曾經聽過一個本地學者說過,如果想避免一些週期性漲價便要反其道而行,例如情人節吃西餐會貴了很多,那便吃其他菜或避開某些日期,因為同樣價錢可以吃得更豐富,服務也更好,不過我今次沒想過這個問題,只是太太想吃韓國菜便來OUTDARK試試,地下扶手電梯上二樓便會看到一隻很大BEAR BEAR熊,呃LIKE一流,由於訂了枱加上是6:30,不用等位,裏面都有四十個坐位左右,環境幾特別,燈飾別緻又有情人鎖等佈置,女生一定喜歡,我們六人點了:一份炸雞(原味+香蒜蜜糖)$192原味炸雞味道可口,肉質鮮嫩,鹹鹹地幾好吃,蜜糖炸雞表皮香脆,蒜味尚可,配以蜜糖可中和那份熱氣,雖然點的是全份但雞塊不多,還有薯條薯塊等算不錯,有四款醬供應芝士王國(豬肋骨)$322有大概十支豬肋骨,附上邪惡的芝士,看着火慢慢將芝士融化,賞心樂事,待應會為我們將芝士捲着豬肋骨給我們,非常美味,碟邊還有蛋漿,紫菜飯,泡菜和菠蘿,每樣配菜加上芝士都格外好味部隊鍋$258有金菇,肥牛,腸仔,午餐肉,魚糕,菇,葱和椰菜,附上一個公仔麵,份量很少,每樣材料只得四五塊,而且質素很普通,由於我們有人不吃辣的關係,那舊韓式辣醬未融已經畢走了,所以味道不過不失海鮮炒粉絲$98有魷魚,蜆,蝦等配以葱段炒成的粉絲,味道很好,絕對值得一試觀宏整場只得兩枱有男生,其餘每枱全都是女生來吃的,足證女生對韓風很熱愛,而且這裏的菜份量頗少,相信只有女生才吃得飽,但這裏的服務不錯,全場只有兩位女待應招乎,她們很落力走畢全場,我們還帶了個蛋糕,她們再忙也收了全枱的碟再給一些新的叉和碟給我們,值得加分,我們亦點了兩枝啤酒, 六人共吃了$1016…Read More

聽說上海婆婆的菜不錯,今天和太太,媽媽便來試試,這裏位於V CITY方便易找,晚上8點不用等位,內裏頗大,枱與枱之間不會太近,亦有卡位令人坐得舒服,三人點了:雞絲粉皮$65充滿麻醬,其實點這個和食腸粉一樣,都是為了麻醬,粉皮幾滑,有青瓜絲可更清新,雞絲不多,但也幾大碟,冷盤也可以吃到最後干煸四季豆$68絕不欺場,很大碟,味道很吸引醬燒茄子$65除了茄子還有少少冬菇絲,味道有點像魚香茄子,只是沒有那種鹹香味,伴飯一流糖醋雞方$78即是炸雞塊,有糖醋汁,我覺得不用糖醋汁也可以,肉質很嫩滑不會太乾身,值得一試小籠包$36先後點了兩次,一籠有四個,皮薄餡靚,皮薄得每次一夾便穿了,味道很好,湯汁夠味生煎鍋貼$36忘記拍照,一碟三個,不過不失,皮只煎底部,所以香脆,面比較煙韌,有兩種不同口感,肉質和小籠包是一樣的酒釀丸子$30味道很清新,不算很濃,不錯迷你雷沙糖丸$36有八粒,味道不錯,作為甜品可以一試整體來說中上,味道好吃之外,我還很欣賞這裏的菜頗大碟,香港人識飲識食,除了好味之外還要抵食,此外,連茶的味道也不錯,不是茶餐廳那種有色水一樣,還點了兩碗白飯,三位茶連加一共吃了$478…Read More

好少會嚟到新墟呢頭,通常睇戲先嚟,唔check openrice都唔知呢度有間唔錯的泰國餐廳,今日和媽媽,太太嚟到便試試,這裏位於雅都商場入面上電梯仲要轉入去,唔算太難搵, 八點入去剛巧有一張吉枱, 入面主要係長方形,有卡位有長枱,不算太窄,叫嘢食佢哋已經講明要等20-25分鐘,當時坐滿但其實好多枱已經點咗嘢食,心諗耐極有限, 三人點了:豬頸肉生菜包$68豬頸肉頗辣,充滿泰式香料,份量都幾多, 起碼有十片生菜,亦很生鮮飛天通菜$52次次去泰國餐廳都必選,又不太辣,份量一般,值得一試泰式鐵板蠔仔炒蛋$78蛋炒得好滑,鐵板上可保持熱度,蠔仔亦好味, 非常好味黃咖喱菠蘿炒大蜆$68唔抵食, 蜆得七隻仲要有兩隻開不到即是死了, 叫這碟主要係為咗咖喱汁,可撈飯和配薄餅,配菜有洋葱,青椒,算一般吧 咖喱味香,薄餅要另外點,忘記影相,但味道不佳,又硬又唔香,怪不得食評好少見人點薄餅食小食拼盤$118按道理炸物應該好快上菜,點估到等了40分鐘最後上的一道菜, 拼盤分別有雞豬串燒各一串, 汁多肉嫩,配上沙嗲汁更是好味, 牛油雞翼味道普通,牛油味不夠, 魚餅略鹹了點,香料味很濃, 蝦餅炸得出色, 粉夠薄蝦味夠, 泰式春卷也不錯,幾清新, 香葉包雞亦出色,炸得剛好,不乾身 必點之選整體是不錯,唯一上菜速度有待改善,我點了兩個白飯,那侍應落單後忘記了,等了10分鐘,要找第二個才有飯食,最搞笑係食完餐飯佢先醒起攞個飯嚟問係咪嗌白飯  三人吃了$484…Read More

自己一向喜歡食粥,又打算預早慶祝母親節,今天六點半來到旺角的心夜來潮,主打砂鍋粥,它是樓上鋪,要從樓梯行上去,但離開可以從住宅那邊乘電梯下來的,四人點了:潮式啫啫通菜煲$68微辣,相當惹味, 有點肉碎在裡面,份量頗多傳統鴨蛋煎蠔烙$78相當香口,而且味道適中,蠔仔的份量亦多,我其實喜歡食蠔餅多一點, 兩者分別在於蠔烙比較乾身和脆口,  但這裏值得推介鹵水拼盤$128有豬耳仔,豆腐,紅腸,豬大腸,豬脷,每一間潮式食店都有它獨特的鹵水汁,這間做得不錯,不會太鹹,砂鍋粥大煲$360(水蟹,蠔仔,響螺片,蜆,四隻鮑魚)萬眾期待,我們選了大煲(要從多種食材選滿$360) 選了一隻水蟹($120) 因為當天沒有膏蟹, 四隻鮑魚$80 蠔仔$60 蜆$40 響螺片$60葱和莞茜可以分開放的,所以不吃的也不用挑出來, 粥底很綿很鮮甜,四個人每人也可以分到三碗多,水蟹不太大隻但幸好有少少膏,鮑魚很新鮮,蜆,響片和蠔仔也不錯,我相信不同組合會有不同的變化,期待下次試其他的組合路邊炒米粉$68食完粥怕唔夠飽,叫多一個炒米粉,有魷魚絲,葱,肉絲等,雖然材料不是很豐富,但味道出奇地好味,夠味又夠鑊氣,可能我喜歡食炒米粉吧由於當時不太多人,招乎尚可,最好四至六人去食比較好,二人枱很細,沒甚地方放食物,四人吃了$812…Read More

有看我食評都知道我目標是食盡本港漢堡店,今日來到荃灣,知道BURGER JOB有個TIFFANY 漢堡惹起傳媒廣泛報道,雖然我對此包沒甚興趣,但我都好想一會它,這裏幾光猛,有廿個坐位左右,我們點了美式三重芝士手打牛肉漢堡加烤蘑菇$82+15 芝士味夠濃,牛肉多肉汁,不斷有肉汁流出,加了烤蘑菇正好中和肉汁的肥膩感,跟餐有沙律,汽水和薯條,沙律不過不失,這裏的薯條不算太多,有個凹位放茄汁,設計幾特別但作為不大,因為丁點茄汁是不夠的卡邦尼意粉$42  卡邦尼意粉好味,白汁剛剛好,太多會便意粉變軟,太少亦不夠味,蘑菇和雞肉都不算少,女生吃也夠飽蜜糖雞翼$48 48元六隻略貴,蜜糖味夠,炸得香口,  作為小食是不錯的爆焰雞漢堡$52 雞肉鬆軟,醬汁亦不錯,都算大個,雖然普通但都可以一試,這裏的黑椒和茄汁可以出去添加的,值得加分鋪面整潔,在荃灣頗多漢堡店,這間算是不錯,應該可以佔一席位的,二人吃了$273…Read More

今日買了飛看香港桌球大師賽四強戰,剛剛MARCO 輸了,中場休息,由新伊館立刻跑下來吃漢堡,因為下場七點半萬衆期待奧蘇利雲對卓林普, 早下來所以有位,鋪頭很細大概得十多個位,知道他們要搬鋪,今日能夠食到也很幸運,二人點了芝士澳洲和牛漢堡$98  肉汁鮮嫩 一路食不停有肉汁流出來,頗為狼狽,包也鬆軟,芝士生菜不過不失, 跟餐有粗薯條,有黑椒粒任加值得加分,因我好喜歡黑椒招牌海陸空三堡$58  內附豬扒,魚柳和雞扒, 超級抵食不過加埋好難一口吃整個包, 我最後決定分開吃,魚柳較為味淡,豬扒也不錯,最好味是雞扒,芝士和醬汁都好味,席間發現老闆跟客人有說有笑,有很多也是熟客,很多知道要搬鋪也來幫襯,如果有機會再來灣仔也會再去吃過 二人吃了$196…Read More

今日來到V CITY, 打算食拉麵,屯門好食的拉麵的不多,在大型商場更加少,所以就試試這間,鋪頭不太大,都有三十個位左右,二人點了俺流男盛熟成拉麵$88  有兩塊叉燒,炸雞,半隻流心蛋,湯底不錯,麵也彈牙,炸雞如果分開上會更好,被湯浸得軟身但味道是好的,叉燒味道夠濃黑蒜油熟成濃湯拉麵$72  味道不算太濃,可能有不同配料可另加,有黑蒜油,梅子醬,柚子胡椒四種,還有一張表教你如何配對,我覺得廚師應該做到最好才端出來給客人,配料只能補救其不足,當然有些客人喜歡辣,酸等會加不同調味料,但我想信比例不多,整體來說也是不錯的俺流餃子$28  較為普通,重點是細隻, 我未見過拉麵店會用這個大小的餃子還點了蜜瓜梳打,味道幾清新,但略嫌細罐, 拉麵店來說是不錯的,可以一試,二人吃了226元…Read More
