選擇在外用膳,當然及不上住家菜般零味精,但這間連鎖式的味皇,實為“味精之皇”,僅次於味千拉麵。因為遊走了一整天,雙腿快要麻痺,所以隨便進去充饑。菜單上種類算是較多,聽聞當中的吉列豬扒飯份量既大塊且香脆,不過為免喉嚨痛發作,我還是望而卻步。【蒜蓉炒菜心】愛挑吃菜葉的我,常常怕莖部會很硬,不過這碟還好;蒜蓉味道亦算適中。【咖喱牛腩飯】大家有否留意多半的咖喱飯,無論是配以雞肉、牛肉或羊肉,總是只得一兩件薯仔呢~ 到底是薯仔的成本比牛肉還要貴?或是怕食客投訴偷工減料?偏好薯仔的我,每逢點咖喱吃,總會因為薯仔太少而失落。這裡的牛腩炆得十分鬆軟,基本上一夾起便會散掉,但勝在咖喱味猶存。【菠蘿生炒骨飯】別看它賣相不錯,實為劣質之作。首先,菠蘿和青椒完全沒有溫度,吃下去猶如生的一樣。其次是生炒骨不夠香脆,而且炸粉味十足,炸粉和骨中間似乎沒有殘留些什麼。【燒豬頸肉 配黃油飯】雖然肉質柔軟,不過再熱一點會比較好。飯粒既乾身且硬,我吃了幾口便放下了。【雞腳菜乾湯】雖為餐湯,但是很有派場吧!竟然給我原隻雞腳呈上…【焗海鮮青口飯】賣相認真不太好,白汁似乎略為過盛,不過配料尚算不賴,這隻青口也佔了三分之一大。<原文轉自個人博客:http://kiyanc.mysinablog.com/> …Read More
