星期六收工走左去佐敦周圍行,行行下發現有間糕品店有人排隊,又見佢post某個節目中播出,心諗應該好野先有人排。因為當日都快6點,好多糕品都已經沽清所以買了一條芝麻卷,一條黃色的(好似馬蹄卷),兩件 眉豆糕同1件紅豆糕。我地一致應為芝麻卷最好食。©芝麻卷好香黑芝麻味,好似食左好多芝麻落肚,口,感煙煙靭靭,唔甜,老人家應該會喜歡。®相反黃色的(好似馬蹄卷)同芝麻卷相比食唔出係什麼味道,只有甜味同煙煙靭靭口感,比芝麻卷甜了 一點點我個仔比軟喜歡紅豆糕,因為d豆比較沐淋同有起沙,眉豆比較硬了少少,眉豆糕有少少是爽口感。其實這間糕點d糕應該唔會太甜,同埋口感是煙煙靭靭,唔會係好爽口或是好似啫喱的口感。下次經過可以再買一d比 爺爺嫲嫲去試。*佢可以打電話預訂糕點…Read More

鄉下妹出省城今次來到荃灣區,平時好好好少來這一區,但今次因為要陪媽媽買東西,所以先有機會來。因為我都很喜歡食餃子,所以來這間人氣店。一來到店面是好細,超細,只可以容納20多人。來到要問阿姐攞飛,嘩要等十幾個人,心諗起碼要等一個鐘,咁係附近行下,行左一個圈返去,發現突然之間叫得好快重有5,6 個到我。可能d人唔想等,咁就去左第二間食掛。等左15分鐘,終於有位,叫左個傳統4拼湯餃( 韭菜、芹菜、白菜及椰菜),每隻味都有2隻,可以隻隻味都試到。另外再加煎餃(芝士、香辣及紫菜)外賣,一陣孝敬媽媽爸爸。等左10分鐘左右湯餃來~~試左啖湯都真材實料,而且都食到花膠,我估佢地用大熱的 鱈魚膠,估炸。。。佢地水餃非常大隻,差不多有一包紙巾咁大,而且餡料非常飽滿,皮算是很薄的,我比較喜歡韭菜及芹菜的味道,但是白菜與椰菜味道差不多。食完8隻餃子再加個湯已經飽到上心口食完湯餃煎餃剛剛送上,煎餃時間會比較耐。爸媽試過都話幾好食,皮薄餡多。下次要買生餃子外賣回家食…Read More

之前係openrice,見到很多人介紹這間麵店不錯,而且還有酸蘿蔔任食,所以決定來這間麵店 。我點了一個 薑蔥鵝腸水餃蝦子撈粗麵※ 酸蘿蔔放左枱上客人可以任意添食 。酸酸甜甜的,蘿蔔帶一點爽口, 是我久違了的味道,我一口氣吃了三小碗 。※ 薑蔥鵝腸原本我有一點滿心歡喜,因為我以為薑蔥是會泡一泡油的,但是上檯發現後 薑蔥像烚一烚過水再加一點油,味道是有好大大分別,而且鵝腸不是用新鮮貨的,原全食不出有鵝腸應有味道,似食無味得爽口橡筋。※蝦子撈粗,可惜敗在蝦子上,雖然他們放蝦子很大方,滿滿的蓋著麵條,蝦子是脆卜卜,但蝦子太腥了,對我來講有這個味道不太討好我。其實面條幾好, 彈牙沒有鹼水味,相信不要蝦子或直接做湯面都不錯。※口餃有2大隻,用料十足有筍,蝦,豬肉,木耳,味道ok,但可惜水餃放在湯到,因為個湯是偏甜的,不是我喜歡的味道。總結都是個酸蘿蔔最好食,妹仔大過主人婆ps.可以外賣酸蘿蔔,好似55元有一大樽,同堂食一樣大,可惜今日沒有貨…Read More
