之前好想的呢一間,但每次都排長龍,趕唔切,就要等到成八點開始再排過,所以有作五六次都無等到去食,期待已久的,終於今次有機會啦!我大約六點半四十五分到,就可以擺飛排,個果時候我地三個人要等十多張枱先有,等的過程中十分艱難,真係恨到我地好想食,不停望一望餐牌、望一望十二大推介的招牌、同望一望人地係度食,真係都有d肚子餓。輪到我地入去坐,每位職員都大叫用韓語的歡迎光臨,氣氛相當好。話口未完,我地都急不及待落單,總共四碟:有Squid ink mari、Carbonara topokki、BBQ pork fried Rice、Beef bibimbap,每道菜式都會有辣,已經同佢講唔辣,但上枱的時候,食落去都會有微辣。食過每道菜整體大致上都滿意,但特別想介紹同推介有Squid ink mari同Carbonara topokki。Squid ink mari:它名為烏卒卒,主打係墨魚,外形似一舊舊壽司卷咁,黑黑實實,外面有一塊紫菜包住墨魚汁味的飯同二塊小小的墨魚肉,最讚的地方外形大小適中,可以一啖放入口,慢慢地一次過將全部混在一起吃,全口都係圍繞住墨魚,但就係唔同的口感,有軟軟的飯加煙煙韌韌的墨魚;Carbonara topokki:又稱卡邦尼年糕,喜歡它的汁,甜甜地的白汁,調較得好好,有煙肉伴菜,年糕將調配好的汁 ‘索’晒入去,食晒d年糕,還想將d汁撈其他的飯黎食,相當有特式的風味,只係厭它份量小,唔係好夠喉。全數一共三百多元,己包加一服務費,價錢合宜適中。而環境具優雅氣息,令人坐得舒適。還有其他的菜式都好恨吃,唯有等下一次嚕!…Read More

今日星期六,大家都放一時,下午興起相約了同事吃午飯,在思考的過程當中,行過一間簇新的裝修,橙紅色設計門面的泰特色,份外深深咁吸引我地的注目,因此,我地諗到唔諗,就合拍地行上裡面的樓梯去。裡面環境都係用以橙紅色為主色,十分寛敝,感覺到好舒適,我地選擇了沙發坐,我地坐的位置,一看到出面的景不太接受到,外面的有露台,周圍都係垃圾,不太美觀。睇一睇餐牌,有分早餐、午餐、下午茶、晚餐、小食、特色飲品等。真係花多眼亂咁,款款多,樣樣都想試,最後,我們兩人選擇海南雞脾飯送例湯 (要多加5元)配龍眼冰 (因為係特色飲品加6元)、冬蔭功海鮮湯米線配龍眼冰 (加6元)。海南雞脾飯的飯大大粒,用了雞油蒸一蒸,就連飯都有種雞的甜味,淺黃色,一震震雞香味好誘人,雞肉肥美甘甜,再配上特製醬汁,美味可口;冬蔭功海鮮湯米線,大大的一碗滿滿的,材料非常十足,十分滿足,海鮮又夠靚,湯底濃郁,米線稍為”淋”一d,俾八個讚。至於我地叫的龍眼冰,就清甜潤喉,口感冰涼,十份喜歡。如果係價錢方面,這種價錢都食都中上質素的午餐,都算係物超所值囉!…Read More

昨晚很高興,終於一嚐大名鼎鼎的壽司放 – 漁屋。壽司,這個近年來大力推崇的飲食新族,作為Blogger當然有留意它的食評,而赴會前數天,我也專程到Openrice一遊,飽聞有關評價,將勒補批一番!我平日是以齊粉麵當一餐的那種人,不過,飲食人皆需之,可能我不懂得以生動詞彙表現食物的美味,但好與壞我還分辨得到!今次這篇業食評,各位飲食界猛人請多多指得啦!等食之前,身為畫畫人士自然對「漁屋」家的風格及裝修份外留意,漁屋的設計精簡到位,最吸引我的是它們的餐單,以厚厚的一張方形統疊成,見到想吃的,便址下來在上面寫上數字,夠方便夠玩味。首先登場的,亦是我最最最最推介的,就是你 – 鮮蝦剌身拼盤!對於生冷的剌身,我本來不抱半點期望,但由於被它美麗的裝飾所吸引,我終於不敵這誘惑。先是鮮蝦,肉質極度香滑,但絕不冰硬,似彈牙的啫喱,但多了一份鬆軟及香嫩;剌身方面,超級厚身,咬落去滿口肥美鮮嫩,絕不輸任何一間大型連鎖壽司舖。自於其他最常見的壽司成員,譬如,蟹柳芝士壽司,牛肉卷同鮮蝦芝士壽司,也是能充份代表漁屋的特色的自家風味。飽滿的肉質配上煎過的芝士,清爽而且極富濃烈的西方口味,真的,我給100分。這家店還有很多自家招牌菜式,我未能一次嘗試,但整體來講,賣相同樣是五星級的,以及服務態度都非常好,不時都會有員工走來問是否last order,即使人流真至夜晩十一點都依然未減。今時今日,有心思有耐性,一道菜式可煮出自家特色的食肆真的不多,寫到這裡,我已抵抗不住他家的食物回來,相約下次再去食過,到時見!…Read More

之前一直都搵緊間淨係食自助甜品,基於近我同朋友都係新界人,所以就決定黎呢間位於九龍塘的任食甜品啦!我地預先訂位,唔知係咪咁,安排我地坐的,係入面位置。地方不太大,但就係因為這個原因,食的時候會比較舒服同清靜。種類都有好多選擇嫁,除左甜食,都有少許鹹食,即係通粉呀、煙鴨胸、牛角包、三文治等。每款食物都整好精緻咁擺放係張自助桌到,最多花款當然唔少得係主角蛋糕啦……有藍苺芝士蛋糕、朱古力蛋糕、石板街蛋糕、蘋果批、粟子撻、忌廉泡芙、芒果布甸......等等。我的至愛就係粟子撻,厚厚的粟子蓉舖滿整個撻,令到撻的香味充滿濃濃的粟子,真係無得歎呀!款款甜品雖然都係甜,但一齊吃的時候,唔會撞晒味,每款都有獨特的甜味,不易混淆係口腔到。除左甜品之外,仲有兩至三款一小碟的蝦或蟹柳伴芒果、啫喱、同很多款的生果。吃完一轉之後,最後衝刺的有一杯雪糕同飲品,今餐真係甜到入心。…Read More

自家烏冬,顧名思義當然係黎食烏冬。豬扒蕃茄濃湯烏冬、手打冷烏冬、燒帆立貝雜菇、芝士年糕……先講主角:兩款的烏冬各分秋色,前者豬扒夠鬆脆可口,外型較細塊,但肉質非常厚,重重的蕃茄湯濃得唔單只唔酸,配合埋豬扒,真係絕配,就連成碗的湯底都可以飲得晒,而且又大大碗咁;後者的手打烏冬眼見平平無其,簡單的製法,但吃落去先可以真正的到烏冬的彈口的口感,配上醬汁,深深帶出烏冬的爽口。燒帆立貝雜菇,惹味可口;再加埋芝士年糕一定會好食,因為舖滿芝士,芝士的範圍還大過外層炸左的麵粉,讚!…Read More
