上星期四,老公過嚟港島區接收工,馬上趕去”塘西”晚飯!呢間實屬私房菜,當然由店員推介菜式,有湯,有涼菜,有小菜!先講講個湯,蟲草花雞腳,足料夠味,有少少黏口,膠原滿滿!涼菜,話梅豬手,沒有很驚喜,但酸酸甜甜係夏天食就真係可以提高食慾!冰鎮柚子鮑魚,簡直就係打咭餸,一打開旁邊嘅食客都嘩嘩聲😂,鮑魚煮得軟硬適中,還帶點柚子味,很清新!芥末蟹籽墨魚沙律,芥末蟹籽已經好特別,出面無咩見過,再配上墨魚條味道好夾!尼泊爾小食焗薯配喇沙湯,呢個真係好特別,我之前食尼泊爾餐廳都無試過,加上佢配埋凍左既喇沙湯味道好出,我同老公都食唔停(我好奇問點解唔用熱既喇沙湯,原來老闆話凍既喇沙湯既味仲出,所以就用凍湯出)最後一道螞蟻上樹,一放低碟餸我就聞到好香既蜆肉味,老闆仲教落少少胡椒粉味道梗好😋果然無介紹錯,但到左呢一刻真係食唔落,呢碟唯有打包返屋企啦!翻熱後一樣好味!當然現場食最保持水準啦!最後少不了甜品,法式焦糖燉蛋,椰汁銀耳桃膠作為總結,整晚食肆氣氛很好,大部份都是街坊/熟客,就此可見呢間食肆長期都推出唔同嘅菜式吸引街坊,今時今日食肆都要絞盡腦汁才可維持生意,呢間小店直得支持!…Read More

話說,那天一行十多人到餐廳慶生,一開始去到就跟餐廳侍應生說冷氣風很強,要求調低點,叫左兩三次都唔覺有調低,只有硬住頭皮快點食,因為所有食物都好快變凍冰冰。到了切生日蛋糕時,蠟燭點了數次都被冷氣強風吹熄,真係好無隱!原來唔止我地呢檯有呢個問題,其他檯都有。。。。很奇怪餐廳經理為何不顧及食客感受呢?我之前都去過灣仔分店,服務質數完全兩回事,真係地區唔同,服務都有唔同?!真係唔會考慮再光顧此食店!…Read More

父親節老公再次挑選李公館與他父親慶祝!首先有涼菜,芥末木耳伴海蜇 (唔太記得個名) 呢碟涼菜幾過隱!杏汁豬肺湯我本身唔鍾愛杏汁味同內臟,所以我無飲過,但我就聞到濃濃既杏汁味,如果喜歡杏汁既人應該好鍾意,我見其他人飲完又要添,再食埋湯渣!古法炆腩翅內有冬菇,火腩,菜,魚頭,魚鮫等,呢個餸較重口味,但魚炆完仲好滑!鮮茄濃湯浸時蔬故明思意記係用濃濃蕃茄湯浸時菜,當日廚師用左津白,超入味,正!冬陰公煮花甲呢個勁喇,個冬陰公仲好味過九龍城某泰菜館,仲有人當湯飲添,加上花甲都好鮮甜及足料唔會好似出面果d咁夾三次先得一粒肉。薯仔蒜片牛柳粒開正我至愛既薯仔,呢度薯仔外面甜甜脆脆,外面有少少似麥芽糖咁,牛粒唔un有牛味,無比甜味蓋過!冰鎮咕嚕肉 (特別版)呢味真係鎮店之寶,帶親朋友黎試都會指定食呢味,有得睇有得食。全部生果,咕嚕肉外面都有層糖然後放落d冰入面,當一口咬落去就感受到外脆內暖,原來仲加左個架隔住怕d冰融左會整淋d肉,真係好細心喔!脆皮牛腩配咖喱汁真係從未試過,牛腩外有一層用漿粉做既皮,咬落去外脆肉淋,牛腩完全黏牙,為左唔嘥咖喱汁,屋企人更要另叫白飯將佢掃清!花彫蛋白蒸蝦球 (雪影藏龍)蛋白蒸得好滑,本人略嫌花彫較濃可略減,蝦球尚算爽口!…Read More
