星期日同屋企人去食晚飯，餐廳只有兩張細枱和一些面壁的高座位。我們兩個人點了一碗蠔仔肉碎粥，蝦棗蟹棗，豬肺湯，韭菜粿和一碟鵝片飯。豬肺湯好像是味精加水和幾件看似別人食剩的豬肺，這個我們退了。蠔仔粥的蠔仔唔新鮮有腥味，蝦棗蟹棗一般。鵝片飯的鵝是雪鵝，味道好難食，好像是食紙皮。最奇怪是韭菜果，裏便有好多沙，老闆娘都親自試過，佢話應該係韭菜洗得唔乾淨。真係恐怖。佢換咗一碟芥蘭給我們。餐廳堂食都是用即棄餐具這一間是什麼米芝蓮餐廳來的呢？用最差的食物材料給顧客，其實在現今香港的營商環境，相信好快生存不了。我哋食完之後最終都過隔離街食咗碗雲吞麵…Read More

After reading the reviews n seeing all the beautiful pictures from the site, me and my boyfriend decided to give it a try last Sunday. We both chose the 4-course lunch set. After the amuse broche, we had a lobster salad, then fish and lastly the slow-cooked veal. Actually they all looked very appetizing but actually taste of Nothing, which was really a BIG SHAME! How would something look so nice but taste nothing. And they are not cheap ingredients! I think the chefs in the kitchen just put too much attention to the presentation of the dishes but forgot that they have to taste good too. Or the main chef was actually not there, only have the junior chefs assembling all the ingredients of the same dish everyday. As the manager told me their secret menu only changes once a month. So they repeatedly assemble the same dish everyday and of course they must look fantastic. I hope they should realize they have to focus more on the taste too.
