Cozy restaurant, hip music, an astonishing bar, and I would say, they serve really excellent cocktails! We were just able to catch the happy hour which last for around 2 hours ending on 7pm. I was extremely happy with my Red Sangria! 
With serving just one set menu, we had no other choice but to try:• salad• soft bun with cinnamon butter• 8 oz steak• unlimited friesWhen a restaurant is only serving one set menu, nothing can go wrong. In fact, some items exceeded expectation, like the salad sauce (tangy rich flavour), the soft bun (was warm, super soft) and the butter (very nice with cinnamon flavours), and very well made french fries and were served piping hot! 
The one thing though, for the price of $295 plus 10%, I would prefer a thicker cut of a steak, my steak was quite thin. Texture of the meat melted in my mouth, even when cooked medium. I can tell the quality of steak was good, but the cut can be aesthetically much more satisfying if made thicker.

We pick the steak at the restaurant butchers every time, it comes at a good price, no fuss, no mess, good quality marbled steak. I love the grain fed and grass fed beef, perfect choice for ones whom are indulged for a healthy hormone-free lifestyle! 
I also recommend the sausage and potato mash (forgot its actual dish name), but oh my gosh, sausage were stuffed with fresh minced meat and very strongly marinated in herbs... not the highly processed type! Together with the mash and the gravy sauce, it was a beautiful mess and enjoyment of symphony.

I recommend almost anything from here, but my favourite is the Satay Beef Noodles because they use the 沙茶醬 sauce, which is quite special, it’s served in chicken stock soup-base, I’ve been totally addicted!! . Sashimi station, Roast Beef Station and Seafood Station which served oysters, cocktail shrimps, whelk, crayfish and mussels. I also found the 
Dessert Station to be one of a kind for a buffet, it has some sort of fine dining element to it, as it served individual plates of desserts as well as Hagandaaz icecream, not just the usual small bites, macaroons and mini cheesecakes.
If you are a hot food lover, such as our asian grandparents, you may be slightly unimpressed. 
Don’t expect to have items like steamed fish, stir fries, etc. Nevertheless, they had a Soup Noodle Station, Skewers Station (order and they deliver to your table), Curry station (but were not refilled), Oyster Egg Omellete Station, Soup Station (serving a not too delicious lobster bisque... and an okay-ish Chinese broiled chicken soup), Creamy Mussels Station and some Side Dish Station serving potatoes and vegetables.Service is alright, the managers were best, the rest were quite fresh and green. Our old plates and cups were long exposed on the table without any waiter fetching them, until we requested, losing some marks here given the restaurant was already not very full.

Worthy to mention were extremely attentive waitresses/manager...they were short on hand but I could tell they were very attentive to everyone’s needs, very well done!It was a Saturday when I visited - initially to hide from the pouring rain - lunch sets were offered. I picked the sushi set which was served with a hot soup udon. Delicious! Sushi was very authentically made, room temperature, I must come again!
I also ordered an Apple Milkis Drink (a very refreshing yoghurty drink filled with apple flavour and topped with iced apple cubes). Loved this!
