屋企人生日,又有藉口追星。不過實在比米芝蓮2星推到期望太高,有啲覺得不外如是。 今次嚟食午市,呢間中菜廳喺酒店嘅102樓,用落地大玻璃做窗,天氣好都幾靚,不過就算天氣唔好有啲自然光都幾舒服。裝修有中華風但又至於超傳統,環境非常唔錯。 我哋叫點心為主,好幾款都係推介菜式。但食完真係比唔出咩食評,只係可以講唔錯,但冇乜亮點,轉個頭就已經唔記得係咩味。 唯獨炸釀鮮蟹蓋真係值星星,侍應介紹係用咗阿拉斯加蟹同埋越南肉蟹拆肉,蟹肉份量非常非常多,亦都爽口鮮甜,加少少喼汁提味更加正👍🏻😋 另外蜜燒西班牙黑豚肉叉燒都唔錯,唔算好肥但肉好腍,有肉汁,調味亦適中 酥皮蛋撻係最失望,50幾蚊一個,但酥皮同餡都冇任何特別,外面啲餅店有更加多又平又好食嘅選擇!☹️ 有一點唔係好關間餐廳事,但都間接令到我哋食得冇咁enjoy,就係佢好多招牌菜都係煎炸焗類熱氣嘢,食食下就覺得滯,大家叫嘢食可以留意下 最後講埋米芝蓮都好重視嘅服務,都係合格但冇亮點,要做嘅嘢大致做足,但有時加茶都頗慢。結論:呢間中菜廳以星級奢華定位嚟講,各方面都有好多進步空間🤨*****多quota評價:😐Quota正常用(🤮<☹️<😐<😋<🤤)…Read More

招牌花臣反而係最大敗筆

單刀直入,好失望😵 一坐低店員率先推介我哋嗌甜品,話已經有好多份排緊隊要等好耐,叫咗可以後上,又話有網媒介紹過,於是我哋叫咗一份玫瑰草莓麻糬窩夫,後面會再講。鹹食嗌咗三樣嘢,包括XO醬牛肉炒韓式粉絲、炸薯條加黑松露蛋黃醬,同埋一嚿雲下的芝士蘑菇雞柳炒飯。頭兩樣好快就到咗,正常味道,薯條主要靠個醬取勝,粉絲稍為好嘅地方係質感煙靭,但係啲牛肉係類似茶記乾炒牛河嘅鞋口牛。 跟住,就係災難嘅開始🤯個飯喺menu度寫明最少要20分,都有晒心理準備係會耐,等咗半個鐘嘅時候追過一次,到最後真正上枱係足足一個鐘,講真,要搞花臣係咪都應該要諗吓運作上應唔應付到呢?要客人等一個鐘真係合理咩?睇埋個賣相,我同友人嘅感想真係同呢個emoji一樣樣->🤯批兩隻直角就叫雲?咁下面黃色嗰攤液體係乜嚟,舊雲瀨尿?!等咗一個鐘等到個咁嘅賣相,已經好嬲,切開埋…更加如同嘔吐物一般🤮平心而論味道唔算太差,但一啲都唔夠熱,啲芝士”king”晒變到一舊舊咁,好明顯係煮完擺咗好耐就係為咗等整層蛋白… 然後喺仲食緊個飯嘅時候,店員就已經上埋個甜品,原來所謂嘅後上,係佢鍾意幾時上就幾時上,唔會理客人食成點,大佬,個甜品仲要係跟雪糕,咁我食埋個飯先定食咗個甜品先好呀?😒個窩夫成舊都係麻糬,但係好實,絕對唔係好食嘅質感,玫瑰同草莓呢啲配味都只係普通嘢,毫無驚喜😐 其實一間餐廳連基本嘢都做唔好,真係好應該檢討吓係咪要搞咁多無謂花臣,諗住可以吸引客人,反而調返轉成為敗筆位👎🏻兩個人食咗接近600蚊,好食當然唔緊要,但換嚟呢個食物同服務質素真係超級非常勁唔抵,呢間餐廳唯一可取之處,就係真•pet friendly,狗狗可以進入埋室內範圍,但,都係做好食物先啦🤦🏻‍♀️ *****多quota評價:☹️有啲嘥quota(🤮<☹️<😐<😋<🤤)…Read More
