This restaurant is a hidden gem in Jordan! The food was very delicious and nutritious! I ordered a dinner set, with fish soup, white rice and a lemon barley drink. The fish soup (川芎白芷豬潤燉魚頭湯) was fresh and rich in flavor. I was very happy and satisfied with the lunch set at Ten Zushi, which was priced at $500 + 10%. The ingredients were fresh, the tastes were special and satisfying, and the environment was comfortable. The service was great. The tofu salad was immediately served once we ordered. The greens were fresh and tasty. The egg custard with crabmeat was served straight after. The flavor was rich and there were plenty of crab meat! This is followed by the omakase sushi set. We had 6 pieces of sushi, an oyster, then another 6 pieces of sushi. My favourites were the Hokkaido cod sushi, the uni roll, and the seared toro sushi! The Hokkaido cod was fresh, raw, smooth and flavourful. The uni was abundant and sweet. The seared toro sushi was layered with sesame and some special ingredients which made it very unique and tasty! I was here for the super Monday dinner, where the cheaper of the two main courses was free. I highly recommend the soft shell crab curry and the coconut rice. The soft shell crab soaked in yellow curry was very tasty and aromatic. It was served with broccoli and cauliflowers. I came here for a dim sum lunch with my family. There were quite a few special offerings. The seats were very comfy, and the sea view is nice.I liked the steamed garoupa and green pea seed dumpling. The combination was nutritious and the ingredients were fresh. My favourite dim sum was the steamed rice flour roll with bbq pork and preserved vegetables. Adding the preserved vegetables to the traditional bbq pork rice flour roll created a layered effect in the taste. The outcome was a wonderful surprise. I also liked the deep fried taro pastry, which was crispy outside and mashy inside. The most memorable and creative dish was the deep fried black mushrooms with the osmanthus honey sauce. It was delicious! It was like sweet mushroom tempura. I loved the crispy outside, the juicy mushroom taste, perfectly blended with the sweet taste of the honey. For two people, we ordered the lobster bisque, lobster linguini, and the lobster and steak. We began our meal with some warm bread served with vinegar. Then, we had the lobster bisque. It has a rich and aromatic flavor. The texture is quite creamy, and it is mixed with some lobster meat.Next, we had the lobster linguini. It was my favourite dish. Here I am again at the Night Market for lunch - it is a good value lunch/dinner option in the Elements Mall. It offers a great variety of Taiwanese food selection of high quality. It is also not so hard to get a table. For my lunch, I ordered two chef recommended dishes: the slow cooked pork sauce over rice, and the Kung Pao Prawns.The slow cooked pork sauce over rice is very tasty. The egg is perfectly half boiled. The pork is flavourful. The rice is top quality, very chewy, with an appealing aroma. It is champion rice from Taiwan. The Social Place offers very photogenic Chinese food, with decent quality. The restaurant is relatively modern and cozy vs. a traditional dim sum restaurant. I liked how the portion of each dish was not so big, so we could try a greater variety of food even though there were just three of us. The food was very well presented. I am so happy that the cremia ice cream is finally here in HK! It is so impressively delicious that every time I go to Tokyo, I must eat the cremia ice cream (often in the Narita airport). The original flavor is the best. The richness of the milk flavor captivates me every time. It is almost addictive. The texture is harder than a typical milk ice cream, and you can feel that the ice cream won’t melt on your hand. The cone is a perfect match to the creamy ice cream. The sliced mutton soup noodles has an intense flavor of mutton! I love it. The soup noodles are delicious. It also contains some veggies. This noodles are indeed very good value for money. The abalone with sea cucumber is served with asparagus. The sea cucumber has an elastic texture, and feels like a pack of collagen. The abalone is tender and tasty!The pumpkin pie is one of my favourite! It has a lovely mochi texture. The outside is filled with sesame, an added bonus. It is a bit sweet, and very delicious.The mango and pomelo sweet soup is served with a scoop of ice cream. It is a bit too sweet for my taste, but it has enough fresh mango and pomelo to make up for it. The mango pudding is great, a very traditional HK dessert. It contains a good amount of fresh mango, and is served with a generous portion of condensed milk. It is yummy. This dinner cost $350, including tea and service charge. The bread basket and the amuse bouche with truffle offered a nice and warm start of the meal.The first course I had was the Culatello Di Zibello “Oro Spigaroli” with green salad. The ham is aged over 30 months, and the quality is excellent. The second course was the warm blue lobster, garnished with broccolini emulsion and lobster jus. It is simply delicious.The third course was the crab meat linguini. It is my favourite course. The crab meat is fresh and sizeable. The linguini is perfectly cooked al dente. The confit tomato and lemon is a great match.The fourth course was the short rib and beef tenderloin. The smell is mouth-watering. The short rib is very fatty and tasty.
