嗰日喺香港區做完嘢,耐冇食辣野,又想食返個麵,即刻諗起擺咗喺個list好耐未食嘅「露面」!裝修來講幾新穎,又會有呢啲霓虹燈牌可以打卡用!整體都好光鮮又整潔!唔錯!不過因為而家夜晚冇堂食,唯有買外賣返屋企慢慢享受啦!首先俾大家睇吓我買咗咩食先見到Menu一個好得意嘅面 叫做麻麻辣辣牛展BiangBiang面,即刻叫黎試吓先。店舖好細心咁將面同埋料同湯分開上,咁就唔會話返到屋企啲面就林晒,食唔到個口感!話說原來BiangBiang面個口感其實幾似山西刀削麵,不過麵團會長啲,但都係我個人好鍾意嘅口感!至於牛展都好入味,亦都唔會好似其他舖頭咁會好似食緊擦子膠咁,所以都好值得推薦比大家!另外想講一講醉雞同埋醉豬手係出乎意料地咁好味!首先有好多舖頭都整得唔好食,一係聞落好香,但係食落口就好似用清水煮咁淡而無味。一係就聞落去酒味好香,但係調味又過咗火,變相得返啲酒味,甚至乎重手得滯會變咗苦澀味。但係呢度嘅味道非常之平衡,聞落去香之餘,食落去調味恰到好處,酒香甚至有餘韻。非常之推介大家可以試吓!另外仲嗌左兩個小食,一個係拍青瓜!味道酸酸甜甜,作為開胃小食係唔錯,或者中間過場都唔錯!最後就係皮蛋豆腐!味道唔錯,不過小弟係皮蛋愛好者,所以基本上有皮蛋嘅食物都會覺得好味,如果大家同我一樣都係鍾意食皮蛋不妨下一個嚟試吓!最後希望疫情可以快啲完,可以快啲去唔同嘅餐廳享受美食啦!…Read More

唔講唔覺疫情已經嚟到第二年,真係足足兩年冇去過旅行,以往最鍾意就係去日本同埋台灣,一來近二來啲嘢最啱口味!我自己就最鍾意台灣嘅夜市美食,既然冇得去台灣咁就唯有喺香港搵嘢食啦!咁啱今日經過紅磡附近,見到有間台灣嘢就即刻試吓先!首先佢門面嘅設計都好特別,有個叮噹隨意門喺度,打卡影相都一流。入邊係一個開放式嘅廚房,所以可以見到好乾淨衛生,食嘢就更加放心啦!今次叫咗幾樣嘢食,等我逐一介紹吓先:第一樣係鮮蝦卷,平時食嘅鮮蝦卷,一咬落口就全部都係麵粉,而呢間嘅蝦卷食落好爽口,真係食到有蝦肉!一班朋友仔傾偈送啤酒一流。第二樣就係韭菜腐皮條,我覺得係咁多樣入邊最好食,因為我自己本身係非常鍾意食韭菜,而呢度韭菜嘅份量係可以用爆餡嚟形容,透過一塊薄脆嘅腐皮包住,淡淡都係濃烈嘅韭菜,自己一個拍咗兩份!大滿足!第三樣就係紅燒台式牛肉麵,可以見到配料十足,牛肉味濃,口感淋滑。絕對可以一試另外要讚一讚佢嘅嘢飲招牌紅茶牛奶珍珠,通常台式嘢飲都會好甜、好膩,飲完又會好想飲水。但係呢度嘅嘢飲,比一般坊間嘅死甜好得多,飲完亦都唔會覺得口渴,應該用啲比較靚嘅糖所以好左!值得一讚!最後就係侯家嘅澎湖花枝丸!口感彈牙,同最開頭嘅蝦卷一樣,最適合一班朋友飲酒傾偈嘅時候食,最緊要係佢都唔會好油膩,唔會食完成口油!爽呀!今日講住咁多先,大家行過記得試吓!…Read More

相信大家同我一樣,喺疫情之下冇得去旅行,一定覺得好傷心,最掛住一定係外地嘅美食。有睇開我食評嘅都知道,我最鍾意就係打邊爐,而除咗日本嘢之外最鍾意就係食台灣嘢。今日因為有冇得去台灣又冇得打邊爐好耐,所以就嚟到旺角呢一間又大人火鍋,打返場激烈嘅邊爐,去滿足我思念台灣同埋打邊爐嘅心願。一入到去舖頭已經聞到好熟悉嘅味道,有麻辣鴨血嘅味道,有養生鍋嘅味道,加埋個裝修已經好友去咗台灣嘅感覺。好彩今日早啲到唔使排隊就可以入,如果唔係喺食飯時段嚟到,最少都要等兩至三個鐘先可以入場,所以想試嘅朋友,記得早啲嚟攞位,如果唔係就要白行一趟啦。佢有唔同價錢嘅選擇,但我諗大家都非常清楚唔同價錢,就會食到唔同質素嘅牛,當然我係非常之鍾意食肉嘅,所以今次就買咗最貴嗰個極上和牛吃到飽套餐,而且係選最貴個餐,喺可以食哂咁多隻肉,爽呀!本來想整返個麻辣湯底,不過有少少熱氣所以最後就揀咗牛大人紅燒牛骨鍋不得不提,脆肉鯇是非常好食的!因為佢喺跟人頭出份量,所以瘋狂點咗好多次!澳洲和牛M5牛肩卷喺必點,油脂豐富,入口即溶,呢度嘅肉唔會好似其他舖頭,上到枱面仲係非常之冰感,所以可以做到淥一淥就食得,唔洗驚唔夠熱/太熟!另外安格斯牛小排都係必點之選,雖然佢又知冇M五牛肩卷咁豐富,但係佢嘅肉味相對濃郁,而且又咬口,所以都係非常滋味!而除餐附送嘅牛丸都係非常之好味,同平時街食到牛丸唔同,唔會有種粉粉地嘅口感,而且咬落去仲有肉汁流出,仲有濃郁嘅牛味,食完之後想再點,但已經唔可以再叫,所以到而家都好回味!另外嘅一大驚喜,大家一定估唔到係咩。就係聽都未聽過嘅水蓮,嗰個質感令人一試難忘,我嘗試嗌多幾碟,但一次都係出一碟,所以想食嘅朋友只要嗌多幾次啦!總括而言,牛大人嘅套餐真係非常抵食,平民嘅價錢,台灣嘅味道。用去旅行嘅錢喺度食,應該可以解決思鄉之情,所以大家快d去食啦!…Read More

天氣凍凍地!又要打邊爐啦!

大家好,又係我啦。今日天氣咁凍,作為邊龍王嘅我又點會錯過呢個打邊爐嘅機會呢。今日就嚟到留一手火鍋打邊爐,其實留一首呢已經係香港一段時間㗎啦,不過我一直都未有時間試,所以今日可以嚟到食係非常興奮!今日係嚟到呢個灣仔囍帖街嘅分店,裝修非常之靚,有種古色古香得來又唔會老土嘅感覺,而且啲擺設就好精緻添。事不宜遲即刻講一講個湯底先,今次叫咗鴛鴦鍋,一邊係啤酒鴨而令一邊係酸菜魚,一邊酸一邊辣就最啱我呢個鍾意食酸酸辣辣嘅人啦。就咁睇都見到湯底係非常足料,差唔多有成半隻鴨令一邊都有好多魚肉,真係可以講淨係食個湯底都飽咗一半啊。味道方面啤酒鴨有少少辣味同埋淡淡的麥香味,鴨肉都好鮮嫩。而酸菜魚方面好夠酸,唔會好似坊間嗰啲咁淡口,魚肉方面煮到啱啱好,仲係好嫩滑,所以建議大家先食魚肉再打邊爐,如果唔係就會老左,口感就會差啲啦。而醬料方面呢都非常充足,基本嘅蔥,䔉頭,XO醬等等都非常齊備!而呢度既麻油亦都特別香,係自家製嘅品牌嚟㗎 !大家一定要試下!最搞笑係佢哋有一啲預設左嘅配搭話俾你聽,如果太多選擇唔知點搞好,不妨參考下佢哋嘅意見啊,我試過都非常好味!第一個嚟嘅係美國安格斯牛肉,脂肪同肉嘅比例分明,只需要淥十幾秒就食得,牛味非常之重而且入口即溶,加埋我最鍾意嘅辣湯底,鮮味真係不得了!第二個呢就係芋頭啦,大家可能會話芋頭姐!咁普通,有乜好介紹?但係我可以話俾你聽,呢度嘅芋頭係非常好味。首先呢度嘅芋頭係炸過嘅,所以一嚟到已經可以就咁食,芋頭味香濃好似食雪條咁食已經好爽。當你浸落湯嘅時候,佢就會吸收晒湯底嘅精華,而且淋左既芋頭味更加香濃,所以呢個係必選之一啊!第三個要介紹嘅呢就係一個鬼馬蝦滑同墨魚滑!其實即係用油炸鬼包住蝦同埋墨魚去炸嘅!呢度又係一嚟就即刻食得嘅材料嚟嘅,就咁食囉吹博博加埋爽口彈牙嘅下滑同埋墨魚滑,已經非常滿足。如果將佢浸落湯裏面,加埋酸酸辣辣嘅感覺,層次又唔同咗啦,所以呢個都係必點之一啊最後一個要特別介紹呢就係紅糖糍粑啦,首先呢個甜品係香港並唔係太常見,而且通常都係整得唔好食,有啲可能凍左或者一個汁唔好味。但呢度呢係即叫即整嘅,所以唔使擔心佢會凍,食落去仲香脆添。是諗下食完火鍋之後,有個甜到入心嘅甜品做結尾係咪好幸福呢!…Read More

作為一個專業嘅港豬,最鍾意就係食日本野同埋鐵板燒。聽講最近觀塘開咗一間超正嘅日本野,就即刻去試一試睇吓有幾勁。一入到去見到個裝修已經覺得不得了,好日本風,而且服務員都好好,好有禮貌咁迎接我哋。亦會問我哋想食啲咩類型嘅野,仔細介紹同埋推介俾我哋非常貼心。我哋表示我哋想試, omaska同埋鐵板燒,點完餐之後佢就安排我哋坐喺壽司師傅阿仁前面!首先係頭盤,第一樣估唔到嘅,竟然係用紫蘇同埋青梅漬腌蓮藕,可能你會以為蓮藕質地會比較淋身,但係用紫蘇同埋青梅腌過之後,成個口感都唔同左好爽脆,而且味道非常之匹配非常開胃。第二樣嘢就係柚子蘿蔔,出面食好多蘿蔔都會有好多咋,咬落好唔爽快,而且會有一啲苦澀嘅味道。但係呢度就唔會啦因為淡淡的柚子香蓋過咗蘿蔔可能有嘅苦澀味,但係又唔會蓋過蘿蔔本身嘅風味。所以非常適合喺每到餸之間清新一下味蕾。第三樣就係呢個淺淹青瓜,所使用嘅青瓜唔係中國嗰啲咁粗嘅青瓜,係日本嗰種比較幼身嘅青瓜,所以食落去嘅口感比較清爽而且冇好過分嘅青瓜味,小小嘅鹹香,非常之適合用嚟喺每到餸中間清新吓味蕾㗎!最後一個前菜可能你會覺得好普通,就係薑啊。冇錯的而且確每一間日本野都會有薑,但係唔係每一間都會好味,例如有啲會好多筋或者有浸腥味,但係呢度所用嘅子薑呢就冇呢個問題啦食落口呢完全冇渣而且薑味都唔會太辣。正!第一樣出嚟嘅刺身呢就係叫做赤矢柄,呢個係一條非常特別嘅魚。頭同嘴嘅部份係非常之長,好似箭咁既形狀,屬於白身魚。係普通嘅壽司店都比難搵得到嘅魚。魚味清甜,口感會比較粉嫩,淡淡的甜味會喺口入面keep住,基本上唔使點Wasabi或者豉油,因為太過濃調味會蓋過本身嘅魚味,咁就浪費左一條咁好味嘅魚啦!第二樣呢就係最為人熟悉嘅帆立貝啦。通常帆立貝食落嘅口感呢,都會比較淋身,好似糯米糍咁嘅感覺。但係原來有個做法會令到貝類嘅口感更加豐富,可以食得到一條條分明嘅口感,而且更加有彈性添。壽司師傅阿仁將帆立貝放喺掌心,大力一拍帆立貝即刻由軟糯嘅狀態變咗做挺起身。小弟從未見過呢個做法,而且一個小小嘅動作就令到食材本身嘅口感有唔同實在令人驚訝!所以話好嘅壽司師傅都係好重要架!相信大家一定飲過用紅衫魚煲嘅湯,或者用嚟炒蛋。大家應該知道紅衫魚有浸獨特嘅味道。我諗大家都未試過刺身嘅紅衫魚,我本人都係第一次試!聽壽司師傅講,因為紅衫魚本身個口感比較林,所以會輕輕加熱魚嘅表皮,再加少少姜戎蓉同埋蔥花,令魚嘅口感更加豐富,同時帶出魚嘅鮮味。由於魚嘅味道本身都好特別,所以都唔使特別再加豉油。大家有機會一定要試吓啦!跟住就到天使海老,可能你會問有乜特別啊咪又係蝦一隻。但我可以話俾你聽呢一個,並非一般嘅蝦,而係喺澳洲一個地方,水質係得到認證嘅地方捉嘅蝦。所以唔使擔心下會食到一啲唔乾淨嘅嘢。大家食開日本野都知蝦頭通常會用嚟煮湯或者炸左佢,但係呢隻就唔使啦可以直接食到新鮮嘅膏,而且蝦膏味都好濃!絕對值得推介呀!呢個鯖魚,相信大家對於嘅鯖魚記都係嚟自吉吉家同埋一啲熟咗嘅清遠。我呢度嘅鯖魚呢係好特別嘅,原來生食都可以咁龍尾嘅,因為太過新鮮嘅關係絲毫嘅腥味都冇!可以話係突破左我對鯖魚嘅理解!正呀鍾意食日本野既人都知道,鏗魚經常用喺湯底,相信好少人試過刺身既鏗魚。原來佢嘅口感比較實淨,加埋你個孫片同埋蔥花,令到口感更加豐富味道亦都更加突出,所以非常值得一試。安藝紫漬其實係一啲紫蘇葉嘅漬物嚟嘅,酸酸地可以清一清口腔,而且好開胃所以我覺得呢個係好好味嘅一個漬物!Wasabi山藥。聽個名都知充滿咗芥末嘅味道而葉制而成嘅山藥。Wasabi嘅咪唔會太重,山藥亦都非常之爽口,配合起嚟小小嘅辣味加上清爽嘅山藥,非常好味呀!間八係一種非常之高級嘅食材,即係長度超過兩米嘅鰤魚,而最適合食嘅時間正正就係而家,所以我哋真係非常之好彩可以食得到。佢嘅口感細嫩,肉質比較有彈性同埋脂肪含量唔算太多,所以非常鮮味啊!中腹吞拿唔使多講,入口即溶,唔會好似赤身咁瘦,亦都唔係好似大吞拿魚咁太肥,入口嘅感覺真係非常令人回味啊。秋刀絕對係適合秋天食嘅魚,聽講而家係最肥美,秋刀獨有嘅味道可能唔係個個都鍾意,但係好似我咁鍾意食秋刀嘅人就非常滿意。左口魚裙邊可以話係我最鍾意食嘅壽司之一,配合埋柚子酸汁蘿蔔蓉,減輕油膩感之餘,亦都令到口感更加爽口,加埋師傅即席火炙,簡直係同時刺激你嘅味覺同埋視覺啊和牛粒炒飯充滿咗和牛嘅油脂香,但係炒飯依然粒粒分明,可以話係炒飯嘅巔峰之作!仲有A5嘅日本宮崎和牛薄切,雖然話係薄切,但係鐵板嘅廚師居然都有問我地想要幾多成熟,證明佢嘅鐵板工都一定有相當嘅功架,靚嘅和牛的確係唔需要特別嘅調味,簡單嘅自家製蒜片同埋蔥粒之後,嗰種日式風味即刻湧上心頭啊!嚟到尾聲嘅部份,首先係蔥花吞拿魚腩手卷,平時見到都係現成嘅吞拿魚碎加蔥花包住手卷就算數啦,但係呢度竟然係有師傅慢慢切吞拿魚,大家唔好以為去到呢度就完啦,師傅竟然慢慢將吞拿魚根挑出來,當我地食嘅時候就知道師傅嘅用心,完全冇筋加埋挑選嘅部位係好濃味,所以係非常之咁好味,一般嘅吞拿魚蔥花手卷係完全冇得比。平時食完日本野,通常都淨係比碗麵豉湯你就算,呢到非常之唔同,個湯入邊係有成粒帶子喺度㗎,飲落你完全明白呢啲唔係用粉沖出嚟嘅麵豉湯,而係用新鮮嘅材料去熬製而成嘅,呢一點係非常之值得稱讚,因為最尾嘅回憶係會記得特別深刻!嚟到最後嘅甜品時間,呢度有雪糕有四種味,由於實在太難揀關係,最後四款都叫齊晒。本身我哋都說過要求都非常之高,所以都冇抱住好大期望。先講講嗰四種口味先,喺香桃、芝麻、紅豆同埋綠茶。綠茶同埋紅豆係令我最驚訝嘅,因為通常呢兩隻味都係做得唔好食,但係呢度竟然非常之濃郁食得出綠茶雪糕係用真正綠茶粉去做,紅豆亦都係充滿咗淡淡的甜味唔會係用糖去煮嘅死甜味!…Read More

又係我啦,琴日先打完邊路今日又打過。咁啱公司附近開咗一間新嘅打邊爐就係快樂小羊啦,其實都行過幾次,只不過一個人冇乜動力去食,今日咁岩Double Dating梗係要去試吓啦!成雙鍋(清湯加辣湯) 湯底黎講,我地揀咗清湯同埋辣湯。好多人都會驚清湯同阿湯最後會變成一煲湯,不過呢度果報好好相當巨型所以兩邊滾起都唔會變成一鋪野食到最後都仲可以分得出邊啲係清湯,邊啲係辣湯所以係非常之好嘅。清湯就非常足料,有黨參、杞子、蒜頭等等,味道非常好所以唔使點豉油都非常之夠味。辣湯方面呢度係我食過最好味嘅麻辣湯底,因為出面通常只有辣但係唔會麻既,但呢度呢就啱啱好,唔會辣到食唔到其他嘢嘅味道,而且嗰種嘴邊麻麻嘅感覺係非常之過癮嘅。蒙式羊小排呢度嘅楊小排一啲都唔小,分量至多係足夠三至四個人share。一上枱嘅時候已經覺得好香噴噴,你喺出面食到嘅羊小排,呢度整得非常好,熱辣辣加埋鮮嫩多汁嘅口感真係好好味啊。蒙式烤串我本人係非常之鍾意孜然粉嘅味道,呢度嘅蒙式烤串香料足夠,肉味都非常濃郁唔會俾孜然粉蓋過所有味道,所以肉味同埋調味嘅平衡做得非常好,送走就真係非常之啱啦蒙式烤羊排呢個嘅性價比亦都係非常之高嘅,份量非常之多,但係製作一啲都唔馬虎,烤羊牌嘅肉同肥膏比例啱啱好,一啲都唔會覺得乾或者鞋口,肉香伴隨肥膏香簡直係極品啦!羊羊大拼盤一上台果下,全枱都嘩然。真係好大兜啊,平時自己打邊爐去街市買羊肉,呢個價錢都真係未必買到咁大份量嘅羊肉,而且呢個拼盤係包含咗唔同嘅部位,所以同一個價錢但係試到唔同部份嘅羊肉真係超值!黑松露羊肉丸因為呢度嘅羊肉丸係自家製嘅關係,所以新鮮就一定㗎啦,而且配上黑松露呢個配搭真係非常新穎。黑松露嘅味道令羊肉丸嘅味道相對提升,食落非常有層次,記得要試啦!鬼馬墨魚滑 原來鬼馬墨魚滑即係油炸鬼加墨魚滑,開頭仲會諗如果油炸鬼浸林左會唔會唔好食,結果係唔會。油炸鬼仲有少少脆,加埋墨魚滑嘅爽滑,口感非常豐富,所以一定要試啦!鮮豆腐 豆腐可以早啲擺落個湯度,吸收左湯嘅日月精華之後,簡直令人想一食再食!綠蔬成蔭 通常出面嘅蔬菜雜錦都比較份量細嘅,但呢度嘅綠蔬成蔭非常豐富,蔬菜嘅種類好多而且份量都唔少,超值啊!楊枝甘露 我最鍾意就係食楊枝甘露,因為芒果嘅甜加埋西柚嘅酸味,非常清新。大家打完邊路,唔多唔少都會覺得有啲滯嘅感覺,所以整返碗楊枝甘露就非常適合啦。呢度嘅楊枝甘露非常足料,而且夠晒凍,打完邊爐最啱就係整返碗refresh一下!黃金椰汁糕 椰汁糕有好濃厚嘅椰汁味,加埋爽滑嘅口感,正呀!黃金桂花糕 清香嘅桂花,俾人一種舒暢嘅感覺,食落好舒服,最啱就係用嚟埋尾㗎啦!酸梅湯 $48朝日大樽裝 $321664 tower $228…Read More

香港地想食好味既西餐真係好難,特別係法國野,兩個人食,冇番二千蚊都食唔到d咩。今日係旺角行完街,見到amplifier,再望一望個餐牌見到我想食好耐既青口同埋鴨肝醫,唔理三七廿一即刻衝上去上到餐廳發現每為之間間隔好闊,唔會有好擠迫嘅感覺,傾計都唔使驚俾人聽到。以為旺角嘅餐廳普遍都會比較嘈,但係呢度都上到餐廳發現每枱之間間隔好闊,唔會有好擠迫嘅感覺,傾計都唔使驚俾人聽到。另外有個好值得欣賞嘅地方,就係有live Band嘅演出。歌手嘅選曲都好配合餐廳嘅情調,係唔同時間亦都會有唔同風格嘅音樂令到食飯嘅時候會覺得特別好食同埋舒服。講完環境一定要講下啲食物啦,第一樣就係我最鍾意食嘅法式鴨肝醬。第一眼以為咁快就想甜品,點知原來餐廳好有心思,將鴨肝醬整成梨形,表面黃黃地就係豐富嘅油脂,入面就係香濃嘅鴨肝醬,入口即溶超級好味。櫻桃木輕煙熏生阿根廷粉紅蝦咯嗲上枱嘅時候,賣相相當吸引。以為煙霧嘅效果係乾冰造成,但原來是櫻桃木煙燻嘅味道。一打開蓋嘅時候龍龍嘅櫻桃木未到就撲面而出,淨係問都好想食。經過櫻桃木煙燻嘅阿根廷粉紅哈帶有淡淡嘅木味,一打開蓋嘅時候濃濃嘅櫻桃木味道就撲面而出,淨係聞到都好想食。經過櫻桃木煙燻嘅阿根廷粉紅蝦帶有淡淡嘅煙熏味,令蝦嘅鮮味提升到另一個層次。所以都好值得推介大家試吓。至於第三道餸就係法式紅酒燴和牛腩。大家可能覺得和牛會好肥膩,但係餐廳好細心咁選取牛腩嘅部位,油脂平衡得很好。所以食落唔單止冇鞋口嘅感覺,而且入口好軟滑,經過紅酒嘅燴煮亦都提升左牛嘅味道,而且份量都好多所以推介大家叫一份share食咁就最開心啦!對我來講重頭戲一定係青口配白酒忌廉汁,因為我非常鍾意食青口,之前係英國嘅時候食過一間好好味嘅青口已經念念不忘,但係大家都知道好多時候餐廳煮青口都會煮得過熟令到青口變得好硬冇晒嗰種鮮嫩嘅口感,但呢度就唔會,而且白汁嘅味道非常濃郁每一啖青口都非常好味,所以非常鼓勵大家一定要嗌多幾碟嚟食一定要叫大份d食!…Read More

識我既都知我係一個邊爐痴,連吉xx既邊爐都好鐘意食,所以有關邊爐既野都會bookmark定,慢慢發靚買,有間bookmark 左一段時間,想試好耐既湯煲!上到黎第一眼見到呢度環景好有住家既感覺,簡單得黎非常整齊清潔,而且冇好大陣打邊爐既味道,所以唔洗驚d衫會好大浸味道,非常正!講咁耐係時候講下野食先!首先要講下個湯底先,我地叫左呢度最出名既天麻川弓白芷魚頭煲湯底!大家可以見到呢個煲係幾咁誇張,煲入面有成個大魚頭,足足有成個頭咁大。藥材方面都非常足料,未滾起已經好香川弓白芷味。當佢滾起既時候,梗係要飲下個湯先啦,一飲便知龍與鳳,龍龍嘅藥材味加上大魚頭獨有嘅鮮味,令我諗都唔諗就再不多一碗你飲。可以話同出面嘅打邊爐係完全冇得比㗎。咁飲完個湯就當然要試吓個魚頭啦,當你以為大大個報咗咁耐一定會冇乜味,點知食落非常有驚喜,原本以為會比較乾身點知仲係keep住咁嫩滑,食到我哋停唔到口真係好爽呀!講完個湯底就梗係要講下佢打邊爐嘅配料啦!第一樣就係呢個墨丸拼蝦丸喇!出面啲蝦丸同埋墨魚丸通常都係現成買返嚟整好嘅,但係呢度嘅就唔同啦,係由呢度嘅師傅每日新鮮買返嚟將佢絞碎加工再親手整成一粒爽口彈牙嘅墨丸同埋蝦丸。所以食落個口感同埋鮮味係同出面食到嘅完全唔同。零一樣要講嘅就係豬潤喇!通常大家都唔知道豬潤要淥幾耐先至熟,呢度嘅店員非常好,會教你錄幾耐個口感係點樣。如果你想硬啲呢就比佢講嘅時間淥多10秒左右。如果你想食到爽口彈牙啱啱好既話就跟足佢嘅時間。坊間好多豬潤都係切到好薄,好快就會熟得滯變得好鞋口,但呢度就落足重本,厚切嘅豬潤加上啱啱好嘅熟度,完美咁攻陷左我嘅胃口。打邊爐當然唔少得嘅就係牛肉啦,呢度嘅蘇格蘭安格斯肥牛肥瘦分明,只需要六兩下就可以食啦,入口即溶,包你食過返尋味啊。 你知日本嘅廣島蠔雖然冇美國蠔咁大隻,但係勝在鮮味十足,最緊要係非常非常有口感,即使殺內阻仍然有種爽口彈牙嘅感覺,唔會完全唔會有雪藏嗎或者霉霉爛爛嘅口感。最後一樣要介紹嘅就係即炸芋件。聽落可能你會覺得好普通,但係佢有淡淡咸香味熱辣辣,就咁食都好好食,淥咗落去湯會粉粉地很好味哦!下次慶祝生日呀,或者一大班朋友仔黎開party就岩哂啦!…Read More

朋友試過這間omakase覺得很好,便推介我來一試。店內裝潢簡約舒適,店員招呼非常好,師傅很專業,吃完這餐omakase帶著很滿意的心情離開。果茄、北海道豆腐、湯葉、黑倍貝前菜賣相精緻,有花瓣點綴很漂亮。店員告訴我們前菜依次序吃,先吃果茄、北海道豆腐、湯葉,最後吃黑倍貝。果茄感覺很清新,第一次吃湯葉和黑倍貝,湯葉即是日本豆腐皮,黃豆味很濃郁而且很滑,黑倍貝很爽口。柚子蘿蔔、金時鯛自家醃製柚子蘿蔔很爽脆和美味。金時鯛爽中又彈牙,加上師傅調製的酸汁很開胃。北海道真蠔真蠔非常大隻,肥美鮮甜又爽口。赤貝、粒貝、白蝦酒盜、平政魚赤貝很爽脆和鮮甜。粒貝非常爽口,帶少少海水味。白蝦酒盜很特別,幼小的白蝦刺身加鰹魚肝,味道令人回味無窮。平政魚是最高級的油甘魚,而且這是野生的,所以特別爽口美味。紫菜包著半生熟的燒帶子配海膽用火槍略為炙過的帶子表皮有點焦香,新鮮鮮甜的帶子包着肥美甘甜的海膽,口感挺豐富。煮鮑魚、鯖魚白子鮑魚口感柔軟很鮮味,店員告訴我們它的肝也可以食,吃起來質感和味道也很特別。鯖魚白子幼嫩肥美,喜愛它的蛋白質很豐富,燒過的白子更濃味,而且中和了白子的肥膩感。春薑、石鯛壽司、白飯魚壽司、真鯖魚壽司每一個日本師傅弄的壽司都有獨特的味道,這裡是用赤醋米而且已調味,不同一般壽司米,所以自己不用再加鼓油和芥末。春薑很爽脆,師傅用心醃得很好味。石鯛壽司很鮮味,肉質很滑又帶點爽口。第一次吃白飯魚壽司,很滑和鮮甜。真鯖魚壽司,真鯖魚是手吊的,所以不同平時吃的鯖魚。鮟鱇魚肝、瑩光魷魚鮟鱇魚肝入口即溶,甘香軟滑很滿足。瑩光魷魚是新鮮的,不是雪藏,所以有膏,令我很驚喜。賴尿蝦壽司、赤鹿壽司、中拖羅壽司、大拖羅壽司第一次食賴尿蝦壽司,竟然有蝦膏很滋味。赤鹿壽司食味鮮美,甚為討好。中拖羅壽司有少少油脂。大拖羅壽司很肥美,而且入口即溶。北海道海膽壽司海膽味道鮮甜又甘香,份量也很多。蜆湯、芝麻雪糕蜆湯很清甜,蜆肉也很新鮮。芝麻雪糕很滑,芝麻味也很濃。…Read More

有誠意的高質火鍋

餐廳裝修簡約,以木色為主,感覺舒適,食物價錢都算合理。值得讚賞的是服務很殷勤,兩位侍應不停為我們取去湯面的油、添水和更換乾淨的碗碟,實在很好。天麻川弓白芷魚頭煲湯底我們選擇了至愛的川弓白芷魚頭湯底。不單止有兩個大魚頭,而且魚頭很新鮮,魚湯又鮮甜,我們差不多把湯喝盡才開始吃火鍋。紐西蘭頂級雪花羊肉片未吃已經看出羊肉片很新鮮,有別於一般冷藏的,而且油脂分佈平均,不會太肥膩,吃起來有少少羊膻味,正合我們口味。墨魚滑雖然份量少了一點,但墨魚滑十分新鮮和彈牙,是一種很好的火鍋材料。鯇魚鰾因為魚鰾本身沒有味道,要靠魚湯添味,所以便不及其他食物好吃,但口感還是不錯的。川色麻辣牛肉餃麻辣味的牛肉餃不是很辣,但吃起來麻麻的,有一點刺激,適合不大嗜辣的我們。芥蘭苗平時我們吃皇帝菜,今晚試試芥蘭苗,料不到很新鮮幼嫩,吃起來沒有渣宰 ,剛好中和了火鍋的酒肥膩感。送的甜品很有誠意,南瓜布甸和蕃薯糯米滋很美味,連火龍果和哈蜜瓜也很甜。…Read More
