區內少數美味的台式甜品店

一間坐落於觀塘工廈,沒有賣任何廣告,單靠出品成功由半鋪位發展成的台式甜品店 - 芋圓控。觀塘分店就別是一間台式甜點店,一個人可以靜靜地坐在窗邊,看著街外的風景,一邊整理思緒,一邊回憶種種,應該也算是種“文青”式享受?自選八款材料桂花凍芋泥,蜜芋頭,蜜薏米,小丸子,小芋圓,焙茶圓4.3牛奶桂花凍 - 桂花香氣十足又不會有苦味,彷彿在喝一飲桂花茶。芋泥球 - 甜蜜的口感帶著芋頭味,雖然美味但說泥的話,若帶點芋頭粒卻是不完全的作品。算是與店內另一款作品 芋泥鮮奶與別不同的芋泥。蜜芋頭 -甜蜜在每一口的芋頭充分表現出黎。芋頭經過甜蜜過後內在亦變得豐富之餘亦帶有種甜思思的感覺,變人眼前一亮。令人忘了芋頭不再是曾經是那個內在雖然有自己又堅實但平實單一的味道。蜜薏米 - 一款既有甜蜜的味道又有米的顆粒口感。如果每啖都QQ的口感,口或者會變累了,但來一口蜜薏米,就如同吃一口飯,帶你口裡的舌尖帶來元氣。這款亦是我個人最喜愛的一款。小丸子 - 有別於芋圓的糯米口感,每顆白玉咬起來,彈牙又有種芒果糯米糍的味道。小芋圓 - 芋圓變多了,味道變多了,但充實感卻變小了,可能就是害怕孤單才會黏在一起。如果是一口只食一顆,總有種寂寞感,就像是告訴著一口之後就什麼都沒有了。但一口多顆的話,每一次都帶著不一樣的感受,這一口黏起的形狀口感豐富了,下一口又會覺得地瓜味不夠而變單一了。雖然每一口都精彩,但不一定會是你想要的。不會知道那一口最合你口味,但應該總有幾口會留下遺憾吧。焙茶圓 - 口感煙韌性剛好,有回彈口感之餘但又不會咬不完,是QQ的代表作。焙茶味亦十足,每口都充分感受到“是焙茶的味道”。4.3牛奶 - 只要是不想汁影響了食物,怕會影響其他款色的味道。但慢慢會發現原來是食品影響了4.3牛奶,使其變得特別。這次不止有牛奶味,會有桂花味,會有蜜味,不知道如果配上其他款,又會帶來什麼樣的組合。作為老顧客,雖然年中已經品嘗過無數次,但心中一直覺得欠了一個對此店的食評。所以借今天來了卻心事。觀塘甜品中應該算得上是性價比之王,所以即使有其他連鎖店進駐觀塘,芋圓控依然沒有被壓倒,依然能夠成功突破。…Read More

《好L難食》牛肉飯真係好難食呀!唔會再黎

今次其實係我第一次食別府,見佢下午茶價錢都ok,就諗住試下佢啦。我地叫左滑蛋鰻魚飯同溫泉蛋牛肉飯,一個小食同兩杯飲品。飲品出奇地都有問題,杯熱檸水居然係有層油,要叫佢地換過杯比我地咁個滑蛋鰻魚飯就正正常常既,洋蔥炒得幾甜(應該係落左糖),但係飯煲得略嫌有啲過濕,醬汁一般,以價錢黎講叫做食得過。但係個牛肉飯真係好唔掂。女朋友太餓所以未影相就食,我唯有係度用文字形容。白飯底再牛肉放面然後再加七味粉同一隻溫泉蛋,內容係咁多,但係七味粉係近乎無味,再加埋啲飯又係有啲濕,成個口感變得好奇怪。唔止係咁,牛肉有陣奇怪既牛臭味,配飯食係真係好難食,好似廁所既味道,呢個飯真係難食到想退貨!然後芝士年糕係我地食哂兩個飯既十幾分鐘之後先黎,因為都唔係重點野所以唔影了。大細唔同出面啲放題,就同個QQ波差唔多,黎到個陣有個都炸過龍爆左啲芝士出黎。因為係黎貨野,想試既話可以。呢次體驗可以話係相當差,我地食完係勁失望,黎緊應該都唔會再敢黎食…Read More

「真心食評」極差,良心現在已經墜落了

話說帝王水產我自己以前都食過三次,一年係2020年3月尾(應該),一次係個半月前。2020年個次唔提了,重正正常常。個半月前個次有啲唔好既感覺,因為個次見佢單張5點到5點半係189所以上去食,點知一上去屈我價,價錢一開初屈我219,我聽完即刻同佢講係咪收錯價,問完同我講話改左價錢,189係長者價,然後經過幾分鐘討論,比我209(唔包加一)。咁雖然心情已經一般般,但係一來肚餓二來印象呢度放題算ok,咁就坐低食。而今次,我因為朋友生日而再食呢間放題,食既時間係7點。好老實講,無保持到水準之餘,越黎越難食,一味靠食立場,其實好可恥。呢餐除左帶比我朋友一日唔快樂既生日,亦令我對呢間野失去信心。我一次過綜合兩次食物既經驗,講一啲結論同比較,比大家有啲立體的感覺。先講下比較正常同呢間店有質素既野,刺身。刺身食得出係新鮮,三文魚會比腩位,食落會有油脂,算幾肥美。帶子帶腥味,味道鐘唔鐘意就見仁見智,但係口感會有啲空虛。甜蝦有有頭版同無頭版,無頭版細隻蝦味重啲,作為頭盤任食唔虧。有頭版肉身厚實,口感會好過無頭版,不過蝦腸重連住,同埋好易因為浸冰走哂蝦既甜味。壽司方面,生既壽司睇刺身品質,就唔評啦。灸燒系列三文魚係可以入得口,但係舊肉係凍的。鰻魚壽司不過不失,不過唔熱令佢經過燒既風味全失。創意卷物勉強啦,都係用沙律醬同芝士醬去創意,無感。手卷系列食紫菜多過食料,通常一啖食左啲料重有半块紫菜淨,好奇試吓一件可以既。千萬!千萬!千萬!唔好食杯,唔知係魚生定係飯問題,寧寧捨捨係兩隻杯有事(本人食到吐番出黎)後面既我一概稱之為「劣食」先講入座會送既火鍋,我係揀左海鮮鍋。蟹,蝦應該無浸鹽水直接解凍,完全無海鮮味,啲菜好老(黑哂同干巴巴咁),所為頭盤係為左塞飽你而準備既咁。炸物雖然有啲野揀下,但其實攞貨番黎炸,出品都麻麻。芝麻雞翼炸太老,見到邊位焦黑,留唔住雞翼既肉汁。芝士年糕就如同漏氣既氣球咁,食落去軟身芝士咁,做唔到外脆內軟既口感。薯絲蝦,薯蝦唔脆有啲生既口感,一般。炸鮮奶係比較好食,但都係因為煉奶加持…炸蠔一般,還好炸份唔厚,唔會比例差到食粉多過食蠔咁燒蝦係走油(炸)的,清楚見到蝦肉同殼分離。蝦肉干咁上面既叫做重放得落口,下面三款既係我「精選」。泰式豬頸肉係浸湯,呢個我第一次見。理所當然豬頸肉無燒過,佢亦都唔會係「泰式」落單落左半個鐘先黎既牛油炒雜菌。啲菇食得出已經變左,我,壽星仔同另一位朋友完全食唔到落口,每人咬兩啖已經吐番出黎周打海鮮湯成為精選中最出色的表現作。作為西湯必然唔合格,成個湯感覺係加大量生粉水而令佢有種「杰」既感覺,但係你話佢係湯,不如話更似糊狀的黑暗料理(估唔到真實存在)。而味道就係用雞粉同鹽溝出黎既湯味。咁海鮮呢?係「蟹柳」度。途中多次甩單(今次起碼甩左4張),改食物數目(特別係刺身),兩次唔收碗碟(隔離枱大叫),有小強(隔離枱大叫),同埋比錯食物(有盤炸物無落單但比我哋)。而今次價錢係3位825,食呢種質素既放題,可以話體驗極差。如果對比係旺角其他放題,我會寧願去集團式放題都唔會再去呢間店再幫襯。(提提大家,道地無糖茶放左係雪櫃右邊啲紙箱度,不過擺放位置極隱蔽,同埋會比雜物遮住,大家想要既可以搵搵)…Read More
