This tea shop successfully won my first complaint message at openrice. I tried their signature tea which tastes okay. Fresh, long lasting and not too sweet... Compare to some other milk tea shop, it is less artificial so you do taste the fragrance of tea leaf. However, their customer service failed badly. Extremely long waiting time, almost zero patience and very rude attitude. Makes me question how long this shop will last for. Or they don't need repeat customers. Well good luck with that
