前幾日好多人講嘅La Volta,夾著飲食界名人前Drawing Room老闆Jeffery再加上米芝蓮星級大廚Roland Schuller的一間新意大利餐廳,星期一終於開幕。朋友推介下當然要即刻食個lunch,呢度嘅lunch絕對係一個驚喜嘅價錢,相信呢間會成為下一間非常難預約嘅舖頭。前菜Burrata & Truffle Honey Bruschetta,呢個形式嘅burrata絕對係無試過,加上蜜糖同松露,只用上Burrata嘅核心,加上勁脆而又好味的麵包,食完呢個已經好期待下一個菜式。Fassona Beef Tartare,手切的生牛肉加上了蛋黃,再加上水瓜柳同鯷魚練成了一個非常獨有的他他味道,味道都令人難以忘懷。Culatello & Panelle用上大量牛尾碎肉嘅脆波波,由外而內都咁好食,可惜當日無飲酒,唔係送杯紅酒感覺更好。第一個意粉係Crispy Gnocchi alla Iberico,第一次試到係煎過嘅Gnocchi,特別香口同外皮超脆,加上慢煮的iberico 豬肉,撈埋個汁,都係一個幾不一樣的Gnocchi體驗。Chitarra alla Gamberi,呢個炒意粉好有水準,簡單的用上蕃茄,蒜蓉,辣醬,加上虎蝦,成就了一碟炒得精美的意粉,而且佢嘅自家意粉好有Al dente的感覺,起角的意粉感覺更特別,重點係用上幾十斤蝦煲嘅湯嘅精華,好奇問師傅仲可以睇到佢哋自家整意粉嘅器皿。Egg Raviolo,應該全香港除左佢哋之外Bombona 提供的好地道嘅意粉,應該大部分人都未試過,除左好食,打卡真係有流,大大個的Egg Raviolo切出嚟超級流心,而且口感係一大件的整體性高的藝術品,而且價錢同Bombona仲要爭好遠,必點之作。我唔特別喜歡食甜品,但Chef Roland's Signature Pear Tart絕對係令你一試愛上,令我想起邊寧頓街曾經最愛的撻,另一個signature 甜Tiramisu的酒香就一定令愛飲酒的人特別喜歡,當日不少女士都愛不釋手。當天見到好多其他選擇的意粉,我相信要多啲人一齊試先開心,來個包場小局,是否一個不錯的念頭呢?…Read More

本身有朋友介紹我識呢間鐵板燒Minato,當我研究呢間餐廳嘅時候發覺原來除咗鐵板燒之外,佢地剛剛週末及假日推出左限定早午餐「謎の三重奏便當」,而暑假仲啱啱出咗一個新形象嘅「三重奏便當(夏祭)」。每天限量供應20份,外觀獨特,以吸晴流線型的圓球造型華麗登場,先至發覺原來前嗰排IG勁多人打卡見過,嗰陣時仲未知係乜嘢,原來又好食又好打卡。食完沙律後,我點的「三重奏便當——梨」的上層有和牛他他,頂級A5宮崎和牛搭配口感爽脆的南水梨,加上日本長崎太陽蛋,撈一撈好refreshing ,中層係時令的刺身丼飯,入面選材有深海池魚、碎蔥金槍魚腩及三文魚子,而最底層就有加上了秘製醬汁的日本冷豆腐,仲喺京都食嘅豆腐料理冇乜分別。朋友選的「三重奏便當——梅」的上層則係矜貴嘅磯煮鮑魚,;中層同樣係好精彩的刺身丼,不過下層就係有「梅子冷素麵」,選用來自愛媛縣的手延素麵,加上夏天的季節蔬果同溫泉蛋,好適合夏天食嘅一個選擇。當日餐廳高朋滿座,原來都幾多人喺呢度食鐵板燒,試完呢個謎の三重奏便當,對呢間餐廳更加有信心,下次mark低搵朋友試下先。…Read More

如果之前食過弥泩都一定會記得佢曾經嘅燒雞翼signature ,前排知道佢嘅師傅原來去左一間新開嘅燒鳥店,而呢間就係前排好多人講嘅鳥熟成。佢嘅串燒店overall價錢唔算太貴,兩個人食叫左都幾多野都係600幾兩位,Sapporo 生啤酒又有做買一送一,每串雞串都係二十幾到三十,怪不得咁多人推薦咁爆。試左幾串以三黃雞主角嘅野,雞中翼,三黃雞腿跟腱,三黃雞腿肉,日本雞皮,全都幾好幾對辦。食完就試下內臟,本地新鮮雞心,汁燒鮮雞肝,本地新鮮雞腎,日本雞頸肉,如果你好內臟,相對會比起雞件更得你心。加少少唔係雞嘅野,明太子翠肉瓜同日本山芋海苔燒都表現錯。日式唐揚豆腐更加是一定要點。熟成特上鴿皇全翼係呢度另一signature ,再加試下荔枝豚肉卷同本地活豬玻璃肉,原來才知呢度唔係剩係雞先出色。煙燻飯團雞白湯非常出色,令我想起台北大腕的舊店,幾推薦。本身想食佢嘅雞湯烏冬,可惜賣晒,昆布湯烏冬頂住先啦。…Read More

阿城鵝肉:以為自己係土城總店

記得年頭已經知道呢個台灣品牌來到香港,不過地點問題唔夠就腳,未試到,上星期終於去到九龍灣,當然要試吓呢間過江龍阿城鵝肉。見幾個朋友去過嘅都讚不絕口,而且幾個朋友都係台灣去慣去熟嘅吃貨,所以我估質素應該唔會係問題。去到的確大驚喜,前菜蜂蜜柚子白涼瓜同花雕醉香鮑魚已經覺得幾好,一口的柚子白涼瓜勁開胃涼快,味蕾已經帶你去左台北,想起那口苦瓜汁,醉香鮑魚造得唔錯,個花雕香特別深刻。煙燻鵝同白滷水鵝各有驚喜,最重要好大碟,個人真心愛煙燻鵝,味道好特別,煙燻得好夠,鵝片一食就知好新鮮,可惜無帶威士忌過黎送,白滷水鵝都好精彩,不過建議食後者先,再吃煙燻鵝,效果最好。阿城鵝肉滷味菜式最大推滷鵝粉肝,呢個係勁勁勁正嘅粉肝,入口即溶化同幸福感,大家一定要食。滷鵝心同鵝蛋都同時香港食嘅滷水感覺唔同,麻辣臭豆腐絕對又係台灣的味道,另外有台灣香腸三拼,配上蒜頭,幾組唔同的對比,精彩。兩人一人點一個湯,藥膳鵝掌燉湯同山藥鵝骨湯 ,後者去濕一流,前面的藥膳又係台風滿佈。台灣一品煲係重頭戲,真係共冶一爐,最好係臭豆腐同個荀,加上麻辣嘅香,無飯無冬粉送但有芋絲,就算你唔食鵝,過黎食一個一品煲就可以一餐。可惜太飽,剩係食左鵝油拌飯,加左炸蒜同鵝油係最好飯嘅靈魂伴侶,可惜無機會食到冬粉,怪自己前段叫太多野,無位食到多個冬粉。另外一點,最正係呢度好多台灣野飲,最好當然係冬瓜茶,西打同阜杭豆漿,你真係有一刻會覺得自己係新北市土城總店。…Read More

呢個夏天,唔知大家冇食過涼瓜?聽講涼瓜今年都好當做,清熱解毒、下火消暑就最啱。凱悅軒呢個夏天推出涼瓜為主題的限定菜單,主廚黃師傅匠心用上了中國、日本及泰國的優質涼瓜,當中有唔少苦瓜更加係第一次,如果你係苦瓜粉絲,一定不能錯過。前菜話梅桂花浸杜阮涼瓜用左有隻叫雷公鑿之稱的杜阮涼瓜,肉質最爽最脆,以鹽醃過後完全無左涼瓜的苦澀嘅味,加上以話梅桂花醋來浸過,吃到的是很開胃而又包羅苦酸甜味的涼菜,夏日一流。個人當然最愛白玉涼瓜雲腿扣花膠,個樣非常高貴,無諗過中國白玉涼瓜味道強勁,皮厚多汁,切成厚片與花膠一同放入雲南火腿與雞件熬製的濃湯中慢煨入味,之後花膠同涼瓜之間夾著片厚厚的雲南火腿提鮮,淋上濃烈的南瓜芡汁,非常完美。呢個鴛鴦涼瓜子薑豚肉卷樣子相對遜色,不過味道就最複雜,豬腩肉同來自中國白玉涼瓜,加上子薑、甘筍條和唐芹條,炸完再同日本涼瓜片及濃郁的豆豉汁同炒,食到兩款涼瓜嘅口感之餘又可以比較,不過個人都係鍾意日本嘅苦瓜多啲,唔知下次師傅會唔會用日本嘅涼瓜去整扣花膠,日本嗰種鮮甜味道似乎更能突顯出其他菜式嘅味道。除左苦瓜menu外,朋友推薦脆皮茶香雞,師傅將原隻龍崗雞慢油炸熟,加上香片及普洱混入白飯,將原隻龍崗雞燻製十分鐘,加入左白飯的茶葉令雞肉吸收完全的茶香,之後再將全隻龍崗雞炸至金黃,皮脆肉嫩,而且個皮同雞肉都食到茶葉薰香味,好精彩。唔記得有冇試過呢度嘅燒味,就算平時自助餐有嘅話都未必食,頭先食完嗰脆味茶香雞意猶未盡,今日嘅蜜汁叉燒,睇得出師傅嘅燒嘢功力。Menu入面仲有魚湯浸竹笙蘆筍,呢個又係超級出色,非常簡單,蘆筍完全吸收晒魚湯嘅鮮甜,一定好食。單尾朋友點嘅鮑魚汁炆粗麵,濃烈嘅鮑魚汁非常掛麵,又係色香味俱全,簡單嘅菜式都做得咁出色就知道點解我一班朋友一路都咁鍾意去呢間餐廳。甜點都係涼瓜,以冬蜜及杜阮涼瓜汁製成的蜂蜜涼瓜凍糕,翠綠色的涼瓜凍糕,內藏細碎涼又脆的涼瓜肉,中層是絲滑的奶凍,夏日炎炎,再送一口甘涼的涼瓜甜品,清新口腔最好。加上呢度最愛嘅蛋白杏仁茶,好完美的weekend lunch 。如果大家都有興趣食呢個涼瓜Menu,記得七月底前一定要去啦。…Read More

前排係朋友個Threds見到福岡嘅天婦羅名店「博多天婦羅 長岡Nagaoka」最近喺香港開分店嘅消息已經想食,估唔到開業頭幾日仲有日本天婦羅大師親自坐鎮帶博多手藝黎到香港,餐廳係銅鑼灣利園三期,要食非常方便,而且位置都算多,唔會怕好難訂位 (希望係啦)前幾日新張期間仲要推出半價優惠,不過好快已經爆左,呢個天婦羅Omakase套餐真喺好值得食,講真就算無半價,佢個餐都唔算好貴,$688餐有前菜,刺身,多種唔同嘅天婦羅,仲有飯同甜品,以日本過江龍價錢嚟講超值。當日試左好幾種唔同嘅天婦羅,蘆筍、A4 和牛、海膽、胡麻豆腐、花虎蝦、小柱貝雜錦天婦羅、番薯,當中最喜歡的是和牛同海膽,另外胡麻豆腐令人十分難忘,如果以天婦羅來說,佢嘅風格跟我喜歡的天御同從前的岩浪有少許分別,的確令我想親身到福崗試試。仲有一定要好睇又好食同好打卡嘅釜飯,當晚食左兩個黑毛和牛月見釜飯同松葉蟹及三文魚子釜飯,外型一流,味道都好精彩,特別係黑毛和牛個味,令成個飯都生色不少。甜品都有幾種,當晚吃了年糕天婦羅配黃豆粉及雪糕同蜜柑紅豆蓉天婦羅配麻糬,蜜柑天婦羅夾紅豆蓉麻糬係少見做法,怪不得係當地的signature 。或許開店promotion 你趕唔到book位,不過我覺得就算無買一送一,來到這感受一下福崗的天婦羅過江龍也不錯。…Read More

Megabox以前成日去上海小南國,原來已經執左,換上翡翠江南,仲換上一個來自曾經做過上海總會嘅廚司。當晚先吃幾個前菜,京陵鹽水鴨,滬式燻魚,全部都有唔錯表現,特別喜歡京陵鹽水鴨,個味道剛剛好,同平時係連鎖見到嘅多一份細緻。重點係豆漿黃魚湯配油條,呢個煮法好唔同,用上豆漿同油條配係幾好,聽師傅講平時用上魚湯的做法再加豆漿,真心甜,而且條黃魚好靚,來到值得一試。另外一個signature 荷香黃金雞煮係心機之作,用上好多唔同嘅程序去煮,佢嘅雞肉好腍好入味,而且好好打卡,而且價錢唔算貴。紅燒肉百頁結個件紅燒肉嘅肥美絕對精彩,加上百頁一齊食有更好的口感。原條東坡牛肋條令我想起夜上海的名作,炆得好腍,又係必點菜式。食得太多肉,吃過羊肚菌炒時蔬清清腸胃,仲有大煮乾絲,全部都唔會好肥膩,準備朋友話一定唔錯過嘅後段。朋友佢地嘅點心師傅都好好,所以上海小籠包 ,錦鹵炸雲吞同百步香蔥油餅 ,一定唔少得,甜品係桂花拉糕同高力豆沙,前者的桂花拉糕有勁多酒香。平時覺得Megabox無乜好食,下次再去,多左一個選擇,希望下次再去師傅可以再保持水準,再下一城。…Read More

朋友推薦的Mue Mue ,話係近期佢香港餐廳踏入一扇通往泰國的小門,除左渡船街大排檔外,係應該另一多人講的餐廳。乜都唔知跟人來到,朋友更安排好了大部分的食物,先來的炭燒沙嗲牛串,加上佢哋好有力度嘅沙嗲汁,我覺得都應該唔會有錯。泰式椰香鮮雞湯,好開胃,雞湯個底其實好似冬蔭功,雞好滑,係一個唔錯嘅開胃選擇。小食揀了豬頸肉、蝦多士、雞翼、鳳爪。雞翼炸到唔油多蒜幾惹味,樣樣都幾好,炸物相對出色。酒香火焰骨,火焰骨都幾辣,不過佢係傳統最流行嘅大骨,部份位肉嫩軟骨都幾好食,不過多左個上火儀式,又加多左分,愛打卡嘅更多一層歡樂,視覺與味覺的交錯。我好鐘意泰胡椒和牛炒糯米河,和牛靚之餘,個糯米河好煙韌,調味又唔會太鹹,好食。甜品黑糖椰子雪糕幾好,淡淡椰味香,愛甜品的細佬不停讚口,想起微風中的泰國椰樹。飲品有Mue Punch,你都估到係fruit punch 朋友咁,個人熱愛雪糕紅豆珍多冰,更有泰國感覺。…Read More

成年無食呢度嘅雞煲,朋友約去太子嘅亞南雞煲聚下,又唔使諗去邊度食飯,即刻應承,星期日晚去到,基本上都高朋滿座,全院齊人,你就知佢嘅質素幾好。呢度雞煲出名,湯同乾煲都要試,蟲草花野生竹笙花膠湯濃雞煲,用上新鮮雞只係加$200,仲會有內臟係入面,不過最重要係佢嘅花膠湯,大大條嘅竹笙完全吸收晒花膠湯嘅精華,之後食嘅新鮮雞更加好味。花膠雞煲用乾煲上,同行嘅朋友唔係好食得辣,所以叫咗少辣,如果辣多少少嘅話應該更加出色。平時只係六福有,呢度都有椒鹽鮮鮑魚,價錢平好多,當然味道質素冇咁高。炸野做得好,每次朋友都會叫一輪炸物做前菜,今晚都一樣,酥炸桶蠔,愛蠔嘅大大隻食又係超滿足。朋友話蝦多士好食,當然要試,大大隻蝦又炸得好,另外的油炸鬼釀墨魚滑個人覺得更加吸引。另外兩個非油炸嘅麻辣墨魚鬚同尖椒皮蛋非常好食,特別係墨魚鬚,個個麻辣絕對襯到一個點。皇牌真係皇牌,皇牌脆炸牛坑腩叫左兩碟都清哂,原來呢度除咗雞好之外,牛都幾出色。食完雞煲,再食火鍋,安格斯牛小排太靚,睇完幅相你都知幾靚,而且價錢唔會出邊好似一啲專食牛嘅火鍋店咁離譜。食牛之後都想叫下豬,牛小排拼多半係黑豚肉,叫一碟又送多個雜菜籃,平時一個雜菜籃都要幾十蚊,呢間餐廳都算幾好。未夠喉叫多幾個好食嘅打邊爐料,頂級牛根丸、胡椒豬肚丸、鮮蝦雲吞等等都出色。另外一個特色,呢度有土瓜灣一間出名嘅涼茶店嘅涼茶提供,川靈芝茶,雪梨茶同薏米水,食雞煲炸嘢咁熱氣,都有一系列滋潤滋補嘅飲品。食完人頭都係五百幾,朋友聚舊簡單食下一流,唔係啲咩驚天動地嘅選擇,但係日常出街簡單食吓至少唔會覺得唔得。…Read More

朋友係半個西貢地膽,咁耐無食過六福又要去,中間有兩次朋友食過都話好,幫人搞局多,自己心癢又要去食下。先上場的西貢地道魚湯,甜到不得了,薯仔同蕃茄其實好正,可惜太多野食,唔夠膽食湯渣。呢度嘅名物椒鹽焗大連鮮鮑魚,食過就知市面上雖然都有出品,但都唔夠呢度做得好。例牌嘅魚湯粉絲浸花甲鮮甜到一個點,粉絲一條都無剩。我好耐無食嘅前菜生扣北菇雞腳同客家鹹菜木耳炆腩仔,都係呢度嘅出色出品,前菜計,北菇大隻到嚇死人,仲有超入味嘅雞腳,鹹菜木耳炆腩仔就又係可以送一碗大白飯。呢個野生海斑龍吐珠,兩吃係碧綠炒斑球同鹽酥骨腩,又靚又夠啖啖肉,鹽酥骨腩送杯啤酒一流。呢個薑蔥炒蟶子皇配煎米粉係朋友F推薦,熱辣辣用個煲仔上,至少蟶子皇夠壯同襯上個啲薑蔥醬汁撈米粉先係最正。席上有熟人好搞作,本身叫菜想睇下可以加乜嘢伴菜,西蘭花原來只能單點,但識人off menu可以加帶子。尾聲想食飯,都係點西貢艇仔蒸飯,有臘味,吊桶仔,蝦米,加上蝦醬同配料,唔駛撈,就咁食已經好精彩。唔夠喉,整多個豉油王炒麵 ,多芝麻夠香,麵又炒得夠好,次次無失拖。而家要單點的椰靑大菜糕又係好精彩,不過跟人食就當然有得送,怪不得六福都會開甜品店,由泰國人主理嘅椰靑大菜糕係好出色,期待年尾再黎,如果搞局,你又有冇興趣?…Read More

中環IFC唐述——世味人生嘅完美體驗

最近喺中環IFC嘅「唐述」食咗個世味人生套餐,記得之前食過lunch之後,一直好想食晚餐,試過搞局但又唔係好多人有興趣,近來朋友話有個新餐推薦,就兩個人簡單約去試下。夜晚嘅海境係另一種美,維港的夜景而且舒適環境,以呢個陣容$1388一位,同之前食lunch差唔多,怪不得朋友會推薦。頭盤「甜椒醬蟶子皇」好清新,上枱就有無盡的仙氣,蟶子夠肥美,甜椒醬帶點微辣同酸甜,食落好開胃。之後嘅「前菜三弄」更加搶眼,百香梅茄酸酸甜甜,蕃茄仔軟好入口;三絲海蜇爽脆過癮,鹹鹹地得黎唔會太重口味,20年花雕浸鮮蝦酒香濃到化,蝦肉彈牙,回味無窮。湯品「杏汁肆菓燉螺頭湯」好養生,杏汁嘅清甜同螺頭嘅鮮味混搭得天衣無縫,飲落暖笠笠,胃同心都好暖,而且杏汁好濃,愛杏汁的一定會喜歡。第一個主菜「蟬衣玉帶」係香煎大帶子配勁多嘅酥脆芋絲,帶子煎得外焦內嫩,外面的脆芋絲,一起放入口口感有兩層。中場嘅「珍寶珠」係一道自製雪葩,清涼解膩,啱晒畀味蕾一個小休息,酸完之後好似無食過野咁。「海苔蔥燒銀鱈魚」同樣幾好,鱈魚外酥內軟,海苔同蔥花嘅香氣令魚肉加咗好多分,最重要好熱,外層炸完好香脆。「荷香子薑欖豉醬蒸雞」又係另一個亮點,雞肉嫩滑多汁,薑同豆豉嘅味道好香,子薑同欖豉個配搭係幾好。「魚香手功寛麵」將川味同手工寬麵結合,茄子軟糯入味,微辣嘅醬汁好惹味,麵條又彈牙,食到我哋一啖接一啖。甜品「香芒雪燕烏豆花」豆花滑溜得來唔會太甜,芒果香甜,特別甜品上的雪燕清新,食完清爽又滿足。比上次lunch 今次唐述晚餐真是一個視覺同味覺嘅雙重享受!無敵海景同靚裝修畀環境加分,精緻菜式兩次都俾到驚喜我。…Read More

再來原因見朋友FB宣傳呢到晚市叻沙買一送一優惠,突然記起呢到係一個唔錯簡單晚飯嘅地方,於是兩個簡單來食餐便飯。太耐無黎先記得,脆蝦片係勁好食,食唔停,加埋佢哋嘅茶葉,未食正餐已經好開胃。香茅椰糖烤雞全翼,未見過咁大隻同肥美,以為入面釀左糯米咁,燒得好靚,皮脆肉嫩,簡單的美味反而令人難忘。瑪萊沙嗲3串都點左豬,加上佢沙嗲汁,一如以往嘅水準。上次記得肉骨茶好飲,點了瑪萊肉骨茶,舊舊肉骨都夠大,湯又較濃,送飯一流。香草青檸汁蒸原隻酸魷魚,真心好食,個青檸汁幾辣,最緊要係魷魚好新鮮,係我全晚其中一個最喜歡嘅菜式。森巴蝦仁通菜同招牌海南雞飯都係佢哋一貫嘅發揮,記得佢哋之前海南雞飯有優惠,可惜無時間黎,今晚朋友又唔想食叻沙,最後享受唔到佢個買一送一。尾聲來個班蘭咖椰多士加白咖啡,係最好嘅結局,朋友點的桂圓紅棗蜜送多士都幾好。不過值得再黎。…Read More
