難得請假,與友人一起到銅鑼灣購物原打算到半島享用下午茶見已屆三時,又被此店樓下的mini cake所吸引便決定改變行程high tea set for two please此兩款咸點比預期出色,尤其上方的鵝肝餅,沒有腥味,佐以酒浸的梨及提子,平衡了鵝肝的膩,讓人回味下方的三文魚露荀卷,味道也恰如其份,不俗不俗鬆餅及果醬則平平無奇士多啤梨雖配上白朱古力,但仍比想像中要酸反而吉士卷表面香脆,內裡香甜味美藍莓芝士餅 - 餅底夠實,整體合格最令我喜出望外的是焦糖燉蛋,香滑程度竟然比得上Paul Lafayet杯底還發現點點的雲呢拿籽,足證明它的真材實料伴以洋甘菊茶,舒緩平日工作的煩擾及緊張店內的座位寬敞,樓底亦高,環境本應屬中上但我們所坐的室內位本是非吸煙範圍,卻也嗅到戶外客人的二手煙味可見室外座的擺位或室內的抽風系統尚有改善空間…Read More

 咖啡及牛奶類飲品的選擇不少,而且所用的牛奶都是本港農場牛奶,很推是日本人選擇是榛子朱古力鮮奶,附送棉花糖數顆,奶滑,榛子及朱古力味不會太搶,味道平衡  主菜、意粉可隨意搭配最欣賞是黑芝士意粉及烤龍利柳芝士味濃而乾身,故能緊緊黏附著意粉,芝士迷真的不容錯過,但記緊在離開時檢查牙齒,不要影響儀容龍利柳以蜜糖及香草處理,雖然相信是冷藏貨,但沒有雪味,肉質嬾滑,值得一試  依次序是朱古力曲奇芝士餅、焗蘋果芝士餅及tiramisu芝士餅的餅底其實不俗,但分別吃不出朱古力及蘋果的味道,令人失望反而tiramisu令人回味,奶油細滑、蛋糕輕軟、酒香,各層次恰如其份此店位置遠離市中心,雖是缺點,但亦因而人流較少,三五知已,談天說地,亦不怕誤人生意。…Read More
