The Double Boiled Sea Whelk and Pork Lean Soup with Chinese Mushroom & Lily Buds is quite refreshing at first, thanks to its sweet and mellow taste! I had it three times; it's so good!The seafood selection isn't extensive; there aren't blue mussels, but there are lobster claws. The lobster claws and crab legs are also very fresh. I prefer the crab claws because they're tender, meaty, and sweet.
Of the hot dishes, I prefer the salmon belly and roasted pork leg. Both are quite flavorful!My favorite is the baked oysters with garlic sauce; they have a rich oyster flavor. I ate six in total. The wait for the next serving was four to five minutes.The small bowl of cart noodles is also delicious and refreshing. I paired it with cuttlefish balls and fish balls.🍜The dessert selection here isn't as extensive as at Harbour Grand Whampoa, but I still prefer the strawberry and blueberry tart and mango napoleon, both of which are quite delicious.🎂🍰The lemon cake and osmanthus cake tasted good too, but unfortunately I ate too much and was quite full. If I had eaten them earlier, they would have tasted better.For sashimi, I only had octopus and sashimi, nothing special.For ice cream, I still prefer Movenpick, as I tend to gain weight easily. There are eight flavors here, but my favorite is the mint chocolate.
