去東大街一般就係食牛腩面,或者係格仔餅。但係呢條街其實全部都係好嘢,就好似呢間泰國嘢食咁。真係抵食夠份量。🍖飲品先到過食物,佢嘅大杯程度,完全可以由頭飲到尾,夏天由咁熱嘅外面行入嚟,無論係泰式茉莉奶茶,菠蘿梳打,定係芒果沙冰,都超級透心涼。而且勁大杯,由頭到尾一路食一路飲,咁先至爽。🍖我哋叫咗燒牛肉同埋燒豬頸肉,炭燒香味都係呢兩種食物嘅一大特點,不過最怕就係燒到燶曬,而佢地冇,所以除咗焦香,兩種肉嘅味道都非常突出,我尤其鍾意豬頸肉嘅爽彈,而且佢採用薄切嘅方法,啱曬女士優雅咁食。🍖西蘭花炒蝦肉,一上台仲係熱辣辣,啲蒸汽狂飆,同台嘅人都鍾意影相,但係一致同意食咗先講,因為實在太吸引。簡單用魚露炒過,味道滲入曬西蘭花嘅窿窿,又帶出蝦肉嘅鮮味,我哋大家都覺得做咗正確嘅選擇。🍖船面又係另一樣我去泰國菜必食嘅嘢。我哋揀嘅係雞肉,不過重點系個湯底,好夠濃,而且面同埋個湯中間夾雜咗好多芽菜,令到食起上嚟非常有口感。小細節有時仲重要過主菜。🍖另一個小細節喺芒果糯米飯,黑白糯米每樣一邊,夾成一個心形,好睇又好味,加上啲芒果超甜,系最佳嘅甜品。🍖意猶未盡,食甜品前,我哋又叫咗燒雞比菇同扇貝,估唔到雞比菇燒完咁好味,但個扇貝先係最正,夠曬厚身,又好濃牛油味。全餐都食得好幸福。…Read More

喺呢個市道,要成為一間紅店,其實已經好難,好多人都唔會出街食飯。仲要開得夠夜,同埋keep住有人排隊。真係唔講得笑。佢係米芝蓮必比登推介,多人排嘅原因自然唔係只係識得市場推廣咁簡單。佢嘅形式係做到好似泰國Thongsmith咁,選用泰國原產地嘅食材,加上出色嘅signature船面同埋蟹肉奄列,再額外加埋一啲街頭小食嘅併配,食物嘅質素先至係佢真正嘅成功之道。🍖講得signature,就證明我哋有叫啦,船面湯底真真係好出色,夠曬濃,但係冇血嘅腥味,又唔會有味精嘅感覺。我哋揀嘅係豬肉同豬肉丸,一次過食到兩種豬嘅口感。豬肉唔會嚡,仲有小小滑身,肉丸就好有泰國風味。加埋下面有大量嘅芽菜,同個粉好夾。🍖蟹肉奄列份量超豐富,懷疑佢入邊有成罐蟹肉。唔單止一絲絲,仲有一舊舊嘅。然後個外皮煎得脆脆地,唔係蕉燶嗰種脆,係雞蛋皮自己本身嗰種脆。裏邊就滑嘟嘟,但係一啲都唔水。本身繫有少少濕身嘅蟹肉喺入邊,要做到呢種效果,其實唔係咁容易。🍖除咗兩樣之外,我哋又叫咗個燒牛肉。佢其實系燒和牛,所以同一般喺出邊食嘅有啲唔同,我口講有啲,其實都幾大唔同。和牛本身肉質就係超好味。而燒牛肉一般系注重炭香,但就會相對變得乾身, 個人覺得普通嘅燒牛肉,唔會將重點放喺肉質,怕會嘥咗舊靚肉。唔試又點會知,有比較有傷害,呢度做到又有炭香,又有juicy口感,可以話係完勝。呢度大家都想排隊嚟食,試完之後,你自然就會知道原因。…Read More

食拉麪先品嚐湯底係唔使講嘅嘢。一般嘅湯底都係豬骨湯,其實亦係我最鍾意嘅味道。 不過如果要喺豬骨湯以上加其他嘅味,原來加上魚介係一個好好嘅選擇。因為豬骨湯系濃厚嘅味道,但係魚介就完全提升鮮味。情況就好似阿媽喺屋企煮個骨湯,加入干瑤柱或者魷魚干咁。 🍖所以我今次點嘅煮干魚介豚肉拉麵一啲都唔會令我失望。湯底真係好飲到不得了,魚干嘅味道將豚骨湯提升得好好,然之後我又發現有少少胡椒碎,同大量嘅生洋蔥,呢兩樣嘢就更加令到鮮上加鮮。增加咗湯底嘅爆發力。面嘅質地我哋揀咗適中,咁就唔會令到啲面太容易滑入喉嚨,由湯底去開路,令到我可以分明咁樣去品嘗面質嘅口感。叉燒方面亦都值得一讚,份量好夠,夠曬厚身,可以話係物超所值。而且質素亦都好高,肥瘦適中,瘦肉部份夠曬淋身,但係保留纖維,所以有咬感又唔會散開。又有少少肥肉增加香口嘅感覺。 🍖我又另外叫咗一個豚肉拉麵。目的就係想睇吓佢單純豚肉湯底嘅味道,當然系一樣濃厚,而且如果唔鍾意魚味嘅人,去食呢個一樣會覺得頂呱呱。 🍖今餐我哋加咗味玉,海苔,炸雞炸餃子,仲有波子汽水同啤酒。小食同飲品都好有水準。啤酒仲要系生啤添。 …Read More

好多時候都係話放題質素都好好,可以媲美自助餐。但係原來喺酒店食放題,係無可媲美咖。 首先係枱面嘅空間。俾平時嘅大好多闊好多,然後菜式嘅擺設同器皿都特別靚仔。最後就係食物嘅質素,每一種都好似比普通嘅高一個級數。 🍖先由魚生講起,薄切蜜柑鯛,我係第一次喺omakase 以外食到。而且肉質同魚嘅鮮甜味絕對就係omakase 嘅水準。跟住就係海膽壽司,同肉身呈粉紅色嘅拖羅刺身,你睇吓啲顏色,唔使講你已經知道佢嘅質素系點。然後如果講矜貴程度,喺放題有原隻龍蝦,同粒粒分明嘅魚子醬,所以話自助餐嘅質素就係咁解。 🍖然後就去熱食,款式好多,所以重點講幾個我最鍾意阮。燒蟶子有啲地方都有,但係連住殼啱啱好啲肉僅僅黐住,就好考師傅功夫。另一個就係豆苗,本身都係一個貴價蔬菜,但係其實要搵鮮嫩唔寡既都唔係咁容易,佢哋嘅處理亦都係值得一讚。我又特別喜歡佢嘅蟹黃粥,食得出好多蟹黃之餘,裏邊仲有一絲絲甚至乎一件件嘅蟹肉,味道非常鮮甜。 🍖頭先講開每樣嘢都矜貴啲,其實連飲品同雪糕都係一樣。佢嘅檸茶,奶茶,咖啡都繫有牌子嘅,仲要系日本牌子。而而家有好多餐廳都有嘅"哈"牌雪糕,佢仲係限定版,即係嗰啲平時去日本旅行要特登走去便利店先買到嗰啲期間限定。 冇比較冇傷害,今次呢餐傷害咗好多餐廳。 …Read More

年尾要清假,就算唔去旅行都要有儀式感。去一個好嘅環境,食一個好嘅午飯,令自己係一個普通嘅休息日,充分咁樣享受休息。🍖簡單嘅一個三色丼飯,其實最唔簡單。用上最甜美嘅材料,配上最好食嘅日本米,粉紅色柔軟嘅吞拿魚蓉,金黃色香滑嘅海膽,仲有粒粒分明鮮橙色嘅三文魚子。三樣嘢真係絕配。因為材料新鮮,全部材料嘅味道都最大化,吞拿魚蓉真係好鮮甜,海膽鮮美唔會腥,魚子粒粒爆開,油份充足。總括嘅評價系顏色超級搶眼,選材一流,味道同口感互相輝映。🍖然後點咗一個口感完全唔一樣嘅一口芝士黑豚卷。佢用炸豚肉球嘅方法處理。外面系脆口嘅炸粉,入面嘅芝士同埋豬肉因為俾熱辣辣嘅外皮包住,出嚟嘅效果特別香,而且芝士因為溫度嘅保存,仲會有拉絲嘅口感。🍖我特別點咗一杯house sake去配搭呢兩個食物。清酒配搭海鮮當然冇得彈,但係配搭脆口嘢一樣系絕配。係一個平日嘅中午,悠悠閒閒咁享受美味嘅日式食物,再由清酒去解放每一個細胞。真係超放鬆。…Read More

最近真係好多內地朋友嚟香港都話要體驗下港式嘅味道,佢哋話要去茶餐廳,又話要試吓篤魚蛋燒賣,又話飲中茶,又要食埋甜品先夠喉,仲要體驗下香港特別又陌生既景點。雖然話推廣下香港文化係唔錯,但係下下要周圍掃街,一樣樣咁去試,都真係會用好多時間。然後居然比我搵到一站式體驗嘅一間餐廳。 重慶大廈,內地朋友聽過又未必想自己去。呢度地庫有一間特色嘅餐廳,竟然可以將上面所有講嘅嘢共冶一爐。而且各樣都做得好出色。 🍖一開始一定係食個菠蘿油,一般人講菠蘿包系冇菠蘿嘅,呢度菠蘿包係有菠蘿。。。嘅裝飾既。真係畫龍點晴,仲要放喺個漢堡包盒,好睇又好食。而且個包真係熱辣辣,菠蘿真係好脆,夾住個鮮牛油好鬼正,就算我哋呢啲本地人食都覺得好味。 🍖跟住就係小食拼盤,魚蛋燒賣腸粉,分開食超好味,但係撈埋一齊,啲醬汁互相混和,一樣咁好味,而且仲可以一次過試到港式獨有嘅咖哩汁,甜醬同埋辣豉油,系盞鬼嘅。 🍖跟住不可不提嘅一定就喺碗仔翅,如果你問一個Gen Z,叫佢地食傳統魚翅,講真,又唔環保又貴,但係碗仔翅就唔同,已經係一個generation X 到 Gen Z都百吃不厭嘅野,加埋麻油胡椒粉,註定係冇人可以抗拒到嘅平民美食。 🍖主食系沙嗲牛肉軍艦包同埋黑椒雞扒飯,後者繫好傳統嘅茶餐廳午餐必食之選之一,前者系變奏咗嘅早餐,但係風味依然實足,尤其系沙嗲超濃郁,雞扒加左黑椒超級惹味,更顯嫩滑。兩種澱粉質更加系提升咗食物嘅層次。 🍖甜品方面,叫咗楊枝甘露同埋芋圓紫米返office繼續嘆,倒出黎真係驚人,楊枝甘露啲芒果畢極都畢唔完,下面又有大量嘅西米,柚子肉。同樣芋圓同紫米都係一樣,而且煲得好淋。同同事一齊分享最開心。 🍖最後梗係唔可以小得飲翻杯港式。我同朋友飲咗原味奶茶同埋紅豆奶茶。講真,港式奶茶一定要係香港飲,喺任何地方都入唔翻呢種風味,真係唔係求其沖,茶葉嘅配搭,沖茶嘅手勢同器具,仲有師傅嘅手法。如果要我揀一樣最代表香港嘅,就係呢杯奶茶。而且奶茶系可以變化無窮,呢度老闆更加好有心咁做好曬五種口味,保證有一樣啱你。 …Read More

Jennie 講得好, it's gonna be f****** hard. 人生真係好難。有一日放工我抬頭望到呢個餐廳,我自然咁產生左共嗚。而且自己加咗個標點,"人生有限,杯"。 🍖賺錢咁辛苦,一定要飲翻杯,啤酒買一送一,再飲白桃烏龍,已經一解千愁。 🍖叫串燒本來係助酒,結果繫好食到變咗欲罷不能,到最後叫到成台係。先從海鮮類講起,蟶子同埋蠔,絕對新鮮,飽滿彈牙,加埋必放嘅蒜蓉,更加系香氣四溢。椒鹽九肚魚,港式嘅名字,日式嘅處理,薄脆嘅天婦羅外皮,包住切開啱啱好一啖一啖嘅九肚魚,同衝擊視角,大大件嘅鰻魚飯糰都係送酒恩物。飯糰嘅紫菜仲係自己可以包,保證最脆嘅時候去食。仲有燒白鱔,個皮燒到超香又脆,肉質爽彈。然後系蝦多士,我鍾意佢保存到傳統嘅蝦多士味道之外,順便加少少炒蛋,所以覺得零舍唔會有油膩感,顏色仲因為咁樣特別提升。 🍖肉類,我哋揀咗五花腩豬肋肉同埋雞腎,兩種豬肉一肥一瘦,各有特色,尤其充滿油香嘅五花腩,同啤酒一齊飲,真係爽皮。雞腎就好有口感,索索聲。 🍖最後系蔬菜,雞油炒番薯葉,啲油突顯到蕃薯葉嘅鮮嫩,但係又唔會太油淋淋。菠菜捲隔住芝士,竟然可以突顯互相嘅味道。最鍾意系燒淮山,點佢個特別秘製醬,零舍驚喜,有清新嘅感覺。 呢度嘅氣氛又好好,餐廳中間就係即燒嘅Bar 枱區域,睇住啲廚師一路咁燒,客人一路咁食,好有氣氛,但係又唔會烏煙瘴氣,好貼心咁喺客人前面都會有玻璃擋住。而我哋坐另外一邊就有無敵街景,所以各有各氣氛。…Read More

想過得好真係唔容易,有屋有樓都未必開心,有時候一個放鬆嘅時空,仲嚟得實際。放工搵一間好嘅咖啡店,喘一口氣,已經算系過得唔錯。呢間cafe地點真係好好,一放工就由煩囂鬧市,直接成為鳥語嘅綠洲,樓底高,空間感好大,而且木系嘅傢俱,令人放鬆身心。🍖食物簡單好味,前菜點咗炸蟹肉球拼薯餅,事實上,晚上食香脆嘅薯餅真係好治癒,有一種唔使俾工作困死,仲可以做到日間本來想做嘅事情嘅感覺,而同樣脆身嘅蟹肉球,入邊仲食到一絲絲蟹肉,而且熱辣辣,系晚上俾一種溫暖擁抱住嘅安全感。🍖香辣蕃茄大蝦波浪粉,波浪粉索住啲汁醬變得非常惹味,個粉系厚身,有咬感,有啲手工面嘅感覺,我冇證實過,但係我當系由家人親手安撫辛勤一日嘅勞累。隻蝦仲要好彈牙添。🍖柚子蜜烤春雞,雞肉好嫩,而且系足足整隻雞,冇多餘脂肪,配合埋烤薯仔唔好,有啲澱粉質,但係又唔太多,更加突顯到雞嘅美味。飲品我哋叫咗有酒又熱嘅whisky snow 同埋好有層次嘅 floating fantasy,酒精帶嚟嘅溫暖,同埋視覺上靚到不得了嘅凍飲,都足以令我放鬆心情。配埋最後嘅 coffee jelly affogato, 兩球大大球嘅雪糕,係晚餐最好嘅結尾。…Read More

講到食嘢要食香味,大概冇一種菜式夠中菜講究。而講到精緻,廣東點心又絕對係佼佼者。今次呢間餐廳,又將色香味同精緻度推高去另一個層次。 🍖佢哋全部嘅顏色都真係太好睇,由一開始橙色嘅芋角,到紅色嘅大根櫻花餃,黑色嘅蝦子海蔘餃,紫色嘅淮山麵,什至個牛肉生煎包下面都鋪滿咗鮮綠色嘅長蔥,全部都係最好嘅視覺享受。 🍖佢嘅香氣亦都非常出眾,芋角上面有魚子,同海蔘餃上面嘅蝦子,系味覺上嘅鹹香,生煎包鋪係底嘅蔥,就充分咁樣帶出青蔥嘅味道,又可以聰明咁避開咗將蔥夾雜喺肉類入邊,非常為我哋呢啲唔食蔥嘅人著想。最勁繫個淮山麵,佢撈咗個松露油,成功為成個麵帶出香氣,但係最緊要系帶出埋上面半肥瘦叉燒嘅肉香。所以食上嚟嘅時候更加系香上加香。 🍖最後講嘅係味道,其實溫度決定味道,蒸籠上嘅餃,當然係熱辣辣。生煎包係用鐵板上,保存溫度之餘,亦都令個皮更加脆,熱辣辣嘅淮山麵先至可以發揮松露油嘅極致。最後不得不提嘅係甜品嘅川貝陳皮燉啤梨,佢地充分暖碟之後先上枱,個雪梨勁腍,而且個梨本身同個汁非常之夠熱,所以感覺更加滋潤,更加香甜。 色香味說易行難,佩服呢度真係可以做到。 …Read More

好多人會"鍾意"街坊老店,因為字號老,有感情。但其實好多人,平日係唔會去幫襯嘅。因為好多呢啲店,環境其實唔係咁好,而且傳到第2,3代,質素好多時都走樣。所以我心目中嘅街坊店,就係住得近嘅街坊,經常會再幫襯嘅店。而食物質素,衞生環境同埋最緊要嘅服務,就係令我呢個油塘街坊重複咁嚟嘅原因。我經常嚟打邊爐,特別鍾意望住個魚缸,同埋一隻隻嘅燒鵝。個魚缸有勁多魚同海鮮,乾淨到不得了,完全冇水漬,絕對媲美,或者係一超越西貢嗰啲大海鮮酒家,甚至乾淨過海洋公園。你見啲魚安安樂樂咁游水,你就知道自己一陣可以安安樂樂咁食。🍖個打邊爐話就話系任食,其實,本身嘅配套已經多到唔使再叫第二round。一開始就有個刺身拼盤,啲刺身新鮮得嚟又肥美,直情好似不計成本,件三文魚厚到冇得再厚。鮑魚鵝掌,兩者都炆得好腍,所以唔會哽胃。🍖個海鮮拼盤交足貨,真係勁多膏喎,打開蟹鉗好實淨就知道唔係水貨,隻蠔好飽滿,咬落系勁多汁,魷魚應該唔係冰鮮貨,先至咁有爽彈嘅口感。仲有隻蝦嘅肉好實淨又鮮甜,全個拼盤都好好味。🍖仲有個碟極級牛頸脊,肉味真係好出,會輕輕喺牙縫之間回彈,我哋叫咗個鴛鴦鍋,沙爹嗰邊就襯曬個牛,芫荽皮蛋就發揮海鮮嘅威力。當然仲有任飲啤酒汽水,如果頭先講開懷舊,佢有即切西瓜,同埋反沙嘅紅豆沙,街坊嘅回頭率高系人之常情。…Read More

有時候研究一下餐廳嘅名都幾得意,呢間以昆蟲命名嘅餐廳,就吸引到我嘅注意,我由經過門口,到坐低食嘅食物,都一直喺度斟酌店名嘅意思。我哋點咗二人餐,包括咗一條烤魚,一個小食,三款配料,同埋加咗任飲特色飲品。🍖我其中一個想法係,因為佢嘅飲品系用一對門神做杯嘅設計,所以餐廳嘅衞生程度,喺安全到烏蠅都飛唔入,不過好快就冇去諗個杯,因為啲飲品真係好好味,好多選擇,你睇吓張單就知我哋無論鮮果茶,定係奶類,我哋都係咁叫,啲質素直情好似去咗茶飲店咁。🍖講翻條魚,我哋叫嘅係清江魚,成日聽人講, 湖北省清江庫區d魚生長環境好好,所以質素都好好,果然真係名不虛傳,條魚因為烤過所以會比較實淨,但係仍然可以保持肉質細嫩,而且有魚味但係唔腥。而今次我哋嘅湯底揀咗傳奇麻辣,個辣味真係不負其名,首先佢辣勁夠足,但係唔會嗆喉,完全食到嚟自於香料嘅味道,而唔係化學辣,所以夠曬原汁原味。除咗條魚,我哋用嚟淥啲配料更加係一流,我哋覺得今次揀嘅配料選擇都唔錯,薯仔片淥到咁上下外面充滿香辣,入面仲係爽爽哋,又粉粉哋,澱粉質特別配合辣味。同樣道理,魚腐表面索曬啲辣汁,入面就係保持嫩滑嘅魚蓉,風味好好。而我最鍾意就係牛板鍵,薄薄咁切,所以成塊都浸滿辣味,食落口特別過癮。🍖當然唔少得講吓前菜同埋甜品,流心白茶奶皇球,雖然入邊系甜,但係就好適合做前菜,因為佢只係微甜,而且系炸過嘅,食一兩粒然之後開始食辣嘢,嗰種味道感覺嘅轉變,同埋反差,係更加容易令你投入進食嘅狀態。而收尾,食返個甜品,芋圓仲有豆腐花,就剛剛好首尾呼應。食完真係好滿足,不過對於餐廳嘅名嘅迷思依然系未解開。…Read More

約咗朋友,佢話一陣到,然後一陣之後又一陣,最後話嚟唔到,坐喺餐廳入邊嘅心情會係點? 我嘅心情繫為佢感到可惜,而我就悠然自得。事關呢度188蚊清酒任飲,仲非常好質素,我慢慢叫啲送酒嘢食,一個人都可以盡興。 之前聽人講呢度系日本人飯堂,現場又見到有好多日本人,呢度果然唔係浪得虛名。 🍖揀完隻靚杯,再慢慢揀清酒飲,牌子有好多選擇,我就揀咗比較柔和嘅八海山同埋相對辛口既百樂星,其實揀邊種就各有所好,餐廳提供嘅款式之多,總有一款會啱你。你大可以試飲一小杯,揀啱咗先知只要一壺,慢慢自斟自飲。 🍖飲清酒就梗係要配魚生,所以就叫咗刺身拼盤,如果朋友嚟我只係可以每樣食一件,宜家變咗可以食兩round,慢慢食真啲味,同配搭清酒味道。我鍾意由赤身開始食起,脂肪部分唔多,鮮紅結實,充滿魚味,有食肉嘅口感,跟住就喺油香充足嘅三文魚同鰤魚,仲有柔軟嘅帶子同埋海膽,同鮮甜嘅甜蝦。全部都係清酒嘅好朋友。第一round食佢嘅原味,第二round配合清酒,互相輝映。 🍖跟住我梗係叫下佐酒小食,芝麻雞翼同埋流心芝士饅頭,兩者都係炸物,但係唔會過於油膩,而搶走咗清酒嘅味道。仲有芥末八爪魚,鹹鹹地滑溜溜嘅口感,就直頭昇華咗清酒本身。 🍖最後食咗個明太子炒意粉,明太子同紫菜均勻咁佈滿喺意粉之上。意粉特登做到相對硬身,成個味道又係好啱送酒。 雖然好享受今餐自己慢慢品嚐,就係下次都會叫翻朋友,因為佢仲有好多款式揀,如果兩個一齊就可以試吓呢間已經開業咗23年嘅餐廳嘅更多美食。 …Read More

TGIF,無論平日有幾忙,星期五放工之後就應該要輕鬆下。留意翻,我講嘅係輕鬆,唔係放鬆。所以唔係飲酒發泄,complain 老闆,無限放負果種。而係舒舒服服坐喺度,淨化身心。呢間餐廳空間感十足,座位超級寬敞,而且有好多懶洋洋既熊貓公仔,氣氛真係相當輕鬆。再加上食物賣相造型都好靚,令人可以好專心咁專注食物,忘卻煩憂。 🍖我哋叫咗二人餐,前菜嘅沙律,同埋四小碟拼盤,份量適中,而且麻雀雖小,卻有住唔同嘅口感,滑嘟嘟嘅魷魚,脆卜卜嘅炸蝦仲有新鮮柔軟嘅刺身,食開咗個胃,但係又唔會過份,準備迎接主菜。 🍖其中之一系和牛鍋,湯底甜甜哋,加上非常柔軟既和牛,配合日本米嘅白飯一流,感覺食緊壽喜燒,雖然我冇席前燒熟牛肉嘅儀式,但係味道絕對可以媲美。而儀式感相對嚟講,我就喺之後嘅意粉之中尋回,蟹肉蟹膏嘅意大利粉,材料連埋個蟹殼都係另外上,自己撈埋,食落感覺特別濃郁,夠曬層次。 🍖最後梗係唔少得甜品同飲品,其實對我哋嚟講,呢個先係主角。雪糕,紅豆,闕餅,再加一粒顏色鮮艷嘅車厘子,冇味得嚟超啱影相。仲有兩杯綠茶飲品,超滑超濃,我哋特登揀一個軟雪糕,一個硬雪糕,影相靚得黎,又有唔同口感。 總括嚟講真係好鍾意呢度輕鬆嘅環境,醉完之後就係充咗電嘅感覺。 ..…Read More

鍾意食串燒,因為氣氛好好,少少少少咁食,配埋飲酒,同朋友慢慢傾,可以盡情放鬆一個晚上。一般居酒屋,樓底都唔高,燒嘅時候會好多油煙,所以有部分人唔鍾意呢個感覺。今次去嘅呢間好貼心,樓底高,空間十足,而且非常光猛,冇用傳統嘅黄光,改用白光,所以成件事好清新,而且高級咗,但係仍然不失舒適。🍖從鋪頭名就知道我必須要點雞,所以我叫咗雞頸肉,雞大腿,雞翼同雞柳肉。實行食曬成隻雞各個部份既肉。雞頸肉好嫩,雞髀就結實有口感,雞翼外脆內嫩,我最鍾意就係雞柳,佢用咗明太子醬放喺面,所以特別惹味。其他佢哋就除咗海鹽冇特別做醬汁,但係枱面有三種自己選擇嘅醬料,七味粉,山椒柚子同胡椒鹽,都可以出每種材料嘅味道。🍖除咗雞就係海鮮,我點咗燒白鱔,同埋前菜嘅帶子沙律。白鱔材料唔同,但係就同雞翼口感異曲同弓,我尤其鍾意佢嘅結實口感,好有充實嘅感覺。刺身級嘅帶子配合個沙律真係好清新,系前菜嘅必然之選。🍖另外豬肋條同粟米都做得非常香口,前者係嚟自油香,後者就係來至於粟米本身嘅脆脆口感。如果仲未夠飽,不妨可以好似咁點個烤飯糰,或者親子丼,估唔到佢地飯類都做得咁出色。嘢食好食,頭先提及嘅貼心,其實仲可以體現喺唔同嘅地方,佢哋嘅座位上邊有插座,客人嘅袋可以放喺有鎖匙嘅儲物櫃,每件事都希望嚇人可以喺最舒適嘅環境之下進食,抵贊。…Read More
