近排香港好興食海鮮塔, 約埋幾個朋友, 一行4人黎呢度試吓。  打電話黎訂位, 佢哋原來星期五、六、日係分2場時間, 上場食到8:15, 下場由8:30開始, 我哋訂咗8:30。  8點鐘黎到問吓有位未, 好彩已經有人埋單走咗, 等佢哋執好張枱我哋就入咗去坐。  訂枱既時候已經訂咗海鮮五層塔, 有朋友唔食鷄, 所以最底嗰層唔要人參鷄湯, 揀咗海鮮豆腐湯。一坐底就見到枱面有6碟前菜, 係無限添加既, 不過味道好濃同甜。等咗成十幾分鐘啲海鮮塔都未送黎, 見到隔離枱食炸鷄同牛勒骨, 睇到我流口水, 原來佢哋話啲海鮮塔要等好耐先至上, 所以叫咗啲小菜食先。 我哋第一次黎唔知道, 都等咗十幾分鐘, 海鮮塔送咗上枱, 依家先至叫小菜都無位擺, 唯有繼續睇住人哋既嘢食流口水.... 。服務員話要等十五分鐘先至可以拎起個蓋食第一層, 咁食到下面嗰啲咪要好耐囉, 我覺得會蒸得太耐, 不過人哋咁講, 唯有照等啦。  果然第一層既十隻蝦經過15分鐘既歷練, 已經變得好"鞋" , 咁下面嗰啲繼續蒸落去咪好老囉!  我哋嗱嗱聲拎起晒啲蝦, 食第2層既花甲, 果然又係已經蒸到老晒, 食落啲肉有啲"un", 失敗 !又係嗱嗱聲夾起晒哦花甲拎走個蒸籠救出被困既扇貝同鮑魚, 佢哋始終難逃蒸到過火既命運, 都變到又老又鞋, 唉!到第4層既蒸蟹比較好少少, 始終蟹蒸耐咗既肉質都唔會太鞋, 而且花蟹肉質鮮甜, 算係挽回少少分數。到第5層既海鮮豆腐湯, 真係好失望, 所謂既海鮮, 只係2、3隻青口同蜆, 仲有就係好鬼咸, 我哋飲咗少少就無飲。話咁快食晒啲海鮮, 念念不忘隔離枱既炸鷄, 原來可以叫半份, 我哋叫咗半份, 另外叫咗個泡菜薄餅。  我第一次食韓式炸鷄, 覺得佢哋整得幾好食, 起碼比KFC好食好多, 不過朋友話普普通通。泡菜薄餅我唔係好鍾意食, 不過都算OK啦其實蒸蝦同花甲10分鐘已經夠, 而且佢哋啲size 唔係大隻, 蒸15分鐘實在太耐喇, 嘥咗啲食物。  我同屋人自己試過喺屋企蒸海鮮, 啲海鮮蒸到啱啱好既時候食真係好鮮甜同嫩滑。  所以今次真係有少少失望, 下次寧願淨係食小菜, 唔會食海鮮塔。…Read More

早2日有朋友 post 咗張醬蟹相, 搞到我心思思, 今日上網睇吓見到荃灣有炑八, 即刻打黎訂位試吓, 黎到見到好多花牌, 原來係啱啱開張第3日, 唔係好多人知道, 所以唔係太多人, 地方都仲好乾淨。  一坐低就上咗2碟前菜、生菜、沙律、仲喺個燒烤鍋度加咗粟米芝士、泡菜蛋漿。  除咗沙律之外, 其他嘢都可以無限添加, 又幾好喎。喺 openrice 見到有醬油蟹優惠劵, 原價$198, 打印優惠劵只需要 $128, 梗係要食啦, 一坐低就叫咗一碟, 醃得好入味, 啲蟹肉好嫩滑, 不過可惜得一隻, 唔夠喉! 霜降牛小排, 薄薄8塊要$190, 有啲啲貴海鮮煎蔥餅, 無乜味道, 我覺得麻麻地石頭鍋飯(豬肉), 味道唔錯, 料亦唔少一向都好鍾意食生牛肉, 唔係間間韓式食店有, 見到呢度有, 梗係叫黎試吓啦, 啲生牛肉, 加上雪梨同青瓜, 好鮮甜、清爽。生梅頭肉都幾大件吓, 肉質都好林薄切生五花腩, 個樣好似煙肉, 都幾肥吓, 好邪惡呀牛舌好有牛味(牛有牛味, 哈哈!), 好林牛胸肉好好味實在太飽, 無機會食甜味。可能因為新開張, 點菜既時候啲服務員唔係好熟, 不過服務態度好好。…Read More

今晚本來諗住試吓大鴻輝中心11樓新開間一鍋堂, 5點打去電話係長响, 我以為係用緊, 點知隔咗一陣再打都係長响, 唔通係未開門所以唔接電話? 一直到6點幾都係 busy tone, 我諗佢哋太好生意, 根本唔接受訂位, 於是轉軚食大煲皇。  喺 openrice online 訂位, 點知顯示 full 晒, 唔係咁黑掛 , 唔信邪打電話去撞吓彩, 服務員姐姐話有位, 太好了, 佢仲好有禮貌咁問我哋係去食火鍋定蒸汽鍋, 我上次黎都唔覺有蒸汽鍋食, 可能係最近真係好興食蒸汽鍋, 連佢哋都做埋, 不過我話要問吓其他人意見, 依家未揀到, 要去到先至決定, 阿姐都話無問題。 後尾各人決定都係食火鍋, 我哋揀咗個蕃茄薯仔豬軟骨鍋, 鍋入面都有唔少豬軟骨, 仲係幾大件同幾林吓, 唔錯。先黎一個蔬菜拼盤, 入面有鮮冬菇、秀珍菇、金菇、粟米、蕃茄、唐生菜、白菜仔, 估唔到仲有皇帝菜, 仲以為淨係俾啲油麥菜、娃娃菜之類既平價菜添呢度出名既即炸響鈴梗係要食啦, 熱辣辣炸好上枱點甜酸汁即食又得, 放入湯底滾2滾食又得,風味各有不同。 另外仲有潮州魚蛋、雲吞併水餃、豬肺。 水餃同雲吞個樣差唔多, 都係圓碌碌, 唔似出面嗰啲長長哋, 所以熟咗之後都唔係好分得出係水餃定雲吞, 不過都幾大隻。 啲豬肺好似係熟既, 我諗係因為要去咗啲血水先至上枱, 我都係第一次見火鍋店有豬肺食, 又有白菜又有豬肺, 滾完之後個湯底咪好正囉。脆鯇骨腩、魚卜都好新鮮。我哋幾個都好鐘意食牛, 於是叫咗個大既本地特級手切肥牛, 好有牛味。我哋食到七七八八, 忽然間有個服務員擺低碟嘢, 仲以為佢上錯枱, 睇真啲原來係我哋叫咗既牛胸爽, 食咗成個鐘先至送黎, 我哋個個都已經忘記咗, 好彩仲食得落, 不過唔知點解要搞咁耐先至送黎呢。  呢款喺出面啲火鍋店又係好少有得食, 我哋自己平時喺屋企打邊爐就有買黎食, 睇落好似成舊肥膏咁, 滾完其實係好爽口, 仲好鬼有牛味, 我老公好鐘意食架。4個人埋單$920, 比我心目中預算既貴咗少少, 返到屋企睇番我上次8月影既火鍋紙原來全部嘢都貴咗幾蚊, 唔怪之得啦, 估唔到相隔一個月啲嘢唔同晒價錢, 所以今次無影低張火鍋紙。 張單黎到先至知到佢哋既汽水係$15/2支, 單叫$10/支, 我哋叫咗3支, 早知叫4支啦, 落單既時候服務員無講我哋知, 呢點就唔係幾啱嘞。…Read More

最近經過品味鮮見到執咗, 轉咗去同一條街前幾個鋪位繼續經營, 但係由以前既小菜館變咗做火鍋放題, 佢哋以前既川菜都幾好食, 變咗做火鍋有啲失望, 不過今晚想食火鍋, 見到佢哋張生料紙都有好多選擇, 一於入去試吓。  佢哋依度每位$138, 星期六、日、公眾假期每位加$10, 包湯底同汽水啤酒, 無加一, 由湯底到枱時間起計食2小時。  呢度既前身係豬小姐, 都係食火鍋既, 品味鮮用番佢哋既裝修繼續營業。  佢哋啲火鍋醬料放喺門口, 都幾驚俾老鼠、曱甴爬過都唔知。湯底除咗一般既清湯、豬骨、鴛鴦、皮旦芫茜之外, 仲可以揀幾款鷄煲、水煮魚、酸魚, 平時單叫都超過 $100, 可以做湯底打邊爐又幾好喎, 一於叫個奇味鷄煲試吓, 2個人有半隻鷄。個奇味鷄煲入面好多蒜、洋蔥、芫茜, 好惹味, 不過得好少鷄肉, 唔似有半隻鷄, 食完鷄之後再加湯落個鍋度打邊爐。我哋叫咗好多款生料都無黎, 好似鷄子、生腸、豬皮, 後尾問服務員, 佢話今晚無鷄子, 問佢有無豬皮, 佢話幫我哋睇吓, 不過到食完都無黎, 又無話俾我哋知係唔係無貨。 第一轉叫咗鯇魚骨腩又係無黎, 見到2個碟得幾片牛肉、豚肉、木耳、豬潤, 牛丸得3粒, 2個人既份量真係少得可憐, 連油麥菜都無黎, 唉!後尾老板娘經過, 我同佢講點咗鯇魚骨腩無黎, 問佢係唔係無, 佢窒咗一窒之後好似有啲無耐咁話"我一陣切俾你", 我好懷疑如果我唔問, 佢哋係唔係又唔俾我呢, 照計佢哋有做水煮魚、酸菜魚湯底, 係無可能無鯇魚掛。 之後再追加金菇、鵝腸、牛肉、娃絓菜同油麥菜, 今次終於有拎菜黎, 啲菜都幾新鮮, 不過啲牛肉比較厚身, 有啲un, 不過都幾有牛味。呢度啲位比較窄, 我鐘意食既生料又好多都無, 有啲失望。 不過佢哋既鷄煲係唔錯, 以前食過佢哋既水煮魚都好有水準。 唔知可唔可以唔食放題, 淨係食鷄煲、水煮魚同小菜呢, 不過佢哋個餐牌寫住係"2小時鷄煲放題額外菜品", 我諗係一入去就一定要食放題, 唔可以淨係叫小菜食。…Read More

薩莉亞以前喺大陸食過幾次, 喺香港都係第一次食, 6點幾去到唔使等即刻有位, 見到樣樣都唔貴, 於是叫多幾款試吓, 佢哋加$12可以喺自助吧無限添飲, 因為唔想飲甜嘢所以淨係飲清水。首先黎咗個蕃茄辣青口湯, 賣相唔錯, 青口雖然細隻但好多, 不過味道太咸之後到黑椒蜆肉鐵板煮, 雖然只係$17, 但係都有成差不多二十隻蜆, 而且每個蜆殼都有肉, 唔會甩皮甩骨, 有殼無肉, 食落啲蜆好新鮮, 蒜蓉味好香, 讚蒜蓉焗田螺一啲蒜蓉味都無, 螺肉本身係無味,淨係浸住喺的油度, 乜味都無, 失敗主菜方便我老公叫咗黑椒汁漢堡扒,上面有隻煎到好乾好硬既蛋, 個漢堡扒既肉質唔錯,亦好厚,其實個扒既肉幾好味, 只係個醬汁太咸, 嘥晒! 薯條浸晒油唔好食, 粟米亦有啲燶。我叫咗個肉眼牛扒, 件扒好薄所以有少少乾,本來都唔太差, 不過又係同一個醬汁太咸累事, 以為最貴既會好食啲, 點知好失望 。 薯條好油無食, 不過我啲粟米無燶,好香牛油味, 幾好食。食完晒我老公仲想試吓個蒜汁燒魷魚, 於是又叫黎食, 果然無令我哋失望, 好香好惹味, 隻魷魚都幾大隻, 肉質幾厚,個汁好濃, 雖然都幾咸, 不過可以接受。  實在太飽, 無辦法再叫甜品食。  好彩6點幾黎唔使等位, 到7點就坐滿晒, 仲有好多人要等位。 啲服務員落單快, 食物上枱快, 見到有吉碟亦好快黎收就, 由坐低到埋單都唔夠一個鐘。  原來佢哋唔收加一, 2個人食咁多嘢都係$176, 又真係幾抵食喎, 下次再黎叫其他嘢試吓。…Read More

之前黎食過套餐, 覺得啲扒幾好, 見到隔離枱叫個巨型牛扒, 當時心諗下次一定要黎試吓, 今次終於試到, 呢度成日都好爆, 好彩早一日打黎都訂到位 。  佢哋既晚餐只可以揀3個時段, 18:00; 19:30; 21:00, 訂位時講明只係留枱5分鐘, 食個半鐘, 佢哋仲會食晚飯當日下午再打黎 re-confirm booking, 如果唔 confirm 就當取消將個位俾其他客, 我覺得一早講清楚都幾好 。我訂咗19:30既時段, 同老公19:05就到咗, 出面已經有好多 walk in 客等位, 不過因為 booking full 晒, 佢哋要等到 19:35分, 等啲訂咗位既客無黎或遲到, 又或者有客食完走人先至可以俾到枱佢哋。  我見餐廳已經有吉枱, 於是問吓門口個哥哥訂咗19:30可唔可以入去, 佢話要睇吓先, 過咗大約5分鐘就俾咗我哋入去, 其實咁對佢哋都好既, 我哋早啲食完, 佢就可以早啲俾到枱 walk in 客。  喺等枱既期間我同門口個哥哥講我哋想黎食個大牛扒, 問佢使唔使落 order 先, 因為唔知佢要整幾耐, 但哥哥仔話好快就整好, 唔使落order 先。  佢話驚我哋2個人食唔晒, 如果有4個人 share 會好啲, 我即刻笑咗出黎, 我話"我哋2個好有食力架" (其實係得我好有食力), 叫佢唔使擔心, 哈哈!一坐低我哋就好堅定咁揀咗我哋既目標.....2磅美國頂級肉眼 $688, 我哋要3成熟, 加$35/位可以有個湯同餐飲, 我2樣都唔想要, 所以只係加咗一位既餐俾我老公BB。  佢哋俾咗4條麵包棒我哋, 我無食, 老公話都幾脆, 食咗2條。  我哋坐個位唔知點解好鬼熱(上次黎坐個位唔熱架), 連我咁唔怕熱既都食到出汗, 要出動私家風扇。我老公飲完個湯, 再等咗大約20分鐘個扒終於上枱, 個服務員好細心咁問我哋使唔使影相, 我話要呀, 哈哈!  不過點解要咁問呢?  到我影完相, 佢就幫我哋將啲拌碟既翠玉瓜、茄子、薯條分俾我哋, 仲將件扒切開一半俾我哋睇, 同我哋講 "3成熟, o 唔 ok?"  我哋話"ok", 哈, 又幾細心喎, 其實我覺得係超過3成熟, 不過都唔緊要啦, 如果我話唔ok, 會唔會再整過一件俾我哋呢, 嘻嘻!  根住個服務員繼續切件牛扒, 好似想將佢切開一片片咁, 我立刻叫停佢, 大佬呀我黎食扒, 自己鐘意切幾大件黎食就切幾大件, 你切到咁薄就算件扒係厚切燒出黎俾我都無意義啦! 一早切開晒仲會搞到啲肉汁流失晒、凍晒, 點解要咁呢 (心情即時差咗少少)!老公見我唔開心, 佢要切開咗嗰邊, 俾未切開嗰邊我。  唔知點解佢哋只係俾2隻人哋用餐放餐包既細既碟仔我哋, 可能係因為怕張枱放咗件扒之後唔夠位放大碟, 不過真係好寒酸咯, 用黎食甜品就話啫, 要扣少少分。基本上個扒都唔錯既, 不過可能呢件比較瘦, 個表面燒到有少少硬同嚡, 好彩只係要3成, 如果要5成我諗表面會仲嚡。  食完之後有個服務員走過黎問我哋份扒點, 我哋如實作答, 佢好有禮貌咁話可能呢批貨係瘦啲, 會叫廚師注意吓, 好肯接受意見喎, 讚!  抵我哋黎完再黎! 唔知點解前面啲食評講到佢哋啲服務咁差呢!我哋見出面有好多 walk in 客等位, 食完就埋單走人, 俾張枱其他人, 前後都唔使一個鐘。 …Read More

喺金光綜藝館睇完演唱會11 點, 大家都有啲餓, 撘巴士出去搵食, 中途見到下午經過既餃子店未關門, 立即飛奔落車。  入到去問店員, 佢哋話凌晨5:30分關門, 咁我哋就可以安心食, 唔使食得咁急。呢度既店員全部都講普通話, 差啲以為自己真係喺大陸既餃子館, 不過價錢比起大陸就當然係貴好多啦。拉皮拍青瓜既醬汁味道啱啱好, 唔會太酸, 啲拉皮又好滑, 唔會好厚見個菜牌有京醬肉餅, 呢款嘢我之前喺大陸未見過, 於是叫黎試吓, 個樣好似豆沙窩餅咁, 個皮好鬆脆, 肉醬夠味, 又新鮮熱辣, 幾好味黎到餃子店梗係要食餃子啦, 太多選擇, 諗咗一輪最後決定食白菜豬肉餃, 佢哋係即叫即包既, 我哋個位咁啱係睇住啲廚師包餃子, 師傅既手勢好純熟, 好快手。 碟餃子都有成十四、五隻, 啲皮好軟滑, 唔厚身, 入面既料好夠味, 估唔到喺澳門都食到正宗餃子, 正! 炸醬麵食咗唔記得影相, 個賣相同肉醬麵差不多, 只係炸醬麵既醬濃啲同深色啲, 我哋揀咗刀削面底, 麵質軟滑。 呢個肉醬麵既味道無咁重, 不過都一樣咁好味, 加上鮮甜既青瓜中和, 食落唔會覺得太油膩。五花肉炒木耳用既係細細隻既秋耳, 加埋腌到好入味既肉片黎炒, 味道啱啱好, 又唔係炒得好油。呢度既物係好地道既山東菜, 估唔到可以喺澳門食到, 第二時應該會再黎食宵夜。…Read More

今日同老公仔去屯門睇"玩轉腦朋友", 上openrice 睇吓附近有乜好嘢食, 見到牛一好多好評, 仲話walk in 要排成2個鐘咁誇張。  打電話去book 位, 佢哋話booking full 晒, 要walk in 等位, 睇完戲6點左右走去睇吓見到仲未係好多人, 一於排吓, 不過都等咗超過半個鐘先至入得。 入場前已經要揀食邊種價錢既放題同埋邊款湯底, 我哋揀咗$168/位既極上美國牛肉、豚肉, 湯底揀咗季節限定既鰹魚札幌味噌湯。  坐底一陣就已經送咗個湯底同一碟牛、一碟羊黎, 好快手。啲牛同豬肉既油花分布都好均勻, 賣相唔錯, 食落竟然覺得啲豚肉同牛肉既味道差唔多我哋 encore 完又 encore, 2 個人一共食咗2碟豚肉、4碟牛肉, 仲有啲丸、金菇、娃娃菜, 樣樣都好新鮮, 不過如果有啲魚食吓就仲正。  淨係食火鍋都食到飽晒, 唔記得留肚食yogurt 。  雖然得90分鐘, 不過因為每次落單啲肉都好快到, 係夠晒時間食, 不過就有少少趕, 如果可以有2個鐘就好 lu。 …Read More
