我好鍾意食日式燒餅, 但每次去居酒屋都無乜機會可以叫, 因為有其他菜式, 差不多次次都比人ban咗, 原因: 太漏睇日劇見到有o的場境係自製燒餅居酒屋, 都想玩吓. 後來在飲食雜誌知道這間淨食燒餅(还可以自製), 好期待來這試試, 但無人響應, 就不了了之.有日瀏覽openrice發現可于table map網裝上訂坐, 適逢CNY聚會, 固再發一次邀請睇吓有無人響應我于1月中經table map訂坐, 即時可收到table confirmation, 好efficiency, 到期日前一天还收到reminder, 好貼心, 網站服務抵讚.燒餅要share食先開心, 我試過一個人食一個, 幾好食都無用, 只係覺得漏. 但唔係人人都喜歡, 所以今次的地3個人share 1 個 + 1份芝士雞肉丸 + 1份雜菌 + 3杯巨峰梳打.一睇就知的我地唔多入廚房, 所以早有準備最近睇既一套戲"作死不離3兄弟", 就揀這個與之同名既燒餅, 大雜燴開始因為驚濃,好快就轉另一边, 但係散咗. 中途阿侍應姐姐/叔叔見我地攪唔掂出手相助, 先有咁圓咋最後都係濃咗!我地好攪笑, 竟然忽略了枱上面既沙律醬, 木魚絲, 日式照燒汁, 唔理三七二十一K.O.咗餅.咖哩燒餅 - 咖哩味淡口, 麵粉糊比較黏, 椰菜偏多, 魷魚唔夠鮮甜, 收$120不便宜, 唯一可取因菜多不覺漏.芝士雞肉丸 - 1客兩粒, 份量不大, 但2個人share一粒都可以. 雞肉包住芝士及雞軟骨, 輕輕用油煎熟再打茨汁, 雞肉爽口, 咬落sock sock 聲, 唔錯.雜菌 - 用錫紙包住焗, 保留水份唔乾, 日式照燒汁入晒味, 但份量偏少.燒餅是這裡的主打, 但給我驚喜的是芝士雞肉丸. …Read More

雜誌成日見到某某富商,某某富豪幫襯既日式鐵板燒"松菱", 今日終於可以一試, 知道這裡晚餐要double价錢, 我地d small potatos 就緊係揀午餐最化算, 又適逢冬至Team Lunch, 就豪一豪佢在這聚餐.已知這裡很旺場, 預早於十二月初訂枱一到步櫃檯姐姐就安排我地坐在bar枱既coner 位, 位置偏入但有少少私人空間, 可以大伙兒傾計, 正!我地每人獲發一件圍巾及一份meun, 最後決定3份梅+1份竹(竹只多了燒魚+燒海老/帆立貝), 牛要切粒上, 3個飯1個麵.主理師傅打完招呼後就開始施展運身解數製作我地既big lunch, 沒食都興奮. 雖然唔係第一次食鐵板燒, 但係第一次坐定定睇師傅表現. 前菜 - 日式沙律燒魚+帆立貝(與同事share各半份) - 因我唔食魚, 但來到點都要試吓, 魚皮燒的香脆, 魚肉剛好唔o鞋, 但我都覺得有d腥. 帆立貝很厚肉, 外脆內軟, 很甜, 好味!米國牛(七成熟) - 牛煮法有兩種(切粒/薄片), 我揀咗切粒配蒜片上, 外面脆口, 但肉汁較少, 牛味較淡, 如我不是牛魔王就ok. 份量大, 一個人食都好飽.炒飯/炒麵各半份 - 炒飯一粒粒, 有少少飯焦(唔係濃), 配菜有大量蔥花, 雞蛋, 牛肉粒, 加日式醬油一齊炒, 飽都繼續. 炒麵配以椰菜,芽菜,甜豉油同炒, 好好味!牛奶布甸 - 是日甜品, 布甸香渭不過甜, 是整餐既完美收筆.很滿足的一餐, 下次要試燒牛薄片. …Read More

這間韓國餐廳在公司附近, 灣仔道我成日都經過, 但係搵極都搵唔到, 覺得都幾詭異, 直到有次無意中係對面電車路望過去見到有條巷好多紅色燈籠同埋大大個燈牌, 先發現這地方.吃這頓飯前我已嚐過這裡的午市定食, 款式多選擇, 以$60至$70价錢, 唔太貴. 但我始終傾情於辣鍋, 想必會再來.甘美係九月生日, 但我地要十月先齊腳開餐, 而且又到烚烚吓的季節, 又近我地公司, 一於來這慶祝.甘美都好奇在這條不起眼的巷仔會有間韓式餐廳, 唔帶都唔識來, 係大大的紅色燈籠底下行好似去咗紅燈區. 還有大大個banner推介任飲任食火鍋, 當唐打個突, 我諗住來試韓式辣鍋, 不是任食個隻, 好彩我地可以照點menu上的菜式.我地被安排坐係四人枱, 有一塊由頂而下的竹簾與鄰桌隔開, 有少少私人空間, 抵讚.我地點了海鮮辣鍋(附雜菜籃)+辛辣麵1個+泡菜煎餅前菜3少碟 : 辣泡菜 + 小魚乾 + 蓮耦片泡菜餅 - 煎的香脆唔漏, 麵粉糊教的剛好唔稀, 吃到粒粒泡菜, 少少辣, 酸味味好醒胃, 必吃小食之一.辣鍋有幾個選擇, 有雜菜, 餃子, 牛骨 & 海鮮. 海鮮鍋有原條鮮魷魚(上枱時侍應先切開), 2隻大頭蝦, 4-5隻青口, 蜆, 原條魚(不知名), 大量泡菜金菇菜豆腐. 還後加了1個辛辣麵. 沒食我地已飲咗頭o擔湯, 湯底應該係清湯. 首先熟既係魷魚(好鮮甜, 但唔可以煮太耐, 會韌), 大蝦吸咗湯汁超甜爽口, 青口和蜆焦乜驚喜還有少少沙, 個鍋附有的豆腐超滑好好味, 甘美話氣魚好新鮮肉唔晦, 最後煮埋個辛辣麵, full 晒.我唔記得有無甜品送, anyway, 以這价錢是一頓超值韓餐. 要讚的是re-fill既湯底唔係清水, 侍應都好有禮貌.她們還給我現金卷下次再幫襯, 下個月原班人馬再go go go! …Read More

今年太后生日, 理應擺幾圍賀一賀, 但唔想要人使錢, 只邀請由加國回港的aunties出席.太后今年想食多國菜, 想來想去都係buffet最多選擇.查咗幾間心儀的酒店buffet, 見"雅苑座"做緊國際美食buffet, 又有迪迪仔既強力推介, 咁重等乜, book位去也, 還問了有無credit card discount offer, 答案係有, after discount 既价錢算合理.Dinner buffet period : 6:30pm to 9:45pm太后與aunties準時到達開餐, 因每位送清蒸鮑魚一客, 要等齊人先奉上, 結果要等到8點鐘上枱.我大約7:30pm到, 已見全場爆滿, 人頭湧湧. 在食物區繞場一周後, 食物選擇多元化, 有凍海鮮(但無生蠔)及沙律吧, 即煮pasta, 日式鐵板燒, 印度咖哩, 燒味, 串燒, 熱盤, 中及西式湯, 芝士及麵包, 甜品吧 etc.沙律 + 凍青口 (有長腳蟹, 但沒有我至愛的凍螺, 失望) , 沙律菜超fresh, 凍青口鮮甜但唔夠大隻.即叫即烚海鮮吧, 海產貝類多到數唔晒, 最正係大大隻海蜆, 聖子, 配以蔬菜及湯底, 我最愛魚湯湯底, 有得食有得飲, 唯一encore之作.唔食生就食烚烚吓^^串燒 - 因唔太好肉, 沒拿豬,牛,羊. 蝦味偏淡及肉散唔爽口, 其餘無驚喜.燒味 - 切到細細件, 都好考師傅功力, 同埋可以無咁快分完><, 乳豬偏肥不連肉, 可能擺耐了皮偏韌. 叉燒夠腍夠入味.灸燒壽司, 我揀咗熟既蟹柳+蝦 ~Yummy~當然唔少得即製pasta"火腿芝士長通粉", 芝士剛好唔漏, 配淡淡的火腿超夾 ^o^.瞪瞪瞪瞪, 等咗成晚, 留定肚等你地la ^o^ Tiramisu + Blueberry Cheese Cake + Chocolate Traffle Cake這裡的Dessert bar 唔係自助, 有位甜品師傅係counter 櫃到stand-by招呼客人, 我諗係唔想D人浪費食物, 給的份量亦剛好, 唔夠排多次都無妨.唔駛多講tiramisu是這的招牌, 當然是正正正. chocolate traffle cake 朱古力味超濃香滑, 唔甜最緊要, 食多件都唔漏. blueberry cheese cake 看似好實, 但叉落又唔係wor, 酸味味的blueberry jam 有果肉架, cheese 餅底唔heavy, 芝士味無new york cheese cake咁重. 所以我係一o擔chocolate traffle一o擔blueberry cheese cake 間住食, 超開心 >_<班蘭什錦pancake, 超大份, 要同人share, 生果多到滿瀉. pancake 皮熱辣辣+凍冰冰生果+fresh cream. 一凍一熱超過癮.太后滿意今年飯局, 我地已經plan定下次tea time lor...... …Read More

朗豪坊又一新食店開幕, 原來係"八月花"和"八月居"嗰friend~八月軒~, 屬於同一飲食集團.今次專程帶皇太后來飲茶, 早兩年和她去過"八月花", 裝修高雅, 食物款式多選擇, 但价錢偏貴, 在同集團中是比較貴价既酒樓. 知道朗豪坊開間"八月軒", 就帶她來試試水準是否一樣.我無預先訂位, 11點鐘walk-in都重有位, 我地人少(3位), 被安排坐近窗既細枱, 望向對面"新之城", 可能位置偏入, 無乜侍應招呼, 揮極手都無人應, 好在帶位姐姐出手相助先有壺茶飲.這裡裝修簡潔, 以燈及啡的配搭, 比人感覺modern & colorful, 走年輕人路線.食物款式與其姊妹店差唔多, 但這裡有一個全日供應既"雀籠點心"(我地無試), 唔知其餘兩店有冇呢?Table Setting我地人少, 只點了4款點心及1款飯 :-1. 鮑魚燒賣 - 一籠四粒, 蝦夠爽口而肥肉少, 還有一粒仔鮑魚作點綴. 2. 九唔搭八春卷 - 實為蝦春卷, 一客三條每條5寸長, 放係長玻璃杯上枱, 春卷皮包裹全蝦膠, 炸得香脆可口, 熱騰騰上枱, 滋味無窮.3. 一年一度媽媽節又到la, 避免同人迫及硬食套餐換來一肚氣, 我地今年唔食正日, 適逢小舅父回港, 便提早與皇太后慶祝.4月尾訂枱時已知北京片皮鴨 & 富貴雞要於1日前預訂. 詢問各人意見後於1 日前訂了片皮鴨.訂了8pm枱, 我地一行人浩浩蕩蕩於7:30pm到, 被安排坐門口一張8人枱, 位置開揚, 雖是平日, 但都有七成入坐率. 店內環境以簡單擺設為主, 枱與枱之間寬敞, 服務周到有禮貌, 接過menu後, 部長都無hard sell套餐, 因已訂了鴨, 最後決定散叫.前菜五小碟 : 薰蛋 - 咬開蛋黃慢慢流出來但又唔稀, 蛋黃上還有金腿絲, 金香可口. 醉雞 - 雞肉嫩滑, 酒味不過重, 好味. 素鵝 - 腐皮煎得香脆, 內包冬菇絲,蘿蔔絲,木耳絲. 黑醋海折 - 酸甜開胃. 賽螃蟹春卷賣相好靚, 味道較漏, 蟹肉蟹粉置於脆煱巴上, too heavy, 好在有隻用ginger tea + 魚膠粉整成的蟹仔jelly中和吓, 先可食埋餘下幾味.北京片皮鴨(第一食) - 侍應好體貼, 片鴨前會原隻上枱過目, 還會詢問厚定薄, 我地要求有小小肉連皮. 一隻鴨可片兩碟, 皮脆肉鮮, 配埋薄皮加甜醬蔥花, 超水準之作. 北京片皮鴨(第二食) - 用生菜包來吃, 減油膩感, 可吃幾轉. 這煱巴代替麵/飯, 一般海鮮什錦料, 味道ok. 好普通的一道菜, 無驚喜.一樣原條上枱過目, 魚炸得香脆, 魚肉嫩滑. 我至愛的雷沙湯圓, 皮薄芝麻夠香唔甜,正正正. 這是近幾年mother's day dinner最好食既一餐, 雖然价錢貴咗少少, 但值回票价. …Read More

Coming Again............因皇太后一句"我想食妳上次買返來個包", 所以我又來了今次終可嘗試堂食滋味.等了20多分鐘, 我地被安排坐2人枱. 我地點了兩個Tea Set :-楓蜜雪糕 - 一片厚厚的丹麥toast上塗滿楓蜜, 再加一球vanilla ice-cream, 簡單又好味, ice-cream 可中和楓蜜甜漏感, 與熱烘烘的toast一齊吃, 令人回味無窮. 脆炸雞籃 - 賣相吸引, 看似很漏的炸雞切開又相當juicy唔乾, 炸粉唔厚, 見到一絲絲夾雜肉汁, 出乎意料之外既好味道 ~必吃~. 配送toast 及 炸薯條, toast可塗牛油吃, 一樣超正. 唯獨薯條唔脆口偏腍. 一年一度spring dinner要一改再改至上星期先約齊腳. 地點阿水推介這間米芝蓮中菜食府.酒店中菜廳格調 - 高級及優雅舒適. 正x5, 賣相超讚, 蝦膠夠爽, 釀上魚片一齊炸可令魚唔會散, 魚與蝦非常夾, 用了蔥和菜苗墊底可減去油份, 伴碟既小棠菜扮相似蝦尾, 味道是全晚之冠, 果然係實至名歸 .另一受歡迎菜式. 炸蓮藕片超薄脆口食到唔停得口, 炸子雞外皮脆 不過肥, 肉質剛好唔過口鞋及乾, 雞味不算濃.2款煎炸菜後更係要來一個素菜中和吓, 這菜味道清新, 但我嫌蟲草花有草青味, 其餘配菜都是一般菌類菇類, 沒特別驚喜.這菜是我點的, 是是晚失望之作, 素菜大多以小鹽小糖去料理, 但今晚這道菜偏鹹, 蝦子是帶出這道菜的味道, 素千層是將腐皮一層踏一層切件, 配以秀珍菇, 雞脾菇, 小棠菜, 賣相唔吸引, 係暗淡燈光下完全唔知炒乜.食了幾款都沒夠喉, 所以點了個飯. 荷葉飯先拿來結我們看看然後分上, 沒了荷葉香味, 飯是一粒粒的, 炒得剛好唔過油, 附有兩隻爽口蝦, 四人分每人一大碗, 飽飽lu.個名好靚但味道普通, 上層似桂花糕, 裡面有一條條話係翅既物體, 下層係楊枝金露糕. 上面清甜下面濃味, crossover 咗又出奇地夾, 但最開心原來係睇住啲乾冰飄出一層層白煙幾過癮.我覺得以這价錢是食環境, 食物只係配菜, 可能我地無試她們出名的魚翅菜色, 環境真係一流, 話晒酒店中菜廳, 格調都有咁上下, 客人質素都中高檔, services都ok.下次會帶皇太后來這嘗嘗, …Read More

很久沒寫食評, 因為懶.........今年小表妹再來香港過新年. 難得回來, 就和她來嚐嚐這間老牌餐廳, 唔walk-in都唔知原來轉了新舖.After Ocean Park 1-day trip, 個個腳仔軟+肚仔餓(始終裡面餐廳都唔啱食), 搭車出銅鑼灣搵食, 四圍都係人, 又無book枱, 為有搏吓這裡有無着落.以為week-day無咁多人, 估唔到都爆場, 剛剛好有張細枱, 唔駛等.以前來這裡, 感覺自己老餅, 因枱枱客都上了年紀. 而且, 這裡裝潢比較懷舊, 又用candel light, 非常適合談心, 我想應該是很多上世紀XX年代拍拖談心地方. 但我地次次都三五知己來這, 有時唔覺意大聲咗都唔好意思. 轉了新位置, 侍應無變, 感覺寬敞咗, 無咁焗促, 餐具擺設一樣, 价錢貴咗小小, 無法啦! 四圍都加加聲, 為獨是疏乎厘無以前咁一陣風既口感.是晚order 4 sets 法式田螺餐 :-1. 法式田螺 - 粒粒都咁大, 我很喜歡這herbal source, 薯熔面焗得香口. 但Kimmy一路食一路問我啲殼會唔會re-use, 希望唔會啦2. 羅宋湯 + 餐包 (可re-fill) - 湯未到, 包先來, 次次都要熱湯配凍包. 這裡既羅宋湯無溝水, 好濃牛尾味, 又有很多菜, 超正3. main course - 我點了煎龍俐柳, 上面的lemon片可以減少龍俐的漏口感.4. 主打上場 - 原味及朱古力疏乎厘 (因位置有限, 只有原味圖片), 可以 share 既 size, 無以前一陣風的感覺, 有小小失望, 我地一致認為原味好食因朱古力味無朱古力味.法式田螺是令我再重臨這裡的理由. …Read More

每年既生日, 親親屋企人都會為我準備BD cake及一頓豐富dinner.我係dark chocolate 既愛好者, 逢係用dark chocolate 做既甜品都好buy. 已知有"awfully chocolate"這店好耐, 奈何要我山長水遠去到CWB買回家吃, 就覺得好虛耗.到上月在朗豪方food court 既corner 位見到做咗hoarding, 板上印有~awfully chocolate coming soon~就知道有口福lu.Chocolate cake 只有3款可選擇 :-1.
