之前好想的呢一間,但每次都排長龍,趕唔切,就要等到成八點開始再排過,所以有作五六次都無等到去食,期待已久的,終於今次有機會啦!我大約六點半四十五分到,就可以擺飛排,個果時候我地三個人要等十多張枱先有,等的過程中十分艱難,真係恨到我地好想食,不停望一望餐牌、望一望十二大推介的招牌、同望一望人地係度食,真係都有d肚子餓。輪到我地入去坐,每位職員都大叫用韓語的歡迎光臨,氣氛相當好。話口未完,我地都急不及待落單,總共四碟:有Squid ink mari、Carbonara topokki、BBQ pork fried Rice、Beef bibimbap,每道菜式都會有辣,已經同佢講唔辣,但上枱的時候,食落去都會有微辣。食過每道菜整體大致上都滿意,但特別想介紹同推介有Squid ink mari同Carbonara topokki。Squid ink mari:它名為烏卒卒,主打係墨魚,外形似一舊舊壽司卷咁,黑黑實實,外面有一塊紫菜包住墨魚汁味的飯同二塊小小的墨魚肉,最讚的地方外形大小適中,可以一啖放入口,慢慢地一次過將全部混在一起吃,全口都係圍繞住墨魚,但就係唔同的口感,有軟軟的飯加煙煙韌韌的墨魚;Carbonara topokki:又稱卡邦尼年糕,喜歡它的汁,甜甜地的白汁,調較得好好,有煙肉伴菜,年糕將調配好的汁 ‘索’晒入去,食晒d年糕,還想將d汁撈其他的飯黎食,相當有特式的風味,只係厭它份量小,唔係好夠喉。全數一共三百多元,己包加一服務費,價錢合宜適中。而環境具優雅氣息,令人坐得舒適。還有其他的菜式都好恨吃,唯有等下一次嚕!…Read More
