介豬骨湯麵最大的差別,在芝士,喜歡煮溶芝士的朋友不妨一試。順帶一提,拉麵台風的佈置,是我去過的香港拉麵店中最喜歡的。不華麗,不雅潔,但很有舊日的小店風味,不論是金屬吧枱,海藍色的富士山壁畫,還是朝氣勃勃的日本流行歌,令人稍覺時光倒流,回到日本的舊時小鎮。很多人都發現了,拉麵台風都用高櫈,上櫈麻煩,侍應會幫手托你上櫈,將你連人帶櫈推向枱前,邊推邊喊「出發!」。都市人慣了冷漠,突如其來趣怪的一聲,確實逗人莞薾。這大概是日本師傅的心思吧!…Read More

七半係旺角上日文堂,適聞旺角開左間有日本水準既蕃茄拉麵店,就決定上堂前食佢一碗。點知...醬家晚市開六點。我六半去到,見到十個左右排緊隊。唔理,照排,一場黎到唔係縮沙呀?我諗畀盡佢九個字,剩低三個字我點都食得完。結果就真係排左九個字,hi aunti...入門口果刻,條龍已經積到廿幾人。途人見咁大陣仗,都不自禁停低望望,排長龍果然做到聲勢。諗住快快脆食完去上堂既我,又錯了。排左咁耐隊已經躁躁地,坐低落埋單,餓住咁等,等佢上菜居然足足等多七個字。七點三入席,而碗麵放上我枱面既時間,係七點十。結果排隊連上菜等左我足足一個鐘又廿分鐘,原定七半上既日文堂梗係遲晒大到啦...食果陣重有啲火火地,但我明知呢啲野無得怨店家,又唔係人地拎住枝槍迫你黎食。等上菜之際,百無聊賴,就留意下侍應點做野,終於發現排長龍等餐懵之謎。全店得一位日本女士做侍應,分位落單上菜收銀一腳踢,人手確實緊拙。正路日式拉麵店都會奉冰水,醬家係乜都無既。無計,侍應實在騰唔出手。但其實佢地係知要奉水,我見有師傅會煮煮下麵偷啲時間出黎斟水奉客,惜始終人手唔夠,佢都斟唔晒畀所有客。我坐得遠離廚房出入口,就飲唔到佢杯水啦。但即使人手緊拙,都未至於招呼唔切既,師傅煮好麵一定會即時上菜,保持高溫,未至於拖耐用餐時間。咁點解重要排隊排咁耐呢?原來侍應唔會叫排後面既客上前攝空位。去過澳牛食野,一定見過伙記點指兵兵,問下排緊隊既客有無一位兩位三位,有就叫你上前,按佢指示入座,地盡其用,絕對唔畀有位凋空。但醬家堅持先到先得,排後既客唔會先過排先既客入座,所以總會凋空幾個座位。例如我見到有三人枱,啱啱坐低左一對情侶,重剩一個空位。而排係龍頭既係四人組,無論如何都唔會坐到張三人枱,侍應都唔會叫一個排後既客攝埋剩低果個位,由佢凋空。我唔知佢咁做既理由係乜,基於公平定怕起爭執定純粹唔憂做。可能骨子裏始終都係個凡事計盡既香港人,當下就覺得凋空座位好無效率,又累啲客等耐左,有乜為呢?不得不懷疑店家係咪吊高黎賣,尊登砌條龍係門口造勢。唉,分位既野我識條鐵咩。講返碗麵,我點左店家推薦既大蝦蕃茄麵,八十五蚊。同港人食慣既博多豬骨拉麵唔同,呢味蕃茄麵無乜餸,真係得兩隻大蝦同幾粒葱花咁大把,鍾意多配料既朋友要失望了。我比較睇重麵同湯,麵似四川担担麵,幼身、偏稔、易咬,幾夾我口味,但就未必啱追求彈牙既食客。聽聞老闆朝朝去果欄親自選蕃茄,點菜後師傅就即時炒蕃茄,確保新鮮熱辣。唔~蕃茄湯底的確落足功夫,雖然濃稠,但口味唔重,唔會過醎過酸,而係啖啖鮮甜,陣陣清香,拿捏得恰到好處。食完之後幾粒鐘,口腔都保留到蕃茄既甘味,抵讚。不過講真,食飯唔係齋睇餸既,食既重係心情。要等到人唔耐煩先有得食就無謂啦。要一嚐醬家,我提提你諗清楚先,你啲時間係咪多得滯,無掟駛?你係咪唔肚餓,捱到一粒幾鐘?唔係既話,都係食三分一價錢既星座蕃茄麵算啦。…Read More
