幾年前嚟食過呢間麵店,水準還可以,又未至於好好(唔明當年點解俾笑臉),朋友話我知好似個伙記頂咗嚟做,麵店裡翻新咗之餘,仲話食物好食咗好多,於是就再嚟食一次,睇下係咪真係咁多食。我都幾鍾意食麵同好滑嘅河粉,印象中呢度嘅麵有鹼水味,所以點了肥腩撈河,$36,先食一件肥腩,3分肥膏、7分牛腩肉,牛腩肉不會鞋口,幼身河粉,本身已經有腩汁,再加埋蠔油一齊食....河粉就普通滑溜,但已經好過好多地方了,可以再來一次。…Read More

其實之前嚐囍未攞米芝蓮推介時嘅夜晚已經好多人幫襯,但未至於要等好耐位,又試過業主要收回而最後又繼續續約;之前係得煲仔飯同小菜食,又唔知幾時轉咗做24小時之餘仲要有點心食,下午4點至6點應該落場時間。朋友住附近,凌晨2點由佢帶我去呢度食宵夜,見到八成滿,好彩仲有細枱,我哋兩個都唔飲熱茶,同侍應講唔駛斟茶,茶錢照計,而佢係會收起隻啲茶杯,而且無收到茶錢,仲可以響便利店買凍飲。叫了鮮蝦菜苗餃,$21、臘味糯米飽,$19、豉味蒸排骨,$21,唔知係咪因為太多客,所以等咗成30分鐘左右,不過傾下計好快就過。鮮蝦菜苗餃,皮薄餡靚,蝦肉彈牙。臘味糯米飽,已經唔係好多地方有呢款舊式點心食了,好有兒時感覺,一咬落去,熱辣辣,糯米飯夠煙韌,臘肉臘腸夠香口。豉味蒸排骨,肥瘦適中,水準之上,另外芋頭有炸過才蒸,吸哂啲味,正。凌晨響西環食到呢啲質素點心,唔飲熱茶仲可以唔計茶錢(我強調要照收的),都係$59,真心宵夜推介。…Read More

我本身都好鍾意食焗豬扒飯,以幾間有名連鎖快餐店而言,以前「大家X」的豬扒飯是我認為比較好食的,但最近聽朋友講美心MX的焗豬扒飯好食咗好多,所以想去試試其豬扒飯的水準,經過馬鞍山新港城廣場美心MX,原來呢間美心MX已經改為叫「MX」,雖然無咗美心,但應該仲係美心集團的。先去收銀處向店員落單叫一客焗豬扒飯,$40,加一杯七喜,加$6,共俾$46後攞飛,去揾位等叫號碼,呢間MX有自助凍/熱水機,唔駛下下去店員攞水,幾方便。等咗幾分鐘就有得攞,將餐盤攞去我已放低袋嘅枱,未開始食前,先將焗豬扒飯上的一塊豬扒、番茄、菠蘿、茄汁及炒飯放到另一隻碟上,並將豬扒切件,才開始進食,豬扒都叫有咬口、番茄外皮焗到乾身而裏面仍留住水份、芝士焗到夠香口、茄汁沒有過酸、不過靑豆少少乾、炒飯底算夠乾身,真的比起「大家X」同「大快X」好食咗。…Read More
