Christmas吃盡的都是Party Food, 風高物燥的Dry Weather冬日,最想吃的其實是暖暖的中菜。喝一碗燉湯就是最滋潤不過!選了清甜的椰子燉雞湯,用上整個椰王來燉湯,店主說裏面完全沒有額外味精,鮮甜的味道都是從肉汁逼出來的。幸運地我這碗雞湯還附有雞髀肉一塊,嫩滑入味。湯渣也吃得乾乾淨淨,很是足料。喝畢整碗湯,還可以用匙羹一片片將燉焾了的椰子肉刮出來吃,甚是甜美。午餐時段還吃了瑞士雞翼飯,雞翼大大隻, 這個lunch實在飽足。午市套餐價錢還有discount呢!抵食好多!…Read More

冬天,就是萬眾期待的聖誕大日子!而聖誕大日子,最令人期待的,當然是Christmas Party!朋友的公司位於荔枝角,一起去吃Lunch,順便幫手預訂公司Party大食會的到會呢!Lunch吃了「圍威喂!炒金邊粉」,是香港少有的正宗炒金邊粉。因為一般東南亞菜,為了迎合港人口味,都比較多用醬油,味道偏咸。但圍威喂選擇了保持正宗的原汁原味,金邊粉帶點酸酸的風味,很是惹味,令人垂涎。而且用料豐富,蝦肉件件大隻,雞柳軟滑入味,配辣椒乾,花生碎,層次鮮明,非常滋味。最近入冬,喉嚨有點不適。竟然讓我發現這裡有售「話梅檸蜜」,真的冬日必飲!用上家鄉話梅,台灣蜂蜜,青檸黃檸檬調製,潤喉滋補,喝後真令人舒暢。在這繁忙的工廠區,享有此別緻的小午膳,實在Happy!話說回來,朋友預訂的Christmas Menu更是吸引。自家手工醬汁「圍威喂!無骨海南雞」配香葉油飯、豬頸肉、越式蒜茸牛油雞翼、泰式汁燒紐西蘭牛柳。。。真想Join埋朋友公司開Party呢!…Read More

一直很嚮往來一趟中美洲的旅行,收集着各式各樣的旅遊資訊,一邊儲錢一儲假期,等待着出走的一天。為了止止旅行的癮,是不是也會在香港尋找有關旅行的美食,食咗當去咗,滿足一下自己。這一天來到中環,尋着這家神秘的秘魯餐廳,實在是非試不可。前菜點了我最喜歡的海膽帶子,帶點Creamy的奶油醬汁,加入充滿南美風情的蕃茄紅椒沙律,每一口都是鮮甜Juicy,清爽而有層次。實在是開胃之選。另一Starter也是非常有驚喜,是我最喜歡的煙薰牛油果呢!剛好熟成的牛油果,一切開,流出果醬來,再吃多一口,原來有另一款辣醬隱藏在內,這是才溢出。一口香滑一口醒胃,十分配合。主菜是熱石牛肉,真的有像高級熱石按摩,如果廚師就是按摩師,相信肉質一定得到舒適的鬆弛。熱石基本上做到牛肉Medium效果,不會太熟,肉質嫰滑有𡁻口。份量亦很足夠,是必食之選呢!…Read More

💪對抗流感!今年的流感真的很兇惡,本人好幸運冇中招。其中一項非常養生的事,就是我經常喝很多很多的湯水。有時間的話,多數都會在家裡煲湯,西洋菜湯、螺頭燉湯等等都係賣飛佛。有時工作繁忙,我亦會偷懶喺外面買燉湯回家喝。今次第一次試咗燉養生嘅花膠湯,比我想像中足料。有齊花膠、鮑魚、雞腿、瑤柱、藥材,啖啖鮮味。花膠對女仔皮膚好,養顏又滋補,相信大家都好清楚。冬天飲就非常適合。湯盒份量有足一大碗半,飯前喝飯後又喝,或是二人share都足夠。…Read More

大家都知道啦,大媽舞佔領西洋菜街好幾個年頭,現在終於曲終人散。諗住約吓朋友去唱K振興旺角,點知依家啲K房唔知點解乜歌都冇得唱,一場來到咁都係去打邊爐罷啦。大家想氹吓我開心,點咗呢個熊啤啤湯底畀我影相,睇住佢凍冰冰滾到熱嘞嘞,係有啲殘忍不過生物的法則就係咁,弱肉強食,更何況啤啤都唔係咩生物嘛。哈哈,相比隔離嗰四宮格,佢都有燦爛嘅一生。介紹返先,呢4個格仔呢,其實係麻辣、豆乳海鮮(真係好多海鮮,呢款底食)、人蔘雞、冬瓜排骨。等水滾時梗係食刺身先啦,世人都知我麻煩,吃魚生不吃魚,所以用好多好多甜蝦塞飽我先,其實我赤貝、北寄貝、螺片、飽魚、八爪魚都食㗎。我個Friend都係咁幫我清晒啲三文魚、劍魚腩、吞拿。真係識做。炸物同燒物都好多選擇呀,點咗天婦羅蝦、炸蠔(好正);燒虎蝦、雞翼、Baby蕃薯、牛舌、鯖魚。食一Round都OK,填飽咗3份1個胃。打邊爐戲肉到了,錫晒我嘅朋友Upgrade咗靚牛畀我食。所以我全晚都係Focus喺特選美國牛,同埋美國牛小排身上。任食場黎講,真係唔欺場,見得大場面。肉味好濃郁,又有𡁻口,差唔多都係我清碟。其他食物都包羅萬有,海鮮、丸、菜,都啱心水,甚至連水尤魚都有得食係比較驚喜。下次同MK朋友食飯,可以介紹呢度呀~…Read More

老闆請客吃到飽,選了價錢不便宜的蒸汽海鮮鍋,既然金主如此闊綽,我們也盡情享受了。是晚晚餐主要吃海鮮,一行六人點了8款新鮮海鮮,配上豬骨粥底,還有雞肉、青菜和特式飲品,非常豐富。最有驚喜的是我第一次吃的胭脂蚌,蚌身是少女粉紅色的,很令人期待,蒸幾分鐘就食得,味道果然是非常鮮甜。店員解說,這特式的胭脂蚌,就是日本菜常見的北寄貝家族,吃著又好像差不多,又從美食裡面長知識了。另外不得不讚的是新鮮龍蝦,有膏又啖啖肉。龍蝦肉彈牙爽口,Size夠大又有睇頭。一人半隻都已經很滿足。如此鮮味,更令人期待,待會的海鮮湯粥底!其他海鮮亦絕不欺場,包括花蟹、蒲台蜆、扇貝、貴妃蚌、鮑魚、海蝦,都是上承水準。款式如此之多,想在市區吃海鮮,無論是公司請客,或是自己豪一餐,都不妨一試。…Read More

跟朋友約定,每隔個星期去行一次山,過一個健康的暑假。但我今日偷偷地撇開行山友,同一班大食朋友去行了另外一個山,哈哈,就是黃埔的新開小店 - - - 「雞翼山」!Menu簡簡單單,有三種不同的套餐;4隻、6隻、16隻雞翼,任君選擇。朋友們想試多幾款不同口味,所以今次大多點了細Size的4,6隻雞翼。人多真的好辦事,一口氣食真的吃了很多雞翼!文清風玫瑰雞翼、我係鹹檸七雞翼、熱情果寶寶雞翼、港式避風塘蒜香雞翼、濃味三重芝士劉雞翼、檸香山葵蟹籽雞翼、和風濃口味噌雞翼。我自己特別喜歡「我係鹹檸七雞翼」,別看他其貌不揚,普普通通,其實每隻雞翼都由7-up煮成的醬汁四方八面的包圍,加上咸檸的濃郁點綴,酸酸甜甜非常過癮,是一個喜出望外的新奇味道。而招牌點題作,文青風玫瑰雞翼當然如相片一樣,好吃又好看。每隻雞翼都沾滿玫瑰糖漿,加上一瓣一瓣的玫瑰花瓣,味覺視覺嗅覺都被召喚起來,絕對沒有欺場。另外一款我覺得值得一試的是「檸香山葵蟹籽雞翼」,脆卜卜的炸雞翼外面,鋪上一層層Wasabi醬汁,Topping更有粒粒蟹籽,完全是和風味道。有層次之餘,辣辣地很惹味,也中和了雞翼的油炸感,甚是喜歡。…Read More

我有一個朋友她的名字叫四月,因為她出生在四月所以英文起名April,對了就是現在這個四月天。剛好邀約她吃晚飯,還不乖乖帶上生日蛋糕奉上? 相約觀塘區晚飯,特式蛋糕店有甚麼選擇?一出手網上搜一搜,搜來一張張的焦糖芝士蛋糕照片,立即鎖定這款Lassana的最新出品「榴槤焦糖芝士蛋糕」!果然英雄所見略同,到達店裡都差不多6PM接近關門時間,但竟然遇上三位客人都是在排隊購買這個 Crème brûlée芝士蛋糕。但為甚麼要排隊等呢?輪到我時謎底終於解開,原來每個蛋糕的焦糖部份都是即叫即製的,店員把蛋糕從冰櫃取出,即時解凍,將砂糖鋪在蛋糕面上,再利用火槍熱熔滿滿的糖,形成脆胞的焦糖,每一個都製作良久,是精心炮製的呢。店員還跟我說,現在 6pm 開始解凍,約朋友8pm 吃飯剛剛好呢!真是細心!到了飯後吃蛋糕時間了,蛋糕拿出來時,朋友們都嘩了一聲。她們全都估計不到我準備的蛋糕是榴槤焦糖芝士蛋糕,說真的我又好像沒有在其他地方見過同款蛋糕。可幸她們都喜歡我為大家準備的驚喜。把蛋糕切開大家就開始品嚐。味道揭盅,效果不錯喔。榴槤焦糖芝士蛋糕做到50%榴槤50%芝士,兩款濃烈的味道相融但不互撞。保持著榴槤和芝士的厚實質感,第一口是辛,之後每一口是甘。而不得不讚美,是焦糖的部份,解凍數小時沒有因水氣而令脆焦糖失真,反而更是脆口甜潤。三層不同的味道分配均勻,一人一獨享件,絕不過份!…Read More

好難食!職員態度惡劣!不知所謂!

一入到去叫咗碗酸辣湯水餃刀削麵,飲豆漿。坐咗一陣,碗麵黎喇,一起手開始食,個阿姐問都唔問就突然拎走我碗麵叫我去對正門口另一張檯,話繁忙時間將就吓,有冇搞錯,果張檯係6人檯已經坐咗5個人,我坐緊3人檯咪又係要搭檯,有乜野分別呢?!我話唔轉喇繼續食麵,佢就拉開我隔離張凳,張凳上面有我個手袋,手袋裡面有部電腦,成部電腦就畀個阿姐掃咗落地,仲加咗一句「我真係睇唔到你有個袋喎」,請到呢啲員工,真係三生有幸!講返碗麵,真係難食到High High!酸辣湯正常應該係一半酸一半辣的嗎?呢碗極品只有酸沒有辣,而且疑似落錯份量,好似食緊一碗醋浸麵咁樣樣,酸到阿媽都唔認得。結果食咗2啖就走人,盛惠 $58。又講吓隔離搭檯2位食客,佢仲慘過我,叫牛腩冇牛腩,叫担担麵冇担担麵,叫炸醬麵都冇炸醬麵,阿姐話賣晒唔得閒整,想食牛呀食牛展啦,就咁就被食牛展,到叫野飲,人地都未講飲咩,阿姐又話飲豆漿啦就寫咗落單,全檯O晒咀,食客又被飲豆漿了。哭臉!哭臉!哭臉!…Read More
