見沙田店新開張,即刻去試下,車仔麵啲麵同餸,都好好味,款式又多,$50蚊有三個餸,即叫即煮,返到屋企,仲係非常熱的。第一次食素食車仔麵,個午餐肉一啲都唔會好粉,幾有咬口, 煙燻鵝真係有 煙燻味,仲有咬口。 鹵水大腸有好多件。另外點心試左腐皮卷,春卷, 芝麻卷,馬蹄糕,紅豆糕,返到屋企整返熱,都好好味,又唔油。仲有 齋滷味,各式各樣唔同口味的都好食。正呀,以後經過都會幫襯。係正商場入口,好方便,不過好多人買,要等一陣。…Read More

昨晚在家上海食晚飯,兩個人,叫咗小籠包,唔駛五分鐘就上枱,又唔太熱,應該係蒸定,唔係即叫即蒸。味道方面,小籠包嘅皮比較硬,有一隻還破了,沒有湯,肉是多的,但較實,還有點咬不開。還叫了肴肉,這個呀,大家一定要看看相片。肴肉超薄,啫喱晶瑩通透,好看,但沒有味道,肉的部份,像煲完湯的瘦肉。竟然收七十八元一碟,真過份。這裡所有食物嘅性價比都很低,兩個人食了四百五十元,回家後,肚子還有點餓呢!還要說一下坐位實在太近,旁邊的枱只相格一個手位,人家上菜時,我要讓一下才可放下。完全沒有地方放包包,全餐飯都抱著包包吃。這店是開放式設計,沒有門,出面等位的人又多,很嘈。總括而言,環境像快餐店,令人想早點食完早點離開。…Read More

在OpenRice找到這間餐廳,決定一試,6 Dec 在這裡吃晚餐,留了卡位,但要九點前還檯,ok la,就試一試。果然沒有令人失望,海鮮類的食物都很新鮮,餐牌上的食物有八折,不算太貴。* 油甘魚壽司($20.8/2件) –好鮮,但魚切得太薄了,$20元兩件,無辦法啦。* 三文魚壽司($14.4/2件) –ok la,一般貨色,沒什麼印象。* 蕃茄沙律($24) –非常好味,味道清甜,樣子甜美。* 鵝肝壽司($40/1件) –鵝肝的味不夠濃, 唔得.* 特上吞拿魚腩壽司($42/1件) –沒有筋,而且幾甜,好吃,但魚肉的大少比正常壽司還要少。* 北海道海膽刺身($150) –這個十分好味,海膽味很濃,又沒有腥味,但份量不是太多。* 燒雞翼($24/4隻) –這個非常好吃,雞肉燒得夠乾,真是燒出來的,非常香脆,調味剛剛好,小小咸多多脆,又抵食,一定要吃。* 串燒雞軟骨($14.4/2串) –都好味,但看上去也是很香脆。* 紅酒牛舌($46.4) –牛舌很”淋”,但牛舌沒有紅酒味,配菜的紅酒味就很好,都幾好味啦(但老公話好好味)。* 特上吞拿魚腩碎($70.4) –魚味幾鮮,汁的味道很特別,有魚子和金簿,魚和汁的味道尚算配合。* 牛肉稻庭烏冬($54.4) –烏冬十分煙韌好味,完全沒有粉粉的感覺,湯味鮮甜,牛肉也不錯,而且抵食。* 梅酒果凍伴柚子雪葩($30.4) –果凍的梅酒味不錯,雪葩的柚子味比較淡,而且份量少,但都好味。* 抺茶牛油蛋糕配雪糕($38) –這個有驚喜,蛋糕是暖的,雪糕是凍的,雖然抺茶味不夠,但牛油味就很好,而且有兩件,兩個人吃也足夠,蛋糕和雪糕的配合很好,值得一試。有時間會再來。…Read More

許多年前第一次在西村吃龍蝦餐,覺得這裡食物的質素甚高,環境舒服,服務很好,只是價錢也很高。昨晚在西村吃完晚飯,覺得食物的質素不及魚一丁,環境還可以,服務一般,價錢是貴而且不值。西村已經從“我喜愛的餐廳”裡被剔除了,它是每況愈下,應該不會再光顧了。兩個人要了兩個晚餐,一個是壽司餐,一個是西村便當,每個收$400。每個餐的所有食物是放在餐盤上一起送上來的,這個感覺已經很差,想先吃前菜,又怕熱食凉了。西村便當有:前菜三款:牛蒡很硬,海蜇沒味,青菜很腥。煮物有一點怪味,像是“縮”了,沒吃。燒魚很咸很咸,可能放了兩次鹽,但很juicy。鐵板燒牛肉,好味,但放凉了,應該先吃,可惜。天婦羅:青椒和番薯好吃,矮瓜很油還可以,蝦是“梅”的,且粉太厚,技術不夠,比從前差了很多。蒸蛋:放了很多材料在小小的杯裡,蛋太少而且很老很老,不知蒸了多久,小蝦也是“梅”的,不合格。白飯:好吃,有飯味且軟硬適中,但不夠熱。麵鼓湯:味太淡,不知是不是麵湯,當熱水喝,夠熱。刺身:帶子和油甘魚鮮甜,甜蝦不夠新鮮,吞拿魚一般,很瘦。壽司餐的食物款式和西村便當差不多,有前菜三款、煮物、燒魚、鐵板燒牛肉、天婦羅、蒸蛋、麵鼓湯、刺身,但多了甜蛋兩件、壽司五件和甜品。這裡有一點奇怪,兩個餐一樣是$400,但壽司餐明顯比西村便當抵吃,因為壽司餐的食物比較多,而相同的食物,在份量方面是一樣的,只是少了白飯一碗,用一碗白飯換甜蛋兩件、壽司五件和甜品,應該沒人會反對,不明白為什麼他們的招牌晚餐會比壽司餐差。服務方面,加茶不夠主動,而且待應談話比較大聲,在這樣的酒店裡是不可接受的。…Read More

家住新界區又喜歡吃拉麵的我,是這家麵店的常客,一個月最少來這裡一次,以我個人來說,這裡的拉麵是我吃過香港最好的,這家麵店的營運方法也是最特別的,有點像日本的拉麵店,小小的店子,由一家人經營,全靠手藝,沒有廣告,沒有推銷。我最喜歡這裡的麵和湯,麵條彈牙又不會太硬,麵﹣這東西是見仁見智的,純屬個人喜好,人家喜歡的,你不一定認同,所以世界上有這麼多不同的麵條。湯也是一樣,單單是日本拉麵也有很多不同的湯底,但你看門外的人龍,就知道有許多志同道合的人。义燒也好吃,但有時會太瘦。老板做拉麵時認真的樣子令人覺得很酷。這裡的小食也不錯,我喜歡芝士餃子,溶化了的芝士和餃子皮很是配合。老公喜歡肥牛和炸蝦,肥牛的汁是它的靈魂。炸蝦的蝦很有蝦味,不會只吃到外面的炸粉,而且不覺油膩。許多人對這裡的服務有意見,認為老板娘的態度有問題。其實我也是喜歡服務週到的,像在唐閣裡,一餐晚飯連茶壺也不用碰一下,每次放下茶杯就有待應為你添茶。在日本,有一種食店用售票機代替部份服務員,只要你將老板娘看作自助售票機的替代品,那麼你會覺得她的服務已經是不錯了。未試過這種售票機的朋友,可以將麵店看成快餐店,先排隊購票付錢,再去排隊拿食物,拿了食物後自己找坐位。在爵士拉麵門外排隊,有位再付錢,食物就有人送上,這不是比快餐店好一點嗎?在爵士拉麵是不用付加一和小費的,這樣比起一些收加一的食店,但連水喉水也沒有一杯的食店已經很好了。人家小本經營,店子小,外面等待的客人多時,食完了就應該讓座,為人家設想一下就不會太難過,試想像在麥記的繁忙時間,你又怎好意思坐在等位的人前面溫習呢。這裡不設第二次落單,我想也是希望可以增加人流。這裡也有要改善的地方,手寫落單是比較落後,容易出錯,也浪費人手。衛生也是要改善的,我也曾經在這裡見過“小強”。熱天時,店裡有些坐位是比較熱,冷氣不夠平均。如果老板娘能夠和藹可親一點,那就最完美了,我相信當年老板娶老板娘時,她應該是比較溫柔的。…Read More

同事介紹這裡的Toro好食,前兩日終於同老公一試,叫了一個極上吞拿魚腩定食($198),飯碗裡面有大半碗飯,飯面放滿刺身,刺身味道十分鮮甜,是Ootoro 的級數,以這個價錢有這樣質數是非常抵食,在壽司德食一件差不多級數的吞拿魚腩壽司要60元,唯一美中不足是有少許筋。另外要了一個中吞拿魚刺身($153),沒有極上吞拿魚腩那麼肥美,但也十分鮮甜。還試了餃子和玉子燒,這兩個就不合格,下次還是專攻Toro。多謝Mark的介紹,想食Toro的時候會再來。待應的服務就比較一般,收碟很快,但不會主動加茶。收碟時看見杯裡沒有茶,也沒有反應,要客人叫才會加茶,但態度也不錯。…Read More
