今晚同一個舊同學去左新先施買野,走個時都成七點半,就去左隔來睇下有咩食啦。見到有間叫Pancake Colours Cafe & Bar,就上去睇下啦。上到去都環境裝修同其他cafe 個feel 好唔同。入面都好大,唔洗一陣好快有位。睇個menu都有好多野食同野飲。叫左野食後,出左去睇下有咩野玩,最後拎左啤牌。玩左陣D野食好快上左美式豬肋骨好大條豬肋骨,燒汁甜甜地,肉質唔會燒得好老,所以好"淋"好易切開。加上唔太肥太瘦,有屠薄薄既肥層,入口真係唔錯wor. 覺得唔夠汁,佢仲有一小兜汁,但我覺得佢本身已經夠味。豬肋骨下面以薯條放底。跟豬肋骨送的羅宋湯,唔會偏太辣同太酸,料的好多,幾好飲。芝士肉醬焗薯條芝士肉醬陣味一上枱就香到入鼻,薯條熱辣辣,香脆可口。芝士加薯條之前食過,但加埋肉醬又另一番風味。香茸燒豬頸肉本人真係好鍾意食豬頸肉,佢D豬頸肉唔太乾,唔洗配汁食都好好味,都幾"琳"唔難咬。野飲方面飲左一杯薄荷鮮奶凍咖啡同一杯朱古力咖啡,朱古力咖啡用既冰係沙冰,唔錯。…Read More

17/11中午就入左黎屯門,無計啦因為今日要勞動幫個fd搬屋執野!勞動前就梗係要食個豐富lunch補充下體力啦!去左個新新地既商場Vcity既一間叫pepper power食,由一田超市上電梯轉左就係,個位都幾顯眼。中午12點幾都未算太多人,而且2個人都好快有位!肚餓啦,拿拿臨叫野食先…我就叫左個泰式鹵豬脾飯,d豬脾正呀!d肉好腍,鹵水汁好入味,而且肥瘦均勻,仲有半隻鹵水蛋喎,份量都足夠!Fd就叫左泰式海鮮炒金邊粉,因為佢唔係好食得太辣,所以order時叫左少辣。佢話個味好味,佢將旁邊d花生碎撈埋金邊粉,個味就酸酸甜甜但帶d辣辣地,夠開胃。我都夾左d黎試,又真係幾ok,金邊粉又好煙韌彈牙,我見佢碟野用料都幾足,有蟹柳、蝦、墨魚…..d金邊粉都幾多下…另外叫多左2個小食。1個豬頸肉,啖啖肉而且帶點微辣又唔會太油膩,正呀!另1個係半打雞肉串燒,雞肉鮮嫩,炸得金黃,點d沙嗲醬食,good 啦!最後,當然飲返杯野啦!Fd就叫左椰汁紅豆冰,佢話勁香椰子味,而且係勁多紅豆,甜度適中!我就叫左什果冰,底中勁多雜果,味就偏士多啤梨味,都唔差!超飽囉!講返環境,以簡樸為主都係木檯木凳,唔多花巧野!而服務都可以啦,侍應都好快收下野,加下水咁! …Read More

尋日星期六, 有個住係黃大仙既朋友建議去打邊爐, 但唔係任食. 因為我地成班都係食開任食既,佢就叫我地試下啦, D食物唔錯家又大碟.去到港鐵站等齊人5條友就行過去, 都唔係好遠行5分鐘就到, 到左先知係叫涮得棧.我仲以為係去譽宴打因為同一層, 哈哈.入到去, 我個fd 原來一早book 左位有房, 仲有電視睇有得較台tim.入去即時睇左有咩湯底, 成11個湯底, 當中有雞同蟹鍋. 咁我地就叫左個當日推介既川貝海底椰木瓜鱷魚骨湯底. 等左陣個鍋來到, 睇下都好多料, 幾舊大骨, 仲有雞腳. 仲叫左jar竹庶水(幾甘甜家)我地D 配料叫左 手切澳洲M5肥牛(兩轉) – 色澤好, 牛味好濃, 唔洗沾汁都好正招牌手切本地肥牛(兩轉) - 色澤都好, 但牛味冇咁濃, 但比較爽口頂級肥牛粒 – 第一次打邊爐食牛粒,大粒得來又唔韌手打墨魚蝦滑雙拼 – 可能真係自家打, 味濃, 爽口彈牙唐生菜, 白菜仔 – D菜唔老, 冇咩特別花枝片(兩轉) – 呢個我最愛, 滾兩滾食得, 好有鮮味同爽口韮菜餃– 大大粒, 入面D料調味得都唔錯仲有芝士腸貢丸同最後叫個稻庭烏冬其實有仲炸魚片 – 大大舊又脆口, 但食得太快冇影相最後叫左糖水, 到我地要食既時候, 仲幫我地即時清走台上D野,服務真係唔錯.埋單, 每人都係三百蚊到(唔計壽星仔)睇上去好似5個人食左唔係好多, 但係佢每碟真係量都唔少. 而且佢D野真係新鮮, 上料又快. 可以再encore!…Read More

前日星期三, 有個朋友生日. 但佢美孚個頭收8點, 聽日大家又要返工, 唯有去美孚到食啦.佢提議去一間叫小越南既細餐廳, 生日個話事冇問題既.8點幾左右, 去到間餐廳. 又唔係好細間, 都幾多人食下.格局都唔錯.一行5人入去座都唔逼, 侍應都好快遞上水, 餐具, 同即場介紹2款制作需時招牌菜牛油雞翼同香炸大頭蝦慶祝生日緊係要食D啦, 招牌菜都有圖睇先上個頭盤-牙車快雞絲沙律有椰菜絲, 紅蘿蔔絲,炸香乾蔥, 青瓜絲, 唔少得仲有雞絲望上去唔錯, 加埋D撈檬汁(碌冧)真係好開胃同醒胃珍寶越式拼盤:好快上蝦餅 – 夠熱, 岩岩炸起咁, 同甜酸醬一齊食, 真係好好味春卷 – 同樣都係熱辣辣香脆可口扎肉同薰蹄– 爽口彈牙無骨白雲鳳爪 – 一口就咁食, 唔錯整體有熱食冷盤, 其實想叫多個, 不過仲有其他野食呢小越南香炸大頭蝦一上枱, wa, 勁香囉, 忍唔住即食大頭蝦上半D 膏真係多到呢, 我有個fd 最鍾意食膏, 連我隻上半都比埋佢大頭蝦下半D真係啖啖肉, 雖然炸, 但食得出蝦係新鮮蝦越式大頭蝦酸辣湯酸辣湯一個鍋仔但都夠我地5人飲嗅到陣辣味, 睇下材料, 有香茅, 波羅, 蕃茄等等, 好足材, 當然唔少得又係大頭蝦, 都有4件大頭蝦(即1隻原蝦)重要既係通常出面食D蝦放湯都係會好”梅”, 但食入口同香炸大頭蝦一樣彈牙有鮮味. 鍾意辣既我真係覺得好好飲, 酸辣又醒胃. 有個朋友唔係太食得辣但飲到, 因為D波羅, 蕃茄甜味中和返.牛油蒜蓉焗帶子同大頭蝦一樣, 不過一上枱係一陣牛油蒜香飄過來金黃色帶子, 食落牛油同蒜蓉夾埋帶子一口食, 真係好match, 雖然牛油蒜蓉係重味野, 但帶子鮮味冇被搶走越式椒鹽軟殼蟹依個好岩食, 因為成日食軟殼蟹好覺得好大隻. 但依個佢將軟殼蟹再斬一半, 成為左一口軟殼蟹. 唔會好多炸粉, 又唔會好咸, 最重要係夠熱.黑椒鐵板蠔仔上到枱黑椒味好勁, 用豆芽炒蛋做配入蠔仔, 覺得係另一種食法同風味. 加上有紅辣椒, 黑椒, 蔥粒好好食.蠔仔呢? 估唔到蠔味都強烈.越式辣椒膏豬頸肉炒河粉當以為係好辣時又唔係bor, 陣辣味真係好勁, 但唔係好辣, 又唔油, 燒豬頸肉好好味小越南秘制牛油雞翼呢個招牌菜真係好似個個咁講 - 必食.外面D蒜蓉同牛油, 同焗帶子唔同, 依個係汁來既, 配上香脆雞翼, 好真係正. 另一個重點係雞翼真係好大隻又多汁.越式牛肉撈檬檬粉,青瓜絲,白紅蘿蔔絲同沙律一樣咁新鮮, 撈下撈下牛肉量都唔少又唔韌 wor食到最後差少少未飽就叫左 越式豬頸肉飯燒豬頸肉仍然咁好食, 飯就岩晒我, 因為唔係又”淋”又爛個重, 而係一粒粒個隻, 配上蔥同蔥油, 幾好呀.當然有叫野飲有個fd 同我一樣叫珍多涼粉冰,椰香味濃烈, 粉條同涼粉量都幾多三色冰睇上去同珍多冰差唔多都係椰香味濃烈, 但入面係有綠豆紅豆熱滴漏咖啡, 我地一來有得飲, 個fd 就話等待係享受既一種, 等佢慢慢滴, 下層應該係煉奶. 個fd 最後話好滑同甜得來咖啡味好香.仲有個叫左杯咸檸七結: 真係估唔到一間細細地既食店, 食物水準都咁好咁高. 真係多謝壽星仔介紹.…Read More
