老公前晚獨自試了呢個車仔麵後,使即刻影張相send俾我,話要介紹我來,於是今晚來試下,睇下有幾好食。老公介紹話要食父親秘制醬,秘制炒腩肉,南乳豬手,而我見到張order紙後,就覺得好細心,因為蔥,芫荽,辣菜脯.....呢d都俾你自己圈要定唔要👍我和老公除了秘制炒腩肉大家都有選擇外,其他都選不同款,咁就可以share試多d款😆南乳豬手真係幾入味👍,而且軟硬度適中;酸齋唔係平時去齋鋪食開嗰d甜甜酸酸,味道顏色會淡些,但又唔錯喔,好食過大圍區另一間車仔麵既酸齋;豬大腸冇嗰種洗唔乾淨既味道,而且部位唔知係唔係切法不同,同我地平時食開既斜切形狀係唔同啦,食落口感多咗;韮菜餃,我個人比較喜歡冇咩肉既韮菜餃,而呢度係豬肉和韮菜比例係一半一半,所以我一般,但變相老公就喜歡,佢成日話我自己包韮菜餃,包到冇豬肉🤣😅;虎皮鳳爪,我可能食慣酒樓嗰種淋淋既質感,所以呢度既Q彈,對我黎講有些怪,但老公話呢d先有口感;牛根腩,唔同平時出面食嗰d同一味道滷水汁去整,再細睇order紙,原來係柱侯醬去整;辣魷魚,呢個唔錯,夠入味而且唔係水魷,我鍾意。最後飲埋粒粒分明軟硬適中既奶茶紅豆冰,大滿足。總結,父親秘制醬真係冇得輸,mix埋湯底真係好吸引你想一隻匙羹只放幾條麵連湯放入口咁食,好野味呀!!!…Read More

12月1日,係我的結婚周年紀念,老公搵到呢間幾有情調既餐廳食飯慶祝。個餐牌都幾巨型,未打開已佔半張枱既size,有8度菜既set,亦可以散叫,由於我個小朋友一同前往,對食亦有自己喜好,所以我地決定散叫。真心的,每道菜有點驚喜,魚籽泡沫生蠔,將檸檬打成泡沫,配上大大隻新鮮肥美生蠔,好味道。我個小朋友自己食晒碟鵝肝多士,一碟兩件,應該係好味既,如果唔係,佢都唔會自己食晒。帶子薏米飯,呢個係好好食,原本我自己食,點之我老公和小朋友試完都忍不住同我share,賣相似risotto,但其實係薏米,口感好QQ,味道亦夠香濃,好食過真正既risotto呀!小朋友自己差不多食晒一份主菜,鵝肝牛柳,佢都share咗少少牛柳俾我和爸爸試,肉質和味道都唔錯。老公就叫咗份半架,肉質好好,帶有丁點酥味,食羊就是要有少少酥先好味。最後係海胆雪糕,呢個要大啖食,口腔會先食到奶味,然後就feel到濃郁既海胆味道,夠創新特別,最滿意係,在我們沒有要求下,但經openrice booking時,只附上慶祝結婚周年,店員會主動在甜品上寫上祝福字句,好細心。店員係每道菜都必定會幫我地換碟,可能覺得我地每道菜都會share,但其實唔係😅,所以呢點我有些唔好意思,但亦要講下,碟係用le creuset品牌,啱晒喜歡呢個品牌既太太們。飲品呢,小朋友叫咗凍檸茶,我就叫咗打卡飲品,係有個大泡泡在飲品上,店員好好,知我未影得切相,主動幫我再整多個泡泡👍👍,老公要咗杯顏色靚靚既飲品。員工知我地結婚周年,送上一枝紅酒,但由於我老公係滴酒不沾既,佢地附送一個靚靚酒袋,讓我地帶走。總結,服務真係令我們好滿意,下次一定會再來…Read More

今日同老公在隔離髮型店剪完頭髮,過來一睇,難得唔使等位,即刻入去搵個位坐低。搬咗新店後第一次來,即刻仔細睇下有咩食。老公order了黑椒十勝牛定食配溫泉蛋+桂花拿鐵,個定食賣相唔錯,搞穿個溫泉蛋配上黑椒牛,好match,令牛肉好滑,配菜沙律、蛋絲和泡菜,泡菜味道濃郁,個醬汁比平時所食到既較厚身,好味。至於桂花拿鐵,只是頭幾啖飲到桂花味,之後便沒有,因為就只有杯邊那些桂花。。。。。。我就order了大熱既金沙軟殼蟹三文魚籽海鮮沙律盒子吐司+桂花香梨茶(for 2 person),先上桂花香梨茶,店員叫等焗多陣先倒出來飲,之後一上簡稱軟殼蟹吐司,隔離左右都即刻望一望,實在太吸睛,切開吐司一睇,裡面有海鮮沙律和炒滑蛋窩藏在內,配上特製醬汁,好味,軟殼蟹唔會炸到好乾身,魚籽有畫龍點睛既功效,炸蕃薯條又好香脆,如果覺得油膩,又有少少沙律作陪襯,以減油膩,最後倒出桂花香梨茶,聞一聞,已經聞到好香既桂花香,飲落有淡淡既果甜,正!…Read More
