呢間過江龍MAMADAY由銅鑼灣開店開始BOOKMARK,一直未有機會去,終於係尖沙咀開左分店實在太好。預左多人,所以打個電話去BOOK位先,但都係太受歡迎,早兩個禮拜打去到只係BOOK到八點個SECTION。當日早左少少到,係門口企左一陣都未有職員得閒理會。終於有個職員行埋黎, 講話BOOK左枱,佢回應未夠鐘,叫我地門口等一等,但當時餐廳裡面仲有幾張吉枱。到左八點,餐廳打電話黎通知有位,覺得好奇怪,剛才已經同職員報左到,然後我就企係門口,都唔行出黎叫人入坐。最後安排左吧枱,枱面有好多得意既罷設同植物。坐低左都冇人比餐牌我地..要自己拎。餐牌既選擇都幾豐富,有意粉,燉飯,PIZZA,小食,甜品...而且菜式設計好特別,真係樣樣都想試晒佢,好難揀啊最後叫左:中國芝士南乳配西方芝士加肉碎咁囉PIZZA想像中以為係PIZZA餅底搽南乳醬,黎到原來係用左南乳去煮啲肉碎。南乳加芝士呢個組合幾特別,但唔算好夾。PIZZA餅底係薄批,焗完出黎香口脆卜卜,食晒成個都唔怕滯,但就稍微燶左少少。玉子豆腐豆漿蟹肉燉飯驚唔驚呢個燉飯賣相有驚喜。用豆漿取代奶油黎做燉飯,出黎效果清新好多。飯煮得剛剛好,唔會太濕或者太黏,但係調味落得好唔均勻,有幾啖太重胡椒味。燉飯配料主要係菇同洋蔥,冇乜蟹肉係裡面,整體味道唔算太鮮甜。玉子豆腐炸得好香口,如果再厚切少少口感應該會再豐富啲。成個燉飯最驚喜係有個釀蟹蓋表面炸得好香,入面蟹肉好鮮甜。非一般一般檸檬果皮烏龍茶沙冰呢個絕對唔係普通檸檬茶!原來檸檬同烏龍茶出黎個化學效果係咁好既再加上少少陳皮吊味,成杯野味道好特別好清新,值得一試!溶掉了的棉花糖咖啡呢一杯賣相相對優勝燒熔左既棉花糖浮係咖啡上面,就咁睇都覺得好飲。熱飲杯既設計亦都好有玩味。飲落比較甜少少,啱唔鐘意太重咖啡味既人。食完主菜諗住叫埋個甜品,點知又發生左個小插曲...原本想叫件蛋糕食,點知兩款都賣晒咁就叫左個紫薯窩夫,結果一等就等左45分鐘中間,大概ORDER左20分鐘,有個職員行埋黎問LAST ORDER有冇野加,就同左佢講有個窩夫未黎,佢哦一聲之後走左,應該都冇幫我地跟。等到30分鐘都仲未有,想再搵職員追下,但大部份人都忙住執拾收舖,而唔係SERVE客人。等左一陣終於搵到個職員,佢有走入廚房幫我地望,但冇覆返我地咩情況。再等多十幾分鐘,已經想搵個職員講話唔要,突然就有喇~世事想係往往都係咁其實第一ROUND ORDER既燉飯已經係等左成30分鐘...估唔到窩夫更耐...早知唔叫...紫薯窩夫相比起之前食既創意料理,呢個甜品顯得比較普通。原味窩夫口感唔錯,外脆內軟,甜度適中。配料有紫薯蓉,士多啤梨雪糕同埋煉奶,普普通通,士多啤梨雪糕係好假果種香精味。總結一下,食物既味道係唔錯既,餐牌既選擇都好多,可以再戰。但餐廳既運作同服務真係可以改善下。希望今次係個別例子。…Read More

有一段時間冇黎葵涌廣場掃街,又多左啲新野,試一試佢先。呢一間飲品店唔係開係食店聚集既地方,屈左入一條小巷,不算起眼,不過巷口放左大大塊牌介紹自家製朱古力醬,就比佢吸左入去。除左好多款唔同口味主打既朱古力醬+奶,仲有多款梳打,仲有雞蛋仔。花多眼亂之下都係揀左最basic既特濃朱古力鮮奶,$25,唔算特別貴,落左單好快就有得拎了。鮮奶上面蓋上一層朱古力醬,賣相幾吸引。店員提醒飲之前要先攪勻。面層朱古力醬睇落唔係好多,但攪勻左其實好夠,朱古力味好濃郁,配合埋鮮奶真係冇得輸。唯一問題係攪唔勻會食到一粒粒朱古力醬。會回頭的下次再試下其他口味。…Read More

多年之前同友人在大圍食過一次,後來知道結業都感到可惜,香港又少一間老店,不過最後都無係結業前再趁墟喇。估唔到之後又係銅鑼灣重開,今日出開黎港島又再回味一下。在openrice book位後,還有職員電話cfm booking,到餐廳後負責帶位既職員都好親切,先加一分。坐低後開茶,侍應見我地諗左一陣都未有定案,主動上前推介菜式,但沒有過份熱情,讚。侍應推介我地先叫隻招牌乳鴿再慢慢睇。餐牌比起舊店,精簡了不少,但選擇仍然不少。最後再叫左個黃金蝦炒飯同埋燒汁牛柳。點好菜後有空留意下餐廳既裝修。新店當然比舊店乾淨企理好多,仍然保留古色古香味道,枱櫈安排得幾闊落,每枱食客之間保留足夠空間,坐得幾舒服。乳鴿擺盤幾靚,一開左四方便進食,傍邊仲有幾塊蝦片伴碟。店家仲貼心準備左膠手套同濕紙巾。乳鴿新鮮整起熱辣辣,都幾好肉,皮脆香口,但肉質就略為乾身左啲。本身已經好夠味,基本上唔使點側邊既鹽。黃金蝦炒飯炒得夠乾身,粒粒分明,每粒飯都呈金黃色好靚,啖啖充滿住咸蛋黃香味。蝦仁下得算慷慨,火喉剛好,粒粒爽口。炒飯伴以大量菜粒 ,增加口感之餘亦減低油膩感,唔會食兩啖就膩左,不過份量不少,最後都係食唔晒打包走左。最後來既燒汁牛柳亦出色,牛柳好稔,醃得好入味,個燒汁則帶一點點酸味,很開胃下飯。最後吃太飽無再叫甜品,侍應送上兩碗芋頭西米露。兩個人吃飽捧住個肚走,openrice訂座優惠折後四百蚊唔使落樓,呢區黎講坐得舒服,服務週到,性價比不錯,幾適合一班人聚會。…Read More

偶然間發現這家新開的拉麵店,竟然開在街市的最尾,實在有夠大膽的,餐廳門面幾靚,就試一試佢。一入去見到一排吧枱,以為小店就這麼小,原來內有乾坤,上幾級樓梯仲有個頗大既空間。有別於多數的拉麵店以暖色系作裝修,呢度比燈光較暗,亦以灰黑色作主調,配上一啲銅色鏡面,感覺較型格。夜晚七點左右黎,唔算太多客,可能餐廳都係比較新,唔係太多人識。望下餐牌,有幾款唔同湯底的拉麵、沾麵,仲有鰻魚飯同幾款小食。招牌係雞白湯拉麵($98),就試一試。以舊區黎講,呢個價錢係有啲進取。等左一陣,終於有野食喇。賣相相當精緻,麵上放左一撮炸牛蒡,店員好細心咁提供左小碗,如果想慢慢食牛蒡可以先放係小碗,以防浸係湯太耐會淋晒。除左炸牛蒡之外,仲有半隻溏心蛋,兩片叉燒,同埋一大片慢煮雞肉,配料相當豐富。奶白色的雞湯好濃郁,不會好似豬骨湯咁膩,飲落順喉。先試炸牛蒡,平時好少會食呢樣野,炸完又幾香口喎。麵條係粗麵,軟硬度煮得剛好。慢煮雞肉煮得剛剛好,唔會好乾硬,好嫩滑有彈性。反而叉燒不算太香,偏瘦一點。溏心蛋都算入味,可以再流心多啲,但都好好味。…Read More

之前路過既時候,發現呢間餐廳幾靚,bookmark左一排,就決定情人節同女朋友黎呢度慶祝啦。經訂位app book左枱,過左一輪就收到email confirm booking。附上當日set menu,亦都講明當日只供應此menu既食物,睇過菜式都算啱食就confirm啦,都預左呢啲節日係會出呢啲餐黎賺你錢。Confirm booking仲要先付訂金,以免你果日甩底佢賺少左。當日7:30準時去到,係樓下等左一陣,張枱先ready。餐廳都算幾大,連埋地下總共三層。地下有bar枱同埋幾張大圓枱,有梳化幾舒服咁。我地被帶到上去二樓,相對地就坐得比較逼,大部份都係二人枱(可能係當日特別set成咁),枱與枱之間既空間唔太多,大聲少少都聽到隔離講乜,櫈亦都唔係太好坐。不過餐廳環境確係幾靚既,落地玻璃窗前仲放左啲植物,裝修有啲復古。枱面都有放左啲花瓣,蠟燭,幾有氣氛。既然已經係set menu,理應都唔需要order既,不過待應都有循例過黎介紹下menu,同埋問下你嗌唔嗌酒,但都等左成十分鐘先有人埋黎。過左一陣,先放低一籃包,包幾軟熟,有兩款醬配,其中一款蒜蓉蛋黃醬幾好味。食完個包,生蠔就黎喇,生蠔幾新鮮。直到呢度,一切都正常既…跟住再有下一道菜,已經係15分鐘後…而且開始冇跟menu順序上喇…下一道送上既係小食,煎香腸。腸本身幾惹味,但煎過左火,個底燶左食唔到。傍邊果片蕃薯,正好中和返腸既鹹,呢個配搭都唔錯。隔左一陣,另一個前菜,炸芝士波到左。一咬開熱辣辣既芝士流出,係好食既。又隔左大概十分鐘,再上埋另一道小食,香蒜煎蝦,蝦好新鮮,爽甜,只加少少調味就好好食,全晚最好食都係呢個。個蝦食完我地又等下一個菜。呢個時候發現我地食晒啲小食仲有個前菜係未黎…然後…我地再等左半個鐘都未再有野食…開頭都不以為意,諗住咁full出菜可能慢啲…但再望下鐘,訂枱既時候講明兩個鐘交枱,再等又食唔切,咁就開始追喇。此時先發覺,待應得果三個,睇晒成層忙到飛起,好不容易先等到個人理下我地,得到既係例牌回應:煮緊,黎緊。唔知佢有冇真係幫我地跟啦…之後又等左一陣都未有,但眼見遲過我地入黎既都食緊我地未食既菜,又忍唔住再同另一個待應該追下啦。得到既回應都係一樣,完全沒有唔好意思,我都開始有啲火,同佢講我地等左好耐。跟住見到個待應拎碟燒豬出黎,仲以為係我地既,點知佢行左去第二度,又發現唔係果枱既。睇黎佢地出菜都出到亂晒。終於送到黎我地枱,我順便問返佢仲有個前菜未到,佢先恍然大悟,今次佢有即刻幫我跟。其實到呢個時候,已經冇乜心機食。個燒豬係幾嫩滑既,好多肉汁,個皮可以再脆啲。不過主菜黎講,佢份量真係細左啲,每人兩啖就食完。再黎返個前菜,吞拿魚,我地兩個都唔喜歡,醃得太酸,下面個汁又好酸。然後又等左一陣,終於,最後個主菜都黎埋。中間見到啲待應好忙,都費事再追,相信好多枱都追緊。而佢地亦都忙到水都唔記得幫你加。墨汁飯賣相不錯,但略為鹹左啲,食落亦冇乜墨汁既鮮味。食埋呢道主菜,已經成十點幾。拿拿淋叫佢起埋個甜品,唔係驚尾班車都趕唔到。等緊甜品既途中,我地留意到好多枱遲過我地入黎既,枱面都係冇野食,係度等緊。另外,相信因為好多枱都好似我地咁樣,冇野食,遲左交枱,變左下一輪book左枱既就冇枱,等左好耐先上到黎,唔知佢地食完要幾點呢。實在係不能理解,已經係全場都食一樣既野,點解出菜都咁慢呢。當晚full booking但成層主要都係得三個待應,根本serve唔切咁多枱客,出菜又係出到亂晒。真係唔expect比左更貴既價錢,但得到既service係咁差,要係咁追先有野食,完全破壞左個情人節。食物味道係ok既,但個份量偏細,性價比好低。…Read More

最近興起一股髒髒熱潮,是次亦時衝著此而來。早在初開將時已留意到此餐廳,裝修幾靚,感覺幾舒服,但拖到現在先黎。七點前黎到,唔使等位,但走既時候已經見到一批人等緊位。用餐時間90分鐘。走進店內,感覺幾舒服,以灰色作主調,配上雲石紋枱。座位不算放得太密,枱與枱之間都有D空間,但枱就略嫌太細。香港而家好多餐廳都係咁,用好大既餐具,但係張枱就唔夠位放。而且店員好多時就咁放低碟野就行開,冇諗過要幫你放好,呢度亦不例外。揀好食咩就可以出去counter落order,講低枱號,然食物就會送到。既衝住髒髒潮而來,當然要試下髒髒黑糖珍珠鮮奶,點知店員同我講珍珠啱啱用晒,再煮要等一個鐘。都唯有照等......火龍果四季春賣相很不錯,成杯火紅色,仲好大杯下。飲落充滿火龍果味,應該冇加料,反而四季春就真係唔多飲得出。蒜茸牛油帶子賣相又唔錯喎,金黃色,個底鋪左D沙律菜。帶子火喉啱啱好,沒有過老,都幾嫩滑鮮甜。但牛油好似太重手,個殼裝住左好多牛油,太油膩。反而蒜就落得唔多,唔夠香。芝士玉子鰻魚包黎到見到配埋薯條好開心~仲有少少沙律。薯角新鮮炸起熱辣辣,幾香口。沙律配有千島醬,啲菜勁大片冇切細,進起來有困難。包有烘過,暖暖地,表面微脆。包裏面夾左鰻魚、蛋,面頭芝士火灸過,熔熔到。夾埋一齊係match既,不過都冇乜驚喜,餡料可以再豐富D。煙三文魚卡邦尼意粉煙三文魚卷成玫瑰花狀,賣相幾靚。配料就有磨菇同煙肉,意粉煮得剛好,不會過淋。醬汁好creamy,但可惜太杰身,食到好膩。髒髒梳乎厘製作需時半個鐘,差唔多食完主菜就黎喇~店員上菜時提醒要快D食左先。擺盤好靚,有兩件pancake疊起,鋪滿朱古力粉,上面有一片牛油仔。另外有D生果同一球雪榚。梳乎厘班戟都鬆軟有空氣感,但係個面煎得過火,燶燶地,用朱古力粉遮左但係都食得出。D髒髒朱古力粉其實係冇幫班戟加到分,加左牛油食落都係有D乾。髒髒黑糖珍珠鮮奶等到最後,呢杯髒髒黑糖珍珠鮮奶終於都黎喇~真係集近期熱門之大成。不得不讚,係整得幾靚既。奶係用左明治鮮奶,好香奶味。珍珠新鮮煮好,杯底仲係熱既,煮得都算入味,有啖啖黑糖香。攪勻冷卻之後都幾煙韌,有咬口。整體黑糖味唔係好夠,可以再落返多D黑糖。面頭既朱古力粉,加埋鮮奶就變左朱古力奶囉,都增加左杯野既味道層次既。整體黎講,餐廳環境都算舒服,冇乜服務可言,食物不過不失,不過價錢就偏貴左少少。兩款髒髒食物都冇乜驚喜,反而個帶子最好食。…Read More

餐廳由灣仔搬過黎,地方大左好多,最近也從網上得知此店晚上8:30後有做甜品放題,但是日不是打算去食放題,只想去飲杯野坐一陣。店採取自助形式,八點前上到去見仲有大把位,中間冇職員指示坐邊,咁拎左menu就坐低睇下飲咩。點知出去order既時候就被問有冇訂枱,如果冇既話就要等9:00 walkin喇。Full booking左但門口沒有任何提示,而枱上面亦冇任何留枱既牌,店又是自助形式,上到黎既客人真係唔知原來冇得食的。最後去左對面cafe坐。希望店方可以改善一下安排。…Read More

一向都好喜歡銀杏館這系列,今次有機會就黎試一試呢一間越老。越老位於油麻地站同佐敦站既中間,一幢舊大廈既一樓,平日行過都未必會留意到。想不到上到一樓有一間咁靚既餐廳。餐廳以綠色及金色作主調,有復古既感覺。座位亦安排得闊落,枱與枱之間有足夠空間。進餐廳後一位伯伯出來熱情的招呼,坐下後很快便送上餐牌及水。真的不要少看這些長者,雖然頭髮都白了,但行動仍然很敏捷,點菜下單反應都很快。最欣賞的是佢地態度真的佷熱情親切。菜單選擇都不少,從小食、湯粉、撈檬、飯到主菜、飲品、甜品都一應俱全。最後選了:魚露炸雞翼雞翼炸得金黃,賣相不錯。不會炸得太乾,食落仲好有肉汁。雞翼醃得好入味,一盤4隻秒殺了。火車頭湯河料很足,有生牛肉片,牛丸,牛柏葉,牛筋,牛腩…每一款配料都食到牛既鮮味,朋友最喜歡牛丸,我就覺得牛腩煮得夠淋好正。湯頭比較清淡,個人認為可以濃味返啲。河粉都好爽滑。咖哩牛腩法包咖哩汁很香,有一點點辣,很惹味。切開法包,裏面有好多舊牛腩,唔怪得咖哩滿到瀉出黎。法包吸晒咖哩汁既味,好好味,如果個包再焗得脆身啲就好喇。唔好睇個包唔係好大,食完都好飽。班蘭葉粽甜品有三款,原本想食班蘭布甸,但被告知今日只有班蘭粽,都好啦試一試。粽子即叫即蒸,等左大概15分鐘就有得食喇。連埋蒸籠上都幾得意。落左班蘭既緣故,成條粽都變左綠色,食落有淡淡既班蘭味,甜甜既粽幾得意。不過成條粽都係得班蘭味糯米,有啲單調,如果中間可以加啲椰蓉或者綠豆餡可能更好味。滴滴咖啡最後仲叫左個滴滴咖啡作結食左咁多野,埋單唔使三百,食物質素不錯,環境幾靚幾舒服,肯定會回頭的!這裏的銀髮族待應服務一定不是最專業的,但態度殷勤有禮,不時有位婆婆為大家添水,已經好難得。整個用餐過程十分愉快。亦見到有些客人同待應有講有笑,這種人情味亦已經很少見。會繼續支持銀杏館這社企的~PS用了訂位app訂位,主餐牌有九折優惠,沒想到帶位的待應都記得(攞位既時候冇提到係用app訂位的),遞上餐牌時清楚解釋優惠適用範圍,真係好多出面餐廳都未必做到呢點啊,加分。…Read More

要講最近話題餐廳,呢間一定係其中一間。出開銅鑼灣睇戲就決定試一試佢!話就話銅鑼灣,但餐廳係銅鑼灣邊邊幾乎到灣仔。大概七點鐘去到,竟然唔使排隊。同門口店員講兩位,但友人未到,店員諗左陣先放我入去…如果店內滿座,或者寫明人齊入座,可以理解的。但門口店員好似自己都唔知應唔應該比人入咁。既然牛肉麵出名,當然要試一試,要左:紅燒牛肉麵(不辣)$78牛肚拌麵(辣)$88滷味拼盤(豆干,花干,甜不辣)$28冬瓜茶 $24紅燒牛肉麵賣相唔錯,湯頭睇落幾深色,但係都係唔夠濃,好在飲落都算清甜,冇乜味精。但期同期望中既紅燒仲段距離。牛肉份量都幾多下,切成細塊都方便進食。其中兩舊淋啲入味啲,另外果啲都比較硬,都入味既。麵有得揀軟硬,但出黎效果都差不多。由於個湯唔夠濃,個麵都吸唔到咩味,但都算爽滑有咬口,而且份量都幾多,食完好飽。牛肚拌麵四樣野食之中呢個算係最好味,雖然賣相一般。拌麵醬幾香口,辣辣地撈埋個麵幾惹味。麵同湯麵用既係一樣,都有彈性咬口。牛肚份量都好多,但切得太碎,冇乜咬口,而且冇乜味,完全靠個醬撐住。滷味拼盤(豆干,花干,甜不辣)可以任選三款,出到黎細碟得嚇人咁就28蚊。而且賣相都唔討好,切完隨便放上去咁。除左花干比較入味之外,其他都冇乜味,靠面頭果啲醬油膏。冬瓜茶又係一黎到嚇死人咁細杯24蚊杯野飲,兩啖就冇左,又多冰。不過都飲到冬瓜茶既味既。餐廳新開都算企理乾淨,感覺幾光猛,不過坐得都有少少逼。店員冇乜服務可言,下單已經係自己填,但當日店員都幾多,反應都算快。最尾收銀都有問一問啲野啱唔啱食。而我地由七點坐到差不多八點,其實都唔見有好長人龍等位。食物普通(其實可以話食唔出台灣既味道理添),價錢偏貴(真係食租金?),未必會再黎。睇黎單靠明星效應真係要加把勁。p.s.當晚未見超蓮BB落場,想見佢睇黎都要碰下運氣…Read More

最近要去灣仔返工同呢邊既打工仔爭食真係一大難題行過呢間開係灣仔既“九龍”粉麵見攝得落一個人唔使等就去馬啦~餐牌望左一陣,都幾多選擇有啲出面比較少見揀左陣決定試一試佢個麻辣手撕雞撈麵先!麻辣手撕雞撈麵 ($56)餐具有特別挑選過,令賣相加唔少分份量算正常,不過大食啲可能唔夠食先試一啖湯,清清地冇落味精,估計佢係牛骨湯(?)保險啲,揀左小辣試一試先店家標榜用左青花椒,同平時食開既紅花椒唔同小弟是吃唔出分別喇不過麻辣醬汁調配得好香,唔係得個辣字食過太多令人失望既麻辣,呢個算滿意手撕雞好嫩滑,有雞味,份量都唔少吸埋麻辣醬汁好惹味麵煮得略淋,同埋食到少少梘水味影響左同個醬汁嘅配合整體算不錯,係呢區一個撈麵索價五十六個大元值唔值就見仁見智喇加多八蚊要支豆漿解解辣大大支400ml,反而算幾抵飲最值得一讚既係係午飯呢啲繁忙時間,店員都好好態度冇一副唔憂做既樣子…Read More

是日同朋友仔黎聯和墟覓食佢睇中呢一間三點幾去到,仲有位但好快又滿了店子很小,大概只容得下不足二十人座位有點逼,cafe黎講不算太好坐但佈置算是骨子坐低左睇下menu,不得了好多樣都想試,飲品選擇好多最後叫左:三文魚Bagel包是即叫即烘的,烘得剛好餡料都好豐富,除左三文魚仲有生菜青瓜蕃茄朋友鐘意食Bagel,過到佢果關都唔會差一口菠蘿釀鷄翼上枱時熱辣辣,雞翼仍然好juicy,皮再脆一點更好雞翼去左骨裏面釀左菠蘿,原來都夾喎減低左啖啖肉既肥膩感爆谷朱古力冰沙&飄浮紅茶其實個爆谷冰沙一睇就知好睇多過好飲,不過都要一試朱古力味不算淡,但又唔係好濃,算合格啲爆谷已經有少少淋,同個冰沙唔算好夾反而飄浮紅茶個茶底幾好味,混埋球雪糕都仲好清,朋友好喜歡香蕉朱古力班㦸呢個真係有啲失望賣相唔錯,個pancake好乾身如前面食家所說,店員不算是得友善同樣遇到有客人入黎時啲二人枱滿晒,得返靠牆高吧枱店員同佢講坐低左就唔可以轉枱,或者出返去出等其他枱明白如果食客轉位都係麻煩既但係可以友善啲提示,咁大家都開心啦睇得出店主係有心機整啲食物既如果可以提供更舒適既環境比大家食野就更好啦…Read More

雪糕口味特別,但仍有好多改善既空間

星期六都要返工,收工想食返啲好野補償下。同同事來到觀塘既工廈覓食。大廈位於開源道,不難找,但上到去搵餐廳門口就搵左一陣。下午三點幾到達,門口已有兩人等位。推門入去問下使唔使攞籌。點知見到張二人枱,但又冇安排人坐同職員講低兩位,佢問有冇book位,沒有就請左我地出去等。我問要等幾耐,得到既答案只係兩個字:唔知。同前面兩人一齊係門外等左一陣,果張二人枱都係冇人坐既,差不多等左十五分鐘,先叫排前面兩位入座。唔係好明點解要吉左張枱咁耐唔比人坐再等左陣,後面又有四位黎,職員先終於派籌。坐位安排真係有少少混亂。等等等,終於有得入去食喇!點知…出面走廊等位已經等到好熱,入到去都唔係好涼冷氣好唔夠喎。由於等位等左一段時間,入座前已經諗好食咩,立即落單,好肚餓飲品好快就黎左同事叫左伯爵茶朱古力,試飲左啖。茶味同朱古力味都出到,幾balance,係甜左少少。到我杯普洱奶茶,飲左啖,覺得有啲唔對路,味道唔似普洱喎,再問多次職員,佢都答我呢杯係普洱奶茶,咁唯有照飲…唔好理佢係咪普洱奶茶先,講下味道,茶味同奶味唔係好平均,基本上只係飲到茶味,冇乜奶味,不過就冇咁甜,都可以,冇乜特別。意粉都唔使好耐就到了賣相還可以,但小蝦只有幾粒,好似少左啲。撈勻個蛋黃,意粉仍然是偏乾一點。食得出淡淡的抹茶味,但就為左呢少少抹茶味,成個意粉變左好淡口,幾乎冇乜調味咁,最後加左芝士粉先有返啲味。也試了幾口天使麵,呢個個味道就好好多了,食到好香既黑松露味,個麵亦都唔會太乾,但就煮得淋左啲,同埋好碎。食完呢兩個意粉終於到甜品時間由於太多款都想食兩個人叫左六球開頭仲有啲擔心叫太多,見到個樣即刻…三球價平均都要廿二蚊一球,呢個份量又似乎少左啲喎。分別叫左 普洱,功夫茶,伯爵茶朱古力,玫瑰花茶,玄米茶同埋茉莉花茶。玄米茶味道最特別,好香炒過既玄米味,變成雪糕好夾。伯爵茶朱古力就同杯野飲差唔多味,都幾好食。玫瑰花茶食到好香玫瑰味,但略甜茉莉花茶就好清香,好適合夏天咁熱既天氣。去到普洱味,終於真相大白,我飲果杯真係唔係普洱奶茶黎,兩樣野完全唔同味!講返個雪糕,估唔到好似好老土既普洱茶,變成雪糕後又幾好味,好醇既茶味同奶味好夾得來,但相比其他味道係冇咁突出。食埋個功夫茶味,我已經好肯定我飲果杯係功夫奶茶。不過雪糕既奶味多返啲,效果比飲品好好多。食完坐左唔係好耐都走了。因為實在太熱,雖然店家沒有限坐幾耐,但環境卻無法令人hea耐啲。總結一下,環境,服務,同埋普部份食物都有待改進。價錢亦算偏貴,未必會再來了。但希望店家繼續努力,畢竟以茶做主題既餐廳都幾特別。…Read More
